SPEAKER_03

Praise God forevermore. Are you a woman of faith? A man of faith? Are you sure? Yes, sir. That's good. Because your life depends on it. Yeah. Your life depends on it. I know sometimes when I talk about faith, I humorize it a lot. But just for us to take a little bit of a more serious uh bit. You know, this is an uh it's an area that if you don't if you don't get it under control you could perish on the journey. Praise God. Faith is so important. And when I say faith, I'm not talking about faith in Jesus Christ. You already have that. That's why you're saved. Praise God. You already have that. And so you belong to the kingdom of God. But that's not what will allow you to live an excellent, triumphant life here on earth. You understand that? You still have time. Amen. To turn things around, you still have time. Every day God gives you an opportunity to practice. To practice wielding your faith. To beautify your own life. Amen. And I made that decision long time ago, years ago. I made that decision that my life will be beautiful. Irrespective of good decisions, bad decisions, my life will be beautiful. I will not struggle. I just can't struggle. Why do I have to struggle? Why should I suffer? When Christ suffered for me, these are the genuine concerns I had in my heart. Genuine, I would sit down and just think over and over again. Why should I suffer? When Christ did all the suffering for me. Why? Why? Why should I work five jobs to make ends meet? Why? Why? Why should I be afraid because I'm late to work? Why? Why should I panic when work says they'll pay me late? Praise God. Why should I borrow everywhere? I've borrowed from siblings, borrowing from the bank, borrowed from parents, borrowed from ex-best friends, former friends. I've borrowed every why should I be borrowing? Praise God. Why should my children suffer? Amen. Why? Why do I have to work twelve hour shifts? Twelve hour shifts? Why? It's up to you. Amen. I'm just telling you how concerned I was. I was so concerned I would sit and think for hours. Why? Why? These are questions I genuinely had burning in my heart. Why should I suffer in this life? Praise God. Why should I work and overwork and drive my health into the ground to make ends meet? Why? You can't even serve God properly. Look now, I'm teaching, and some of you have worked 12-hour shifts today, yesterday. And ten minutes into the message, you'll be sleeping. And I can't be mad at you. You have a physical body. So if you sleep in the service and I know you're working 12-hour shifts, I leave you. I pray for you. Praise God. But that's your fault. Why should you work 10, 12-hour shifts? Why? There's something you're not doing. There's something you're not doing. Pastor, I work these shifts because I enjoy them. Nobody enjoys work that much. To work 12 hours every day. Nobody. Praise God. It's not the will of God. God's picture is that you put in a little bit and you reap where you didn't even sow.

SPEAKER_04

That's right.

SPEAKER_03

Do you remember the businessman who gave talents? Remember him? It was a parable. This is not something that actually happened, but the Lord Jesus gave this parable. But he was talking about himself. And you know what he said that touched me? The last servant said I was afraid. So I put his talents into the ground. Because I know my master reaps where he doesn't sow. God wants you benefiting of things you didn't even have anything to do with.

unknown

Come on. Amen. Amen.

SPEAKER_03

I know it's hard to believe. I know it's hard to believe, but I made up my mind years ago that I'll believe these things. I'll believe these things. I have to believe it. It's the only thing I have. I don't have rich parents. There's no inheritance coming my way. Praise God forevermore. I think maybe you have rich parents. Maybe you were driven to school in a Rose Royce. I didn't have that. So I made up my mind years ago. I said, why should I suffer? Now, until this thing becomes a genuine concern to you, okay, it's very difficult for you to find yourself living a victorious, blessed life. It has to be a concern, genuine. I didn't say worry, I said concern. As in daily, you sit with God and say, Lord, why? Why didn't you suffer on the cross for me? Why? Why do I have to work and work? And sometimes I go to work. My manager makes passes at me. You know, different people talk to me in a certain way. I have to take it because at the end of the month, money is coming. Why do I have to live like that? Why am I a slave? Was I born to be a slave? I'm teaching you how to think far. Get away from myopic thinking where everything is about how you feel now. No, think ahead in five years' time. Will I have the energy to do what I'm doing? And if that's not enough, look at your parents and ask yourself, do I want to be working at their age? Now I'm on the quality living side. Finances, right? I haven't even talked about health yet. I haven't even talked about health. Entitled this message Truths. Truths. So T R U T H S. Truths. Amen. Now in the scripture you find uh what we call absolute truths and probable truths. Yeah, absolute truths and probable truths. So I want you to categorize them so you have absolute truths, and I will highlight some of them for you today. And then I'll highlight some probable truths for you today. And I will tell you why I'm teaching you this today. Um you'll understand why. Thank you, Holy Spirit. We'll start with absolute truths first. The first thing that you have to know about absolute truths is that they do not need your influence or your input to be established. Absolute truths are established irrespective of what you say, do, believe, or think. Hallelujah. Absolute truths. So I'll give you an example of an absolute truth. That Jesus Christ is God. Now the Bible doesn't need you to believe that. God doesn't need you to believe that. That's an absolute truth. Jesus Christ is God. Whether you believe it or not, He is. I'm starting quite small, you know, to just set the tone for you to understand what I'm getting at. So is he God? Are you sure? Good. Does he need you to confess it for him to be God? Are you sure? So independent of you, it stands that he is God. Independent of you, it stands that he will return. The next thing I want you to factor in about absolute truths is that if you don't know them, you will perish. If you haven't taken your time to study absolute truths in the scripture, you're writing your own death certificate day by day. You must take time to study absolute truth. So these are things that without me, without my influence, without my mindset, without my speech, without my belief, these things stand alone. Hallelujah. If you don't know them, it's not that it can kill you, it will kill you.

unknown

Amen.

