Speaker 3:

No, we started this when we were seniors in high school that's right, so that was what we were like.

Speaker 2:

What?

Speaker 3:

that was what 2021 that was like december. We started it that's crazy.

Speaker 2:

And then we started clothing brand freshman year high school.

Speaker 3:

That's just crazy I mean, damn, I'm just a freshman year of high school. That's just crazy. Damn, I'm tripping, that'd be freshman year of college.

Speaker 2:

I'm telling you, Don't do drugs man For real.

Speaker 1:

This is my question, though, for y'all what made y'all desire to be entrepreneurs? What made you?

Speaker 3:

I don't know. Just the thought of not working a nine to five. Me personally, I can't imagine myself working for a boss. Lawrence Lightlaw on turn.

Speaker 1:

He hit the nail on the head, I feel like when you work for somebody else, you're making them rich instead of yourself.

Speaker 3:

Exactly.

Speaker 1:

You're putting yourself on, you're putting a price tag on your dreams, instead of chasing your dreams. You get what I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

They're paying you to put your dreams on a back burner.

Speaker 4:

No, I'm going to say not only you got them, making them rich, but you're putting a hold on your shit working for them.

Speaker 2:

I just feel like with entrepreneurship. I just feel like it's the freedom that come with it, like, oh, I want to say I would, I don't know. I just feel like why put in the hours for somebody else when you can put in that same, that same amount of time to your creativity, if that makes sense, go ahead.

Speaker 3:

Tony, go ahead, you're messing up. Nah yeah, that's the fact, though, for real.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, nah, like entrepreneurship, like I don't know, I just feel like it allows you to be like I don't know that shit, I don't know. Man, I'm just being real with you. I just like to hustle, I like to grind. I don't want to work a nine to five like for real, like I feel realtor, I just like to hustle, I like to grind. I don't want to work a nine-to-five like for real, like I feel like I could put in that time and all that dedication into my own business, into my own creativity, thinking outside the box, like you know, for me, like at least I could say for when, when it came to creating a clothing brand, I just wanted to see other people in like my art, like my creativity. I wanted to see people, like you know, rocking something that I made. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 2:

Um, I would say zero net gold club. We took on that opportunity because it was an opportunity of, you know, I would say, new beginnings. I would say because you know that zero net gold club deals with that web three. It's like a decentralized asset type company, if that makes sense. People that don't know that this was like cryptocurrency. Long story short and so, uh, that was. We took on that because that was just a really good business opportunity to increase our finance. I guess we would say was the hope? All right, is the hope, um. So yeah, that's what entrepreneurship is to us. What I think, did I answer the question?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, yeah, because I mean it also made my wheels turn, because in my mind it's like, even before the podcast started, I feel like the best thing that you can learn from is others, because I see the progression in their clothing brand and the first thing that trickled in my mind is hey man, what is GSM? What does that mean? What does this mean? Because I understand they're already in that line of work. I already understand that this is what they're chasing. They already know the clothing brand. They already getting samples in it, and for me to pick their brands is more lucrative than you putting a dollar sign on it.

Speaker 1:

Because when I look at it first of all, it was like this is speaking a foreign language to me. It's like, okay, so do y'all go through X, y and Z? Do y'all go through X, y and Z? And to learn from others that are already doing helps motivate me more to chase those dreams, to chase those ambitions, because what y'all don't understand is everybody has a dream, but everybody can't be an entrepreneur Because everybody doesn't have the drive, everybody doesn't have the goal because they're going to fear them long nights.

Speaker 3:

They're going to say this is too hard.

Speaker 1:

I'm not where I'm supposed to be. They think I'm supposed to shoot from zero to 1,000, 1 million on the first fucking hour.

Speaker 3:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

I mean, like I said, an old head said this shit to me a long time ago and it resonates to me every day, because somebody asked me how you doing, how's everything going? And always my rebuttal is slow motion and the return back from that is a slow motion is better than no motion that's real because you got to learn how to crawl before you walk.

Speaker 1:

I mean, you take those baby steps. Because if I'm desperate, if I'm just launched into this shit to where I'm just achieving this shit, I don't like value it as much. I don't see the work, I don't see the. I don't see the work, I don't see the goal, I don't see the end result of what the hell I'm aiming for. And a lot of people fail to realize that when they get trapped in these predicaments because a lot of times people will say I'm not where I'm at and I just started this two months ago they don't understand it. Like we talking about Jeff Bezos, we talking about the motherfucker over Microsoft, we talking about the motherfucker over Facebook, we talking about the motherfucker over Tesla, they didn't just get this overnight, they done failed three times over. And sometimes failure is the best teacher. Because what do you learn from? That's like in a boxing ring. If I throw a left and a right at you and you catch me with that shit and knock me on my ass, what?

