So we're gonna quickly go into the word of God. And we're gonna speak about so I entitled Um Today's Message, Why the Believer Should Pray. Amen. As we're coming into a season of March prayer, it's important for you to understand why we pray, why we should pray. Thank you. So what is prayer? I think that's a nice place to start. What exactly is prayer? What is it to pray? What does it mean to pray? What are you doing when you're praying? I want to uh begin by telling you that if you take the Bible and you simply read it, it's not enough to make an impact on your life. Amen. If you just read the Bible, you'll find that you're just reading a book sometimes. It feels like you're reading a book of multiple stories. But if you read the Bible and you add prayer, what prayer does is it enforces what you're reading in your environment and it also enforces it on yourself. So, for example, you may find that you are reading the Bible, and the Bible tells you that you should love your neighbors and love your enemies, it says love your enemies, and he's aggressive about it. If you just read love your enemies, you won't love your enemies. Amen. But if you start praying, and I'm not saying praying about that, I'm saying praying, just pray. If you start praying, you find that loving your enemies becomes easy because you're enforcing what you're reading on yourself and on your environment. Praise God forevermore. That's the beauty of prayer. So when you find a Christian who just cannot demonstrate what the word of God says, it's because that person lacks a prayer life. The person struggles to pray. Amen. When you find a believer who is struggling with one particular thing consistently and constantly, it's because that person doesn't pray. And you don't have to go into prayer about that topic necessarily. All you gotta do is just pray. Amen. So I think you should write that down. It's a good thing. Amen. So I'm gonna uh repeat the the definition again. Prayer is enforcing the word of God and what it says about you onto your environment and onto yourself. And the key word there is enforcing. Alright, so this is an aggressive thing. So when you pray, there's an element of aggression to prayer. And no, I'm not speaking about you shouting and screaming in prayer, I'm talking about the after-effects of prayer. The after-effects of prayer are very aggressive. Amen. And because of the beauty of prayer, Satan will fight you. I mean, he will fight you so that you don't pray. You have to know it. Listen, the moment you set your heart on, I need to pray, I must pray, you set your heart on it and you say, I'm gonna do this every day, I'll pray for one hour. Satan stands up and says, No, you're not gonna do that. I'm gonna shut you down. Because, listen, he can have plans in your personal life. He has planned for something on Thursday, he's planned for bad news to catch you on Sunday, he's planned for something to happen on Monday, and you go into the place of prayer. Do you remember the definition I gave you? You're enforcing the word of God on your environment and on yourself. That's prayer. Say the word, say enforcing. You're enforcing so that element of aggression deals with your environment and it deals with demons and evil spirits. Praise God. So I want to specifically though, when dealing with prayer, I want to deal with the segment of your thought life. Okay, that's what I want to deal with because that's what the Lord asked me to do today. So this is a segment of your thought life. So just write thought life segment just below that. Now, many people don't know that when it comes to the thought life to or to your thought life, that God uses your thoughts the most when it comes to speaking to you. A lot of people think that God will speak to them the most through the inner man, like you hear a voice in your spirit, or you hear a voice uh maybe outside your in your ear, or you read the Bible and He will speak to you. But I'm telling you from experience that God will use your thoughts more than anything to talk to you, He will use your thoughts to talk to you more than He talks to your pastor about you. God will use your thoughts. So, in saying that today, God has spoken to everybody here through ideas and thoughts, but you were not discerned enough to pick it up. Your mind is too clogged. Your mind is too clogged. Can I show you a scripture? Let's go to Proverbs. Proverbs sixteen nine. Go ahead.

Sorry, sir. Thank you, sir. This is Proverbs chapter sixteen from verse nine, and it says, A man's heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps. Verse 10.

