Hello, hello and welcome back to the podcast. I am so excited to be back doing some episodes and just speaking from my heart with all of these things, and since I last did the episodes a lot has changed so I kind of just want to give a little update on what's going on over here in my world. So first things first, I, as a dietitian, have really always been drawn to mindset and manifestation and my angel cards and all of the woo things. So I know there's more to what I'm doing as a dietitian and what I'm doing as a coach, and that is really being able to tap in to not only these conscious thoughts and beliefs and goals that we are setting, but really being intentional with our actions, how we're spending our energy, what we're doing day to day and taking intentional action to the person we want to become. So I've been really resonating with this message lately and I was really getting ready for, uh, the gym the one morning and I was like I really love to write things on my mirror when I'm getting ready, for I keep saying work, it's not really work, it's going to the gym. So I love to write stuff down on my mirror while I'm getting ready and something just downloaded into me and it was like made for more, like I was made for fucking more. And I don't know what made me think that, but it was just that knowing of like I have so much good to give the world, that I know my coaching business, I know what I'm doing. The work that I'm doing is going to blow up because I was made for more. I was made to do big things, and that just resonated with the message that I want to share with anyone that I work with, with anyone that I coach, and that is you're made for more. You are made for so much more than just living your life by the number on the scale skipping the events because you don't feel good in your body, worrying and being anxious all day long about your food choices, not going on the vacations because you don't like how you look in a bathing suit. You were made for a bigger life. You were made for so much more, and that is really the idea behind Made For More, my coaching program and what that really is, and now how I work with my clients, and that is defining.
Speaker 1:Like so many women do not even know what their goal is truly Like if you are coming to work with me one-on-one and you tell me your goal is to lose weight. Right, like, amazing, cool, I love that for you. But why, like what? And what does that actually mean? When you lose the weight? Like, what are you going to actually feel?
Speaker 1:Who is that version of you that lost the weight? What is she doing on a day-to-day basis? And this question I had a client yesterday and I asked that and it like broke her down to tears because, holy shit, I don't know what that looks like, I don't know who that is, and it feels so far away. But that's an okay realization to have. It needs to be so crystal clear what you are doing, how you are acting every day. Are you living intentionally? Are you living aligned with this goal?
Speaker 1:Right, like this version of you that lost 10 pounds, 15 pounds. She's probably not scrolling TikTok for six hours every day and she's probably like meal prepping. She's probably getting her ass to the gym. She's probably getting really fucking uncomfortable and not hitting snooze. Right, like you have to paint the picture so big, right, that you have to be living up to this person every single day and taking intentional action towards her every single day, because you were made for more than that. You were made for more than just playing small and staying in the comfort zone and not growing into your full potential. You have so much potential and you are playing so small because you are not allowing yourself to one dream big like that and also take the intentional action that requires discomfort to get there.
Speaker 1:So this whole year I've been really changing my programs and what I am talking about, because you need to one have that clear vision, know what this version of you is, how she's talking, why this is important to you, all of the things so crystal clear that every day, that is what you're thinking about when you wake up in the morning. It's about that version of you, that girl, and stepping into that energy every single day, right and acting aligned, acting as if you are the person that already accomplished those goals. If you are the person that already accomplished those goals. So that is my little spiel on made for more and why that is so important. Like, you cannot reach the goal if you don't know what the goal is 10 pounds losing weight. That is not deep enough. I need to know what that looks like and why that is so important for you, and so do you. You need to know what that looks like and why that is so important for you, and so do you. You need that information and it needs to be something. So, in your face, you need to almost brainwash yourself into believing you're already that person. You just need to prove it to you and yourself. Only, no judgment. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks you against you every single day. So, with all that being said and me knowing how important the mindset work is and your subconscious mind and all of these things, uh, these thoughts you think about yourself, you're limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
Speaker 1:I always go back to my inspiration for all of this, which was Catherine Zanchina. Manifestation Babe, I love her, but I was listening to her podcast and this was around a little over a year ago and she had a guest on and her name was Ashley Gordon and she was launching this program called QCA, which is Quantum Coaching Academy, and I was like that sounds really fun. So I didn't take action on it last year. But I was listening to Catherine's podcast again and she was like NLP, nlp, nlp, and this was like such a really early on episode. I just randomly scrolled and hit it and I was like, oh my God, I remember Ashley talking about this on her podcast. So I like immediately scheduled a call with Ashley and I was like I had no idea what this program really was, how much it was.
