This podcast is all about looking beyond the limits in having a disability. In season 1 I tell stories about my life whether it be a crazy time at a concert or going skydiving for the first time. Season 2 focuses more on interviewing people from all walks of life. You'll hear me speak with family and friends, about how we can bridge the gap between the able-bodied and disabled community. As well as other disabled guests as we discuss how they look beyond the limits of their disability to get out there and live and not let their disability stop them from living the life they want. I also speak with various musical artists about the best ways to keep concerts and shows affordable for EVERY ONE, and other fun topics!!

In this episode, we talk to Kristan Young, a long-time volunteer and participant at Brooks Rehabilitation. We discussed the benefits of volunteering and the social impact it has had on her life.