No, it's fine. That's it. That's it. Today's not long. Amen. Um I'll read my uh version. It says, A man's mind plans his way as he journeys through life. But the Lord directs his steps and establishes them. A man's mind plans his way as he journeys through life, but the Lord directs his steps and establishes them. What's the problem with that scripture? It's the first part. A man's mind plans his way as he journeys through life. How many times have you woken up and said, I'm gonna do this today? I'm gonna get me an ice cream. You understand? I'm gonna go to the spa. I'm gonna go to the gym. I'm gonna get my hair done. I'm gonna make me some money. Amen. A man's mind plans his life as he journeys through life. This is the nature of your mind. The nature, and you must know it in your spirit that the nature of your mind is to plan for you. But the issue with that is that it clashes constantly with the plans of God. Because God will reveal his plans to you through your mind. So you may wake up in the morning and say, I'm gonna make me some money. And God recommends something that doesn't have anything to do with the Bible. How will you know it's Him? Try and pay attention to what I'm saying. You wake up in the morning, praise God. You get up in the morning, and you're on your way to work. And you and a thought comes to you. Well, let me just go to the cash point and draw some money. And you thought, I ain't got time, let me continue my journey. But you didn't know that was God's thoughts for you in that moment, and that little action, number one, encourages God to speak more. Number two, there's a reward at the end of the instruction. Now I can stand here and I say, stop planning for yourself. But even if I tell you you won't stop, some of you have plans tomorrow. Say, stop planning for yourself, you won't stop planning for yourself. So I have to teach you it in another way. You want to learn it? You seem bored. I leave, I leave for one week and everyone's bored. It's a terrible thing. I left for five days and people have changed. A man's mind plans his way as he journeys through life, but the Lord directs his steps and establishes them. Now, the word but there tells me that God has the opposite opinion. He doesn't want you to plan your life. So, Pastor, what do I do then? Do I just wake up and wait and sit on my bed and do nothing? No, you wake up and you pray. That's what I said earlier. I said you get up and you go into prayer. Because the Bible tells us that the one who meditates on God's word, God deposits wisdom for the day in their mind. So the wisdom for the problems of the day, he has already given to you if you go to him in the morning. Go to him in the morning and say, Father, I need the wisdom for today. What is the wisdom for today? Now, when you get there, you may not hear anything but trust that you've asked and you've received. Praise God forevermore. If the church learns to pray, then we'll learn to evade the fiery darts of the enemy. All the tricks that he has put in your day, you will learn to evade them if you pray effectively. Amen. Has it ever happened to you where you started your day, everything was fine. You were in a good mood. You started, you had your breakfast, you're waving at random people, you know, you're just walking and you're just happy. You're listening to gospel music, and then something happens. Something happens, and you are, I mean, you are furious. Or you heard something that completely threw you off. Has that happened to you? Raise your hand before. I've spoken to some believers that say, sir, I can't catch a break. Say, I can't catch every day. There's something I cannot catch a break. Their days are dark. Amen. Thank you, Holy Spirit. Now, here are some things that um I want to share with you. First thing is write this down for me. Yeah. There are some thoughts that will never come to you as a praying person. There are some thoughts that will never ever come to you as somebody who prays. They just can't stick. Now, I need to give you a disclaimer in this area, and I don't mean to hurt anyone's feelings, but if this sounds like you, you need help. Are you hearing me? And that's why you're here, so we can so we can help you. Praise God. Now, it's one thing for you to have certain certain thoughts that you know are this, these are filthy thoughts, these are terrible, very bad thoughts. Amen. And they crush your mind from time to time. Okay, but there are there are two different engines that I want to show you. First engine is inspired by evil spirits, of course, right? As we look at Matthew 4, the Bible says Jesus was driven into the wilderness, all right, to fast and pray, and then to be tempted by the devil. So when he finished, Satan appears and starts to tempt him. Okay, and because Satan is the one tempting him, those thoughts were filthy. Yeah, filthy doesn't just mean sexual. So disassociate the two words, please. Okay, so Jesus thinking about bread was a filthy thought. Yeah, because the thoughts came from Satan.