SPEAKER_03

God said to Adam, Stay away from this place. He said, Stay away from there. Stay away from there. If you eat from there, you shall perish. Was that an absolute truth or not? Are you sure? He said, Stay away from there. If you eat from there, you will perish. Was that an absolute truth? But he lived on and had children. Amen. He lived close to a thousand years, nine hundred and ninety-eight, I think. Amen. I'll come back to that. Praise God. Now let's go under the probable truths for a second. Make sure there's a lengthy space between the two. So you can write your cogitations as I'm teaching you. So keep some space between the two. Um with absolute truths, it's important that you also make decisions on them. So when you make life decisions, you base it on absolute truths. You don't make decisions without factoring the absolute truth. For example, I remember we had we had a gotten rented a warehouse, and it had like three floors, and we were just small, and you know, we we got the place and we were worshiping and you know, praising God, worshiping, and it was nice and all of that, and then sometimes the worship would affect us. Some of us are hearing one thing, others are hearing another thing. It was a very strange vibe in the service, amen. This happened for weeks, for weeks, amen. Now, as this was happening, we got to praying, we prayed, we prayed, and we discovered something. We discovered that there was a demonic altar downstairs because at the bottom there there were some Asians who were selling materials, they were like making tables and you know, creating things, and they'll send them off to different countries, they'll make couches, luxury couches for you, all of that. So they needed business, so they set up an altar downstairs. Praise God! And so when we would worship God, there will be a collision, amen. And God doesn't share. Is that an absolute truth or not? Are you sure? It's interesting. I'll come back to that too. I'll come back to that. But it was it was a terrible it was terrible, but they had their altar, they will burn incense, they will sacrifice, they'll give their fruits, and it would attract more customers. And so we decided we'll leave. Amen. We said we'll leave this place. Why did we decide to leave? Because when we got there, we didn't ask God if this is the place. That's you know, I said, build your life around absolute truths. Number two, God didn't tell us to stay. So we arrived and said it was a nice place, and we started. So everything that we were doing there was smelling very bad to God. It was, it would it would sound strange to us, it would smell bad to God. Amen. We we weren't living based on absolute truth. So when you're moving school, when you're moving area, when you're choosing a house, some of you are getting to that stage. Base those decisions on absolute truths. Amen. Yeah, base it on absolute truths. I'm coming, I'm taking my time. Praise God. Another absolute truth. Uh let's go to First Corinthians chapter fourteen from uh verse from verse two maybe.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, sir. First Corinthians chapter fourteen from verse two says, For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God. For no one understands him, however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries.

SPEAKER_03

For no man understandeth him, albeit in the spirit he speaketh mysteries. Now, now this is an absolute truth, yes or no? Is this an absolute truth, yes or no? So, irrespective of your influence or input, this is how things go. Okay, now it says that when you Are you speaking in an unknown tongue? Yeah. You are speaking mysteries not to the spirit but in the spirit. Okay, this is an absolute truth. So when we say everyone pray and you break out and start speaking in unknown tongues, number one thing you must know is that nobody knows what you're saying. Okay. Absolute truth. Not even yourself. So blessing, let's just take it, you know, row by uh row by row. Okay. Uh read the first part for me.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, sir. First Corinthians chapter 14 from verse 2 says, For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God.

SPEAKER_03

Number one, truth. You're not speaking to men, but you're speaking to God. Absolute truth. So no one can come and change that. It's established, that's how it goes. Once you break out in tongues, immediately you're talking to God. Okay, go ahead. Continue.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, sir. For no one understands him. However, in the spirit, he speaks mysteries.