Speaker 4:

am I going to do?

Speaker 1:

I got to stand back up because it's a failure, and we don't call it a failure. We don't call them a loss, we call them a lesson.

Speaker 2:

Well, that's definitely like a point to what you said. Entrepreneurship is going to be different for everybody. For one, it's going to mean something. It's going to mean something different to everybody and it's going to feel different for everybody. But I would say like the main thing, like the main fruit to entrepreneurship is what you learn, basically what you were saying, like what you learn, the different experiences you go through, like the different ways of life of entrepreneurship, bro, like I mean, and then it's like the different experiences that you're gonna have to practice dealing with people, managing, managing money, handling money, dealing with bank, dealing with banks, dealing with different businesses.

Speaker 2:

You know, I'm saying like it's just a whole experience and I just feel like that's something that well, at least for speaking for me, that's something that makes me happy, pursuing something like that versus being stagnant in a working force, which, of course, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. Everybody has a different goal. But that's what makes me happy is chasing that entrepreneurship, and I would probably say the same for all of us, whether it's entrepreneurship or content creation. You know everybody want to be a content creator, but you know it's once you get to where you want to get, you can turn it into a business, and you know, you can be classified as an entrepreneur as well. I feel like, like you were saying, though, I feel like learning, what you learn and what you go through and your experiences is what makes entrepreneurship, you know, worth it, I guess is what I'm trying to say. That is what I'm trying to say.

Speaker 1:

So this is my biggest question. I know how many times have y'all wanted to say fuck it.

Speaker 3:

On a clothing brand. Never, yeah, never. Someone like just give up on the business?

Speaker 1:

like just saying like bro, this, this is just like put. Like this, like I I use the term getting your dick knocked in the dirt like you run into a hurdle and it's like, bro, we got all this shit sitting on us. What the fuck are we going to do?

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, definitely have moments where we're trying to figure out what are we going to do, like Canada could tell you, yeah.

Speaker 3:

Definitely have moments like what are we going to do, but it's never a moment where we feel the need, like oh, we need to quit, or like we want to quit or anything like that. We're just just gonna figure it out at the end of the day, you know try to get past it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, like, for us, bro, it's a part of the journey and we already got our mind triggered to where it's like we enjoy the journey of what's going on. Like the product, we've already like I guess you would say we've like I don't know what the correct word I guess we finessed our brain to kind of understand that this is just a part of the journey and this is something that's just gonna happen. You see, what I'm saying it's just and we're gonna figure it out and we're gonna be all right not too long from now. Like you just gotta kind of enjoy the journey.

Speaker 1:

And that's hard to say because everybody's in different positions, of course but this is my biggest question though when y'all were first starting out, was it easy?

Speaker 3:

no, it wasn't really easy. I I mean, we just kind of.

Speaker 2:

I mean, I don't know, I wouldn't say it was hard either, because like we was enjoying it, so it was fun. You know what I mean?

Speaker 3:

Like starting the brand, like we kind of had friends being engaged and learning. Huh, we had friends that like kind of guided us. You know Christian.

Speaker 2:

That as well. You know what I'm saying. It wasn't. We didn't have to jump into it. What am I trying to say? Like we Go on say it.

Speaker 2:

No, no, no. We was like when we got into clothing, shout out to Wealthy Boys. Our homeboy Christian they got us into like you know, they kind of you know helped us out with manufacturers and who to go to. The struggle for a lot of people with clothing brand is trying to find a manufacturer. How to you know what I'm saying how to pursue that? A lot of people don't know how to do that. Luckily they was able to get us in, like in the door, and then our homeboy Christian he was, he's a graphic designer.

Speaker 2:

So like our first, like really our, I would say maybe our best T-shirt beyond the life set. Yeah, we had to restock it like three, four times, like that was like our hardest design, Like I feel like we was, we was getting like decent sales. I feel like for us to be starting out low keys. I don't know, it was just, it was just fun for us though. Long story short, like so we never felt like it was hard, but it's definitely some frustrating moments with any business and for other people, other people it's gonna be hard, but I don't think we consider anything hard. It's just we aren't in, we aren't in certain positions or we don't have the resources to get to the next level, and we just got to figure out how to obtain those resources do you ever go to youtube university?

Speaker 2:

try to learn anything yeah, and I feel like, in whatever business you're doing or whatever career, you should take courses and learn from other people. I feel like that should be a part of your investment. That's how you're going to learn how to do anything. I mean you just ain't going to know shit on your own. Is that what you was asking? Like courses, training, yes, I feel like that is important. I mean, you know, do your research on people. There are a lot of people who just bullshitting, but I mean there are some people who actually got game, like do your research on who they help, what brand they promoting and stuff like that. Like who?