Are you listening? That's one side, but the more dangerous side, do you want to know? Is when it is self-inflicted. Now, listen, listen, I'm not saying you did something for the thoughts to come. That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying your soul is dark. Your soul is so dark that it's self-manufacturing. So demons have left you alone. Demons have stepped back, they've said, This this this guy, this guy's doing the job for us. Praise God. You've been you've been so much exposed to dark evil practices, and you've so much accepted it from your heart that you found your so your body and your mind and your soul is now manufacturing thoughts. Listen, if Satan has to come and tempt you to do something, he knows it's not your nature, he knows you don't want to do it, but if he leaves you alone because your soul is so dark, this is where you're in trouble. You're in big trouble. The only thing that can deal with such a man or such a woman is prayer. Because prayer will cleanse the you see that darkness. I'm telling you, you may be sitting next to someone who constantly thinks evil. Constantly. And then there are others that thoughts as a praying person, you can you find it difficult to manufacture thoughts about hurting other people. It's it's it's too difficult. Has anyone experienced that? Be honest, don't you know like it's this is that it's tough for you to harm someone. For some, it they they find it very easy. For others, it's it's hard, it's a difficult thing to think about harming someone else. When I was at uni, I was studying law, right? They gave us a case, um, a case study. And I was reading, we're reading through the case study, and uh, as we're reading through the case study, we we had to um, you know, they created like in that in that lecture a fake court system in the room, and there was the prosecutors and the defense and all of that stuff, amen. So I was reading through the the the case, and this was something that actually happened in 2008. It was an Asian couple where the man was constantly beating his wife, and he beat her like that for years. He beat her for five years nonstop, according to her testimony. He said he was beating me, he'd beat me for anything. He'd beat me if the food was late, he'd beat me if the food was too early, he would just beat me in front of the kids, he'd consistently beat me. Amen. And then she did something, he was sleeping, and she poured oil on him and she set him on fire. Praise God. Yeah, can you go and attend to? She she set she set him on fire. She set him on fire. Praise God as I was reading that. Of course, I was to defend her, you know, in the in the class, and I was on the defense side. So I came up with my defense, but I don't want to tell you about that today. The point I want to drive is why didn't she just leave? Because as I was saying what I said and I spoke about her um branding, some of you felt like that's justified. Did you feel like it was justified in your heart? Be honest. Some people in the spirits that were like, Pastor, that was a woman of God. She's a woman of God, that woman. She done well. That's sad. And that, my brothers and sisters, should tell you the condition of your heart and your soul. If you heard that and you thought, not gonna lie, I'd do the same thing, then the condition of your soul is dark. You should have heard that and thought a whole soul, a person has been burnt alive. She burned him, locked the door, okay, and was videoing the whole thing, waited for him to die, took the tape so she can rewatch it. And that's because he was beating her for years. Amen. She felt appeased. Praise God. She felt appeased. Now, the danger of that is this. That lady probably had so much bitterness and revenge and anger in her heart towards him that now demons came in to take her to the next level. For her to do something that now will end her freedom. Praise God. Your soul is dark. And the only thing that will help you, my sister or my brother, is prayer. You need to engage in the highest levels of prayer for God to start working in your spirit. Praise God. He didn't mince his words, he says, love thy neighbor. Love your enemies. Your enemies, you love them. So as a person who spends time in prayer, some thoughts can never stick. They may come because demons are whispering, but they won't stick. Because you're praying. You're drenched in prayer. So that stickiness, when those thoughts come to tag on you, it can't because you're wet, you're drenched in prayer. You can back them away. I'm not saying that your feelings are not real. You can say, Pastor, I can Pastor, I can feel I my feelings, I feel these are real feelings. I understand. But that doesn't make it right. It doesn't make it right. Praise God. Read out the first one to me. What did I say? What's the first one? It's in your notes just there. Can I have I want uh everyone to read it at the same time? One, two, three, go. Amen. Second one is there are some thoughts that can only come to you through prayer. There are some thoughts that can only come to you because you pray. Amen. There are some thoughts that God has reserved for you because you pray. And there are some thoughts that come to you as a result of prayer because they're so pure. That's the only route they can come to you through. You know, I want you to desire to get to the level where God is sharing his cogitations with you. Like a friend. He's telling you what's on his heart today. And he starts sharing those things with you. Says, I want to do this today. These are one of my desires today. Amen. You want to get to that level with him? That comes with prayer. You know, when you're listening to music, you can be listening to gospel music, and God says your mind is not ready for this thought. But you're you're dancing, you're listening to gospel music, you're like, Yeah, this is the Spirit of God is behind this song. And the Spirit of God looks and says, No, no, no, no, no, you're not ready to receive such a thought. This thought is too pure, it's such a pure thought, I can't give it to you. It's too raw. You have to be in the place of prayer for such a thought to land. I'll give you an example. Have you ever had a thought and you thought that's not me?

