SPEAKER_03:

I had to do blood work today.

SPEAKER_01:

How met how many vials?

SPEAKER_03:

Eight.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh my goodness.

SPEAKER_03:

She was like, we're getting eight vials. I was like, what's fantastic. It was like, well, looks like he's testing for a lot.

SPEAKER_01:

Dang.

SPEAKER_03:

Okay.

SPEAKER_01:

Did you know what he was testing for?

SPEAKER_03:

I mean, he may have told me at my doctor's appointment, but my doctor's appointment was back in August. This was the earliest appointment they had to do the blood work.

SPEAKER_01:

This is just like regular, this is like cholesterol.

SPEAKER_03:

I imagine, yeah. Testosterone. Probably when I told him that I was of the gay, I'm sure he added on all the STD tests.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. I think they do that for straits too.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

If you're if you haven't had one in a while.

SPEAKER_03:

Right. But yeah, pretty standard. And then like they're not doing like they wouldn't give they're not. They he said whenever they used to do blood work and then go over the results the same day. But there was something about people like not showing up to do the blood work or something. What I don't really remember, but he said, so now they don't do that anymore. You they schedule your blood work and then then you're physical to go over everything. That's not my experience that I just had, but also not normal, but like I don't know, maybe it's because of the insurance I have. But yeah, whatever the case, I have to go back next week for a full physical.

SPEAKER_01:

That actually is really dumb.

unknown:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

I feel like it's normally like physical. They order the blood work and then they'll like call you and be like, everything looks good, or they'll be like, come back in if if they really need to talk about something.

SPEAKER_03:

The way that this hospital is doing it. Like when I went for my first appointment to get established with them, I thought that was gonna be my physical.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

But it was really just like they got my medical history, they heard my concerns, like they got all of my medication, like they made more of like my file.

SPEAKER_01:

Couldn't that have been, you know, like a telehealth?

SPEAKER_03:

Right.

SPEAKER_01:

You know?

SPEAKER_03:

Could have.

SPEAKER_01:

Well, I'm sorry that that happened.

SPEAKER_03:

But it didn't pass out, is the point. Yeah. I fasted. I went and I did it.

SPEAKER_00:

Then they were like 8 30. That's okay.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah. I couldn't eat after midnight, which is fine, I don't anyway. Please, please don't pull over that bin. He just keeps pulling that bin over because he loves it. He's doing it.

SPEAKER_01:

I wish you guys could see or hear this. Stanley has pulled out his whole toy bin.

SPEAKER_03:

Allison gifted Stanley this Christmas toy bin that he loves. Every year when I put the Christmas.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I feel like he's like re forgets it, and then when he sees it, he's like, this is my favorite.

SPEAKER_03:

When I carried it in from the garage, he started leaping. It has these pom-poms on the front, you guys, and he grabs the pom-poms and then drags the bin around, tips it over just to dig through it.

SPEAKER_01:

Well, his little mouth, it's something that he can actually grab onto. I was gonna say, can they see your village behind you in the camera?

SPEAKER_03:

Yes, you can. See my village and my two of my stockers. It's very Christmassy. I think in this, you can see the reflection of the tree in this.

SPEAKER_01:

I love that.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Like the um treetopper is a disco ball.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, those are all my decorations from last year. You can't see it, but my Titanic ornament from Allison is right here, front and center. Chad loves this. He was like, this is a great ornament.

SPEAKER_05:

Thank you.

SPEAKER_03:

Um there's my really gay Christm this year ornament. Do you see it?

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, yeah. Did you get it from the mall?

SPEAKER_03:

No, it's like a mallet. Did you see my Christmas lights outside? Allison. Oh.

unknown:

Okay.

SPEAKER_01:

Well, in the spirit of Christmas, let's start the pod. Oh.

SPEAKER_03:

Welcome back to the A-list podcast with Allison and Alex. That's Allison. I'm Alex.

SPEAKER_01:

That wasn't a good segue.

SPEAKER_03:

It wasn't, but that because you run a roll like two weeks in a row, you were doing really good segues. Segwise.

SPEAKER_01:

Segui.

SPEAKER_03:

Anyway.

SPEAKER_01:

What's happening? What have you done today on this Veterans Day?

SPEAKER_03:

Worked. I was at the office today. This is not a bank holiday.

SPEAKER_00:

We're recording Veterans.

SPEAKER_03:

This has been more of like a day that I've been really focusing on my manifestation because it's 1111.

SPEAKER_00:

Ah.

SPEAKER_03:

You know, listening to some Mel Robbins, some manifestation music, and just trying to stay in my manifestation music. Um manifestation music is at a certain hurts. Like it's like a vibrational frequency. But also just like music that isn't like sad and depressing.

SPEAKER_01:

You're not supposed to listen to I don't do that anyway.

SPEAKER_03:

You you definitely do.

SPEAKER_01:

Hmm. Come on, skinny love. Just last year. Yeah, but that's just to dance to. That's not like to like think about.

SPEAKER_05:

No, you're right.

SPEAKER_01:

Bonnie Bear. Yeah. Um, yeah, I don't just like listen to sad music. I actually reject sad music. When I'm sad, I don't listen to sad music. I listen to like rap.

SPEAKER_03:

Hardcore hip hop insane clown posse.

SPEAKER_01:

No, never.

SPEAKER_03:

No, never. ICP.

SPEAKER_01:

But I don't like to sit. It's like probably not a good thing. You know, a therapist would probably say, maybe not. But I like to not think about the sadness, and I like to just do other things.

SPEAKER_03:

Be blissfully unaware. Yeah. Yeah. Um, other news. So Saturday I got into my car with a boyfriend, and it made a weird noise when I started it. I was like, Did you hear that?

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, the car. I thought you said I made it.

SPEAKER_03:

No. Yeah, I was like, the car made a weird noise. He was like, No, we go to our destination, we go take it back in the car. My car won't start.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh no.

SPEAKER_03:

I was like, okay, whatever. I'm not gonna handle deal with this now. So I have this little technology is amazing. I have this thing that's like a little, it looks like a tiny little b battery for your phone, but it jump starts your car.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh.

SPEAKER_03:

Has two little clamps. I've never used it before. I just have it in case of emergency.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

I was like, I will be shocked if this works. Yeah. Hooked it up to my battery, you press this little button, it goes ding, and then your car starts.

SPEAKER_00:

I have to get this.

SPEAKER_03:

$20 on Amazon.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh my goodness.

SPEAKER_03:

That and my air compressor that I carry around. Like everyone should have these two things in their car.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, in my opinion. You should make a TikTok.