Speaker 2:

I think our first course we took was like word and vision. Some people know them, some people don't. They're pretty popular brand we took. We took their course. I mean we've paid for, like we paid for managers. We've paid for like, uh, ad marketers, like you know, it's it's we. We know what we need and what we don't need and who can help us and who can't. But it's all just about you know learning from everybody else paying for it. I mean I made that investment man.

Speaker 1:

So, so a lot, a lot of people are so afraid to spend the actual revenue. Um, when I talk about revenue, I'm just talking about funds in general. Um, because when I grew up I grew up in like the 90s, 2000s there and we were always told scared money, don't make money, your risk is worse than your reward.

Speaker 2:

It definitely is.

Speaker 1:

Because I mean, yeah, you can be the richest motherfucker in the world, but if you don't put the motive behind it, how do you expect it to grow? It's like when you grow a plant yeah, you can put it in the dirt, you can water it, but what kind of nutrients you add to that motherfucker? What kind of nutrients you add to that motherfucker? What kind of fertilizer you add to?

Speaker 1:

I mean because I, when you say, like the courses, it's like what else am I putting into instead of just the basics, just to see my shit broke because, like I was, telling somebody the other day, um, about this whole podcast, shit man, I didn't know what the hell I was doing when I first started this, but as I grew, as I went along, the quality went up, because I was watching videos, I was reading stuff learning from others.

Speaker 2:

I was learning and a lot of times, really, you don't even have to. Really, you know, there I mean, you can do a lot of research to the point where you may not even have to take a course or you know, like go to seminars and stuff like that. But I just feel like it's it's totally different when you go to seminars and when you're learning, you and sometimes and stuff like that, you're able to learn from people who are where they, who are where you want to be one-on-one, and you're able to understand what they're doing, their daily routines, their hobbies, what they do every day. And you know, I feel like that's essential. I feel like that's essential. But you know, I feel like, with entrepreneurship, a lot of times, man, you fall into relationships.

Speaker 2:

I feel like we should talk about love OG. I feel like we should talk about, you know, relationships and you know, I would say, what we go through in today's digital age relationships Because we heavy on social media. I mean everything's on social media and you know, nowadays social media ruins a lot of relationships. Shout out my boy, travis Hill, bro. What's that, bro?

Speaker 1:

because what you're saying. It's crazy because some people will start recognizing your emotion and everything else you got going on and will start baiting you in Because they see the projection.

Speaker 2:

it's like like we, it's like an old proverb when you have nobody, somebody, nobody wants you, but when you have somebody, everybody hey that's real, though that's a's a real thing, that's a real issue for real, and that's crazy, though I don't know what it is about that To this day. I don't know why that's a thing, because it's like what do?

Speaker 1:

I do next. I mean, what do I do next?

Speaker 2:

I mean, you know you're going to be loyal or not. Those two options. Is that right or wrong? Quan, what? What did he have to say? He said uh.

Speaker 1:

When nobody, when you have nobody, in a relationship nobody wants you.

Speaker 2:

Like when you're not in a relationship, it seems like you don't got as many people.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, and it's crazy how it works. Like that, too, it is. It's real. Seems like you don't got as many people, yeah, and it's crazy how it work like that Two of these. It's real crazy. I don't experience that a lot.

Speaker 1:

They trying to throw your panties at you.

Speaker 3:

They trying to talk about something.

Speaker 1:

I just want to suck your dick in a parking lot. They just want to taste it, though Let me just smell it.

Speaker 4:

You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 3:

Let me just smell it.

Speaker 1:

And it's like when I shot my shot at you when I ain't had nobody, you weren't biting.

Speaker 2:

Okay. So how about this though? You got somebody now, you with somebody now, and you know you with somebody now, and you know. When you do get that type of attention, what is your like? How do you handle it? Do you just ignore everybody? Are you tempted to text people? Do you text people? Are you just? Are you loyal? Do you mess up sometimes? I ain't gonna hold it Like you can be real. I fuck up.

Speaker 1:

I fuck up. It's, and I think the most times I fuck up is when I feel like shit falling apart or I'm constantly battling.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I can see what you're saying.

Speaker 1:

And it's like what the fuck? Y'all just chill. I just want peace, I just want. I'm not doing this, I'm not doing that, like what the fuck? Y'all just chill. I just want peace, I just want. I'm not doing this, I'm not doing that. What the fuck? Why are we waking up at 7 am arguing that's gonna fuck up our whole rest of our day to where we're productive? Well, I don't want to talk to you. I don't want to see you.

Speaker 2:

I don't want to breathe the air that you breathe do you think that sometimes do you believe in, like when you're in a relationship, sometimes y y'all can have that feeling of where, like every time y'all see each other, y'all just kind of are like agitated or like it's easy for y'all to irritate each other. What do you think gets people in that stage in a relationship?

