In today’s episode of Real Life, Real Faith, Real God, we dive into Ephesians chapter 2 and discover something powerful about our heavenly identity. Paul reminds us that in Christ we are loved, chosen, and seen as holy and without fault. We are adopted into God’s family as sons and daughters, and we’ve been given an inheritance through His kindness and grace.

The enemy wants to drag us back to our past and make us forget who we are in Christ—but we can stand firm in our new identity. Everything changes when we accept Jesus as Lord and Savior.

Whether you’ve been walking with God for years or you’re just beginning to explore faith, this episode will encourage you to live confidently as a faithful follower of Christ. And if you’ve never made that decision, I’ll walk you through how to invite Jesus into your life today.

Hey there, I'm Tracy. This is real life, real faith, real God. You're in the right place to get real, real about life. Real about your faith and real with God. This is your moment to pause. Take a deep breath and stop pretending everything's fine if it isn't, because God can handle your truth. He's not looking for perfect.

He's looking for present. So whether you're feeling strong in your faith. Or struggling to hold on. You're not alone. Let's meet with him just as we are right here, right now.

Hey everybody. Welcome back to real life, real Faith, real God. I'm Tracy, and today we're talking about. How to move from simply knowing about our heavenly identity to actually living it out because there is a big difference. Here's something I've discovered. We can't fully walk into our identity in Christ alone.

We need community. We need accountability. I remember when I was in a woman's Bible study, we formed into smaller life groups. Those groups made all the difference in the world because inside those groups, we encouraged each other, strengthened each other, and sometimes even gave one another the push we needed to take risks in our faith.

Without that accountability, it would not have been easy and we would've stayed stuck. And I've seen the fruit of that. Women who once felt limited by old labels are now leading worship. Writing books, writing, hosting shows, serving in government, and most importantly, walking in freedom. See, that's what happens when we stop living from self-imposed limitations and start embracing our heavenly identity.

I like to think of it this way. God rebuilds us into a new, improved version of ourselves. The 2.0 God created version. That version of you is aligned with his will, his purpose, and his perfect design for your life. But here's the truth. Embracing that vision requires us to say yes to God. And sometimes that yes needs to be spoken out loud.

Maybe you can repeat these with me right now. Yes, God, I want to see myself as you see me. Yes, God. I desire to embrace my heavenly identity fully. Yes, God, I will speak about myself according to your word, not the world's opinions. Yes, God, I will obey you completely and trust you to transform me into someone new.

When we start declaring these yeses, something shifts. Our mindset begins to line up with God's truth. Romans 8 28 tells us, and we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love him and are called according to his purpose. So your story, yes. Even the hard parts is being woven into God's good plan.

So let me ask you, what do you need to let go of? From your earthly identity today, is it a label that someone else put on you? Is it fear? Is it an old memory that keeps you stuck? Take a moment and invite God to show you what needs to be released so you can fully walk in who he says you are. And here's the truth that I want you to hold onto.

You are the complete package. You already have everything you need in your relationship with God. You are loved, favored chosen, and more than enough. You are his daughter. You are his son, accepted and not rejected. Let's pray. Father, thank you for shaping us into who you created us to be today. We release old labels, false identities, and anything that has been holding us back.

We say yes to you. We say yes to our heavenly identity. Teach us to see ourselves as you see us, and to live boldly in your truth. In Jesus' name I pray, amen. Thank you so much for joining me today on real life, real faith, real God.
