SPEAKER_05

What's up, guys?

SPEAKER_03

Hey.

SPEAKER_05

Hola.

SPEAKER_04

That was like five words. Also, not English words, so I don't know what they were. What did you throw off just now? Did you throw? I thought you took your mask off. No, I threw the other mask off. It's like Sting pulled off.

SPEAKER_05

I almost broke you. I see you start to crack up a little.

Crowd Heat, Factions, And Recent Matches

SPEAKER_04

Sting Sting Sting pulling off the sting mask. With us tonight, not in studio, but basically in studio. We got the face of NetPro Studios. The face of Illuminati. I'm not going to call him the face of Illuminati, but he might as well be. Illuminati's head guy, Nick Blackwell. Welcome in, Nick. Oh, wait, no, we have a pause button.

SPEAKER_01

Thanks for having me.

SPEAKER_04

We have a pause button. There it is. Found it. Pause button. Alright, man. Just coming off.

SPEAKER_01

That is something new.

SPEAKER_04

The applause button?

SPEAKER_01

Did you like that? Or well, no, man. I mean, like, yeah, man, that's pretty cool because I don't I don't ever get cheered any applause unless I get my ass kicked.

SPEAKER_04

That's what I was gonna say. You're not really cheering, uh, not really getting cheered for, except for I will say, there is a person in the crowd that cheers for you for sure. Uh, we know her. In front of us, she was like, You guys boo my boy, I will whoop your ass.

SPEAKER_01

I'm pretty sure she said that to Krazo like a hundred times, man.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, Krazo, um, yeah, you and Krazo uh be just beating the crap out of each other. So I know she tells Krazo to lay off of you. We're we're we're Illuminati members, though. I mean, basically. So Okay. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

See, I got it, yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, Clay knows Clay knows what's up.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Does the faction know? I don't know if they do.

unknown

I don't know.

SPEAKER_04

Oh man. Don't tell the faction. All right, all right. So um we've seen you.

SPEAKER_01

I know I think the last time I seen you you had a faction shirt on.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, not me. I didn't wear a faction shirt. Claybook was wearing a faction shirt for sure. Yep. Yeah. That's okay. We like all the factions.

SPEAKER_01

I guess we'll forgive him because he had that Cody Rhodes jacket on.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I know you like that Cody Rhodes jacket. Yeah, that was sick. Honestly, I thought you were gonna beat him up and take it, and I was gonna let you do it.

Why “Face Of Net Pro” Became A Gimmick

SPEAKER_01

So I I was too beaten up to uh yeah, we got sir, there's breaking you're breaking up a little bit, Nick.

SPEAKER_04

We still got you, I think. Um Yeah, yeah, yeah. We still got you. We're good. Okay. So last time we seen you, let me see. Last time I seen you, you were laying on a table.

SPEAKER_06

On a broken table. On a broken table.

SPEAKER_04

With Crazo laying on you?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

That was awesome. That match was awesome.

SPEAKER_05

Uh good to see you recovered. Yeah. Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Not did you wrestle this weekend?

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, the outcome of that match wasn't uh what I wanted. Yeah, we uh we had a um the student showcase a couple days ago, and I actually got to wrestle Xander Hendricks.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, nice. Oh, I didn't know that. Yeah, we love Xander, friend of the show. Xander's uh that's that's awesome. Did you uh Yeah, man, he's did that go the way you wanted it?

SPEAKER_01

It was it was actually pretty cool. No, I I didn't get the win, but it it was pretty cool because uh we've trained together for a long time and we've never actually got to work in front of a crowd.

SPEAKER_06

Oh, okay, cool. That's awesome.

SPEAKER_04

That's good though. Yeah, he's he's awesome. He's a good dude. Um man, we we love having you. It's it's been a while, it's been a while in the making uh gonna have you on. We've been talking about it for a little while, had some technical difficulties and and some episodes that didn't exist, didn't we didn't make it there. But we're here tonight and we got a few questions for you, if that's okay.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, man.

SPEAKER_04

Go right ahead. Claybo, do you want to start? Yep, I'll start. Um, so my first question How are you gonna call yourself the face of Net Pro when Crazo has the Net Pro Studios title and is the most over wrestler in the company?

SPEAKER_06

I just want to piggyback on that and just say the same exact thing. Uh, but Claybo done said it. Oh, he said, oh genuine question. They like to start.