Amen. My first car, my it was a one-series BMW. The thought of giving it away, I was so attached to that car. The thought of giving it giving it away came to me, and this was a lesson. Amen. The thought of sewing that car came to me whilst I was walking to a destination. It wasn't in prayer, I rejected it so quickly. I said, How can such a thought even come to me? I was offended. I was so offended because I was enrouting to a journey and the thought landed. I rejected. I said, I was talking to the thought. I said, get get away from me. You want me to walk? So I start I start discussing with the thought now. You want me to start walking and taking the bus? You know, and I can be quite an expressive person and animated. So if you're looking at me from the from across the road, you're like, Sky's not okay. But I was disgusting with the thought. I said, How dare you land in my spirit? You're not allowed. I was placing sanctions on the thought, and then I go into prayer. As I go into prayer, the thought comes back again. But you know what was different? My reaction. I thought, I'm in prayer. And this idea came, and all of a sudden, the thought, I saw the purity of the thought. This is what I'm trying to teach you is that when you're not ready, God's thoughts come across as Satan's thoughts. But when you're ready and you're properly prepared, all right, to receive his thoughts, you start seeing the purity of it, and you receive them well. This is the importance of having a consistent, strong prayer life. Amen. And it's not just to do with giving and money and all that, there's other things. Praise God. One young lady from this ministry called me and said, Pastor, this person has abused me. My family member, this person abused me and said this and said that and and did this to me when I was young. This uh specific uncle, and he he comes to the house as if you know my parents just let him come into the house anyhow. And when she finished speaking, she was like, How do I deal with him? Give me a set of prayers so fire can rain on him, so he doesn't come back to the house. How he put me through a lot, and he was touching me before I knew what those things were, and I could hear the pain in her voice. Amen. You know what? I said to her, I said, go and apologize to him. She almost screamed on the phone. She said, I should apologize to him. For what? She kept on asking, for what? I didn't say anything. I wanted her to vent. I said, get it all out, your sister. She said, for what? Why should why? And then she started naming everything he did, all the things he did. By the time she finished, I said, That's why you should apologize to him. You've held him captive in your heart, you owe him an apology. It just wasn't landing. That call, if if I wasn't trained, I would have even got offended at the way she was talking to me on that call. Amen. But I said, you know what, I understand. You're dealing with trauma. So I said, no problem. I let her finish. I said, okay, no problem. We'll talk again another time. Amen. I left it like that for about three weeks. Three weeks went by. And then she sits in the hall there. We sit and she and then she says to me, sir. I was praying. And I just felt an urge. It was an urge. I didn't hear a voice. I didn't see anything. It was like a like a like a desire to just text him. So I picked up my phone and I texted him, sorry, full stop. That's it. And I said, Let me see the text. She was like, You see, there's the text. I said, sorry. And then you know what she said after that? She said, but he didn't even reply. He even aired me. How dare he? That's another offense. Oh God. Amen. When you're dealing with members, it can be an interesting journey. Praise God. But what I wanted to drive to you wasn't that point. That part was funny to me. The point I wanted to drive to you is that I gave her the remmer. And she said, No, flat out. I'm not doing this. She goes into prayer and God speaks to her in a pure way. And God speaks and it comes out as a urge, a craving. Are you listening? I spoke through words. God spoke through an urge. And that urge came to her, and she couldn't abandon it because she was in a sacred place. Think of it, it's like a husband and a wife. There are some things you cannot tell your wife outside the bedroom. What are we doing here? What's the what we're discussing here? Well, outside the room, brother. Some things, well, most of some of you are not married, so you won't know what I'm talking about. But I'm informing you because you're coming there. There are some conversations that cannot be had outside of the marriage room. You have those are reserved for the marriage room. Some of you are thinking, what kind of thoughts is these? It's because you're having all kinds of thoughts and thoughts outside of the room. That's why. That's why you're talking about anything. Outside the room, you're just discussing things. Amen. Oh, I don't know what you're discussing because you're not married. Amen. Don't look so guilty, please. Praise God forevermore. So I liken it to a married couple, alright? God cannot deliver some messages to you until you're with him, close to him, and he can whisper it to you where you are not defensive. So some of your lives are not moving forward. You're finding that you're in the same place consistently because you don't prioritize the place of prayer. That place of prayer is a special place. I call it the place of prosperity. It's in there.

