Faith In Reality
Faith In Reality is a space for millennials and even some gen z's to come together to talk about the abundance or lack of faith we have in our own realities. In a time where social media can be heavily used as a distraction to face your own reality, I believe it is important to reflect on our trials and triumphs that we face throughout life. On this podcast, we will talk about the various paths it takes to finding your purpose and what that entails when you include factors such as relationships, finances, family life and we even touch on the topics of health and addiction. As heavy as these topics may be I always find a way to laugh and smile my way through everything, so I invite you to experience this journey with me, to have more Faith in your reality.

Faith In Decentering Romantic Relationships + distractions
In this solo episode, I reflect on what it means to enter my 29th year with a renewed focus on me. As someone who’s often centered romance—whether consciously or subconsciously—I’m learning to shift that narrative. I talk about the ways I’m intentionally decentering romantic relationships and breaking up with the distractions that keep me from being fully present with myself.
From small daily habits to deeper mindset shifts, I share honest tips and spiritual reflections on cultivating a life that prioritizes wholeness, purpose, and peace over performance and partnership. Whether you’re single, dating, or somewhere in between, this episode is a reminder that your relationship with yourself is sacred, too.