SPEAKER_01

Well, that's a fair question. That's a fair question. So um, no, I mean, I mean, this is workers shoot, right?

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, absolutely.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah. Uh no, so the face of Net Pro gimmick, I you know, when I when I first started the gimmick, I I was looking at everybody has a nickname. When they come out, I was just coming out as Nick Blackwell. Uh so when I was putting the gimmick together, I was like, what can I do that will really stand out? And I was like, how can what can we do? So I was looking at the Net Pro logo. And we we were doing we did I had some really good matches on the back end of 2025 with NetPro and Innovation.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, you did.

SPEAKER_01

And so I was like, okay, you know, I'm the I'm the only one, I feel like, you know, I'm like, I'm one of the students here putting on these good matches, and I feel like every time the crowd's leaving happy. Um, so I was like, how how can we piss off the crowd? Piss off anyone, you know. If it pisses off anyone, it doesn't matter. But so I looked at the Net Pro logo and I and I saw how it had the arm in it, and I was like, fuck that, man. I'm gonna I'm gonna put my face right in the middle of it. You got that shirt yet? Yeah, man. So like that's when I count with the shirt. It said face of net pro. Yeah, man. I I've worn it at a couple of shows. I'm I'm waiting to get some to sell them.

SPEAKER_04

We'll we'll be buying that. You get that shirt, we'll we'll be buying that shirt. Yeah, that's sick.

SPEAKER_01

Um man, they they uh they'll they'll they'll be out soon. Um what's that?

Advice For Aspiring Wrestlers

SPEAKER_04

I want to point out that um you're pretty over yourself. Like the you get you got real heat in the crowd. Oh, yeah. So you got you got real heat. Like that's that that shit's real. The face of Net Pro, people hate that. They people do not like that at all. That works. Um, and you know that it that's what it's about, right? I mean, that heat, that heat is real. That's it, man. Send me a ask ask Wes if he likes Gunther. Yeah, I mean, I think if you could get him a vest that Yeah, I know he doesn't like Gunther. This is Pinta. Have you met Pinta? He's Pinta in studio. Z. White Pinta. You can't use you can't use El Grande Americano's gimmick. With Pinta, yeah. Okay, that's ridiculous. Uh Klaybo, you want to ask another question? Uh um, so I got what is some advice you could give to someone like me and Noah who wants to be professional wrestlers in the future?

SPEAKER_01

Um that's a good question. Uh when I first when I first started out, yeah, absolutely. Training NetPro. I mean, I know we just did this storyline and all that, but I mean, if you if you want to be trained by the best, train the right way to do it, Net Pro is the way to go. Um advice I'd give you, man, I gotta tell you, the when I when I first started training, oh my god, man, I fucking sucked. I couldn't, I couldn't roll, I couldn't bump. I mean, you you guys, Dan, like when we were bumping and stuff, I couldn't took my chin to save my life. So I just and I I just I just felt like I wanted to quit, man. And but you know, I love wrestling. And I think like for everybody, there's gonna be a point where you're like, man, I just I want to quit. And I say that because when you go in and you train with somebody that's way more experienced than you, you know, they're gonna be doing things that you can't do. Like, you know, they're sitting there running a match while you're just rolling, hitting the ropes, bumping, and that can be discouraging. Uh so I would you know, I would just say don't quit, man. Uh, you know, get in there, do what you gotta do, um, and be a sponge. When you're around everybody, just be a sponge. Yeah, I'm a firm believer and you can learn something from everybody, whether it's good or bad.

SPEAKER_04

Well, and and honestly, um, I mean, it it so that that's the best that's the best advice. Just not giving up is is because like you said, it feels like you're gonna suck, it feels like it's hard, like it feels like you're never gonna get there, never gonna be able, never gonna be able to do this, and then you start picking things up one at a time, and you're like, oh, actually, maybe I can do this, and now you're one of the better workers in the company.

SPEAKER_01

Oh man, I appreciate that. Man, I got people saying kind words about me. This this is different.

SPEAKER_04

Well, this is work or shoot, right? Um, was we're all about blending those lines. Uh, because here in just a second, when when Noah asks you questions, he's probably gonna be an asshole. So he he does that. We had Sean Cruise on, and Noah tried to fight Sean Cruz.

SPEAKER_01

I'm pretty sure Noah was I'm pretty sure Noah was one of the ones saying fuck Nick Blackwell in the crowd.