SPEAKER_03

No one understands him. Nobody. No human being understands what you're saying. Now, where it gets interesting, it says in the spirit, you're speaking mysteries. It means there are beings in the spirit who also don't understand what you're saying. Because to them it's mysteries. Praise God. These are you're sending finer signals to God, independent of anyone. Praise God. So speaking in an unknown tongue is a thing of faith. When you charge in your unknown tongues, you're speaking and it's fueled by faith. Faith is fueling this thing. Praise God. And as you're speaking in unknown tongues, you're trusting that those mysteries are handling business. The very things in your life in which you're concerned about when you're speaking in unknown tongues, you're trusting that God knows where to place those prayers. Are you listening? That's why I always say to you, it's difficult for you to be worried. You can't be worried. You can't be worried. You can't be worried because you have tools like this. Beautiful tools like this. That when you pray, you're trusting that God in heaven, the one who is the creator of wisdom, knows exactly where to put the power of these prayers. And he prioritizes, he knows what is the number one priority. And he's the best at doing this because he cares about what you care about. Remember, the Bible says the just shall live by faith. So even if I have money, I'm still living by faith. Money doesn't come and remove my faith. Money comes, I put it to the side, and I still live by faith. Yeah. Do you understand that? These are truths, I'm telling you. I go into the room before I speak in other tongues. I speak in a known tongue. English. Praise God. Yeah. I speak in English and I say, Lord, I am concerned about this area of my life. I say that a few times. I'm concerned. Amen. I'm concerned. And I've come to the realization that prayer isn't really prayer until you have a burden. The prayer is not effective. Until you have a prayer burden for the thing you're praying for, your prayer won't be effective. No, because you go in there and you will be busy. Just ask yourself: have you ever gone into the place of prayer and you were genuinely concerned about something? Look at the way you prayed that day. Versus scheduled prayer. Scheduled prayer, you enter, your phone rings, you're looking at your phone, you know, you're even doing things whilst praying. There's some power there. You're letting off um electrolytes. You understand? It's it's just coming out, you understand, in lower dosage dosages. Amen. So have you ever who's been electrocuted here before? Just raise your hand. Like, you know, you just touch it, though that's what your prayer is doing. It's just you know, little, it can sting the enemy. Yeah, but he'll be dancing around you, he'll be dancing around you because all it does is it stings. Amen. But when you have a burden, you go in there, the first thing you do is throw your phone. Say, I'm I'm even tired of this device. You throw the phone, you lock the door, and it's you and God, man. It's really you and God, and you start praying, and the prayers from your heart. You understand that? You find yourself crying, tears. God, I'm concerned, Lord. I am concerned. This area is bugging me. Amen. This is what I do, yeah. And you don't have to force the tears when you get to that level, it just comes by itself because your heart is in this thing. Say, Lord, I am concerned. Don't don't say things out of the scripture to get God to feel sorry for you. Do you understand? Like, Father, I'm dying. You've come out now. No, no, no, no. Stay on track, brother. You understand? The Bible doesn't say that you can't be concerned. Yeah, no, no, you can't go into prayer and say, Lord, I'm anxious, brother. Stay on cause now. It says, be anxious for nothing. So, how can you go in and say, I'm anxious? What are we doing here? Is this too much for you? You you you go in there and stay on course, stay on course, no matter how much it's bogging you, stay on course, Lord. I'm concerned. This thing is heavy on my heart, and when I'm praying, I say, Lord, I remember you in Gethsemane. You were on the floor crying. You said, Father, take this cup away from me. I'm following in your footsteps. Take this cup away from me. What am I doing? I'm on the word. I'm praying within my jurisdiction. You know, some prayers are ineffective because you've prayed, you're praying until you now sound like Satan. You understand? You sound like the enemy, you sound like him. You go in into prayer, Lord. I'm angry. Now, the Bible says you can be angry, but don't sin. But here's the here's the uh the chicken and egg situation in this in this area is that if you go into prayer angry, yeah, it's likely that your heart will start giving birth to other emotions, which now causes for you to be standing in a very compromised position of sin. Like from anger, almost immediately births demonic thoughts of revenge. That's you stepped into sin immediately. Now you're going, imagine you're going into prayer with those things, and I told you some prayers you find ineffective because as you go in, because God is so merciful, instead of you generating power to solve the problem, God now has to heal you first. You went in there for solution, but you got therapy. So you come out and you're expecting God to have moved, but he didn't because he moved on you. Are you listening? So that's why I put it, I put it in my spirit that I will not if I if I'm angry, that thing will have to go in two minutes. It has to go. If I have to get away from the person, get away from the situation, I have to I have to do it. So that when I go into prayer, God is not counseling me about my behavior, but we're discussing the things I am genuinely concerned about. Do you understand that? Praise God. So speaking in other an unknown tongues is a reality, it's a absolute truth. There's so much power in 1 Corinthians chapter 14, verse 2, and onwards. So much truth in there. Independent of you, this thing is happening. Now, let's go to the probable truths. Amen. Thank you, Lord Jesus. Now what you must know is that if you don't know the probable truths, all right, you are disadvantaged. So it will not kill you immediately, but you are at a massive disadvantage. Massive disadvantage. Alright. Uh read verse 21.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, sir. Second Corinthians chapter 5 from verse 21 says, For he made him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in him.

SPEAKER_03

Praise God. This this is powerful. I I know you think it's powerful maybe because it's the Bible, but let me show you why this thing is powerful, and this will help you to study scripture for those who love the word.

SPEAKER_05

Yes, sir. Amen.

SPEAKER_03

Praise God. Now, blessing, I want you to read that slowly. Okay, read it slowly. Try and study, try and keep following me here.

unknown

Amen.

SPEAKER_03

Alright, go ahead.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, sir. Second Corinthians chapter 5 from verse 21 says, For he made him who knew no sin to be sin for us. That we might become the righteousness of God in him.

