What is the Purpose of Págame Podcast?
On Today's episode on Págame Podcast, we dive into what the mission of this podcast is for. I created Págame Podcast to empower and teach women of color how to overcome fear, rediscover their self-worth and help them step into their higher selves so they can negotiate high paying salaries. As of 2024, I’ve helped my clients negotiate over $500k in base salary increases in the Self Worth Accelerator Mastermind! This introduction episode, I cover my vulnerable journey with working through my financial trauma, rebuilding my self-worth after a devastating life event, transforming generational money stories from scarcity to abundance and exploring the interconnectedness of self-worth and money. Our experiences in our lives are not isolated situations, they impact the way we view money, make money and our ability to advocate for ourselves in both our personal and professional lives. I bring a holistic approach to transforming our relationship with money by reframing and reconditioning our self-worth. This mindset work has allowed me to teach women how to rebuild their confidence and slay their salary negotiations.