SPEAKER_06

So I mean guilty as charged.

SPEAKER_04

To be fair, that was just to piss your grandma off. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

You did a good job. I mean, that was honestly that was fucking awesome.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, it was it was great. That was that was um so I said about that show actually that and it's hard to say it's the best show I've ever been to, indie show, because we go to so many and there's so many great ones that we've seen. But that is the most fun I've ever had at an indie show. That was that was what I said. It was the most fun I've ever had at an indie show because I don't know if it was just the crowd was awesome that night, man. The crowd was on fire.

SPEAKER_01

Um and dude, dude, they were like and what's up. No, you're good, go. Nah, that they were just they were on fire, like, and and watching it from the back, I try I tried to watch as much matches as I could. Uh, but it just felt like everybody was was ready for that fucking cage match. Yeah, um that that was pretty cool and pretty humbling at the same time.

Favorite Heels And Character Study

SPEAKER_04

Me and Noah was at the start of the match, we start getting hype and we stand up. Oh bro. Oh, bro. This this girl from the Illuminati, it was uh was it Ben's? Uh I don't know who it is. I'm not saying I'm not saying who it was because I don't know who it was. I don't know who it was, but this girl comes over here, she's like, Hey, can you guys sit down, please? Um we're trying to record back here and people can't see. We're like, uh sorry, sorry. It was one of the great.

SPEAKER_01

My mom was actually so innovate records all the matches. And uh my mom, she was she'll sit back and recording it where you guys were sitting, she she was like just moving around trying to find a way to get everything.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Yeah, it was it was um it was tight because we were our seats were tight anyway because we were pushed in because they you know how it is when like ringside front row um are never actually sold out, they're just gonna add more chairs, and so it's like the adding more chairs didn't work because we wouldn't have no room to move around.

SPEAKER_06

Hell we added the chairs we showed up and Erica's like podcast.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know, man.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, unfortunately we're comfortable enough there that people put us to work when we show up.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you can go and they'll try to take care of you. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

It's never a bad thing though. No.

SPEAKER_01

No, that that that was a crazy atmosphere, man.

SPEAKER_04

Every show I've been to at Net Pro or Innovate has been, I mean, there's not been a bad crowd, like from my experience.

SPEAKER_06

And I I think it's there's not been a bad show.

SPEAKER_04

There's not there's now, I mean, that's a whole different that's a whole different ballgame. There's not been a bad crowd, but there's definitely not been a bad show. I've been to a bad show at almost every promotion. Um except for you guys and uh KCW, I think is the only two I've been I've not seen a bad show. See. Uh but I've I mean, and I've been to more innovate shows than I have KCW shows, I think.

SPEAKER_06

Just about, I'd say.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, it's pretty close. But it's becoming it's becoming our favorite place to go.

SPEAKER_01

I would tell I would sit here right now and tell you I think I I can sit here and tell you right now that I think Innovate Wrestling is is the best promotion in Tennessee. Well, man, and you've wrestled in a few, right? And I don't try me biased. Yeah, man. Um, and yeah, trust me, there are really good promotions right here, but I I'll sit here and tell you that, you know, innovate just is top notch. And with all the production level that he's doing right now, it's just taking innovate to the next level.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, it sure is, man. We've seen you wrestle. Um well, I'll save that. I'll save that for my question. I'll save that for my for my question. Uh Claude, do you have another question you want Wes to ask?

SPEAKER_00

I ain't got nothing else. Wes, go ahead.

SPEAKER_05

I have two questions.

SPEAKER_04

What are you looking at me for?

SPEAKER_05

One question. You are part of the Illuminati. So, my question, my first one is was 9-11 an inside job.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, I knew he was gonna ask it. I knew he was gonna ask it. He was he's uh he was talking about asking it, and I told him not to ask it, and I knew he was gonna ask it.

SPEAKER_04

Um different Illuminati. Different Illuminati. I don't think they did it from King Sport.