SPEAKER_03

Alright, he made him who knew no sin to be sin for us. Is that in your Bible? Is that an absolute truth or a probable truth? Are you sure? Yes, sir. So that happened. Yes, sir. Whether or not you are involved. Now, did you know the second part of that scripture is probable?

unknown

Yes, sir.

SPEAKER_03

How do I know? Because it uses the word might.

unknown

Come on now.

SPEAKER_03

This is something that needs your assistance. Read that second part. Yeah, go ahead.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, sir. Second Corinthians chapter 5, from verse 21. The second part says that we might become the righteousness of God in him.

SPEAKER_03

That we might become the righteousness of God in him. So for you to be the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, it needs your assistance. It needs your hand. It needs your partnership with the spirit. You understand that? Your input. Participation. Probable truths excite me. Because that's where I get trained. Because I'm actively participating. Absolute truths don't need me. I do not make Jesus God. He is God. I can make him God of my life. But he's God without me. But there are other things where God needs me to participate in order for this thing to be established. Are you listening? Should I give you another scripture very similar to that? John chapter 10. Go to John chapter 10.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, sir.

SPEAKER_03

And read verse 10.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, sir. John chapter 10 from verse 10 says, The thief does not come except to steal and to kill and to destroy. I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly.

SPEAKER_03

Some of you got it, some of you missed it. Some of you got it, some of you missed it. The thief comes, but not to steal, kill, and destroy. Absolute truth or probable truth. So Satan is definitely a thief. He's definitely a killer. He definitely destroys. Is he nice sometimes? This guy is evil. So we we've all agreed on that. He's a terrible spirit, uneducated spirit, destructive spirit. Can we agree on that? Okay, now then we have the second part. It says this uh Satan comes but not to steal, kill, and destroy. But I come with life. So that so that can we read it together? That second part. Let's read it together. One, two, three, go. Wait, I have come so that they may have life. Absolute truth or probable truth. That's probable. How do you know? It means there's no guarantee. There's no guarantee, brother. There's no guarantee. You have to study the word, find probable truths, and enforce them. There's no guarantee. And the part that he's not guaranteeing is a very important part. Satan's one is guaranteed, Christ's one is not. You gotta study that. He said, I have come. Is that probable or is that uh absolute? He came. Then he says, so that so now he's saying the purpose in which I came, all right, now you gotta participate in this one so that you may or they may what and may have it more abundantly. So he there's two maze there. He says, number one, you may have life, number two, you may live it abundantly. So you have many, many people, praise God, who received Jesus as their Lord and Savior. They needed to participate in that. That's why he says, I have come so that they may have life. He can't just give it to you, you have to take it. So that's the first part. The second part is that they may live it abundantly. So having the life is one thing, living it abundantly is another. That's another thing. Praise God. So we have so many Christians, most are not living in abundance. Why? It goes back to how I started my soliloquy early on. I said, Why must you suffer? Why? And and the bigger thing is why are you not concerned? I don't understand. I've been with some of you for years. Why are you not concerned about this thing? Why are you not concerned? Why is this thing not on your heart? Like, I need to be somebody. I have to be somebody. I have to set an example for my children. I have to be someone. I'll show you some some things in the scripture today. Amen. Because we just we just uh started.

SPEAKER_04

Oh yes.

SPEAKER_03

Give your concerns to the right things. No, I saw some people so concerned about the World Cup. That's where they chose to give their concerns to. Fathers crying because their country didn't qualify. Fathers crying. A whole daddy. Somebody calls him daddy. Yeah, multiple little children calling him daddy, daddy, daddy. A whole father crying because another man didn't kick the ball in the goal. And and for us to give this a little bit more attention, praise God forevermore, we find that some some people, their whole year has been destroyed. We watch some of the games, alright? I'm not saying watching is bad. We watch some of the games and the camera will zoom into some faces. A whole daddy, a whole man crying with makeup on his face, you know, masquerade, crying is finished because his country never made it to the finals. That's where he decided my concern is best fitted. Well, some of us putting our concerns on the kingdom. Praise God. Where you find me crying is for souls. Where you find me crying is for prosperity. Yes, I cry so that we can prosper. I cry so that I can prosper in prayer. If there's an area that's not moving, I say, God, I'm concerned about this. My heart is there, and I start crying. That's the only place I'm allowed, I'm allowing myself to cry is in the place of prayer. Because before God, there's no pride. It's humility, and you are naked before Him. That's the only way you can pray. Amen. Of course, I thought about this on Sunday. It's not physical nakedness. You know, that will not influence God, anyhow. Praise God. So don't take off your clothes and sit in pure nakedness and say, God, this will shift and move God's hand. That's witchcraft. You are trying to bewitch God. Amen. This is why you should come on Sunday. You learn, you learn a lot. Amen. Praise God. Nonetheless, I put my concerns on the things of God, the house of God. Amen.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

