This meditation exercise is created to help you when you are trying to leave something behind you for good. Whether it is a negative situation that is dragging you down or an 
ex-partner you just can’t untangle your emotions from. This short exercise will assist you to disengage for good. 
To be done once or twice a day. Preferably upon awakening and just before  slumber. 
I have used this exercise myself with great results. 
I wish you all the best in everything you do, particularly ridding yourself of negative situations.