SPEAKER_03:

I will make a TikTok. Actually, yeah.

SPEAKER_00:

You should.

SPEAKER_03:

I should. Um anyway. I have been needing an oil change for a long time and putting it off because you it's never just that.

SPEAKER_01:

No, they're gonna be in the city.

SPEAKER_03:

You don't know this, you don't live this life anymore.

SPEAKER_01:

But but I did, and I was so bad at it, and that's one reason that I wanted an electric car because I was always over.

SPEAKER_03:

I mean, I'm way over. Yeah. So I was like, I just don't want to face the dot the zeros that they're gonna put at the end of the one. Yeah. But I was like, I can't, I obviously need a new battery and I can't, whatever. I love the guy that works on my car though, because I go to a Mitsubishi dealership. I've gone to them, I've had my car for five years now. I've gone to them since I got it, and he's never scammed me. He's always like, here's what really should be done, here's what could wait, blah, blah, blah.

SPEAKER_05:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

And like I have little annoying things going on with my car. Like, for some reason, the remote and like you can press the, you know, just the handle and it'll unlock the car.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, yeah. Which I never understand. I push it in every time.

SPEAKER_03:

Yes, everyone does when they use my the opening my trunk. But the driver's side and pass driver's side driver's driver's side passenger door will not unlock anymore. Like with the remote or with me, I have to use the key, which is so old school and annoying.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

So I was like, that that needs to be checked out. My like uh thing that sprays my washer fluid, like just kind of like spits out of the one on the driver's side, so it always smears. So I was like, okay, whatever. But I'm gonna say, I don't want to spend a ton of money, just give it, give me the absolute necess necessary things, obviously a battery. And I had gotten like a nail in my tire back in July. I took it to American Tire because in case you guys don't know this, you can take your, if you have like a small slow league, you can take go to any American Tire depot and they can they will repair it for free.

SPEAKER_04:

Oh.

SPEAKER_03:

And then check your tires. They repaired it and they were like, you're gonna need new tires, ASAP. And you know me, like I I anticipate that sometime in the winter season I'm gonna be going to Big Bear, and you can't have bad tires if you go to cold weather. So I was like, he's gonna tell me you need whatever. So I go to the I scheduled this appointment for first thing Monday morning. I get well, the earliest appointment they had was 12. It's like what I and I know that it takes a while, so I'm just gonna take my work and work from there. Long story longer, apparently, they he comes out, his uh, he's like, Hey, well, can't you come back here so we can go over? And he took me to the back. I was like, Oh god.

SPEAKER_01:

No. It's like you're being told like you're in the hospital and like someone's passed away.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah. He's like, okay, if we did everything that needs to be done, it's$2,600.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_03:

And I was like, Okay.

SPEAKER_01:

All right, start taking things off.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, I was like, he was like, and I will tell you, the most expensive thing that needs fixed is your door locks.

SPEAKER_01:

He's like, Well, I would've yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

He's like, I have never he's like, this happens. I've never seen it happen on the same side. Did you have, did you get in an accident? Did anyone hit you? I was like, not that I'm aware of. He's like, I didn't see any body damage, but like you never see it like this.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

He's like, it's so random.

SPEAKER_01:

Quote with the labor.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, that was the total to have everything done. Labor is the most expensive part.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, they have to take off the doors after them.

SPEAKER_03:

To take off those, and I and like obviously that's not prudent to my car operating. So I was immediately like, then get them the hell off of this.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

He's like, okay, I we can wait on it because those two things together were fifteen hundred dollars.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh my god.

SPEAKER_03:

Of the 2600.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_03:

So I was like, buy.

unknown:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

I was like, so is this tires? He's like, no, you've still got like 10,000 miles on your tires.

SPEAKER_01:

Even the one with the nail in it?

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, and he saw that too. He's like, Yeah, the repair is really well done. Like these tires have plenty of tread. You probably got eight to ten thousand. I was like, Thank God he I saw him.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah. Wow.

SPEAKER_03:

And that will save me. I was like, how? I haven't changed these tires since I got the car. He's like, these tires were probably eighteen hundred dollars a tire.

SPEAKER_01:

It pays to get good tires.

SPEAKER_03:

It sure does.

SPEAKER_01:

I think I probably need new tires.

SPEAKER_03:

God took that tread. Anyway, um, the battery's still under warranty, so I only had to pay for the labor to replace the battery.

SPEAKER_01:

Wow. And that has to be that's easy, right? They just pop it in, pop it out.

SPEAKER_03:

Exactly. My oil needed changed, standard. They needed to do, I haven't had a transmission flush since I got the car. You're supposed to do that at like 50,000 miles. I'm at 70,000 miles. So that makes sense. Then he goes, other thing that's I'm gonna say is like absolutely necessary is you do have an oil leak because you have a hose that is like completely busted. And I was like, How have I not seen oil anywhere? He's like, Well, that's what I wanted to show you. My engine is covered in oil. He's like, so that's like leaking. He's like, it's just messy and gross. Like, we'll clean it up, but like this, you absolutely need to have a new hose because you're just gonna lose oil pressure.

SPEAKER_04:

Okay.

SPEAKER_03:

So I was like, okay, well, taking off that stuff, it's still gonna be like 1,300. I was like, fine, just do it. Like, I need this stuff done. That man took off like$500. I only ended up paying$900 to have all that stuff. Yes. He's like, I I was able to find some cookies for Christmas. He's the best. Well, I love them, I love Tim McGreat review. And again, I always go back to him and I always tell people, like, if like they do, they don't do just Mitsubishi, but I go there because it is whatever.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

So I'm gonna hold off on the door locks because that's ridiculous. It's just like annoying that you have to manually it is, but I'm not kidding you. It feels like a new car.

SPEAKER_01:

Love it.

SPEAKER_03:

He was like, with the with and he added new, like he added more steering fluid, whatever. I got in this car after, and it took four and a half hours. I was there for four and a half hours, but it's like driving a new car.

SPEAKER_00:

Wow.

SPEAKER_03:

So then I just cooled it. I was like, okay, I've gotta co I've gotta pump the brakes because but now like that needed to get done. Now my car's operating.

SPEAKER_01:

It's cheaper than it dying, and you have it to get a whole new car.

SPEAKER_03:

100%.

SPEAKER_01:

So that is like main top two reasons that I wanted an electric car.

SPEAKER_03:

No more oil change.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I'm just like, I'm never gonna be good at it.

SPEAKER_03:

Right.

SPEAKER_01:

It's too expensive.