Speaker 1:I got another discovery call and I was like I don't know, I just need to do this. I'm getting so many downloads that I like I need to step into that made for more energy. And I just know this is something that I need to do. And she was like, let's fucking do it. I was like, all right, she said she told me the price and I was like, whatever, I don't even care how much it is. That's that's where I was at. You know, it's a fuck, yes, when you really don't care about the price. So I signed up for that and I've been getting all of my trainings in for getting certified in NLP and some other modalities like EFT, hypnosis, all of these things that really do tap in to your subconscious mind and this was a huge leap and faith and fall into the universe of like I just know this is something so powerful that's not only going to help me but so many more women and give them the tools they need to truly, truly transform, lose the weight and keep it off and love the person they are becoming in the process.
Speaker 1:Right, there's no coming at a weight loss goal with shame and guilt and feeling so bad about yourself forcing you to do things. It's like no, we're taking all of that away and we are acting so aligned with who we want to become. Right, it's no longer feeling guilty, shameful, you know, uh, anxious or embarrassed. It's like fuck, yes, I need to be this person. I want to be this person. I love waking up early in the morning, I love having my morning hype girl sessions, I love drinking my coffee and talking out loud and singing and I love going to the gym. That's where I feel like a total fucking badass and I love all of the food that I make for myself. Right, like, once you tap into that energy and you're shifting all of these limiting beliefs that have been keeping you playing small, shit changes and it changes really quick and that is the secret to sustainable weight loss. And that is the secret to sustainable weight loss, fat loss, changing your body, stepping in to that girl energy and I just want everyone to know that it's so much more than just your nutrition, just hitting the gym, it is like totally shifting and acting as if that person that has already achieved the goals. So, all that being said, that is my new coaching program made for more that's been out. I've been doing a lot of breakthrough sessions with one-on-one clients, infusing all of this work, your nutrition, your training and the energy, the alignment, um, the limiting beliefs, all of that and then also having a community of women who are just crushing their goals. So there's been a lot of new things coming in my coaching world and some other things that I'm not ready to share just yet. But that was the basis of that. And, just you know, as a coach I'm evolving and getting all of the certs so I can better serve my clients. So that's where I'm at with all the coaching stuff.
Speaker 1:I'm trying to think do I want to go into a whole update of anything else? Y'all know I love to love to travel. So where did I just go? I'm like, all right, wait, I was in Punta Cana, so we did that, and my next trip is actually this is another investment. Holy shit, it's fine. Um, I'm a budget girly, like I love to travel, I love to go on vacation, but I find the best deals all the time, like I don't know how I just I find the best deals. Uh, so one thing that I'm doing I'm actually going out to Ohio for a new thing that's coming. I'm not I don't know if I can share it yet, so I'm going out to Ohio with a group of girls, um, to film and do a photo shoot for a new brand launch that we are doing, that I'm a part of and I'm super excited for. So Ohio is next.
Speaker 1:And then in May I am going to Aruba on a wellness retreat. I have never gone on a wellness retreat before. I've been actually a little skeptical about it, cause I'm like I don't know if I can like shut my brain off for like six days total and like go with strangers and really not know who's there, like I've never. I am someone who loves to travel with someone. Like I have never just booked a flight by myself to do this trip by myself, not know anyone there. I know Maya, if you are in my world at all. Maya came on and did a breath work session for my coaching girls, but she is planning this in Aruba. She's the only one I remotely know, so she's she's hosting and I was just.
Speaker 1:This was another thing, like when you just know like you have that gut feeling that, knowing that intuition is just saying like fucking go do it. That is what I felt. And same thing Like that one like I said, I love traveling, I'm a deal girly. That was an investment in a whole experience that I'm actually super excited for. So, all of these things being said, if you are struggling with you have to be in the room with people that are doing the things you want to be doing, that are living the life you want to be doing. You have to put yourself in the room. It is like the blueprint is right there. You just have to follow the lead, right. So that's how I felt with QCA. That's why I did this retreat. This is why I like put yourself in the energy in the room, in the vibe that is like operating at that next level version of you. Right, you're not going to change if you keep playing small and I always think like I keep bringing like investment up to it.
Speaker 1:But this was a huge QCA and this wellness retreat was a huge investment in me and my health and my wellness and my coaching and my business and just me as a human being, like fuck, yes, that is worth it Sign me up. So if you're feeling called to maybe do coaching, I don't care if it's with me or anyone else, it's like the. The shortcut that that gives you to your result is worth every single penny. It always is. When you take the time to truly invest in yourself, for you, and to focus on you, with one other person who can lead you through and give you a result. That shit is so powerful.