And when you operate like that, God talks to you about these things. He would come and ask me, how would this end today, this game? Praise God. When England was playing, praise God, I told him who would score. Did I not tell you? I said this person will score. I gave him the name, I said, this one will score. Praise God. Even the previous game, the game you guys watched recently, I came and I told them. I said, Argentina will not lose this game. Some are concerned. Crying. I told him and I told her they were supporting England. I said, Argentina will not lose this game. Amen. Praise God. So the the the spirit realm is at your service. When you place your concerns in the right place. Put your concerns in the right place. I want you to be different. I want this ministry to be different. We must raise mighty men and women. We have to. There's no other way to do ministry. As far as I know the scripture is concerned, there's no other way to do ministry. We must raise mighty men and women. Who do not get tired of thinking big and demonstrating what the scripture says. Praise God. John chapter 10, verse 10 has an absolute truth and a probable truth in there. On probable truths. Alright. Another thing you must factor in with probable truths is there's no guarantee you will experience them. There's no guarantee you will experience them. Straight after that, right? You have to fight for them. You have to fight for them. The Bible says that you've been remember I told you uh Acts chapter 10 verse 38 that you've been anointed, right? With the Holy Spirit and with power. And you go about doing good, healing the oppressed of the devil because God is with you. So you're anointed. I told you that, right? Yes, sir. Okay. Even though you're anointed, and God has anointed you with power in the Holy Spirit, there's a generator there. You must generate that power. You will not experience Acts chapter 10, verse 38, unless you engage, you fight for it. There are things in the scripture that you must fight for. For example, um, one of the ways to generate power is through through uh prayer. Okay, prayer is the generator, that's what keeps the power flowing. He he he called me last night at like what time? 1 a.m. I don't know. 1 a.m. I was in my garden praying. Was I not in my garden? I was praying. He he called, he kept on calling us. I said, I'm I can't answer this call. And he called, I said, I'll call you back. And I called him. We spoke at 1 a.m. and I said to him, I'm actually in my prayer time. Amen. I was in the garden praying. Because I knew and I know that the generator of power that I need, especially for this season of my life, is in the place of prayer. I must pray. If I don't pray, there's no power coming out of me. So what effectively, what am I doing? I'm fighting to experience Ephesians chapter 3, verse 20. I'm fighting to experience it. You understand that? So you also must fight to experience the scripture. When you read a scripture, ask yourself, is this absolute or probable? Once you discover that this is a probable scripture, start fighting. Because that thing is not gonna be, you know, you're not gonna be a recipient of that scripture until you put your gloves on and go to war. Amen. He says there's no enchantment against Jacob, and every day you're sleeping, you're seeing all kinds of manner of things. On top of that, you're in abject poverty. So what do you do then? I thought there's no enchantment against Jacob. So what do you do? What do you do?

SPEAKER_06

Fight.

SPEAKER_03

Look, it's not enough to say fight. How do you fight? What do you do? What do you do in prayer then? How do you when I say content for the scripture? What do you do? Let's look at it, let's look at the logistics of it. Because I want you to leave here today with you know what, I know what to do. I know what to do. Pastor said, fight. This is this is not it. You don't go into prayer and do that. No, no. There's a way, there's a there's a path that the Lord has set for us. So, how do we do this thing? So, someone teach me now. How do you fight for the scripture to come alive in your life? It's not enough for me to come and tell you I'm fighting. Yes, I am, but what am I doing? What am I doing? Praise God. Can someone tell me what I do? Because I've talked about this before. What am I doing? Tell me, yes, give it to me in order, that's part of it. But what am I doing? I want to know that you know how to contend if I'm ever not here or I get raptured. Amen. Alright, what exactly how are you gonna do this thing? Because that's another conversation I've been having with God. I said, God, I cannot die. If I'm gonna leave this place, it's not through death, amen. You are taking me alone, I'm gone. And when I say alone, I'm one with my wife, so it's us together. Amen. Unless she puts in a petition and she wants to stay longer for the children, that's up to her. But I'm gone. Earth is nowhere near as good enough as heaven. I'm out. Alright. Talk to me.

SPEAKER_05

Thank you, sir. Um, so shall I start? Um, thank you, sir. So we start by you first visualize the problem whilst speaking in tongues, then you prophesy, and then you go from prophesying to confessing.

SPEAKER_03

I think you got it a little bit wrong. You skipped some steps. I'll come back to you in a second. Eniola, let me hear from Eniola. I'll come to you in a second. Take notes because you can use this tonight, today. Go ahead.

SPEAKER_08

Thank you, sir. Um, Julia was right, but one step that she missed, I remember you saying is that before you speak in tongues, is that you would sit down and you know, probably worship for a little bit, you know, test the spirit, see where your heart is first, get your posture in the spirit, and then when you feel moved to speak in tongues, you would then speak in tongues.