SPEAKER_05

You don't know that. Um in in real real time questions, though. Um, I know I I love the gimmick, you know, face of NetPro, all of that. Uh I I know I've heard you are a little bit of a Cody Rhodes fan, American Nightmare fan. Um so with that being said, it it reminds me your gimmick a little bit. It it throws me back because you're like, what can I do to piss off everybody? It reminds me of like Dashing Cody Rhodes, where he was saying he was the face. You get what I'm saying? And that that's not me throwing an insult or anything. I I love Cody Rhodes. We my my boys got all the fingers. We love dashing Cody Rhodes. I love Dashing Cody Rhodes. So I just I'm not saying, you know, oh he took that from him or nothing like that. I'm saying I see that it's a cool similarity to that. Yeah, and it's really cool gimmick. So I just want to say props to you on that gimmick. Um really cool to how you came up with it. Thanks, man. I appreciate that. Is your question how awesome is Nick Blackwell? Well, you know, because I know this asshole right here is gonna start shit, and I'm kind of the yin. I'm kind of the yin to his yang. So, you know, at least one of us is gonna have to try to calm this bird, big burly little little man. Burly little man? Yeah, he's got he's little man. I guess I'll take it. Um but no, uh really though, no question. Just want to say that was a great gimmick. That's not a question. So do you guys have questions?

SPEAKER_04

Thank you, man. Thank you, man. Do you have questions for Nick Blackwell? Oh, I'll tell you.

SPEAKER_01

So uh so I'll tell you, like um, one of my favorite heels to watch was um I loved Edge's 2006 run. Good call. I mean, I'm a huge edge fan. Um and I look at Triple H's early, you know, in the 2000s run, like when he was running with the championship. Um man, and just just I I watch that and I just pluck things from those because I feel like I feel like everything in wrestling is recycled. Somebody's gonna end up using the NCN at some point. Yeah. Um, so I think that there's so many good heels that you can watch. Um and I got you know, I watch Edge. If if I was to think of a heel that I like to watch now, you know, I everybody would say MJF and stuff, and and he's great, don't get me wrong. Um But I I watch uh the Miz Miz stuff. Let's go.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And uh super super underrated, and for people that don't think that Miz is fucking great, they're fucking good. Goat, baby GOAT.

SPEAKER_06

He's gonna be a Hall of Famer. 100%.

Danhausen, Moments, And What Fans Remember

SPEAKER_01

The the fact that him and uh John didn't get to wrestle on his uh retirement tour is a crime.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yes, it it really is, especially. I mean, like the Miz is the most credited person in WWE right now, right? Yeah, he's the only two-time uh Grand Slam Grand Slam. Yeah, the only.

SPEAKER_01

And listen, right here, I'm gonna I I shouldn't shock you with this one. Because uh, you know, there's so many heels that people watch, but another good heel that I like to watch right now is Chelsea Green. Like, she's fucking great. Let's go.

SPEAKER_04

She's my favorite wrestler. She's like girl or boy, she is my favorite wrestler.

SPEAKER_01

Yes, absolutely, dude.

SPEAKER_05

Got to see her get thrown back in her chair.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it's so good. Like, she can be serious, you know, she can just be off the top, exaggerate everything. And that's like those are things that kind of like you can pluck from that. Um I think people should watch that because she's really good with her character. And the thing is, she's not just a character, she can freaking work.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I mean, you watch her matches with Penta. She's she's legit insane. She's I think that that's a really good heel if somebody wants to watch her.

SPEAKER_04

And what's funny about her being a heel is.

SPEAKER_01

I was watching that WWE Unreal, and uh No, you're good, go. She she uh they were talking about how she they that she's great with her character, and Chelsea Green is this character, but she's not like as good as Jay Cargill, and I'm like, what the fuck? There's no way. I'm like so I have a take on that. Like if you look at a freaking draw, I'm I'm buying tickets to watch Chelsea Green's work.

SPEAKER_04

I have a take on that. Who's who said that, right?

SPEAKER_06

Mr. P. S.

SPEAKER_04

Mr. P. S. Hayes is the one that said that, right? P.S. Hayes has also been her biggest supporter in the past. So I think it's a work. I think Michael P. S. Hayes is working Chelsea Green to get the best out of her. I think he I think he said that shit about her not being good enough, and then she went, and then she went on a rampage and started talking about how she was good enough and how like how all that I think I think all that shit's a work. Like I think, I think that's just to get her get the best out of her. And when she comes back from injury, look, we do this segment on this show, Nick, um, called Follow the Figs, right? Where we're all we're all big wrestling figure fans, right? And okay, the only thing in WWE that is for sure all the time is uh the best figures that are coming out, that person's probably getting a title or a push very soon. And the best two figures coming out this this season are Randy Orton and Chelsea Green.

SPEAKER_05

Yes.

