Ander Rojano
Ander Rojano was born in the small town in Navarra, Spain, called Yesa. He completed secondary school near Pamplona. After receiving a degree in Hispanic Philology at the University of Barcelona, he spent a year at the University of Chile. A master's degree in Spanish as a second language from the University of Salamanca quickly followed. He spent a year teaching in Ireland, where he supported the local Spanish teacher, but canceled a teaching post in Japan because of the COVID pandemic. The Covid lockdown forced him to redirect his professional life toward teaching locally, first in Navarre for four years, then in Catalunia, where he has lived and worked since September 2024. Throughout his studies and teaching posts, he has continued to be passionate about learning languages. He's currently fluent in Spanish, Euskera, Catalán, English, and French. He'Latin, Classical Greek, Dutch, and Japanese. His next goal will be Arabic, the native language of many of his students.