SPEAKER_03:

And it's like so often. It's like as soon as you have just gotten one, all of a sudden you need another one.

SPEAKER_01:

And as much as you drive here because you have to drive everywhere in LA, correct? It goes so fast.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah. So my Sunday was filled with a lot of anxiety because I was like, what's it gonna call?

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

But wasn't that bad.

SPEAKER_00:

That's good.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah. And then obviously, as you can see, decorated for Christmas.

SPEAKER_01:

That took away some anxiety.

SPEAKER_03:

Sure did, because I did do that on Sunday. I was like, I gotta distract.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

And then everything is starting to slow down in the entertainment world, which is like such a real.

SPEAKER_01:

This is like the time, yeah. That's good.

SPEAKER_03:

And I have hopefully a couple gigs coming up side things because BuzzFeed when that like they c they're closed for so much of November and December, and you they don't you don't get paid unless you're it's a working day. Like there's no because I'm not full-time. Got it. So just doing the thing, you know?

SPEAKER_01:

Okay.

SPEAKER_03:

So sorry. How are you?

SPEAKER_01:

I'm good. I just want to comment on your you're wearing another college outfit.

SPEAKER_03:

As soon as I put this on, I was like, she's gonna make a note about my collegiate I do love it though.

SPEAKER_01:

IU.

SPEAKER_03:

AUS.

SPEAKER_01:

No, they just I don't think they do that.

SPEAKER_03:

Go Indiana.

SPEAKER_01:

I think it's just like Hoosers. Hoo-hoo hoosiers, maybe. I don't know. I'm not an IU student.

SPEAKER_03:

So Hoosiers are hoo-hoo hoosiers, and ball state is chirp, chirp.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, it's very gay.

SPEAKER_03:

It's very gay.

SPEAKER_01:

Um, what is happening? What happened this weekend? Nothing.

SPEAKER_03:

Did you care that David Letterman went to Ball State?

SPEAKER_01:

I didn't care, but it is a we have two, we have like a handful of people that are famous, I suppose. Uh-huh. But the two big ones were David Letterman's one because he had a the communications like building building and program is all like based around him and he's a big like donor of it. But he had a uh what's it called in the you get money?

SPEAKER_03:

Scholarship.

SPEAKER_01:

Scholarship. I couldn't think. I was gonna say fundraiser. Uh scholarship that was like specifically for like C students because he was a C student. That's kind of cool. So he has a scholarship for like just being an average student. I don't know what the other requirements are. And you might have to be communications or something like that.

SPEAKER_03:

Name low, and you'll get a scholarship.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I guess. So that was like lore around the school, it was like crazy. Yeah, that is funny. And then the guy who plays Billy in Hocus Pocus went to ball state. Daniel.

SPEAKER_03:

He's in everything. He's in everything. He always plays like a gangly tall creature. Okay, while you look that up. My salad is sitting outside.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay. His name is Doug Jones.

SPEAKER_03:

Doug Jones.

SPEAKER_01:

And he was the other like super famous person that we would talk about that went to Ball State. He's been in.

SPEAKER_03:

Let me guess.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay.

SPEAKER_03:

Hocus Pocus.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

Um, the way water moves, the movement of water, the something of water. Guillermo del Toro's.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

The way water moves. What is it called? The shape of the shape of water.

SPEAKER_01:

I was. Um Hellboy Pan's Labyrinth. Hellboy Two Crimson Peak. The Shape of Water. Hocus Pocus. Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer. Ouija, Origin of Evil, Falling Skies, What We Do in the Shadows, Star Trek Discovery. It's because he's like such a tall, tall, lanky, lanky and like very prominent features, but he is always like in prosthetics.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, because he has they accentuate his like sharpness.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

Good for him.

SPEAKER_01:

He was born in Indianapolis, attended Bishop Chattered High School, graduated Ball State University, where he parlayed his background as a mime into portraying the schoolmaster Charlie Cardinal. So he was the mascot.

SPEAKER_03:

Chirp chirp Charlie Cardinal.

SPEAKER_01:

Charlie Cardinal. So yeah, that was. I'm sure there's other famous people, probably. Besides me.

SPEAKER_03:

Besides you, yes.

SPEAKER_01:

Um, but yeah, this weekend, um Is this where the fitness marshal went? Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

Represent.

SPEAKER_01:

The fitness marshal went to IU. Haley and I went to Ball State. That's right. I have to look at the dates to know what you did. Yeah, like I don't even I don't know. Yeah, this was a chill weekend.

SPEAKER_03:

Okay.

SPEAKER_01:

But now I can talk about what I couldn't talk about a few weeks ago.

SPEAKER_03:

Yes.

SPEAKER_01:

Because by the time this comes out, Now You See Me 3 has been released in theaters, and the really exciting thing that I got to do a few weeks ago.

SPEAKER_03:

Well, give some background in case you don't know. Allison loves these movies.

SPEAKER_01:

Uh yeah. If you don't know, I don't know how you don't know. You know my love for Jesse Eisenberg. And speaking of Indiana. Speaking of Indiana, he wears an IU hat everywhere he goes. I keep seeing um videos of him.

SPEAKER_03:

Didn't he wear the movie he was in?

unknown:

Huh?

SPEAKER_03:

Wasn't he just in a movie with Kieran Colkin? He wears an IU hat.

SPEAKER_01:

He does. Like, yeah, they went to um starts with a P. What's the country in Europe? No. Country in Europe. Poland. Poland. Yeah, it's like a discovery movie where they go to like um see ancestr like an ancestor or like a great-grandma's house or something in Poland that was like taken to the concentration camps, and then they go to the concentration camps and they like learn about it, and it's like this very poignant, like serious kind of movie about his like cousin and him like having the these experiences together. I saw it, I really enjoyed it. It's not like something I'll like watch a bunch again.

SPEAKER_03:

It's no now you see me, now you see me too.

SPEAKER_01:

No, but uh along with Jesse Eisenberg, one of the other loves of my life is magic. Magic. And I love magic so much. I love to watch magic. I love um magicians.

SPEAKER_03:

She loves to be tricked.

SPEAKER_01:

No, um You love a trick. Yeah, I don't want to be tricked myself. Please don't trick. But I love the fanfare. I love the um you know artistry.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, the artistry is something.

SPEAKER_01:

Uh David Blaine is also my my uh never forget. So anyway, love those two things together. So obviously the movies Now You See Me, Now You See Me Too, big fan of.

SPEAKER_03:

Big fan.