SPEAKER_03

Very true. Very true. Now that's perfect, that's the beginning of it, though. There's more steps. Yes, so anyola has started us off correct, clap for her. So I get in and I don't just speak in tongues. First, I check where is my heart? Am I upset at anyone? Am I offended at anyone? Did I do I hate anyone? Do I have some revenge for someone? Praise God. I'm scanning my spirit. When I find out that maybe there is something, maybe I was upset, maybe road rage or something, I I start dealing with that first. Because I got you gotta get all the the things out of the way that would trip the power. You know what trip the power means? You know when there's there's electricity here and then it cuts, there's a faulty socket. Okay, so those those those are I'll call it a faulty socket in your spirit, and offense, anger, bitterness, uh, lust, all of these things are faulty sockets, but you gotta kick them out before you engage in warfare. Amen. You gotta be careful of what you you lay your eyes on because that could create the power to stop as well. So clear your mind, have a quiet spirit before you pray, before you worship. Because imagine you've seen some indecent things during the day, and you go in in the evening. Once you close your eyes, all those things start coming. Are you listening? All the naked women that you saw during the day, that's the time they will meet you, is in your time of prayer. I told you, Jesus fasted and Satan met him in the fast. Praise God. Thank you, disciple and lack. Who can tell me what the next steps are? Go ahead.

SPEAKER_07

Thank you, sir. Um so after the visualization of um sorry, sir, after scanning your spirit, you visualize, um, and then you pray in tongues and you pray until you feel peace.

SPEAKER_03

So uh we scan the spirit.

SPEAKER_07

Yes, sir. And then we visualize. I assume scanning the spirit is in the same bracket as worshiping.

SPEAKER_03

Very different. Two different things.

SPEAKER_07

Yes, sir.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah. And then after that you've missed out some bits there. Okay. You've missed out some, unfortunately. I'll take one more and then I'll give you the order. Amen. Okay, go ahead.

SPEAKER_02

Um, thank you, sir. Um, so yes, the first thing that was mentioned already being I'm obviously coming with a calm mind and a calm spirit. Um, obviously, the Holy Spirit can't speak to you correctly when you've got a lot going on, basically. You're becoming your own blockade when it comes to that. So that's what any older already cleared up. How you can do this, for example, you've taught us by going into worship so you can put yourself in peace. Um, you want to correctly attune yourself, obviously, to the Holy Spirit. Um, now another thing that you taught us, um, and I remember back from the teachings, for example, like contending with the promises, you take an applicable scripture, um, an appropriate scripture in the situation that you are in, um, and use that to basically wield the situation obviously into the way you want it to be. Um, obviously, now how you take it from there is when you then go into prayer, um, you can um you taught us now, for example, praying in English. Um, I'm assuming, of course, you can then pray in English using the scripture, the verse, for example, that you have. Um, of course, um, then you can go into tongues waiting for the um the remmer from the spirit of God because obviously the situation may require you to do something, it may require you to suicede, it may require you to prophesy, it may require you to confess of yourself, it may require something that doesn't even require all of those things. So, um obviously leading by the remmer is the most important thing that you should go by. Um, and yes, that's that's where I'll go. So, yes sir.

SPEAKER_03

Thank you. There's more, but let's clap for him. Well done. Well done, well done. After you receive the remmer, that's when confessions begin. You do your confessions after you receive the remmer. After your confessions is thanksgiving. Now, what I usually do is when I receive a word for that situation, I may laugh for some time, sing for some time, express joy. Do you understand? Because I know I got my answer, and then after Thanksgiving, I start the next prayer shift by thanking him for the last one. Because I haven't forgotten, I don't have a short memory, I have a long memory. Amen. Yeah, I have a sound mind. So I remember, I'm not like Israel with it for God, what God did for Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I remember what God did for Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. So I go into the next prayer session thanking him. I say, thank you. Thank you for you took care of me, you took care of my needs, you took care of everything. Praise God forevermore. These are simple steps for the layman or the lay women, woman on how to contend. Amen. If you can master this, I will add a few other things. Praise God. Now, just to round up, all right, I'll give you two more. Let's go to Exodus chapter six. There's something else, it's a narrative scripture. There's something I want you to see there. Um, Exodus chapter six is important because it it tells it it shows you how God. Um okay, before I even tell you that, I want you to just notice the probable truths there and the absolute truths there, and then we can go from there. Go ahead from verse 1.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, sir. Exodus chapter 6 from verse 1 says, Then the Lord said to Moses, Now you shall see what I will do to Pharaoh, for with a strong hand he will let them go, and with a strong hand he will drive them out of his land. Verse 2 And God spoke to Moses and said to him, I am the Lord. Verse 3, I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as God Almighty, but by my name Lord, I was not known to them. Verse 4. I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, in which they were strangers. Verse 5, and I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage, and I have remembered my covenant. Verse 6. Therefore, say to the children of Israel, I am the Lord, I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, I will rescue you from their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments. Verse 7. I will take you as my people, and I will be your God. Then you shall know that I am the Lord, your God, who brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. Verse 8, and I will bring you into the land which I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and I will give it to you as a heritage. I am the Lord. Verse 9. So Moses spoke thus to the children of Israel, but they did not heed Moses because of anguish of spirit and cruel bondage.