SPEAKER_04

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Oh, yeah, the uh the ultimate, right? The ultimate ultimate. I think the ultimate where she won the United States championship. Yeah, she's got her, she's got her face all over her face. Which room is Randy's, I've seen it because John's in the series too.

SPEAKER_04

The new Randy has his tracksuit, and you can take his tracksuit off and he's got his and he's got his wrestling attire under it. That's right. Yeah, it's gonna be awesome. It's rocks. Yeah, I already got it pre-ordered. That's right, man.

SPEAKER_01

That was the first thing I know. I'm a huge wrestling figure collector.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, Bubby. We give I promise, I promise you've met you people. All right. Yeah. You see them, you see them on the table. The the Bronson Reed, Jay and Silent Bob, Steve Blackman. Like these are just ones that we grabbed off the shelf to bring them up here.

SPEAKER_01

Um yeah, that that man dude, I have like a whole my room is full of them, man.

SPEAKER_04

Bro, I promise. We have I have a whole like arena diorama. I don't want to get into a whole thing here because I could do a whole podcast about my my whole my collection. But um but yeah, we um we we've been doing that segment a while, and I swear it's it's the number, it's the thing that you you need to keep up with that now. Now that we've told you that, when figures come out, pay attention to it, and you'll be like, holy shit, this is the most accurate thing because it's the only determining factor. We're like, yeah, except for Randy's got a figure coming out, so he's probably gonna win.

SPEAKER_05

We also uh we've also spoiled a lot of things for ourselves. We've spoiled things for ourselves, yeah. Like Brock Lesnar coming back.

SPEAKER_04

We did because they released the bro they released a Brock Lesnar figure at Walmart. Like it was like, where does this what where would this figure come from? It wasn't even on any line. And then it was on the what was it like the WrestleMania stands? Yeah. SummerSlam. SummerSlam, yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I'm not gonna lie to you. Last week uh I I watched some of the podcasts, and y'all were talking about what was in the crate at the chamber and and uh or in the uh yeah, the crate. And you were saying the promotion for the video game, and I was like, oh hell no.

SPEAKER_03

Dude, you know when I said that though, wasn't you like you're gonna that's what it's gonna be? Didn't you think that's what it was gonna be?

SPEAKER_05

It seemed like that's what it was gonna be.

SPEAKER_01

I was like, that could be one of the most simple things that they could do, and I was like, this is bullshit.

SPEAKER_04

So were you happy about it being Dan Housing?

Protecting Kayfabe And Ricky Morton’s Influence

SPEAKER_01

Dude, I like I'm I'm happy for him. I thought it was a good pop uh at first. I didn't think the crowd reacted like I thought they would. Um I had a feeling it would be Dan Housen, but I'm super stoked for him. I mean, you what he did in AEW, because I thought he did some good stuff in AEW. He didn't really get a shot. So I think he could add more dimensions to it in the WWE. No, he didn't.

SPEAKER_04

Truth housing is my hope.

SPEAKER_05

I think that's gonna happen. Yeah, that be minor truth.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so that's what that's what I was talking about. Hell, they were having truth on the chamber last night review that Papa John's pizza. He didn't, he, but he's he's had he's had tell me that ain't Dan Housing in April.

SPEAKER_04

It is, dude. He's had he's had three spots and in front of that crate on three different shows. So I was like, I think they're just gonna team those two dudes together, which is what we want anyway. Yeah. Wrestling can be multiple things, right? Wrestling can be wrestling can be at its core, the baby face versus the heel, technical wrestling, you know, a pen for the win, a submission for the win. Wrestling can also be fun, like mystery iguana. Mystery iguana is one of the most fun people to wrestle to watch wrestle ever, dude. And I mean, what is it? What's going on? What's going on there? You know what I mean?

SPEAKER_06

A fucking puppet.

SPEAKER_04

But I don't care. Am I entertained? Dude, and that's the thing.

SPEAKER_01

That's the thing. That's the thing. People like, and I've heard so many people say this, but you know, there is a lot of moves you remember in wrestling, and and and there's a lot of great matches, but people remember moments, yeah. And I think that's why our truth was able to stay so relevant because he makes the most of his moments. He makes the most of when he's on there. Like, don't get me wrong, he can work in a ring, but the stuff he's produced over the years, like, you're not gonna forget that shit.

SPEAKER_04

No, yeah, and he's done work, like his work in TNA and what ring of honor. I mean, he was awesome.