SPEAKER_01:

And um a friend of mine learned this and was like, I got you, and hooked us up with being able to see a uh advanced screening of it. And so Josh and I got to go wal uh see Now You See Me Three, really before a lot of people did. And it was like one of the most exciting things I've ever done. Wow. And loved it. Big fan. That's my list of the week already.

SPEAKER_03:

Do you think it's better than episode two, season the second one? Which wasn't bad, but like kind of not as memorable as the first.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I do think it's better than the second one. I think it goes first, third, second. Yeah. Um, because this one, not to give like any plot points away, but this also incorporates some elements of like escape room vibes.

SPEAKER_03:

Okay.

SPEAKER_01:

And you know, I also love an escape room, so that was very fun to me too.

SPEAKER_03:

I am excited.

SPEAKER_01:

So highly recommend go see it. That was just like one of the cool things of like living in a place like this where people have really cool jobs in the industry, and like you never know who you are gonna meet that's gonna be like, oh, like that thing you love, like I have a hookup for that. And that was sick. So that's what I got to do a few weekends ago that I like wasn't really allowed to say. Love, but now I can. So go watch the movie.

SPEAKER_03:

And I will.

SPEAKER_01:

Please.

SPEAKER_03:

Yes, please do. Please do.

SPEAKER_01:

What else was I did we record?

SPEAKER_03:

Have you volleyballed? No. Have you dodgeballed since we recorded, or did we record?

SPEAKER_01:

No, we recorded on Friday and this is Tuesday. Yeah. So tomorrow. Tomorrow is the finals.

SPEAKER_03:

Well, game one.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. So we'll see. I'm feeling good about it. Um, we have some like Josh can play, Michael's gonna play, because we have some people that are so you got subs for the finals? Yes. We got some good subs is what I'm saying. And plus Josh can play because normally he hasn't been able to.

SPEAKER_04:

Right.

SPEAKER_01:

So it should be good.

SPEAKER_03:

Oh, that'll be fun.

SPEAKER_01:

I think we'll win.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Knock on wood. That is actually wood.

SPEAKER_03:

Yep.

SPEAKER_01:

Stanley didn't like that.

SPEAKER_03:

No, sorry, buddy.

SPEAKER_01:

Um, the other thing. I guess that's kind of entertainment-y that I wanted to talk about is the cast of Traders US has been announced.

SPEAKER_03:

I know, I saw, I saw, I saw, I saw.

SPEAKER_01:

And I thought we should talk about it. Although, where did Oh, there it went.

SPEAKER_03:

I am initially so most excited that Natalie will be on.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

I am a big fan of hers from the Survivor world, and I am stoked to see her gameplay.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

Someone's coming back.

SPEAKER_01:

Dorinda. Dorinda, yeah. Yeah. So, okay, I'll go down the list. Um Natalie Anderson from Survivor. Yam Yam from Survivor. I think he's in a recent that I haven't watched. Mark Ballis from Dancing with the Stars.

SPEAKER_03:

His hair is very long. Gorgeous.

SPEAKER_01:

And I've been still kind of loosely keeping up with Dancing with Stars, but I'm kind of bored.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

So that's my check-in on that. Kind of bored. Rob Sesternino from Survivor, who I love. He was in season like seven.

SPEAKER_04:

Oh yeah. Like very OG.

SPEAKER_01:

And he um has the network of podcasts that do all reality TV breakdowns that I'm always listening to. So like during the Big Brother season, they have like a correspondent that does uh live feed updates every morning. So like you can that's fun. Uh like tune in the next morning and they say like a breakdown of everything that went down on the feeds the night before. Okay, yeah. Because I'm not a feeds watcher, but I am interested in what's going on. So like I will listen to those like while the um season's going on. So he I have kept up with him podcasting for a long time. So excited about him. Steven Colletti from Laguna Beach slash One Tree Hill. Very excited about that. Candace Dillard Bassett from The Real Housewives of Potomac.

SPEAKER_04:

Okay.

SPEAKER_01:

I don't know her, but she looks cute. Um Ron Funches. Funches? I don't know how to pronounce his last name. Comedian.

SPEAKER_03:

Is it Funke?

SPEAKER_01:

Funke? I don't know. F-U-N-C-H-E-S. I'm so sorry to him that I don't know how to say his name. Um Mora Higgins from Love Island. She is the host of the UK, Love Island. Oh, fun. Okay. She's really cute, and I think she'll be fun. Donna Kelsey, Travis Kelsey's mom. That is wild. So random. Yeah. I don't know. Like, do you think this is like her lifelong dream? Yeah, something in there. Travis and Taylor were like, we're gonna make this happen for you.

SPEAKER_03:

Well, and Jason, like they both have clout.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. Do you or do you think someone reached out and was like this will be random and funny? Yeah, but how do you know she's gonna be good TV? She's done like two interviews where like commercial. Yeah. But it's like we don't know her personality really. I know it is interesting. So I'm very interested to see. Kristen Kish, uh, top chef, also a host on other food network things. I think I don't know pronouns. She.

SPEAKER_05:

Okay.

SPEAKER_01:

Um is dope. Oh yeah. I any show that I've seen her like as the host on, I'm like, she's cool. So I think she'll be good. Fun. Tara Lopinski. Yeah. Olympic figure skater. I was obsessed with her in middle school. That would be good. I feel like you would be too. Oh, hell yeah. I'd love that. Uh Dorinda Medley from The Real House of New York. She is back because she had a very quick exit. She was the first to be murdered.

SPEAKER_03:

That's right, yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

And she was very upset about it. Tiffany Mitchell from Big Brother. She was on the season with um the big Alliance, the cookout.

SPEAKER_03:

Oh, right.

SPEAKER_01:

She was on that season. And she was very good at um the deceptiveness of the game, very smart with that. So I think she'll be good. I honestly could see her being a trader. Yeah. To be honest. Monet Exchange from RuPaul's.

SPEAKER_03:

Gotta have a drag queen.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. It would have been really fun for uh her and Bob to be on the same season. Yeah, yeah. I would have liked that.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Maybe Bob will make an appearance. That'd be fun. Eric Nom. Have you has he been a Buzzfeed?

SPEAKER_03:

I don't think so.

SPEAKER_01:

He's a K-pop singer.

SPEAKER_03:

Oh. And oh right. I've not done anything with him.

SPEAKER_01:

He's great. Like, I'm so this is so niche and random. And like.