So I'm teaching you this because there are some thoughts that you have completely bypassed that would have taken the quality of your life to the next level. You bypassed it because you weren't in the place of prayer. Amen. I'm gonna give you number three. Just write this down as well. This is a big one. The one I'm about to give you. Your prayer life can stop evil thoughts going to others about you. This is a big one. Your prayer life can stop evil thoughts going to others about you. And they don't have to be your enemy. Amen. They don't have to be your enemy. They don't they ain't gotta be your enemy. It could be your loved ones that have some thoughts, very concerning thoughts about you. For example, there was a young lady who I was directly mentoring who came and confessed to me that uh last year, not this wasn't recent, this was a long time ago, but that the year before, she everything was going fine, absolutely fine, with her partner, no argument, nothing. But she decided um a thought just came, and she decided, I want to charm him to make him love me more. So she took her menstruation pad and spoke over it, and took what was the remains that was on there and put it in his food, mixed it, and gave it to him, and he he ate it. He didn't know what happened, he he he ate the food. Oh god, in this life in this life, yeah. She she decided everything was fine. Amen. Everything was fine, there was nothing wrong, and she decided let me just make him love me more. Now, if he was praying, I'm I'm not even talking about discernment yet. Like that, like you're praying, and he gets to the food and he's like, Oh no, I'm not gonna. I'm talking about a higher level than that. If he was praying, that thought wouldn't even have come to her. That's what I'm talking about. So you're in the place of prayer, you're speaking in tongues, you're speaking in tongues, you're speaking in. Do you know what you're doing? You're batting away ideas and thoughts that are coming to others about humming you, and they don't have to be your enemy. The devil will use the ones who are the closest to you to come and get to you. Praise God. All the downfalls that have happened in the scripture have been wives leading husbands astray, husbands leading wives astray, children trying to kill their parents. Praise God. So, as you're a person of prayer, you can even harm someone or make a mistake. You know, when I say harm, I mean hurt someone's feelings, and because you pray, God puts a barrier around that person's mind, and even God convinces them and says, You can't do this, you're not allowed to do this. It happened with Abraham. God appeared to Pharaoh and said, You can't touch that man's wife. But let me the interesting thing is Abraham said, That's my sister. So Pharaoh was in the line. Pharaoh said, Is that your sister? Is it yellow? Is it is that all the gods? Everybody get out, please. Everyone out. So, you know, all the gods are shuffling, everyone's getting out of the room. He says, Quick, quick, quick, we have business to attend to here. Amen. So one thing leads to another. Uh Pharaoh, he's looking at Sarah, and he says, You know what? I'll give you time to prepare. Let's do this tomorrow. Amen. So the following day he decides to fall asleep. Now he's he's gone, he's sleeping. As he's sleeping, the Bible says that God appears in his dreams. God didn't say, Oh, Pharaoh, um, my servant lied to you. No, no, no. God said, If he threatened him. Did you read that verse, Prophet? Yes, sir, yes sir. If you touch my servant's wife, you will die. So I'll kill you. Amen. And if you read the story of Abraham, Abraham was a praying man, a man of faith. He was a praying man. So the angels of heaven were protecting him and his. That's right, that's right. They were covered. Praise God. So if you're praying with what I'm teaching you in your spirit in mind, you have this in your heart whilst you're praying, you activate these things. But if you're praying carelessly, you don't know you're praying, you're just copying other people, you don't know why you're praying, you don't know what's happening when you're praying. These things cannot be activated in your life. So I have to teach you these things so that when you're praying, you have it in your spirit that this is what's happening. You will find favor wherever you go. Learn to pray properly.

He beautifies you at your arrival. You get there, and it's like everyone's been waiting for you here. And you may not even be qualified for where you're going. Amen. I told you when we went to, I keep thinking we went to the Philippines, but where where with Thailand? When we went there, we were the youngest, the least experienced in ministry. Everyone was talking about I've been in 17 years, 15 years. This I'm around them. I'm like, I haven't hit double digits yet. I'm still in four. But but God was looking at that four and he beautified it. Amen. Yeah. God in the place of prayer will cover your errors and color your endeavors. He will cover your mistakes, yeah, and color your plans. Because you're God's man. You gotta be proud. See, I'm God's man. I am God's man. He has my back in everything I do, he has my back, I'm God's man, I am his man. I am his man, I'm God's man, he has my back. I have his, I'm God's man. Praise God. Sit down, sit down. I want to wrap it up, but I do also want to give you at least this one just one more pointer. Amen. Thank you, Holy Spirit. Even on this uh third point, I spoke about your loved ones, but let me touch on your enemies, those who consider themselves your enemies. Amen. Those who look at you and and they just don't like you. Have you have you been around someone who just uh they don't know you but they don't like you? Raise your hand. It's because you're not praying, brother. Amen. But it doesn't mean that if you pray, everyone will like you. It doesn't mean that. Listen, I'm I'm dealing I'm dealing with um sorry, I'm dealing with the the thoughts of evil against you. They are managed. They are managed thoughts. So you have people who will see you just for the first time. I don't I don't like that person. And they start devising thoughts. Now there's a difference between thoughts and ideas. If you didn't know, there's a there's a massive difference between the two. Thoughts, and you can go and do your own personal research about this. Thoughts are usually disorganized and random, and they have no agenda.