SPEAKER_06

I mean, hell, dude's an in a former NWA world heavyweight channel. I mean, that's what I'm saying. He's got accolades.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, he's got accolades before he was a joke, he was that. And now it's like the fact that he wasn't a joke and got to show he wasn't a joke for a split second in WWE. But that's awesome.

SPEAKER_01

Um, dude, I I I remember watching him on TNA, and then when he popped up for his uh I think he debuted in 2009 in WWE. I thought that's a good one. But I remember watching him. Holy shit, like dude was just a freaking champion on TNA.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. That's that's crazy. Uh yeah, that's crazy that they're doing all that. And I I'm I'm happy Dan Houson was there. I thought that was awesome. I thought the dancers were cool. It was very uh it was very Rocky Horror Picture show. And I think the fans just I think the fans just don't know Dan Housen yet.

SPEAKER_06

Like I think that's yeah, they're gonna adjust to it and they don't know who he is yet.

SPEAKER_01

No, no, it definitely not. And then like it's definitely something they'll have to adjust to. It's like um with like for me, like when I saw Mr. Gwan, I didn't know much about Mr. Gwan, but that's something you have to adjust to. And you ain't seen Dan Housing on AEW TV in what a year and a half?

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, most 400 plus days, I think.

SPEAKER_04

He got he's been over on social media the last year, is like the best the best work he's done is indie just just doing indie stuff and and he's so good in the indies. And see, he's an indie guy too, right? So, you know, that's that's good to see him make it because there's a lot of wrestlers that we know that I've seen post in the last couple days about him the them wrestling with him, yeah. Like shared locker room with him.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, uh Ricky Morton posted something today about it. And dude, Ricky Morton's a freaking man. So you you got Ricky Morton out there saying it.

SPEAKER_04

I mean, dude's the real deal. Ricky Morton is it's the wildest anomaly for me because he's so like cool and down to earth and will will talk to every single person and is literally a living legend. Yes, like is is everybody on earth knows who Ricky Morton is, and and and he's just like hanging out in Virgie, Kentucky randomly on you know on a Saturday night.

SPEAKER_06

He was at the showcase Friday.

SPEAKER_04

He was at the showcase Friday. That's what I'm saying. And it's just crazy that it's like those training sessions you guys do with Ricky. It's so crazy that you get to do that, and so surreal, actually, that you get to do that.

SPEAKER_01

Um, you were you were talking about uh my character and relating it kind of to uh Undash and Cody Rhodes and stuff, but man, I was here to tell you my character work really took off when Net Pro brought in Ricky Morton. Like just the little things, just the little things, man. You he'll plug for, and that that's what he goes after, man. And uh like I actually got to wrestle Ricky last year in Kentucky, dude, dude, it was awesome. Oh, that's awesome. Um, to say I wrestle Ricky Morton, man, dude, that's bucket list stuff. Yeah, dude, that's crazy.

SPEAKER_04

You could like if you if you never wrestle another day, you got to wrestle Ricky Morton.

SPEAKER_01

Absolutely, absolutely. My papa, he he's not he's not here anymore. God rest his soul. But I know my papa when when I started training with Ricky Morton and and got to wrestle Ricky Morton was jumping up and down, man. Yeah, dude.

Working Legends And Learning Match Structure

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that's and and he's so and he's so chill, and I've heard insane stories about him. Uh just from from all wrestlers.

SPEAKER_01

And oh dude, he'll make you laugh for days.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, he's he's awesome. Uh Noah, do you got a you got a question for Nick?

SPEAKER_06

Um I had a good one, which Clay kind of you know hit it, so I thought I was piggybacking off him, but I believe I got another one. So with the steel cage match, uh I will say, you know, you Illuminati guys, you did have us in the first half. I won't lie.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

What are you talking about? You are Illuminati. I ain't done.

SPEAKER_05

Okay.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, you you yeah.

SPEAKER_06

So beat the shit out of crazy.

SPEAKER_01

Jumping off that wagon.

SPEAKER_06

And I just want to add to it. You know, y'all, it was in y'all's favor for for about the majority of the match. But tables did turn. Dan found did find some bolt cutters. Tables broke too. Tables did break. And I just want to ask, uh, how was it receiving that ass kicking that was coming your way? God. You're gonna pull me into another fight.

SPEAKER_05

You're gonna pull me into another fight.