SPEAKER_03:

But they're gonna get K-pop fans to watch.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, for sure. This like I have been, he does a lot of um American slash English music. Got it. Okay. So I think he is more like Americanized than like when he first started. But he used to host this show that when BTS was on the rise, he hosted this like after school show that like they would go on a lot. And it was like him and this other girl, this him and this girl. And it's just so niche. Like I would like watch these clips back when I was like in the BTS fandom, and it would be him hosting this show where they would just go kind of like a TRL thing. Oh, okay. Yeah. And they would just like play games and like I don't know, just a way for K pop stars to get more content out. And then he has a solo act, and he's such a great singer, and this is so random. So I don't know, but I'm excited for it.

SPEAKER_03:

Okay.

SPEAKER_01:

Uh Michael Rappapore, big um reality TV fan. So I know that he's excited about this. He's a huge Real Housewives fan.

SPEAKER_03:

Oh, really?

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, he's like in the fandom, always on Watch What Happens Live, knows everything. Like it's so random that I know even though that, but he's like really into it real TV. So I think he'll take it very seriously. Fun. Rob Rausch from Love Island a couple seasons ago.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Breakout Hottie and uh Snake Catcher. Right? Yeah, he's the guy who likes catches snakes.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Um, I think he'll be honestly, I think it'll be boring. Yeah. I think he's just gonna like walk around and be like, yeah, I don't know.

SPEAKER_03:

Or will he surprise us?

SPEAKER_01:

Maybe. I don't know. I just don't, I can't imagine what he's just gonna like try to be catching snakes and animals around the castle. Just be like, yeah, I don't know who the traitor is.

SPEAKER_03:

He will be our what it was, who was that last season that was like that?

SPEAKER_01:

Hmm.

SPEAKER_03:

Um the guy ever we love to make fun of him.

SPEAKER_00:

Oh no, what do you look like?

SPEAKER_03:

He's the guy with the scandal from Vanderpump.

SPEAKER_01:

Tom Sandoval. Tom Sandoval. Although, like, he's not he's like more likable than Tom, and he's way cooler.

SPEAKER_04:

Okay.

SPEAKER_01:

So it's gonna be like he's attractive, and like it'll be fun to look at him, I guess. And the challenges I'm sure he'll like be good at, but like I can't imagine he's gonna bring much to the table.

SPEAKER_03:

Okay, yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

We'll see though.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Lisa Renna from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

SPEAKER_03:

Love that.

SPEAKER_01:

Caroline Stanberry from The Real Housewives of Dubai. I've heard the name, I don't know her. She's also on Ladies of London, the show.

SPEAKER_03:

Nope, don't know it.

SPEAKER_01:

And then Ian Terry, winner of Big Brother 14. He will not be a traitor in my mind, because like, unlike Dan Giesling, he like won the game and he's so like good analytically, but he's he doesn't give traitor vibes. Like Dan was like sneaky and you know, yeah, a little sinister.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

But Ian's like sweet boy, just like really nice and smart and like you know gold retriever. Yeah, yeah. Uh and then Colton Underwood, who we see as everywhere.

SPEAKER_03:

Love this for him, though.

SPEAKER_01:

He's everywhere, and now he is on our TV. Is he married?

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, he's married and has a baby.

SPEAKER_01:

Colton Brown Underwood.

SPEAKER_03:

Oh. Hyphenated.

SPEAKER_01:

Hyphenated. I cannot believe that. We see him everywhere we go in now. So random.

SPEAKER_03:

I love it.

SPEAKER_01:

But yeah, good for him.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Uh Johnny Weir, figure skater.

SPEAKER_03:

Oh yeah. Fun.

SPEAKER_01:

We'll be serving looks and fun. And then Portia Williams from The Real Housewives of Atlanta. That's it.

SPEAKER_03:

Hell yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Very excited.

SPEAKER_03:

Now my question is, I can't remember. Is the show already done? They've kept it under wraps, or is it like there's because it airs in January.

SPEAKER_01:

So Yeah, that's why I was like, why are they telling us this right now?

SPEAKER_03:

Is it like actively shooting right now to air in January?

SPEAKER_00:

Because I don't know.

SPEAKER_03:

I just feel like these celebrities are too big, a lot of them, for them to be gone for like seven to eight weeks without people catching on to it, you know?

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. I don't know. I I don't think I've ever really heard the schedule of filming for them. So I'm not sure. Because like we know other reality shows, like we know how Survivor films and they film twice two at a time, and then it's like a year ahead.

SPEAKER_05:

Yep.

SPEAKER_01:

I don't think it's that far ahead. Like either they filmed just now and rapped and then this is announced, or yeah, they're filming now. Or they're gonna be filming and then air it. I don't know. But yeah, I'm excited about that.

SPEAKER_03:

That will be good. Yeah, I'm I'm excited for that as well. And it's probably my favorite reality show. Competition, reality competition. It's too hard for me.

SPEAKER_01:

I watched too many of them.

SPEAKER_03:

Big Brother's entertaining also.

SPEAKER_00:

Did you watch last season?

SPEAKER_03:

No.

SPEAKER_00:

When was last time you watched Big Brother?

SPEAKER_03:

The year before.

SPEAKER_00:

Okay.

SPEAKER_03:

But you know who I like some of my favorite reality people come from Big Brother.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

I would love to see Christmas be on Traders.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh God. Um, I wouldn't, but No. Uh Amazing Race is on right now. I'm watching it. It's all Big Brother.

SPEAKER_03:

And we're not there?

SPEAKER_01:

I know. It's all Big Brother players.

SPEAKER_03:

Oh, okay.

SPEAKER_01:

Either either two Big Brother player teams or a big brother person and like a family member of theirs. Oh, okay. Um, actually, I'll tell you who's on it. It's actually a good season. It's I think there's been like four episodes, so if you want to jump in. Okay, we have uh Enzo from like season.

SPEAKER_03:

Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. He unfortunately was first eliminated. Spoiler alert. It was tough for him. It was him and his brother. Angela from her and her daughter. Oh cute. Matt. Oh, Matt from not this season, but the season before. He wore like hippie long hair. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Yeah, him and his girlfriend. Kat Dunn. She's from Big Brother21. Blonde. I feel like you've got to be a few. Have you seen her face?

SPEAKER_03:

Do you have a picture?

SPEAKER_01:

I can in two seconds. I feel like you've seen her.

SPEAKER_03:

Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Her and her boyfriend, fiance, something. Hannah Chada from Big Brother23.

SPEAKER_03:

Okay. Is Nicole on?

SPEAKER_01:

Nicole? Uh, she's not. She's already been on like twice, I think. Uh Rubina from her and her sister. Natalie Negrati. She's from season 18. She also has been in other shows. I don't know if you know her. Izzy from Big Brother 25. Uh, her and her partner. Chelsea from Big This past Big Brother, her and her dad. Jag from Big Brother 25, him and his brother, Joseph and his brother from Big Brother 24. Kyland and Taylor winner Taylor Hale. Uh they're dating and are taking are on a team. And then um Tucker from this last season, not this season, that just aired the season before, who I believe I don't know if he what how well he did, but him and his brother. So it's all big brother people. And correct me if I'm wrong.

SPEAKER_03:

Was Derek in a season of traitors? Yeah, he was, right?

SPEAKER_01:

With um Dan.

SPEAKER_03:

Dan. Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

Okay, yeah, that's why he's at the forefront of my mind.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. Wish he had been a traitor.

unknown:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

I feel like he would have been good at it.

SPEAKER_03:

He would have.

SPEAKER_01:

So that's that.

SPEAKER_03:

Lots of fun things happening in reality TV.

SPEAKER_01:

Always. What are your thoughts on Trump falling asleep? I know this is like fall, not not to be political, but what's your thoughts on a president falling asleep during a press briefing?

SPEAKER_03:

Like being I don't even know about that. So that's how disconnected I am.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay. There was like a press briefing on on Ozimpic or something. And okay, let me go back. And he's just dozing off. And I understand. It's a tough, it's boring.

SPEAKER_03:

That is what every white man in church looks like during the sermon.

SPEAKER_01:

I get it, it's boring. But like kind of crazy, right?

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

And what I thought was crazier, I again, this is like literally nothing about politics, like whatever. It's just like a funny thing that any president could no one is being like tapping him on the shoulder and being like, don't pan over there. Like keep on or like no one's saying that. And then I saw some of the comments on a video of like of it. Yeah. And it was all like I get it, like twenty, you know, if he needs a 20-minute nap, let him. And it's like, what? This is a official White House press briefing. No. You say, hey everyone, we're gonna have to cut this one short.

SPEAKER_02:

I mean to take five.

SPEAKER_01:

We're gonna cut this one short, and then you're gonna take him and you're gonna say, Hey, why don't you go laid down and we'll return to this uh briefing in about 30, 45.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

That's not a normal thing. You can't just be like, yeah, it's cool. The president needed to shut his eyes. Wild.

SPEAKER_03:

It is wild.

SPEAKER_01:

I don't know. I just like could not, I couldn't believe it.

unknown:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Um, okay, and this other thing I saw that I wanted to say is I saw this TikTok. This is just like, I don't even have words for this. This is a crazy world that we live in. I saw this video of this girl, and she's like, hey, I'm just making this video because I was being followed by not one, not two, but three men. Because I think she was going to like a train station or a bus station or something. And she said, they literally would not leave me alone until I, this is like funny but not funny, until I ripped out my used pad, waved it in the air at them, and started scream singing disease by Lady Gaga. She said I couldn't think of anything else. Uh probably. I don't I don't think I saw.

SPEAKER_03:

But these men bothering her, like she was in heat, so they like were on her.

SPEAKER_01:

Who knows? Like, were they going to traffic her? Were they gonna beat her up? Were they gonna steal something? I don't know. But the fact that they the I saw some comments that were so true. It's like they were more disgusted by her period pad than the fact that like they were gonna assault her.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah. Like that is whether they were assaulting her.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I mean, yeah, harassing her. I'm sorry. Like this is like women are driven to act, do something like that, and look crazy, forced to do something crazy in order to protect themselves. Scream singing disease, my lady Kaga is actually really funny.

unknown:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

But I just like not funny, but whoa. Like disgusting, but also wild.

SPEAKER_04:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

I don't know. I had actually had that to bring up last week, but then we didn't get to it. And I just needed to PSA to the girls out there. I got I guess this is what will keep them away.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah. Get out your pads.

SPEAKER_01:

Some girl was like, noted, I'm gonna like pour some around, yeah. On me because oh, you're so grossed out by my period.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

But like you're harassing me.

SPEAKER_03:

Men who harass women and would go as far as to like assault them like that would be grossed out with something like that. So maybe that is smart for women to keep even just like a fake use tampon or something, throw it at them.

SPEAKER_00:

Throw it at them.

SPEAKER_03:

Throw it at him. Well, I'm excited. I mean, the biggest news is our Lord and Savior Hillary Duff announcing a mini tour. I am signed up on every possible thing. I told boyfriend, never has there been a more important time for you to use your PR contacts than this, which to his credit, he's like, it's one show in LA. It's gonna be very difficult. But it is at the Wiltern, and the Wiltern is a large venue. It's where I had my college graduation. Um also I saw Jess Glynn perform there, and it was the most boring show ever. Sorry, Jess.

SPEAKER_01:

Is that in K-town?

SPEAKER_03:

It's the Wiltern. So it's on Wilshire and Western, the corner of Wilshire and Western.

SPEAKER_01:

That's where we saw Jojo.

SPEAKER_03:

It was, yeah, she was at the Wiltern.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay, so venue, yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

I don't expect that I'm gonna get through, but Lord knows I'm gonna try.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay. Please let me know.

SPEAKER_03:

If there's if there's I'm gonna try for four.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

I'll let you know.

SPEAKER_01:

I honestly didn't know she was coming here. I thought I heard just Europe.

SPEAKER_03:

Two in Europe, New York and LA.

SPEAKER_01:

All right.

SPEAKER_03:

And according to Shane Pussy.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh. Why can't I Shane Pussy?

SPEAKER_03:

No.

SPEAKER_01:

Now you've made me not Jake Shane.

SPEAKER_03:

Jake Shane had her on his podcast, and she didn't not say that she wouldn't possibly be performing What Dreams Are Made Of. And that, ladies and gentlemen.

SPEAKER_01:

I didn't make it through. I've seen her on other podcasts, and I feel like she was a little bit more. I think she was kind of weird on his podcast.

SPEAKER_03:

My takeaway was like, it's like she doesn't remember anything. I know. Was it you talking about this too? Yeah, and you're absolutely right.

SPEAKER_01:

We talked about it on the podcast. I think we talked about it after we um Well, but I listened, and you're not wrong.

SPEAKER_03:

It's literally like she's just kind of like maybe dissociated from that time in her life, or like because she was in that strange marriage and like a lot happened that she just kind of Yeah, I think like prior to younger, she has no idea.

SPEAKER_01:

And I I get it and I feel bad.

SPEAKER_03:

I mean, also like my cousin used to do her floral arrangements in her home.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

And she would say things like that, like Hillary was is very like like nonchalant, kind of chill. Like at one point, just handed my cousin her child, like brand new baby. I was like, Can you hold her for a second? Just like went about some business, and yeah, it's just so funny.

SPEAKER_01:

I wonder what medications she might be on.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah. She looks great, by the way.

SPEAKER_01:

She does look great. And and it wasn't a bad interview, but I've seen her on other interviews, namely my Lord and Savior, Josh Pegg.

SPEAKER_03:

Well, I liked her on that one.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I thought she had so much personality. So that's why I was like, maybe she was just nervous because it is like she is releasing, was releasing the song, and she had anxiety of like how it was gonna be received. So maybe she was just like a little bit the song has grown on me a lot. Yeah, I don't hate it. I've seen people that do hate it, and I'm just like, I don't know. She's not gonna release the same songs that she's done for she's not gonna release Come Clean from 2.0, but also like it was a slow burn for me.

SPEAKER_03:

It took a second, yeah. I'm like, but I'm really enjoying it.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I I'm not like obsessed, but I'm not mad about it. I feel neutral. She looks I was driving the other day and I got the itch to listen to a bunch of 90s country.

SPEAKER_02:

I had that itch a month ago.

SPEAKER_01:

Shania, Reba, Tim McGraw. I was listening to Chattahoochie.

SPEAKER_02:

Or did you listen to You Say Best Baby when you say nothing at all?

SPEAKER_01:

No, but good song.

SPEAKER_02:

It's a good one.

SPEAKER_01:

I listened to Check Yes and No. Ah, yeah. I listened to Way Down Yonder on the Chattahoochee. Uh, what's that auction song? She's an eight, she's a nine, she's a ten on no, she's got I don't know that one.

SPEAKER_03:

Six o'clock on Friday, eating mama didn't know she's leaving. Did you hear the screen door sign man? Rubber squealing. Here's our jam and local country station just up there and on the radio. What is that song?

SPEAKER_00:

Who's that?

SPEAKER_03:

Picking up a zivan in there. Ain't going down till the sun comes up. I ain't giving and till I giving.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

I don't think any of his music's on a stream platform, though, Garth.

SPEAKER_00:

What is it?

SPEAKER_03:

Garth Brooks.

SPEAKER_00:

You know?

SPEAKER_03:

I think isn't that his whole thing? Is he doesn't allow his music to be on any streaming platform.

SPEAKER_01:

You know, I actually haven't looked into it.

SPEAKER_03:

And I haven't.

SPEAKER_01:

Because I haven't thought about any of those songs for so long. But I just I think I heard someone mention something or I heard what is the what is the Tim McGraw song that I started with?

SPEAKER_02:

When you think Tim McGraw, I hope you think my favorite song.

SPEAKER_03:

I really want debut Taylor's version. Please, Taylor. Please.

SPEAKER_01:

Nah, she answers it now. She doesn't care. Something like that. Dang d-day.

SPEAKER_03:

I had a barbecue stain in my white t-shirt. She was killing me in that mini skirt.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I heard someone say that. And I was like, gotta listen to that right now. And then I like it. I love it.

SPEAKER_03:

I want some more of it.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, had a great time. That's like, I don't listen to country now, don't really care. But 90s, late 90s.

SPEAKER_02:

She's in love with the boy.

SPEAKER_03:

Did you listen to that one?

SPEAKER_01:

Strawberry wine. Strawberry wine. So good. Unmatched.

SPEAKER_03:

Wow. 90s country is great.

SPEAKER_01:

So so good.

SPEAKER_03:

We and rhymes.

SPEAKER_01:

Um that's my A-list of the week.

SPEAKER_03:

You have two.

SPEAKER_01:

I have three.

SPEAKER_03:

I'm gonna piggyback off yours.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay. So it's time for A-list of the week. So first one was Now You See Me Three.

SPEAKER_03:

Now You See Me, Now You Don't, is what it's called.

SPEAKER_01:

Sure. Didn't know that. Watched it, didn't know that. Number two, 90s Country. Yeah. Number three, finish Nobody Wants This season two. And cried a lot.

SPEAKER_03:

I think the ending was nice, but it's like I cannot get over the product placement in this show.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. I I think that my like undiagnosed ADHD or ADD. Just misses it. I just miss it. I mean Which is nice.

SPEAKER_03:

Especially the face products. Like they really hold on those shots when she's like dropping the drawing.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh, yeah, when she was in the girls' house. Was that what was? Hey guys, spoiler alert. I'm gonna cut this in.

SPEAKER_03:

I'm talking about Kristen Bell. So you're talking about another time that that happened.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, when they're at the influencers um Leighton Measter? Leighton Measter. I just heard no Blair Waldorf, you know?

SPEAKER_03:

Oh right, yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, when she's putting on her products and her in the bathroom, yeah. So you watched it. What were your thoughts?

SPEAKER_03:

I like season one way better. I think they like the the sister and the therapist storyline happened so fast that it was like it wasn't believable. Like we were expected to just like get on board with it when Kristen Bell's character got on board with it, and it was just like, no, but it the very episode before this, she was like at a dinner party trying to like figure out why this dude. I don't know.

SPEAKER_01:

I was just But I think that is also why Kristen's Bell character Kristen Bell's character was like, What? Like, why are you acting like this?

SPEAKER_03:

Like you Right, which I think is justifiable, but then her the way she was like, Oh, but this has been happening for a while. Well, why why wasn't soft introduced in the first episode?

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, there could have been a little comment of like, I'm flirting with I flirted with my therapist, or I don't know.

SPEAKER_03:

Is her name Morgan, the character? Yes. I love her though. That character is so funny. I love her so much.

SPEAKER_01:

And now I can't decide are her and the brother gonna get together.

SPEAKER_03:

Yes. You do think they're setting us up for that. I loved the scene. They did but then they didn't. I know. I loved the scene with her and the mom in the bathroom.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

I was like, oh, this is good. This was a good character development. Yeah. I liked that scene a lot.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

So I mean, of course, I'm gonna watch season three.

SPEAKER_01:

It's just yeah, I had a good time. I was like more annoyed with Adam Brody's character this season.

SPEAKER_03:

But the ending was good. I was like, how are they gonna find their way back to each other again?

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, I think that it's weird that they ended on like happiness instead of a cliffhanger of like, are they gonna get together or are they not?

SPEAKER_03:

Well, that's what they happened last season.

SPEAKER_01:

Spoiler alert.