Speaker 1:

I think a lot of times when you don't have space you don't take breaks you don't give me time to miss you right because I can't like well, I don't like myself.

Speaker 1:

Someday you know what I'm saying to where I gotta go meditate. I gotta go take that peaceful, that future place away from everybody. I gotta gotta do some shit that I enjoy doing, like even playing the game, bro. I forget that I'm still me sometimes because I'm in this motherfucking shooting shit, because sometimes I gotta take myself out of my element and my everyday life because everyday life gets hard. So what's my escape goal? What's my vice? But see, but that's the only problem with that is, people have there's such thing as a healthy vice and an unhealthy vice.

Speaker 1:

You get what I'm saying um, because, like I say, like a healthy vice is like I might be pissed the fuck off, but I'll take that angle and that aggression, but I'll go funneling into my power. I'll go funneling into something else I want to learn. Or I'll go funneling into a mission that I want to accomplish on the game. But you got other motherfuckers that will take that level of aggression that they're dealing with and they'll start shifting it over. To well, I'm about to be a line of cocaine.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's OD, that's what we're talking about, but you get what I'm saying, though, but that's when the motherfuckers go like this, like. I'll give you a perfect example, bro. Um, one of my partners was telling me about his job my partner's a share. The motherfucker was getting booked in, right, bro, he said. He said, man, how'd you end up here, bro? I've been clean from meth for three years, but I walked in the house and my old lady looked like a Chinese finger trap. What you just been saying something crazy bro.

Speaker 2:

Hell yeah, she had dicked him out, but dicked that guy out of the China bro, Hell yeah she

Speaker 5:

had dicking him off and dicking that goddamn baton bro. Oh, so he was out there running trains.

Speaker 4:

Bro, he was at the.

Speaker 1:

I mean he was getting in the front end and the back end. I mean, how do you? I mean shit, I wouldn't take it as far as I gotta go with life. What do you do? You don't nut the fuck up, because now there's two niggas against one.

Speaker 3:

I mean, how can?

Speaker 1:

you be mad? What you want? To close the door and walk off. That nigga said. He closed the door, walked off and went to go smoke three grams of meth Unhealthy vice.

Speaker 2:

So what would you do? What would you do in that situation? What would I do? Yeah Well, I don't even know, bro. I couldn't even put myself in that idea, because you walk in your room, your bedroom, your master bedroom. You know what I'm saying. Mortgage ain't cheap, so you paying what? $4,000 on mortgage? You walk in your crib. Two men Got your wife.

Speaker 4:

I wouldn't do no meth though.

Speaker 2:

I just want to know what. So what would you do, Tone.

Speaker 4:

I'm using my citizen laws. I'm abiding by my laws on my property. They're intruders. They are intruders, I don't know them.

Speaker 2:

Hold on, hold on, hold on. So y'all, both saying y'all shooting.

Speaker 4:

They're intruders. They're intruders, I don't know them.

Speaker 2:

They're not necessarily intruders, though. Your woman invited the men, so y'all are going to jail. That's literally what that is. That wasn't smart. Nah, we're not the final game. Your woman invited the men. Man, they're guests. You know what I'm saying? Trouble, huh.

Speaker 1:

Trouble died.

Speaker 2:

Yep Rapper Trouble or their guests, you know what I'm saying, huh, yep. I know, I know that show was what happened, wasn't it? Dang Wait? Buddy pulled on him first.

Speaker 1:

Uh-huh, oh, and Buddy came home, so trouble was over at girl's house, uh-huh. So, if you owe us Okay.

Speaker 2:

Oh, and buddy came home. Yo Damn Bro. Let me tell you something. Oh my God, that's why I don't, I don't want to say something.

Speaker 1:

In my younger days I done did some shit like that.

Speaker 5:

I'm not doing that. Even if I got a name, I'm not doing that. You coming to a hotel, shit like that I'm not doing that. Even if I got a name, I'm not doing that. You coming to a hotel.

Speaker 2:

You know what I'm saying? I don't really be down for. Okay, let me tell you something.

Speaker 1:

I don't care if you in that situation, bro your mind, be all over the place. I'm speaking from my own personal experience. I done did this shit one time. I knew y'all didn't have a man.

Speaker 2:

You just took the risk.

Speaker 1:

I bet you my father was sad, but my whole thing was bro. You can hear a pen drop in the other room. I heard the text from the clock.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, I'm already know I'm wearing this be on 10.

Speaker 1:

But my whole thing is, bro, I don't care from the clock I'm already know I'm wearing this be on 10. My whole thing is, bro, I don't care what you say, bro, I can be in that motherfucking stroking man. I hope this nigga don't come here. I swear to God, man, this nigga busting me back window man.

Speaker 2:
