Halo Hair Reveal And Influencer Vibes
SPEAKER_02Sorry, I'm just looking at um cotters and big bear for you. Thanks. I just want I just want to Oh my god. Well my gosh, more expensive. Who are you? During the Valentine's. That's why it's more expensive. Yeah. Oh my gosh. I'm a new woman. I grew my hair so long overnight.
SPEAKER_04This is the influencer effect.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. You guys, I am wearing a hair piece.
SPEAKER_04This is a toupee.
SPEAKER_02No, so I ordered this Halo um hair extension a while ago, and I It's been a long time.
SPEAKER_04Like it was think uh before Thanksgiving.
SPEAKER_02Here's the thing. I ordered the one, it was the wrong color. I had to then take a picture, send it to them for them to um send me the correct, which I should have done in the first place. Yeah, well I just thought the picture online looked darker than it was in person.
SPEAKER_05Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_02And I just thought, like, my hair's one dimension. There's no highlights, lowlights, anything in it. I just thought it would be easy to do. Yeah. And it wasn't. So then I had to wait for them to send me new. So here I am. And I just like wanted to show up here. What's happening?
SPEAKER_05Go ahead.
SPEAKER_02I wanted to show up here wearing it, but I couldn't get it right. Um, and it actually doesn't look amazing if I don't have these headphones on, because the blending of my hair to the uh fake hair is not amazing because I didn't curl it together because I don't know if I can actually put heat on this plastic hair.
SPEAKER_04Right. And I think on the website it's gonna say because the color is perfect.
SPEAKER_02It is like a really good match, yeah.
SPEAKER_04And if you just blend the curls together, I think you're golden.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. So with the Alex's idea was like with the headphones on, I think it'll like look normal. Correct. And it does. And I was just going to like pop out in this and be like, then I'm take it off. But I do think that's too much work.
SPEAKER_04So yeah, we're just gonna leave it on for this episode.
SPEAKER_02I know, but I do feel kind of silly, but it's okay.
SPEAKER_04No, I like this persona. She's Allie.
SPEAKER_02I would like to have longer hair. Um and Hayley getting Haley getting her extensions then made me jealous.
SPEAKER_04Oh, okay. So Well, you technically ordered this before she got extensions. I did. Maybe I influenced her. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02They're really big here. No, but um, I just need to learn how to actually put them in and be and look normal. Yeah. But then I also I also feel like, oh, like you're just trying to be an influencer.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_02Because all the girls, they get the fake hair and they get the fake lashes, and they everything is fake.
SPEAKER_04Do you, girl?
SPEAKER_02But it just seems fun sometimes. I really want so what I really love about Haley's extensions is the way it looks in a ponytail. She put the first time and she put it up in a ponytail the first time I saw her, and I was like, Whoa, that is why I need to have because I've just never had a long hair ponytail. Long hair ponytail, like thick hair, where it's like the the messy bun looks so sick, and then the ponytail like has such a nice like away from the head. Like I never had that. I know. I was like, that's why I need it. But with this, I can't do that.
SPEAKER_04What are hers? Is hers this too?
SPEAKER_02No, no, no. She has like um oh I don't know, like like actual. She went there, had a lady put them in. Don't know what which kind it is, couldn't tell you.
SPEAKER_04Okay, all right.
SPEAKER_02But I am jealous.
SPEAKER_04Well, here you are doing one of a version of that.
SPEAKER_02Doing a version, yeah. It's cute. I love it. The back is none of my business.
SPEAKER_04You know what? We don't no, it isn't it's actually none of your business because you can't see it.
SPEAKER_02I can't see it, and good thing the audience can't see it. And if they're listening, they really can't see anything.
SPEAKER_04No, but I bet if you put your hood up right now, you would look so like A from Pretty Little Liars.
SPEAKER_02Oh.
SPEAKER_04No, I was gonna say like a like a moody Should I try it? Yeah, I'll see it. Oh, I can I can already tell. This is a nice hoodie, by the way. Wow. Somehow you look like you're still. The grim reaper?
SPEAKER_02Oh.
SPEAKER_04Like I feel like this exists on your Facebook somewhere.
SPEAKER_02Oh, probably, but I never had this long of hair. Oh hey, no. That was so scary.
SPEAKER_04No, I I liked it. It was somehow familiar.
SPEAKER_02Um like A, because you were in pretty little, it's like we always like to talk about Hello. Well, speaking of not anything like that, well, okay, let's start the podcast.
SPEAKER_04Welcome to what five, six, seven, and eight.
Popstar Academy Deep Dive And K‑Pop Survival Culture
SPEAKER_02Welcome back to the A-Liz with the Kenneth with Allison and Alex. I'm Allison, he's Alex. Could not remember that back was a part of it. Is it? Always or just like welcome to yeah, welcome back.
SPEAKER_04Always back.
SPEAKER_02Welcome back.
unknownYep.
SPEAKER_02I hold on, I gotta make a note that I want to talk about something that I started and never finished.
SPEAKER_04Oh yeah, I have my finally, I'm bringing the iPad back. It was so helpful before.
SPEAKER_02I am holding the mic in a different way and I do like it because it is less taxing on the iPad.
SPEAKER_04You're also like keeping your posture different.
SPEAKER_02Okay, that's probably good. Okay, okay, it's good. I finished watching Popstar Academy and you guys okay. I do not know. Did you know when this was on? Like called like in the world. Did you know when they were filming the show?
SPEAKER_04Correct, yes.
SPEAKER_02How did I not know? It was I feel like we talked about it. Did we? I guess I just didn't know what was going on because there was fan voting, there was live performances happening. Yeah, had no idea. So sad that I missed being a part of that. Could have gone to the live taping of filming the group or forming the group.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I'm so upset. So if they do it again, I want to be, I want to be a part of it.
SPEAKER_04I mean, it was super successful. I can't imagine they wouldn't.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I had such a great time watching that.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_02Did you watch it?
SPEAKER_04No.
SPEAKER_02I think you should. I think it's fun.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Very fun behind the scenes of them. Like they did the training and development part for over a year, maybe like a year and a half or a little bit less. And then they have they didn't tell the girls that it was going to then become a like survival show, which is very big in Korean culture, K-pop culture.
SPEAKER_03Uh-huh.
SPEAKER_02And um, they didn't tell them that. So they're in their training days, like for that whole year and a half or whatever. Yeah. And they just think, okay, at some point, the executives, um, Bang, who is the head of Hive, yeah, um, and like the other people who are a part of the heads of Geffen Records, they thought we're just gonna perform for them one day, and then they're just gonna pick who's in the group.
SPEAKER_04And then they But it ended up being a like popularity contest.
SPEAKER_02Yes, and they some of them like really could not handle that. Really?
SPEAKER_04Like, there's one girl that um I remember there being drama about someone leaving, like yes.
SPEAKER_02So this girl Lexi Lexi was so good, and then the like one of the head people at Geffen was like, she was probably gonna be in the group, to be honest. But she when it turned into the survival show, and they made them they kind of pitted them against each other, and they made them all pick their perfect six group. And it showed like some of the girls, like there was one girl that didn't get picked at all to be in anyone's group. There was like a couple of the girls that are in Cat's Eye now, Sophia and Megan, I think, were like picked to be in everyone's group, and so it was just it became this popular thing where they were like, We thought we were all like sisters, best friends, and then no one put me in their group, and I feel like really betrayed, which there was like fit 20 of them, or maybe like at that point, maybe 15. Okay, it's like, okay, if they're asking you to make a group of six, I can't put everyone in the group, so don't be mad at me for that. True, true, true. But then that girl Lexi, she was just like, I'm not having fun anymore. This is not like what my morals and standards are. Like, I don't want to be pit against each other. That's not what I signed up for. And so she left, and then the um executive was like, Yeah, Lexi was everything we were looking for to be in this group, and that sucks that she left. But I just saw the three of the girls who didn't make it. I think that they're forming a group around them that is up gonna debut soon. Because there's another girl, blonde girl named Emily that I loved so much. She was the best dancer the whole time. Like, because they did rankings throughout the training, like every like month or a couple months, they would have them do a performance for the executives, and then they would rank them. And she was always first in dancing. And then her singing wasn't great at first, but it got better.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_02And I wanted her to be in the group so bad, and so I'm glad that she's gonna be in something good. I had the best time watching that show. I'm so sad that it's over. And I do hope that if they do it again, I will be present to actually like watch because on they everything they were doing on YouTube was such real time, and there was people being being able to comment on it, and like I would love to just like make a TikTok, being like, these are my top girls, and I just wasn't a part of that.
SPEAKER_04So it's on your radar now.
SPEAKER_02It is, and I highly recommend anyone to watch it.
SPEAKER_04I love that.
SPEAKER_02How was your week? When have when did we see each other?
SPEAKER_04Sunday.
SPEAKER_02Okay, hasn't been that long yet.
SPEAKER_04No, it hasn't been that long. Um, it's been good, it's been a good week. Um, and Dylan and I filmed a follow-up to our viral. I saw it this morning.
SPEAKER_05It was good.
SPEAKER_04Um totally not expect it. It's I don't expect it to do well. It's just like so we we wanted to do one more final one, and so it was like, whatever, if it doesn't do anything, but we've both gained so many followers from it, and especially on our TikTok. So it's just like, let's just do something, keep it going.
SPEAKER_02Well, there is a girl that I see doing that all the time. Do you see that girl too?
SPEAKER_04What girl?
Viral Skits, TikTok Growth, And GT Plans
SPEAKER_02She always is obviously it's set up, yeah. But she's always like at her the same type of uh angle that you guys did, and she's always no, I'm not saying you copied off of her, I'm just saying this is also her thing, where she like has her camera and she'll be like, HR, um I got in trouble with HR for my outfit again, and then she's like on the phone with her HR person, and they're like I haven't seen that being mad about her outfit or because she did something, and it's like you this wouldn't happen to you this many times, okay? Right, like you guys did it twice or whatever. She ate's like all of her content, and it's like you would not be working at this place anymore if this was what was happening to you this often. Totally. So I enjoyed it.
SPEAKER_04It's yeah, it was cute, fun to make, and I got a funny shirt out of it.
SPEAKER_02I saw that. Wow, where'd you get that?
SPEAKER_04TikTok shop. Like$4.95.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04But uh strictly for the job.
SPEAKER_02That's good. Do I really I thought it it was funny? What do you guys what's happening next with uh G and T?
SPEAKER_00We're kind of in like the You guys should make GTs.
SPEAKER_04What's that?
SPEAKER_00Gin and Tonics.
SPEAKER_04Gin? Oh, gin. What so right away went to the spelling of our K-pop I gin. Um but yeah, gin.
SPEAKER_02You guys should make uh G T makes G and Ts.
SPEAKER_04You heard it here first, folks.
SPEAKER_02That sounds so fun.
SPEAKER_04That would be fun. Like we try to be bartenders and make a GT.
SPEAKER_00Yes.
SPEAKER_04Welcome to GT. And today we're making GT. What's that you ask?
SPEAKER_00GT?
SPEAKER_04It's a GT. We'll see. Uh but no, we're in the per like the planning stage right now, figuring out budgets, what's gonna happen. Um we have the we have a couple big brand deals that are getting organized. I think I told you off camera about them, right?
SPEAKER_00You did not tell me this.
SPEAKER_04Well, I'll tell you off camera.
SPEAKER_00Wow, okay.
SPEAKER_04Um yeah, but that's pretty much it. It's just been it's been a working week. I took down my Christmas decor as you can see. I rearranged it. We have a new setup. You're now on the other side of the screen. If you're watchers, you're probably like, what's happening?
SPEAKER_00Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_04This is the new Allison when she's on the other side of the screen. Her hair's longer.
SPEAKER_02I'm Hannah Montana.
SPEAKER_04She's Hannah Montana.
SPEAKER_02I did feel like that when I went back and forth um to working a corporate job, and then I would leave on Friday to go perform somewhere. And then and like I had fans and people were like taking pictures with me. Then I would come home and I would go back to work where like no one gave a crap about me. And I was like, what a weird thing. It is weird.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, you really did live here in Montana. That's funny. But the rearranged living room, and now we have these lights behind us. Cute.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. The the red looks good back there.
SPEAKER_04The purple looks good back there.
SPEAKER_00Okay, thank you.
SPEAKER_04Okay, great. What is that? Whoa.
SPEAKER_00Who is she? I need to get my nails done so bad. So don't like that.
SPEAKER_04I got mine done.
SPEAKER_00Oh my god, how did I not notice that? I don't know.
SPEAKER_04Aren't they cool?
SPEAKER_00Wait, where'd you get them done?
SPEAKER_04Uh so my friend at work, Talia, she like for fun, does nail art. So, like on Tuesdays and Wednesdays on lunch breaks, like she'll just do people's nails for free because she wants to practice. So she's been working on chrome on me.
SPEAKER_05Love.
SPEAKER_04So I I got her, I turned her on to it. I was like, Can you try this? So, like back in September, she did it for the first time.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04And she's gotten better every time. And then next week she's gonna just do full silver chrome polish.
SPEAKER_02Love that.
SPEAKER_04But yeah.
SPEAKER_02I saw a TikTok of one of those machines where you just like put your finger in and it paints something on it.
SPEAKER_04You want to buy it?
SPEAKER_02Yes. But like I would just like to do that.
SPEAKER_04Um, don't they have them in some stores?
SPEAKER_02Probably, but the thing is is uh they would have to have one that also puts like acrylic on, and that's not gonna happen.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. The future.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04But anyway, that's all I've been doing. What have you been doing? How's the January challenge going?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's all I've been doing. It's been good. We had uh this this week we did a f a new thing that we've never done before where we had a live stream where we just had people comment dances they want us to break down more. Back in the day, we used to do like produced tutorials.
SPEAKER_05Oh.
January Challenge, Live Tutorials, And Active Booty Drops
SPEAKER_02And it was kind of just like a lot of work for a little payoff.
SPEAKER_04Oh, okay, okay.
SPEAKER_02And so we stopped doing it.
SPEAKER_04Got it.
SPEAKER_02And like editing I see it.
SPEAKER_04I see it.
SPEAKER_02There's a bug. My god, what is happening? What kind of bug is it? Is it an at? It's a mosquito. Oh my god, no.
SPEAKER_04No, I but I think it is. You don't want to get bit. I'll keep an eye on it.
SPEAKER_02What are you gonna do from all the way over there?
SPEAKER_04Keep an eye on it.
SPEAKER_02Um, so we stopped doing those. Okay. And then we had this idea to during this have a a one night where we're like, okay, send us in what you want us to break down more and we'll go over it. We only got a few things done because in 30 minutes it was kind of hard to get a lot done. We did three things.
SPEAKER_03Okay.
SPEAKER_02And it went really well. And then the next day was an actual sweat session, and we got to we put those dances in.
SPEAKER_04Got it. Okay.
SPEAKER_02And then it was like you got to practice it and then do it live the next day. And it was actually a hit. So I think we're gonna keep doing those. I should plug. Please we active booty. We do have uh four new colorways of socks.
SPEAKER_05Yes.
SPEAKER_02That we um just launched a couple weeks ago. So if you're interested, we have a deep ocean blue, a deep ocean blue, a red that is uh deep crimson, and then both of those have the inverse. Yeah. Both of those have the inverse that is a white sock, and then the logo is the color. The color. And they're very comfortable.
SPEAKER_04So are these your biggest seller socks?
SPEAKER_02Hmm, no, I don't think so. It's just something easy. Not easy, but it's something like quickly we can produce that we I mean is quality and yeah, like we, it's all I wear. Yeah, it's they're very comfortable. We m uh modeled them after Bombas.
SPEAKER_04So will you ever do crew?
SPEAKER_02Oh, like taller?
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Because I would just never wear this.
SPEAKER_02No, I know. Some some people would, but I don't know if the market is big enough.
SPEAKER_04Let our let us know, guys. Should they do an active booty crew?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, but activebooty.com for Z Socks.
SPEAKER_04Here's what I think a crew sock that at the top has one color stripe band and like a star, because that's your guys' logo, right? Yeah, and then active booty on the foot, like that.
SPEAKER_01Okay. I'll pitch it.
SPEAKER_04Pitch it with like a collegiate stripe. Do you know what I'm talking about?
SPEAKER_02Yeah, to go with our collegiate collection.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Uh we are working on something else that we can hopefully get out quickly. Fine. Like a different take on something we already have. So hopefully that will be happening soon so we can get something going.
SPEAKER_04Yes.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
unknownOkay, cute.
SPEAKER_02But yeah, that's really it. The the January challenge.
SPEAKER_04Is it every day?
SPEAKER_02Every day there is something, um, either a a playlist for that's like been curated for that day for the people to do, or there's a live thing that we're doing.
unknownRight.
SPEAKER_02So we just gave I just gave Allison a foot five. Oh, I love that. Oh, a foot hug. Ew, don't do that. No, no.
SPEAKER_04With my web toe.
SPEAKER_02We uh somehow your web toe came up the other day.
SPEAKER_04Because of Chloe?
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Oh, because I asked if she if her family was also in the call. I couldn't remember. I was telling someone about the call, and then I was like, Oh, was your was your side of the family also involved? And she said no, and then the toenails obviously came up.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, the toenail jar.
SPEAKER_02And then and then feet came up. And then your web toes came up.
SPEAKER_04It always leads back to web toes. Because her sister has them, my cousin Hillary has them.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah, she did say that, and then she was like, but it's not genetic, right?
SPEAKER_04And it has to be because also our grandpa Cooper.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, there's no way it's not.
SPEAKER_04And my brother.
SPEAKER_02Okay, yeah, obviously it's genetic.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. But it's like, did she talk about how it's like typically it comes with this thing called Timothy syndrome?
SPEAKER_02No. What's Timothy syndrome?
SPEAKER_04You're basically like a frail little person.
SPEAKER_02That I think that was your destiny, and somehow you you overcame it. Because inside as a boy, you as a little boy, I think you were a frail being.
SPEAKER_04My heart. Just like my soul.
SPEAKER_02I didn't know you there, but from the stories I've heard, it does seem like you had some frailty inside of you.
SPEAKER_04I was a frail lad that was often in the hospital. Yes. Yes. But my name was not Timothy, nor did I have the syndrome, just the web toes.
SPEAKER_01Well, that's I mean, you know, it doesn't hurt. It helps you swim.
SPEAKER_04But I veer to the right.
SPEAKER_02I don't want to make fun of you. I don't want to.
SPEAKER_04Well, too late. I'm kidding, I'm kidding. I am totally secure about them.
Webbed Toes, OnlyFans Jokes, And Foot Culture
SPEAKER_02I mean, yeah, I also was like, I don't see them. Like, you're never toes out, so like I don't think of I forget every time.
SPEAKER_04It is funny. Like, I do not have like a foot fetish, and I'm not do your thing. That's cool. But it was to my benefit in the dating scene. Having web toes.
SPEAKER_02My gosh, why aren't you on OnlyFans?
SPEAKER_04It's like I've never thought of that.
SPEAKER_02That's have you thought of it?
SPEAKER_04I had con there was a time I had considered 'cause you could just be doing like a hoe man and like not even show your jello and stuff.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I know.
SPEAKER_02You could be d wine stomping.
SPEAKER_04Wine stomping.
SPEAKER_02You don't even have to have your face.
SPEAKER_04And they're size 13s. It was just really worked in my favor for the foot fighters community.
SPEAKER_02Oh my gosh. You could do Lord of the Rings, like what? Fantasy fiction, feet fiction.
SPEAKER_04Like feet. Put my feet in costumes.
SPEAKER_02No, you could just put it hobbit feet. Yeah, you could just put like extra hair on.
SPEAKER_04No, they're they're hairless. So I would have to put it.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you would have to do a like a Merkin for the foot.
SPEAKER_04A Furkin.
SPEAKER_02A Furkin. Dang it. Yes.
SPEAKER_04I mean, you we essentially said it at the same time. Alright, I'm gonna get a Furkin and look for these puppies on OnlyFans.
SPEAKER_02Oh, I feel insane.
SPEAKER_04Because you feel like a different person. I like this. Who am I? I don't know, but she's funny.
SPEAKER_02Okay, speaking of fetishes.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. What? Great transition.
SPEAKER_02Heated rivalry. How have we not talked about this?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I have thought of this every week for the last three weeks. I've been like, we have not talked about heated rivalry yet.
Heated Rivalry Reactions And Queer Romance Tropes
SPEAKER_02I'm not finished with it.
unknownWhat?
SPEAKER_02I'm not up to date. Is it done? Yeah. Okay.
SPEAKER_04Six episodes. That's it.
SPEAKER_02I think I've seen four. So I think I'm ready for five. Is five the cottage?
SPEAKER_04No, six. The last episode is the cottage.
SPEAKER_02I don't know about the cottage.
SPEAKER_04I just know the the finale is the cottage, and it is incredible. But the fifth episode is my favorite because of the ending, and I'm not gonna say why.
SPEAKER_02Please don't.
SPEAKER_04But it is my dream.
SPEAKER_02Okay. Well, here's what I want to say.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_02I could actually care less about the main storyline. I know. And I've seen a lot of interviews of them as people, and I love them. Okay, yeah. Like not as their actors, not as their characters. Yeah. I think that they're so cute and funny as their like actual people.
SPEAKER_04Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_02Do not care about their storyline. I care about the other storyline.
SPEAKER_04The barista.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So that is why the last like the next episode, the fifth episode is my favorite.
SPEAKER_02Okay. Because it's them.
SPEAKER_04It's them.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Why are they not the main thing?
SPEAKER_04So in the book series, they are their own book.
SPEAKER_01Okay. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So that should be your next series. Because he had rivalry is just the two leads, and then there's another book that's about the barista and okay.
SPEAKER_02I want to say I have read a hockey smut book, but it wasn't gay.
SPEAKER_04It wasn't gay, yeah. You gotta wa you gotta watch read the gay.
SPEAKER_02Which is fine. I'll do it. Not opposed, but I think that the writing for the main storyline is kind of bad. Am I wrong? You're wrong. I feel like all they do is like say something like, oh.
SPEAKER_04And then two years pass, and then they go home.
SPEAKER_02He's like, Oh, come, do you want to come to my apartment? And then he's like, no.
SPEAKER_04He's like, no, f you. And he's like, yes, you do.
SPEAKER_02He's like, no, f you. And then he's like, yeah. And then they like do it, and then they like cuddle, and then they're like, he's mean to him again. Yeah. And then it's two years later. So this is why not understand.
SPEAKER_04This is why you I think once you I mean, I was into it. If you well, if you once you get to episode six and you see that you know they're at their oldest, because like so much time is passing through each episode.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_04So that the they're at their like oldest age coming up. Um and like you don't know why they go to the cottage, like why he goes to the cottage with him. That that is why I love episode five. You'll see. But the way that they come together in the last episode, it's like you will all of it you will be happier about.
SPEAKER_02Okay. I mean, I get I get the tension, I get they can't be out, I get the oh, we see each other, you know, once every couple months because we're playing, we play against each other, but we live in different towns, so it's like the it took a lot it took a while for their relationship to develop into more than just hooking up because you know they didn't have the time to really like spend with each other. But I just thought the dialogue was so like not compelling to me. Well, and I thought that the barist the barista and the other hockey player was like way more Scott Hunter was way more fun to watch.
SPEAKER_04That episode was so sad when he was looking at him on the at his birthday party and he just walked away.
SPEAKER_02But I I will finish it.
SPEAKER_04I just you can cut this out if it's too graphic, but I think the thing that's like kind of enticing is like the way that they have sex is the closest to what it actually is for gay men than a lot of other things I've seen.
SPEAKER_02Okay, but my question is it it does feel like some of the position doesn't seem anatomically capable.
SPEAKER_04And to I haven't seen anything that isn't. Oh, you haven't? Okay.
SPEAKER_02Because I was watching it. Um, we don't have to cut that out. I don't think that was graphic. Um but yeah, there was one episode I was watching, and Josh was there, and he was like, he was like, I f we obviously we don't know the position of two men, but like it it seemed like the angles wouldn't have worked.
SPEAKER_04I think I know what you're talking about, and I think because they weren't they were I think I know what you're talking about. Yeah. You can probably cut this out because this is graphic. Is it the scene when they're on a bed and he's sitting on top of him and just kind of pulls his pants down a little bit?
SPEAKER_02Maybe.
SPEAKER_04So they were jerking each other off.
SPEAKER_02I think there was one part on a on a couch though that seemed that is what that is it.
SPEAKER_04Okay, okay, okay. Yeah, so he there he's like holding both their dicks and jerking them off.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_04There is no there was no anal intercourse happening. I think that is what because yes, there that's what confused people because he pulls his pants down but only halfway. Yeah. And then moves himself in a position that's like, what?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, again.
SPEAKER_04It's like, oh, that's what's happening.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_04And that is that makes sense.
SPEAKER_00Okay.
SPEAKER_04And that's your gay sex lesson of the day.
The Traitors Predictions And Reality Cast Strategy
SPEAKER_02Not to control the conversation, but another You're leading. Another show that starts tonight.
SPEAKER_04The traitors, I know. We we need to do be like this should be a part of it now.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. So here's my thing.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Why don't we because we could watch it together. We can watch episode one together.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_02But what I want to say is since we have seen nothing and it starts tonight, yeah. Why don't we pick who we think is going to be chosen as traitors?
SPEAKER_04Oh, let's pick the trainers. There's got to be a bracket somewhere.
SPEAKER_02Maybe.
SPEAKER_04We should join one.
SPEAKER_02Okay. A fantasy, yeah.
SPEAKER_04A fantasy. I've done that for Game of Girls before. Yeah, there's an app for them because I did one for um what's what are those dudes that dress as girls? Drag race. That was crazy.
SPEAKER_00You want me to cut that out?
SPEAKER_04No shade. That is what's happening.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_02Oh my god. Um, okay. Well, I want to pick who we think is gonna be traitors. Okay. And then we can look for a fantasy league.
SPEAKER_04I have my iPad, so let me look with you so you don't have to turn your computer around or I was gonna say, so you don't have to turn your computer around or talk to me.
SPEAKER_02Okay. So for I'm just gonna read off the names quickly for the listeners.
SPEAKER_04Really quick. What or what website are you on?
SPEAKER_02Wikipedia.org.
SPEAKER_04Can you set like text me the link? I have my texts on.org, baby.
SPEAKER_02And they're always asking for money.
SPEAKER_04They are.
SPEAKER_02And I'm just I'm sorry, but I can't contribute to Wikipedia at this time in my life.
SPEAKER_04No. Okay, I'm with you. Go ahead and read the names.
SPEAKER_02Okay, I'm gonna read off the names for the listeners.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_02Natalie Anderson of The Amazing Race and Survivor, Yam Yam from Survivor 44, Mark Ballas, Dancing with the Stars, Rob Cesternino, Survivor, the Amazon, Steven Coletti, Laguna Beach, and Oh. And he was in that other show.
SPEAKER_04The Hills.
SPEAKER_02The OC. No.
SPEAKER_04The real Orange County.
SPEAKER_02No. He was in like a scripted show after that. Oh. It's not not it doesn't matter.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_02Um, Candace Dillard Bassett from Real Wives of Potomac Real Housewives of Potomac.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_02Ron Funches. Moira Higgins, Love Island, UK host, love her. Donna Kelsey, mother of Jason and Travis. Hilarious. Kristen Kish, top chef Seattle. She's badass. Love her. Tara Lupinski of the Olympic figure skating dynasty. Durinda Madley, Real Houseways in New York. Tiffany Mitchell, Big Brother23. Monet Exchange, RuPaul's Jag Race.
SPEAKER_04Eric Nam. Oh yeah. I'm excited about this one.
SPEAKER_02Eric Nam.
SPEAKER_04Sorry, Nam. Eric Nam.
SPEAKER_02K-pop musician. Michael Rappaport, actor, comedian. Rob Rausch from Love Island season five. Lisa Renna, Real Houseways at Beverly Hills. Caroline Stanberry, Ladies of London. Oh.
SPEAKER_04It's spoiled for us.
unknownOh.
SPEAKER_04I just realized it's showing us.
SPEAKER_02Why did someone do it? Because it's already aired. Dang it. But we won't tell anyone. Dang it. Ian Terry from Big Brother 14. Colton Underwood. I never would have noticed that, by the way. The Bachelorette season 14. Johnny Weir, Figure Skater, and Portia Williams, Roe Hasways, Atlanta.
SPEAKER_04Okay, I am surprised that this.
SPEAKER_02That's not, I would have not picked these people.
SPEAKER_04I would not have either. We're not going to tell anyone.
SPEAKER_02Dang it. But that would have been such a fun point.
SPEAKER_04I guess we could because this comes out on Monday. This will have way already aired.
SPEAKER_02Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Okay, so we unfortunately see here on Wikipedia who the traders are.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Well, let's just say who we would have picked up. And mine would not have been these people.
SPEAKER_04Oh, no, mine either. Um my first, I thought Mark Ballis was gonna be one.
SPEAKER_02Oh, you did? I did. I don't think I did.
SPEAKER_04I I knew I had a feeling Monet wasn't gonna be one because of what happened last time.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Um you know what? Lisa Rina doesn't actually surprise me. I may have picked her.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_04They're always gonna pick a housewife. I just don't even know much about Candace.
SPEAKER_02Yes, I just don't Rob to me, I think he's gonna give himself away. I because he's just such not a drama person. Okay. Like in in Love Island, he there was like drama around him, but then like he just kind of ran away from it. And then after Love Island, he's just like, I don't wanna be in LA, I don't wanna be whatever. I want to just be in the woods like hunting snakes or whatever he does. And he just kind of is not into drama. Okay, and I feel like his personality to me is gonna be like reject being like a villain.
SPEAKER_05Okay.
SPEAKER_02But maybe I don't know, maybe he will lean into it. Well, let's see. So wait, the traders are Lisa Renna, Rob Rausch, and Candace Dillard Bassett. So we have two housewives, which I actually don't think that they would think.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I don't think they'll suspect that, no.
SPEAKER_02I think that I could have seen Johnny Weir.
SPEAKER_04Okay, yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Because they since they clearly didn't make Monet a trader because of Bob. 100%. I could see then Johnny them also being like, well, I don't think that Monet is, so then not that Johnny's not a drag queen, but like just like in the same kind of feeling of a person. I could see them being like, well, then I don't think Johnny is either.
SPEAKER_04I can see that.
SPEAKER_02Um honestly, if I was gonna pick a housewife, I think I would have picked Dorinda. Just because she was so upset last year.
SPEAKER_04She got out very early. Was it like week one or two?
SPEAKER_02It was week one. It was week one. She was the first. Yeah, because she was just like being annoying about that whole that challenge where they had to go on the boats, and then they were left on the thing, and she was like really complaining and being annoying about it.
SPEAKER_04But it's risky to make her like I feel like that is gonna almost give her away.
SPEAKER_02That's true.
SPEAKER_04She wasn't one last time, but she definitely is this time.
SPEAKER_02I think I might have picked Natalie.
SPEAKER_04Yeah?
SPEAKER_02I think maybe Natalie, Johnny, and maybe like Michael Rabapore or maybe Moira, because she seems unassuming. She's like such a cute little Who's Ian Terry?
SPEAKER_04I don't know who this is.
SPEAKER_02Amazing Big Brother player.
SPEAKER_04Oh.
Housewives, TV Roundup, And Awards Show Confusion
SPEAKER_02He's very um, I think he might, they might suspect him to be because he's so analytical and so good at playing games. He's giving it the other big brother players. It's giving uh because he beat um Trisha Chrisha um no the blonde girl. Um Oh Dave? Yes, that was season fourteen was she was on. Yeah. Why can't I think of anyone's name right now? I'm so silly. So season fourteen was uh he beat Dan Giesling in the Oh yes, okay, okay, okay, okay. Because they were like Dan that he had done his Dan's funeral, and they were like, he has left all his morals at the door, which he did say he was gonna do. And so they were like, Ian is like such a smart, like little young guy, and we want to give it to him because he didn't he wasn't playing like the devil. Um but Brittany Haynes and Dan uh Janelle were on that season, so he did beat Janelle. But I think that people will assume that Ian is a traitor because Dan was a traitor, and because the season before that, who another big brother like winner was okay, okay, okay, okay.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Wow.
SPEAKER_04Well, I'm still excited to watch.
SPEAKER_02I am excited too. Yeah, we should put that on while we're eating our dinner. Hell yeah. I think that's all the TV I'm aware of.
SPEAKER_04That's it? That's all you've been aware of?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I just saw the season finale of Real Housewives with Salt Lake City. Drama, drama, drama.
SPEAKER_02Drama, drama, drama.
SPEAKER_04Can't wait for the three-part reunion.
SPEAKER_02Are you guys watching the sex lives of Mormon Wives or whatever? Is that what it's called?
SPEAKER_04Secret lives.
SPEAKER_02And you're not watching that? No. Okay.
SPEAKER_04Are you? No. No, that's because that's not part of the TV you care about right now. Or that you're aware of.
SPEAKER_02I don't care.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_02Huh. Oh, something else that we need to talk about. It's two things involving Hillary Duff.
SPEAKER_04Yes. But before that, the Golden Globes were yesterday, which for us is not today. It's not yesterday, and we will discuss them next week.
SPEAKER_02We will?
SPEAKER_04Like, what do you want to discuss them now? No, because we already did with Angela.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. I didn't watch them.
SPEAKER_04They're not on till next week. Like, I'm telling them.
SPEAKER_02Oh, I'm also telling them. I'm not gonna wait. The goal oh, that was Critic's Choice.
SPEAKER_04Whoa, yeah.
SPEAKER_02That was Critic's Choice. I was like, the standout moment is that Timothy Chalamet confirmed finally confirmed Kylie. Three years partnership. Loved that. Love her.
SPEAKER_04And she went.
SPEAKER_02I love you. So cute. Okay. Okay, well, we need to talk about Hillary Duff. Which do you want to talk about Toxic Mom Group or do you want to talk about a new single first?
SPEAKER_04I haven't been able to listen to the new single yet.
SPEAKER_02Well, I don't think it's been released.
SPEAKER_04She teased it on her Instagram. I wasn't even able to listen with sound yet.
SPEAKER_02If I play that little bit, do you think it'll get claimed?
SPEAKER_04Probably yeah. Dang it. So show me.
Hilary Duff’s Spicy Teaser And Mom Group Drama
SPEAKER_02Do you want me to read you the lyrics? Yeah, okay. It's kind of crazy.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, please, please, please.
SPEAKER_02Guys, this is gonna get explicit. Okay. This is the teaser. I only want the beginning. I don't want the end. I want the part where you say, God damn. Back in a dive bar. Oh, sorry. Back of a dive bar, giving you head, then sneak home late. Wake up in your wake up your roommates. I don't know how this rhymes. I want the highlights, 10 out of 10. The butterflies from holding your hand before we swept us under the bed and became practically roommates. Roommates is twice in this.
SPEAKER_04Is the song called roommates?
SPEAKER_02Nope. It's I don't know what it's called. Maybe it's called Roommates. I'm touching myself by the front door, but you don't even look my way no more.
SPEAKER_04You Ike Hillary. So mature.
SPEAKER_02So mature. For your age.
SPEAKER_04Which I love that song. I do like it.
SPEAKER_02And I like the sound of this song, of the new one. It's just like the lyrics are a lot. Yeah. But also, no, you know what I don't like? I do not like the take that just because she hasn't had like explicit songs before doesn't mean she can't. And it doesn't mean because she's older, it's all of a sudden like she's because she's a mom and because she's older, like she can't be sexual. Yeah. Like, I'm so sorry, but this is no different than I get wet at the thought of you being a responsible guy.
SPEAKER_04What are you saying?
SPEAKER_02The Serena Carpenter song.
SPEAKER_01I get wet at the thought of you. Responsible guy.
SPEAKER_04That's the lyrics.
SPEAKER_01Treating me like you're supposed to. Tears run down my thighs.
SPEAKER_04That's the lyrics.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_04Do we have under a rock?
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_04I filmed your dance video to that.
SPEAKER_02We did it a lot of times.
SPEAKER_04Anyway.
SPEAKER_02But those are the lyrics, and how is that any different? Just because Hillary Duff is a mom and older, it's like, oh, oh no.
SPEAKER_04No, I she's I didn't I support it fully.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, and I do understand like the art of the like subtlety, I think is is more maybe interesting.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Like I was listening to a podcast and they were talking about this, and I did not agree with their take because it was like, oh no, Hillary's being too sexual. But they did say, like, Haley Steinfeld, her one song about touching herself, but you don't know it's about that until you really think about it. Do you know what the song is? I love May. Yeah. And I love myself. I don't know.
SPEAKER_04But like anyway, day or night.
SPEAKER_02That is a subtle way, you know, of saying it that like you you don't really get until you really like think about it more. And I do think that that's probably like a more, you know. What word what is the word I'm trying to say? Subtle. Subtle and just like um discreet. But like it's a higher, it's a higher cognitive level of lyrics.
SPEAKER_05Okay.
SPEAKER_02And is that like better? I don't know.
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_02Yes, no. Maybe so. Some some might say, like, you know, you just not just being like, yeah, let's do it. Versus like saying it in a more eloquent way.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02But I don't like the idea that it's like okay when Sabrina does it because she's a a young hot thing and she doesn't have kids and blah blah blah. But it's like not okay when Hillary does it.
SPEAKER_04We stand for Hillary Duff doing this.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02So the other part of Hillary is that she's part of big mom drama. Yes. Right now.
SPEAKER_04I love this. And her husband did the love this.
SPEAKER_02So if you guys aren't aware, um, big drama this week between Hilary Duff and the other mom group versus Ashley Tisdale.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I was like Miss Sharpe Evans.
SPEAKER_02So I have a little summary to read you so that everyone can be caught up. So read it. Earlier this week, former high school musical star Ashley Tisdale published a personal essay in the cut about why she left what she described as a toxic mom group and she had joined after becoming a mother. In the piece, Tisdale says she initially felt a sense of belonging with other moms in the group, but over time they began, she began feeling increasingly excluded and hurt by subtle social media dynamics and being left out of gatherings, likening the experience to high school uh cliques and drama. The article sparked intense online speculation because the group was widely believed to include other well-known celebrity moms such as Hillary Duff, Mandy Moore, Megan Trainer, and more. Though Tisdale didn't name anyone specifically, soon after the essay went public, tension grew on social media. Hillary Duff's husband, Matthew Coma, posted a satirical mock headline, seemingly mocking Tisdale and calling her self-obsessed and tone-deaf, which fueled further discussion and controversy. Reactions have spilled into the wider celebrity and fan world, including social media gestures and figures like Hillary's sister, Haley Duff, who we know they don't mess with each other. Hillary and Haley don't like each other.