SPEAKER_06

We didn't have heat with every wrestler.

SPEAKER_01

Well, you you were there, you were there that night. You saw how my fucking back looked.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, I did. I did.

SPEAKER_01

Um I saw I saw I saw uh Crazy Steve with that keto stick, and I was like, oh shit. There it goes.

SPEAKER_06

I feel like I feel like they probably heard it down at meetups. Oh, I'm sure that.

SPEAKER_04

I do believe that. So I I'm gonna piggyback off that, right?

SPEAKER_01

Um even though Crazo thinks he has, he ha he hasn't. I promise you.

SPEAKER_06

I'm sure Krazo's ready. I think Crazo's more than ready. I feel like it'd be safe to say.

SPEAKER_04

So what was it like?

SPEAKER_01

Well, well, well, here's the thing. If you look at the last time I lost to Crazo in the ladder match uh at the boy show, he had to get my old buddies to turn on me just to beat me, man. That's true. I was going right up that ladder. So it's true.

SPEAKER_05

He's got you there. You know what? He got me there. Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

So you you shared the ring with uh another legend in his own right in that match, Crazy Steve. Like, and and he's like he he's awesome and in a different way than Ricky, right? That he's like he does some ex some insane shit and knows how to get the crowd into it doing the insane shit. Uh you know, what was that like working with with Crazy Steve? And have you worked with him a decent amount?

SPEAKER_01

So when I first started uh my first session at Netpro was actually with Crazy Steve. First time I took a bump and hit my head, Crazy Steve was right there to watch it, which was uh which was which was pretty cool because it was like, you know, man, I I watched Crazy Steve when he was wrestling the heart when they were the K Wrestling the Harties. Yeah. Um so that was pretty cool. And uh that was my first time saying Crazy Steve. You asked like what it was like working with him. Uh yeah, dude. You asked like the first time working with him, man, it was his mind for the business, his mind for for matches and how the fans think is insane.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Um because if you'll watch that match and how it goes, it means it builds, it builds, it builds, it builds.

SPEAKER_06

Yes.

SPEAKER_01

That's credit to Crazy Steve. Yeah. Um I'm I'm not gonna I'm not gonna peel back the curtain too much on that.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah, sure.

SPEAKER_01

But I think you know, everything, everybody had had their uh spin on the match, and and you know, but when you look at from from from the aspect of you know how what the fans would want, uh Crazy Steve sit back, and yeah, you know, Steve, you just sit back and thought, you know, how how could this be? How can we make this better? And dude, it was insane because like for me, I feel like I'm at a stage where I need to be with people that are better than me, and you know, like I said earlier, being a sponge, and it was just cool as fuck to sit back and watch him do his thing.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. And and it was also that buildup was so that build-up was cinema, and we said it like during during that during the cage match, we said it, like this is cinema. The first seven or eight minutes of the match, nobody can get in, and you guys are just beating the shit out of crazy Steve, and like he's showing color in the first the first few minutes of the match, because you guys beating the crap out of him. And and that's like the that build-up, and when Dan finally got those Dan finally got the the bolt cutters, yeah, and you could feel it, like the room was like it was, you know, the ultimate the ultimate comeback.

SPEAKER_06

Like it just it felt so good. Like I said, you like you had us in the first half. Yeah, you had us in the first half.

SPEAKER_01

Let the crowd chat it that we fucked up or something like that.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah. Hey, funny story about that.

SPEAKER_01

I I think Aaron said, that was fucking cool.

Indie Scenes, Promotions, And Travel

SPEAKER_04

Listen, funny story about that, okay? We were talking about the difference in Innovate, Net Pro, and everybody else, okay? So we watch a lot of in the in the Bible Belt area watching wrestling. Most wrestling is uh most wrestling is PG, you know, PG, prayer before the show. I don't mind a prayer before the show. I'm not hating on that. PG, prayer before the show, clean cut. Like if there's a weapon, it's you know, uh a trash can or a chair really easily, you know, it's nothing violent, nothing extreme, no cursing. Like the all the promos are like clean cut. And what was hilarious, we went to an Appalachian Mountain Wrestling show in uh um Lexington, and um I tried to start a you fucked up chant, and and the mom and little kid in front of me like looked back at me like I was the biggest sinner in the room. And I was like, oh, I'm sorry, I guess the wrong crowd. And then and what's so funny is the very next show I went to was like this is exactly what I needed. The grit, the grit with innovate and edginess, and edginess is is is what I'm always looking for. Like it always feels good, and and you know, it doesn't hurt. Illuminati brings that a lot, and the faction brings that a lot, right? And and I mean everybody involved brings that brings that a lot, and and it and it gets me there. I love it, and I know that's why you love it there, right? I just I I know you you feel the grit.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, like I think um and and and every show is different, like every crowd is different. Crowds want to see like some crowds just want to see straight wrestling, and some crowds just want to see straight entertainment. Um but no, I like I like it when it's more edgy or it's more personal.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I feel like that's when people are more invested because that's that's what you can relate to.

