Making Friends as Adults

While this is a serious subject, prepare to fall over laughing. Making friends as an adult has never been more important. In 2023, the US Surgeon General, Vice Admiral Vivek H. Murthy, not only indicated that America’s loneliness issue had reached epidemic proportion, he also declared suffering from loneliness increases our risk of the following by:
•Heart Disease 29%
•Stroke 32%
•Dementia 50%
•Premature Death More Than 60%