SPEAKER_04They're not in great terms.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Who liked the viral essay post and commentary from others weighing in. Meanwhile, Tisdale's team said she wasn't trying to call out specific people, but rather to highlight a broader experience many moms can relate to.
SPEAKER_04Okay, Ashley, no.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's backtracking. Like all you did was post about your mom group.
SPEAKER_04Right. So the consensus is that in Hollywood that she's not a great person.
SPEAKER_02Ashley?
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I didn't really know that prior to this, but I wasn't seeking out whether she was or not.
SPEAKER_04And boyfriend went to high school with her.
SPEAKER_02Oh, does he have thoughts? Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Okay. That tracks.
SPEAKER_04You know? Yeah. It's a little rough.
SPEAKER_02I think that's a good thing.
SPEAKER_04Did you see Megan Trainor's TikTok?
SPEAKER_00What was it?
SPEAKER_04It was just her song, her new song that's like I don't care, whatever.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Um, and she's and then she's like typing on the computer, being like, log in real quick to check on the mom drama.
SPEAKER_02Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_04And the song is I don't care.
SPEAKER_02Nice. Yeah. I think like nice. I think that Hillary probably wouldn't have let her husband get involved.
SPEAKER_05Correct. I agree.
SPEAKER_02If it wasn't warranted. Yeah. And I think, oh, so Chelsea Hanler commented on Mandy Moore, and she was like, Mandy is a great person. I love her. Don't, I don't know, Ashley, but if Mandy is involved, like basically like I'm on the side of Mandy. Wow. So we have a character witness. Witness for Mandy Moore.
SPEAKER_04And then we have all of us for Hillary.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. And what I want to say is I'm sure just because they're celebrities doesn't mean they're any different than us. And there are, as we know.
SPEAKER_05Who us?
SPEAKER_02Friendship. Big groups of friends are hard. Especially big groups with lots of. I disagree, I think. And you know, sometimes at some point, like people find their niches, and that's okay. And I do get it, like in a bigger group, if Ashley was like being insane.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
A‑List Picks, Nugget Ice, And Daily Joys
SPEAKER_02Or just like if if she her personality wasn't aligning with others in the group, I don't think it's like that weird for a big group of people to have smaller gatherings. That like if two people are like, oh my god, we live this close to each other, let's let's go get coffee or whatever.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Then I don't think that's a indication that they hate other people in the group. I think it's just you, if you never have one-on-one time with anyone else in that group, you're never going to actually have like a deep connection with anyone.
SPEAKER_05Right, right, right.
SPEAKER_02You actually have to like see people individually to grow that friendship. Right. So inherently, small factions of a big group doesn't mean that there's a fraction. Right.
SPEAKER_04But maybe she just never was getting called for a solo.
SPEAKER_02Which like I get. Totally. But I think that at our age, at her age, I think you have to communicate and you have to go like, hey guys.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I know I saw that you guys hung out without me, and I totally understand like that's your right to do. But I I'm not gonna lie, I feel I feel left out. I had FOMO, and I wanna I just wanted to double check, like, is there an issue that we need to talk through? And if there isn't, that's cool, but I would love to be involved the next time you guys hang out. And if they're like, actually, like, yeah, you've been being really negative lately, and you know, that really weighed on it killed our vibe. Yeah. And we honestly didn't want to like be around negativity, and that's why we, you know, had to hang out without you. Yeah, and we're sorry about that. And if you totally, if you want to be involved, happy to have you. Yeah, but also like we can't the negative energy like does bring us down. And then that gives Ashley the chance to be like, you know what, I'm gonna reflect on myself. I'm gonna try not to be negative. Yeah, but if you don't communicate, then there's no resolution. And if you just keep it all balled up inside and then you write a public essay, then yeah, they don't mess with you anymore. Sorry.
SPEAKER_04Right.
SPEAKER_02I don't know.
SPEAKER_04Sorry, girl. I gotta communicate. I don't think it it delivered the way she thought it would, maybe.
SPEAKER_02No, she thought she was doing something.
SPEAKER_04Yes, she really thought she was.
SPEAKER_02And if these girls were actually being mean girls to her, then I don't like that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I don't either. You know what I will say this did for us, though?
SPEAKER_02What?
SPEAKER_04It just gave Hillary Duff more amplification, which is great for when she drops her album.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, that's why she put I don't know if if the timeline was later for the song, but I think her team was like, tease her out now.
SPEAKER_04We got all eyes on Hillary, put her out. Yeah. Smart.
SPEAKER_02So I'm I'm excited to hear the whole song, but I can't wait to listen after we stop recording. Oh yeah.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_02Cute. Do you want to do A-list of the week while I bring up the birthdays that I totally did write down?
SPEAKER_04100%. All right. Well, it's time for A-list of the week. I love a run. Okay, so my A-list this week is. Oh my god. See, this is why we have an iPad.
SPEAKER_02Yes. Today the 8th is Cynthia Revo's birthday, just to let you know. Happy birthday to you. But really, we're talking about the 12th, which is not today. Today when we're recording, not the actual.
SPEAKER_04I gotta get to my, sorry, I gotta get to my whoa, what's this? My standards for dating. I don't really want to read that right now.
SPEAKER_01Okay, we got some people.
SPEAKER_02I mean, my was my A-list last week Popstar Academy?
SPEAKER_04No.
SPEAKER_02Okay, it is this week.
SPEAKER_04Popstar Academy? Yeah. And I cannot find my thing. And uh anything for oh, just you recommend it.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Okay. My A-list of the week is God. What do I have to be A-list for? Oh sorry.
SPEAKER_02Real Housewives?
SPEAKER_04No. My A-list of the ice cream.
SPEAKER_02Your ice cube machine?
SPEAKER_04Thank you. My A-list of the week is my ice maker. Boyfriend got me an ice maker for Christmas. It was dented. We sent it back at the new one. K.
SPEAKER_05Oh, good, good, good, good.
SPEAKER_04And what a game changer having an ice maker. And it's like it crumbles. I don't know how to explain it. Bite one of those.
SPEAKER_02I will.
SPEAKER_04And it just crumbles.
SPEAKER_02So here's the thing as an ice connoisseur myself. I don't know how I haven't done that yet.
SPEAKER_04Truly.
SPEAKER_02I haven't got one of those myself.
SPEAKER_04The best part of waking up is fold. No.
unknownYes.
SPEAKER_02That was a missed opportunity on your part.