SPEAKER_03

Amen. Now there's there's a lot to unpack there. Let me give you a backstory very quickly. Or do you want to go home for time? I'm okay to do that as well. Okay, it's nice to know you're interested. Okay, so we we we have this background. Yeah. I discovered many years ago that God actually had given Abraham Canaan already. As in, Abraham had already settled there, he got there, he took the promised land, he achieved it. But after Israel grew, because it came from Abraham, then Isaac, then Jacob, then the 12 tribes came from there, they migrated, and then they fell into slavery by Egypt. So they lost the land of Canaan. After 400 years, God said, I want to give you back that land. So that's the backstory. They had already had that land, their forefathers already lived there. Praise God. Now, there's something else you need to know about Canaan. The Bible says, and this is uh something you should write down. This is an absolute truth. The Bible says in the book of Leviticus that the land of Canaan was spitting out the Canaanites because of how much sin they were in. They were such a disgusting nation who knew not of God's absolute truths, they were lawless, and so the land that they were living in would spit them out. The land itself refused to inhabit them. This is in the book of Leviticus. I'll give it to you on Sunday. The land itself said, I want nothing to do with these people. Praise God. So God had seen that, and God said, That's the land I will take from the Canaanites, because they were lawless, and I'll give it to Israel. Amen. Now, if you read there, I want you to tell me where are the absolute truths in Exodus 6, because we read from 1 to 9. Okay, so I'll read and I'll ask you. Okay. Okay, let's read from um verse 3. And I appeared unto Abraham and Isaac and unto Jacob by the name of God Almighty, but by my name Jehovah was I not known to them. Probable or absolute?

unknown

Absolute.

SPEAKER_03

You sure? Yes, sir. So this happened? Yes, sir. Are you sure? Okay. Verse 4. And I have also established my covenant with them to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage wherein they were. Strangers, probable or absolute? Are you sure?

SPEAKER_05

Yes, sir.

SPEAKER_03

Interesting. Verse 5. And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage, and have remembered my covenant. Which one?

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

Verse 6. Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the Lord, and I'll bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I'll redeem you with a stretched out arm and with great judgments. Absolute or probable?

unknown

Absolute.

SPEAKER_03

Wrong. You got yourself carried away. You have to read the scripture. This is an absolute. Let's read that again. Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, so he's telling him to say, Moses to tell the Israelites, I am sorry, where are we? I am the Lord, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I'll rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm with great judgment. So God is giving them his inventions. Praise God. So if a man comes to you and says, I'm gonna marry you, is that absolute? If he comes to you and says, I have married you, is that absolute? Yes, because we're married already. If he says, I will marry you, it's probable. Why is it probable? Because you got to say yes. That's the first hurry. Are you learning? Verse 7, and I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God, and you shall know that I am the Lord your God, which bringeth you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, probable or absolute? Not everyone's answering. Some of you still puzzled? Which one is it? Okay. Nice. Verse 8. And I will bring you into the land concerning the which I did swear to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. And I'll give it to you for a heritage. I am the Lord. Probable or absolute? Why? You're saying absolute?

unknown

No, no, no.

SPEAKER_03

What did you say?

unknown

I am absolute. That's not what the rest of the end is not probable.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, disciple Allah says the ending I am the Lord is absolute. Okay, so when he says, I will be to you a God, is that probable or absolute? Why is that? Is he not God? So it's a personal thing. Alright, I'm learning. Thank you for teaching me. This is nice. This is good. Praise God. And then he says, Um, I will bring you into a land concerning which I did swear to give to Abraham. You got to think about that one. He said, I swore to give to Abraham, I will bring you there too, probable or absolute. Are you sure? But he he said, I swore to Abraham. Can someone explain that to he said I swore to Abraham? So is that is God a liar? So which one is it?

unknown

I think it's absolutely not listening.

SPEAKER_03

Let me hear from Zoe. Go ahead. Be bold.

SPEAKER_00

Do you mean stop? Do you mean stop? Tranquil. Thank you, sir. Um I was going to say probable on the basis that it sort of has the same undertone to what we previously looked at where it says he will give us life. So we may have it and live it more abundantly. With he are it still requires their acceptance and participation. But there are some absolutes in there, so that's why I think it's maybe got both of them.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, so tell me which parts are absolute.

SPEAKER_00

Okay. This is verse 8. 8, okay. And I'll bring it into the irons which I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. I'll say that's absolute. And I will give it to you as a heritage. Probable. I am the Lord. Abs it's not given, sorry.

SPEAKER_03

No, no, no, no. Let's clap for her. Let's clap for her. You you you got I will give you 80 out of 100. Clap for her, clap for her. Is this a pass? Yes, it is. Okay, let me hear from you. Go ahead.

unknown

Thanks, sir.

SPEAKER_04

Um, thank you, sir. I was gonna say that it's um a probable because the swearing, he already fulfilled it, as you said, sir. He did give it to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, because they already lived in Canaan. So they've already lived there. But now he's promising that I can bring you guys back there, which is a different thing.