SPEAKER_03:

But that's what happened last season. Sorry guys. Right? She ran on the bus. He ran after her on the bus. But at the end, it was like they realize he realized I don't need you to be Jewish because I love you so much. And she realized I want to be Jewish. It's I think it was smart. Like other things I think were good, like the sister and her had such a complicated relationship. Sorry.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

Uh what is her name? The bitchy wife.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, what is her name? It's her no Esther.

SPEAKER_03:

Esther. Esther and Chris. What is Kristen Bell's character?

SPEAKER_01:

Joanne.

SPEAKER_03:

Joanne and Esther, strange relationship, but then they had that moment at the end that made her like be like, you're right, I already am kind of Jewish.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. So I like I like Esther this season.

SPEAKER_03:

I do too. Yeah, I did too. But again.

SPEAKER_01:

But I'm also like, yeah, I don't know. Now I don't know. Because they did make her more likable. Because last season she was pretty unlikable. Agreed. Now they made her more likable. Yeah. But then they also are like, will they, won't they?

SPEAKER_03:

Right. I think they will.

SPEAKER_01:

I don't know. I think they will.

SPEAKER_03:

Or that's the cliffhanger they've set us up for in this season. It's like, oh my God, because she wants a break from the marriage.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

He's devastated because he loves her, but now Morgan broke off her engagement. So like, what's nothing but spoilers right now.

SPEAKER_01:

Nothing but spoilers.

SPEAKER_03:

No, but I think it was a good season.

SPEAKER_01:

I do too. I really liked it. It is my third A-list in the week.

SPEAKER_03:

I love that.

SPEAKER_01:

What's yours?

SPEAKER_03:

I'm trying to think if it's of any something I just watch. Oh, I'm currently we're currently watching. Well, first of all, boyfriend loves the Kardashians.

SPEAKER_01:

So I'm watching Kardashians.

SPEAKER_03:

I'm currently watching the Kardashians.

SPEAKER_01:

Have you ever watched before?

SPEAKER_03:

No.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay, interesting.

SPEAKER_03:

Um I think that this isn't necessarily my list of the week, but it is like I'm gonna say something. Courtney's insufferable.

SPEAKER_01:

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

Is that just known? Because I can't believe it.

SPEAKER_01:

No, she is. And did you see that interview of Jennifer Lawrence?

SPEAKER_03:

Yes. I was like, wait, this is what we all think, I think.

SPEAKER_01:

I know, but it's weird because she's like been friends with them.

SPEAKER_03:

I know.

SPEAKER_01:

And so now, like I don't know if it's a joke that like maybe Courtney's in on or what, but yeah, Jennifer Lawrence did an interview and she was like, I was gonna say it, Courtney's insufferable this season. She everything is like a declaration of everything's an announcement on her.

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

And it's like true. Yeah, we're all thinking that like she is insufferable.

SPEAKER_03:

Did you see this scene when she and Travis are in like New Orleans and And he makes her run with him?

SPEAKER_01:

I was just saying this. I was like, that was kind of crazy that he forced her to run with him.

SPEAKER_03:

But they're in the restaurant, and she's like, I just hate that. Everyone's like, yes. And he's like, there's a whole camera.

SPEAKER_01:

That was yeah, and I do understand like her not wanting people to film her. And I do feel bad that she feels like she can't go out, go anywhere because she has anxiety about that. She doesn't like people to film her. But that was a crazy thing to say. She was like, Should we ask them to stop filming so I can take a bite? And he's like, You have whole camera crew. A bunch of big cameras in here. What do you mean?

SPEAKER_03:

So funny. But that I digress. My A-list of the week, I'm gonna say, is I feel like there's something else we're watching. Oh, I'm oh loot. Loot is back on season three. Really good season this year. Really, really good. That's all.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay. Did I send you? I just had a vision about Lord of the Rings for some reason. Did I send you that TikTok of Elijah Wood? Elijah Wood showing up for that person. Those people do.

SPEAKER_03:

So many people sent me that TikTok. People, my friends know me.

SPEAKER_01:

So cute.

SPEAKER_03:

So cute. Um, I actually do have an A-list of the week. I forgot. One wonderful night, wicked.

SPEAKER_01:

Cried. That was the other thing. I yesterday I cried so much. I watched One Wonderful Night Bald during For Good and For Good.

SPEAKER_03:

I was like watching Ariana do that.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, she's tearing up.

SPEAKER_03:

This is crazy. Imagine like I had a moment the tears were flowing for how beautiful it was, the new lyrics that they wrote. But also just like looking at Ariana and being like, this bitch manifested the F out of her life. Like child going to see those two perform that show and be like, I'm gonna be in this show one day, but not you're in the biggest blockbuster franchise for it. In the two original songs that I predicted would happen, they actually sound like they're gonna be really good.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah, the little snippets.

SPEAKER_03:

The little snippets say show. I was like, okay.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. Yeah, I'm very excited. I cried so much. Cynthia flying over, seeing defining like it was incredible.

SPEAKER_03:

The like not having Jonathan Bailey there, but then having the three other people perform his part.

SPEAKER_01:

That was my least favorite part.

SPEAKER_03:

I thought Bowen Gang was so funny.

SPEAKER_01:

Bowen is funny, but the Ethan of it all. Oh I was like, I'm bored by this. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04:

Ethan.

SPEAKER_01:

But um, yeah. Gorgeous. Cried so much, and then I cried when I finished Nobody Wants It. So I was like, well, I'm just crying today.

SPEAKER_03:

Tear filled. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay, well, those are solid A list of the week. Yes. Birthdays?

SPEAKER_03:

SPEAKER_01:

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, no, Stanley will be with me.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03:

Soul. Like a handprint on my heart.

SPEAKER_01:

Like a handprint on my heart. The movie Saltburn, 2023. Let me tell you, the chokehold that movie had on. Why? Was it just like the way they marketed it?

SPEAKER_03:

It was artsy, yeah.

SPEAKER_01:

And it was like Jacob Alordi hot and And what's his name's private parts all flopping around?

SPEAKER_03:

Yeah, and licking up bath water.

SPEAKER_01:

Yeah. Do you think that they made that movie just for the rage bait of it all or the uh shock factor of it all?

SPEAKER_03:

Maybe a little bit.

SPEAKER_01:

Hmm. Anyway, that was crazy time. And then on Happy Feet. 2006. Did you ever watch Happy Feet?

SPEAKER_03:

Of course, and not only did I watch Happy Feet, but I loved Happy Feet, and that's where we got the song Happy, which was a block a blockbuster, a Billboard Top One for so many months. And I got to hold Britney Murphy's actual script with all of her notes in it when I was at her house.