Do you understand? Thoughts, they they they it could be it could be passing, just passing, no agenda, no focus, random. Praise God. And it could be sparked by a smell, something you've seen. That's a thought. An idea is usually constructed. Do you understand? It it has a place it has to hit. It's targeted. Now fact check me on what I'm saying in your own time. Praise God. What what why I'm so focused on thoughts is because when you read the scripture consistently, uh the Bible starts telling us how to think. He tells us what to put our minds to. Amen. What is it you must put your mind to? And what he's recommending becomes very easy if you're in the place of prayer and you're doing what you're meant to do properly. Now, don't ever find yourself, let me just go into this because this will be my next topic. Don't ever find yourself in the place of prayer, and uh you're praying, and uh you're on your phone, you're responding to a text, and you go back into prayer, and then you're praying, and then your thought, your thought goes far away, and then you stop praying and you're thinking about that thing that you're thinking about for some time, and then you stop praying again. You know what you're doing there? You know what you're frustrating the spirit of God. Think of it like this God, because I told you that He speaks to you through thoughts most of the time, so you're not gonna hear his audible voice. When I come to you and I tell you what you did yesterday or what happened in the realm of the spirit, it comes as visions. Where do you think visions happen in the mind? One of the keys to the prophetic that I learned from when I was 16, the Holy Spirit said to me, A pure, a pure mind translates to pure visions. So you if you want to really flow in the prophetic, in the supernatural, you have to keep your your mind pure. Amen. If you're secretly watching strange things, you don't know that you're clogging your mind. God, God fight He will find it. Okay, I'll I'll change it. You will find it difficult to decipher what God is saying. Because you're clogging your mind, and that's where God speaks the most. I want to finish that. Yeah, during prayer, let letting your mind, you find your mind going somewhere else, bring it back, practice it as we pray. If you find your mind going off, say come back, come back, talk to it, say mind come back here, come back. This is where it's at. This is where we're cooking. Bring your mind back. Amen. The more you do that, the more you find that okay, for the for 10 minutes I've prayed, my mind hasn't gone off. 15 minutes I've prayed, my mind hasn't gone off. 20 minutes I've prayed, my mind hasn't gone off. And then an hour and a whole hour you've prayed, your mind hasn't gone. Amen. And in that time, God is preparing your life. So as you're praying, as you're praying, he's talking to your employer. As you're praying, he's talking to the person you're meant to marry, he's fixing them for you. You like that one, that's why you start smiling. Amen. Yeah, because I'm in prayer. So so God is able to minister to me through ideas and thoughts. What do you think an intrusive thought is? That's you and the devil flirting. Why must you have intrusive thoughts? Why why you? Oh pastor, I was just at the train station and then I saw someone standing near the tracks and I thought push them. And then I walked off. Why you? Why is it you? Someone came to me and said, Sir, have you ever thought about how it feels, you know, to put your hand in fire? No, no, no, I haven't. No, and you know what the person's doing? You're in trying to impart on me your intrusive thoughts. No, I haven't. I haven't, and I won't, I'm not interested. Yeah, I'm not interested. Have you ever? Why? Why? What kind of thought is that? When someone says to you, have you ever stopped them? Say, oh uh excuse me. Excuse me, think about what you're about to say. Does it make sense? Praise God forevermore. No, because if you allow such a thing, you know what happens? You start thinking about the same thing. That's how the mind works. If you didn't know, I'm telling you today, the mind is a breeding ground. The mind makes so many babies. You determine what quality of the baby you want to make. So if someone says, Have you ever, even if you know, if you if you're too late with your reaction, you may start now pondering on what that person has been pondering on? How many young people have slipped into drugs this way? Should I end it now? How many young people have slipped into drugs this way? Have you ever tried weed? This it was a recommendation from a friend. Have you ever I wonder what it's like to smoke? Why are you wondering? Why is it that your mind and and by the way, by the way, think about it? You yourself, you didn't think of this thing at all. The thought came to your friend that should tell you enough about that friend for you to run away. No, you you you you you God, should I tell them this thing? You you you got to make these decisions based on what think about what people say. Why is this friend constantly recommending strange things to you? That person has a dark soul. Even you, with all the terrible things