SPEAKER_03

Nicole was the last person I would like to hear from.

SPEAKER_07

Thank you, sir.

SPEAKER_03

I think you got it now. Go ahead.

SPEAKER_07

Basing it off of how it took them 400 years to get there. So that means there were generations that didn't experience this. Yes. It was definitely probable. Because he was speaking to them, but they didn't make it because of their disobedience and many.

SPEAKER_03

You're right, you're right, but the it's the way you're seeing it that is a little bit, you know, could be adjusted. Yes, sir. So let me let me show you. Let me show you, or else we'll be here, we'll be here for a while. Okay, amen. Absolutely. Praise God. So it says, and I will bring you into the land concerning which I did swear to give to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. Now, there is a mixture out there. He says, I'll bring to you onto the land concerning which I did swear to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The first part before he says, I swore, is probable. From from when he says, I swore to give to Abraham, that's absolute because it happened. He swore to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and said, I will give you this land. And he did. They actually took it. Do you understand what I'm saying? So you have you have probable, then you have absolute, and then he says, I will give it to you for an heritage. Probable. I am the Lord. Absolute. Verse 9. Moses spake unto the children of Israel, but they hearkened not unto Moses for anguish of spirit and for crude bondage. This is why I will adjourn my message. Now, can we read the amplified version of this? Because we have to dig here because you will find yourself in this last verse. You will find yourself in this last verse. Or you may find yourself in this last verse. I hope you don't find yourself in this last verse. Amplified, let's go. Or the live the living translation after this.

SPEAKER_01

Thank you, sir. Exodus chapter 6 from verse 9, the Amplified Version says, Moses told this to the Israelites, but they did not listen to him because of their impatience and despondency, and because of their forced labor.

SPEAKER_03

Did you hear that? They didn't listen to him because of their impatience. And what? Oh trauma. And what's the last one?

unknown

Forced labor.

SPEAKER_03

Forced labor. Their tough times define them. Their tough times, their traumas define them. I've met people like that. They've gone through too much in life for you to give them hope. It sounds like a poem. When you start feeding them hope, some of them may get angry at you. Stop, stop, stop, you know, giving us hope. Why? They've been in trauma, in troubles for so long. God spoke. God said there, I will be your God. Probable. He expected them to connect with him. He wanted participation. He wanted a partnership. He wanted togetherness. The Bible says they didn't listen to him. They didn't listen. Even God being so merciful, he threw in some absolutes. He said these are these are established. They still didn't listen. Because of the things that they've gone through. What have you gone through that has made you very difficult to believe in God to do what he promised that he would? What is it that has shaped your mind in a way where you are struggling to believe God? Ultimately, this is what will shape the quality of your life. If I'm some of the young men here, you know, middle-aged young men, whatever, whatever you want to call yourself. When I'm picking a wife, I'll pick a woman who can partner with me in my faith. Amen. Who understands partnership of faith. Because these things that I'm teaching you today will determine the quality of your life. Whether you live a triumphant life. Fly there. Your problems will follow you there. Fly to Czech Republic. Your problems will follow you there. You can say, I will go far to where the end doesn't the you know the earth doesn't end. Antarctica. You find yourself there. Guess what will happen? You can say, I'm gonna find a country where there's no tax. If you have tax issues, where will they follow you? Right there. This thing, there's no running away from it. There's no running away. Praise God. There's no running away. There's no you you you you look at those scriptures, you look at where God is entreating you. I call it an entreatment. God is calling me, He said, Come partner with me. I want to work with you. I will tell you some things, secret things. I don't let tough times define how I connect with God. Israel said, God said, Moses, go and tell them what I'm saying. I want to work with them. Moses went excited. He said, Guys, God said he wants to work with all of you. He wants to partner with all of you. They looked at him and said, Can can you can you not see where we are? You know there are people like that. It's the brain. Yeah, the brain is so small. People like that have never created anything in their lives. Never ever. Your visions and dreams scare them. Someone young man said to me, Pastor, I told my told my parents I want to do this. The parents were so concerned, they sat him down. When he came back from school, they sat him down. Dad was there, mom was there, everyone was there. Little sister was there. He sat him down and everybody was so serious. He thought, What did I do? He said, Why do you love taking risks? No, this is this why are you taking risks? Look at look at look at us. We have a nice middle class life. You eat every day, you have food every day. Have you heard that before? You have food every day, you've never missed a meal. So, is that why I was born? Was I born to just eat and not miss a meal? I think I'm talking to the wrong people. Is this why I was born? Just to eat and not miss a meal. They said to him, No, but why? Why are you taking risks? You love risk. Look at your dad. Your dad is working an okay job. He pays the bills. He said to me, Sir, I looked over at dad. Dad looked stressed. He said, The more his mother was talking, the more he didn't even want to be like them. He says, This is why I was born. For this, praise God forevermore, brother, sister. You were born to do more than just eat. Yes, you were born to do more than just look good. That's right now. You understand that? You were born to do more than just talk, or to be another number, just another added, you know, number to the census of a country. You're just another number.