SPEAKER_04Truly. But it was. Um the best ice is nugget ice.
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_04And those at home ice makers are very expensive.
SPEAKER_01Why?
SPEAKER_04Because it's a it's a different kind of freezing system that makes them that shape. This is a pretty affordable one. Like this one's around$70. Because it it's like six cylinders that just like grow that. It's fast.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, how is it that? Is it do they use like a dry ice situation in there? No.
SPEAKER_04No, it's frit- it's refrigerator. It's like a it's like a f it's a freezer.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, but normal freezers don't go that fast.
SPEAKER_04Freezers don't make ice, but they would if you poured water in them. Wait, wait, wait. I see what you're saying. Like an ice cube tray you put in the freezer.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it doesn't work that fast.
SPEAKER_04Well, this is like a cylinder that is frozen that the water spreads around, and then it like blobs them out six at a time. From the time you put water in, I have not had to refill the water yet, by the way. And I've been running this for a week now. No, since Sunday. Um what was I saying? Oh, it makes six cubes of ice every ten minutes.
SPEAKER_02Here's my thing. I do I go through a lot of ice. Do you what I as a single person?
SPEAKER_04This is great because I also go through a lot of ice. As soon as you scoop, it immediately starts making more.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_04So it fills the basket, it knows when it's full, you take a scoop out, it starts making more. So technically, you could dump the basket in the freezer, have it keep going, and then you'll always have a fresh batch. Yeah. That is my plan.
SPEAKER_02Because I go through it so much. I physically, if if I had to refill my cubes, my tray every time, that would be my full-time job. I would do nothing else all day but continue to fill up my ice cube trays.
SPEAKER_04That was like the best part of the house we had.
SPEAKER_02I know.
SPEAKER_04Was that we just had an ice cube?
SPEAKER_02I know.
Birthdays, Pop Culture On This Day, And Audiobook Bit
SPEAKER_04Remember when it broke and we were like, no, this is actually main priority. Get us a new fridge now.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it was bad. But now I just have to continue to buy bags of ice.
SPEAKER_04They're like, well, yeah, it seems that rats tore up the oh, that was the dishwasher.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, it wasn't. There was a lot going on there.
SPEAKER_04Anyway, ice.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. You want the birthdays for today, January 12th?
SPEAKER_04Happy birthday. January 12th. So one month till my birthday.
SPEAKER_02My dad's birthday was yesterday, and my sister's birthday is tomorrow. In real life, or in January 11th is my dad's birthday. January 13th is my sister's birthday.
SPEAKER_04She's so close to your dad's birthday.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Shout out, dad. Shout out Amanda.
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
SPEAKER_04We know you're listening.
SPEAKER_02Uh today though, Zayn Malik is 33.
SPEAKER_04R.I.P.
SPEAKER_02Jeff Nope.
SPEAKER_04That was Shane or um Liam. Liam.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. Jeff Bezos is 62.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_02Naira Vera. R.I.P. I don't know how old. She was born in 1987.
SPEAKER_04So she would have been what's two years less than 40? 38.
SPEAKER_0138. Oh no.
SPEAKER_0487, 39. Because it's two times on six.
SPEAKER_02Howard Stern is 72. Issa Ray is 41. If you guys live in Los Angeles, you should oh my gosh, I just had a stroke. You should go to Issa Rae's restaurant called Somerville. It's really good.
SPEAKER_05Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_02Rob Zombie 61. Kirsti Alley, R.I.P.
SPEAKER_04A couple RIPs.
SPEAKER_02Dina Nicole Cortiz, 39.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02Do you know who that is? Uh from Jersey Shore. Dina. Dina, yeah. Yeah, her full name is kind of. I should have said Dina from. Okay, and now entertainment. Mean Girls, the musical, the movie. That's not how you say it.
SPEAKER_04We saw that.

SPEAKER_04Some of the best dancing ever in movies was Sin Say the Last Dance.
SPEAKER_02Ever. The song Despacito, which we just put a song out, finally, a dance out. 2017.
SPEAKER_04Does that sound weird in your ears because you have headphones on? Like, really? Could I read? Would you listen to an audiobook read by me? Because of all the voices I heard.
SPEAKER_02Say something else. Oh no, I'm gonna give you, I'm gonna give you an excerpt from one of my books to read.
SPEAKER_04Yes, yes, yes. Okay. And happy birthday to all of those people and the entertainment.
SPEAKER_02I did. I did not give you an explicit one just because you know.
SPEAKER_04Okay, so give me some context. So context. Yeah.
SPEAKER_02This is Resand.
SPEAKER_04This is a man.
SPEAKER_02This is he is a man. He's one of the bat boys. Bat boys. He's the main character. The most powerful.
SPEAKER_04Are they British?
SPEAKER_02He can be if you want him to.
SPEAKER_04Oh, so it's up to my interpretation. It's up to your interpretation.
SPEAKER_02He is the most powerful um being, basically. His magic he has like the most intense magic possible. Fera, the um main character of the first book, is his mate.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_02And he is like bro, he's like pretty dark hair, brooding, very like, he's always putting his hands in his pockets in a very like attractive way.
SPEAKER_04Is he like low still and mysterious? Yes.
SPEAKER_02He has violet eyes.
SPEAKER_04Violet.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_04Purple.
unknownPurple.
SPEAKER_04Okay. Alright, ladies and gentlemen. What's his name?
SPEAKER_02Re-Sand.
unknownOkay.
SPEAKER_04This is Re Sand. I have been broken. Remade. Shattered into dust and rebuilt with claws and shadows and a heart that bleeds for those I love. I was not born to kneel. But I have bowed for those who needed a hand to raise. I am the nightmare they fear and the dream they long for. And if you dare to threaten my court, my friends, or the ones whose damn it. And if you dare to threaten my court, my friends, or the one who holds my soul in her hands, then you will see just how beautifully destruction can be delivered under a sky full of stars.
SPEAKER_02Nice. I liked the low, I liked the slower cadence.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I like it.
SPEAKER_04I don't really know what the scene was, but that was my best work.
SPEAKER_02I don't actually remember what it's what it's from. Oh, it's from a core of Mist and Fury.
SPEAKER_04Should I audition?
SPEAKER_02Yeah.
Reality Show Submissions And Sign‑Off
SPEAKER_04Okay. Um, something I did forget to say that I'm gonna say on here because I'd like to mark this moment in case it happens. I auditioned. Nope. I submitted for a new reality competition show.
SPEAKER_02A new, okay.
SPEAKER_04Not gonna give any details on the pod, but please send me good vibes. I'll tell you off.