you've done, these ideas don't come to you. Remember, I said earlier on if you pray this way, he takes care of you and yours. There are some thoughts that will never catch your children. Never catch your children if you learn to pray properly. And you need to be charged. See, when we go into this prayer session, it won't be a long one, it'll be a short you charge yourself. Do you understand? Charge yourself so much. Go into this prayer session and deal with deep things. You don't say much words, just speak in tongues. Break out and speak in tongues like a crazy person. With all these things that I'm teaching you in your spirit in mind, you're shifting tables, moving the needle, moving mountains. Do you understand? And even like stuff like depression, that's a small thing. That's even small. Depression, what's depression? Listen, listen, listen to me. Two minutes into your tongue speaking, depression would just disappear. You will see you will feel it yourself. You'll feel it yourself. Pressure, stress, depression. Two minutes in, the Spirit of God would slap it. Move. Amen. And this is a daily thing. You have to do it daily. Praise God. So I'm gonna I'm gonna give you one more, you know, thing, and I'm gonna charge you. We're gonna pray together. You ready to pray? Yes, sir. Yeah, you gotta take off your jacket and all that and really get it's gonna get hot in here. And and if you're like, you know, you you're not accustomed to the way we pray, don't be a bystander and just be watching people. It's a bit weird. Did I offend you? Don't be that guy that when we open our eyes, you're just looking at us. No, no, no, no, no, please. Because prayer is a private thing. Just looking at me. Look at someone for ten seconds. Ten seconds. It's what when you're stepping from the corner. It's the corner. It's the angle in the corner. You're just no don't don't do that, please. No no no no no no no no please, don't do that. Yeah. It's very bizarre and very strange. Are you ready to pray? Let me give you the last one, the last one. Alright. The last one is that after God speaks to you through the thoughts, he also gives you the logistics, and the logistics is often not traditional logistics like you think, like he's not gonna tell you how. Amen. But if you look at Proverbs 16:9, it says he will direct your footsteps. That's the logistics of God. So as you're praying, all right, and God is batting away thoughts from others, evil about you, God is putting good thoughts in people's minds about you. Not only that, some of you must know that you are very difficult to deal with. Excuse me, hello, you are a difficult person, and God is planting patience in others for you. Because you're not an easy person to deal with, everyone's easy according to themselves because there's a method to your madness, isn't it? Until you speak to someone else who lives with you, they will tell you, my friend, do you know how difficult you are to live with? Praise God. So God is also imparting patience in those around you so they can bear you. You need that in order for you to grow. You need that. Remember, Moses was in the boat as a baby, he was found by Pharaoh, Pharaoh's uh uh uh women, all right, maidservants, they found him, and he was a baby. And guess what babies do? They pee. What else do they do? They cry, they scream. So God had prepared a place for Moses in his baby era. Are you listening? And then God, being so gracious, actually went and said, The only person that will have patience for this child is the mother of the child. So God says, I'm gonna redirect you, release the baby, I'm gonna bring the baby right back to you. Moses ended right back in the arms of the person who will have the most patience for him because it requires patience to deal and grow people. Praise God. So you are a very difficult person. I know because I talk to you. Yeah, I know because I talk to you. So God is now touching your mom's heart where she is, he's touching your dad's heart where he is, God is touching your employer's heart where they are to deal with your strangeness, but they will love you for it. And all of this will happen in the next 15 minutes as we pray. The last thing is be conscious of it. So, flip through everything I've said, like chapters in a book, as you're praying, meditate on it so you can start the prayer off by you're speaking in tongues and you're seeing that your your uh your employer is being patient with you, and then as the spirit leads, you flick to the next thing, and you're praying for your children, your unborn children, that God will cover them, and certain things will not come to them. They won't be as corrupt as we once were. Are you listening? Maybe I shouldn't talk about kids because you don't have kids. Should I avoid that area? You're gonna have kids soon. Praise God. So, as you're praying, God is dealing with all of these things, and he's also dealing with your heart so that you may not have evil thoughts against other people. You will not think evil of your neighbor. You'll find yourself doing unorthodox things. People will call you a spring of love. Are you ready to pray? Stand up, let's pray. Stand up.