SPEAKER_00

Yes.

SPEAKER_04

Well, and innovate seems a little bit heel heavy, which is not a terrible thing, but it seems heel heavy.

SPEAKER_01

Uh, lately it does, man. And I mean Illuminati, you just got that fucking heat, man.

SPEAKER_04

I mean, it's that's what you know, that's what draws, baby. The heat draws.

SPEAKER_06

I would say it's hill heavy because there's like 65 members of the Illuminati.

SPEAKER_04

Illuminati, there's like 164,000 people in that group.

SPEAKER_01

So hey, everybody's got a purpose in the group, though.

SPEAKER_04

Hey, you you're right. You're right. CJ Knights is to take pins.

SPEAKER_01

And Andy Octopus.

SPEAKER_04

Andy Octopus.

SPEAKER_01

You know, mate. Hey, hey, I'm gonna tell you right now, Andy Optimal is the real deal. He's no joke. He's a good thing. I wrestled Andy before he before he was in the alimone. And that motherfucker can hit a woman.

SPEAKER_06

Oh, yeah, he really is. It's great to watch.

SPEAKER_04

Him and um I think I think Axton Ray, uh I know you you're not a fan of Axon Ray at the time at the current moment, but Axton Ray might be, and I I've told him this, and and we don't we don't bullshit on this show. We we call it like it is. Axton Ray is one of the top three, top three workers for me that I've seen at indie shows. Like I think he's I think he's incredible. I think he's nuts.

SPEAKER_01

Uh hands down. I you know, I know that we have our Illuminati thing going on and and all that, but uh Axton in in the short time that like he that he was in Illuminati and and I was in Illuminati, that man, I just learned a lot from him. Axton is great. I I be I'll be honest, I don't see how Axton's not signed, because Axton uh feel like it's one of the best scenario, if not the best scenario.

SPEAKER_04

That's I don't legitimately every time we see him wrestle, I'm like, why is this dude not big time yet? Because he's got the attitude, he's got the mentality, like he sells the he's he's selling like all the time. When he went out to eat, like when he went out to eat and we we seen him out and eat, like was I mean, like he was Axon Ray. You know what I mean? Like it was it and that's how Andy Optimal is. Like he is. We don't talk to you. We've seen him, and I he does not break K Fabe.

SPEAKER_01

I feel like that's how wrestling should be. I'm peeling back the curtain. Um I mean, I know we're sitting here doing this podcast, and you know, I've taught you guys before and all that and stuff, but I'm I really am not a big fan of peeling back the curtain. Yeah. Um I think that there's so many characters that should be protected. Like you knew you watched The Undertaker how he protected his character for 30 years. I wish we protected characters like that.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, bro, but he's a sellout now. Protect his character the whole time and then and then do a K Fay podcast with his with his with his shoe wife.

SPEAKER_01

Um hey, here's the thing though. He you know, he he's got his podcast and all that, but that motherfucker has earned the right.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, I know. I'm just I'm just I'm just shitting on him so he'll come on the show.

SPEAKER_01

No, man, absolutely. It's it's the gimmick.

SPEAKER_04

Uh yeah, but I think like I said, there's there's dudes who are one one scout away from getting signed. And the fact that Axton Ray's not been a security guard for WWE yet is is is mind-blowing to me. And I think he's just getting eyes, getting eyes on him away from away from doing that. And to be honest with you, one of the goals of this podcast.

SPEAKER_01

Uh you can pull it up. Axton, uh, he's actually wrestled in AEW a few times. Oh nice. Oh, no shit.

SPEAKER_04

I didn't know that. I didn't know that. We'll look it up. We'll definitely look it up. One of the goals of this podcast, though, is to to get, you know, to to help you guys. No joke. Like, I mean, I know that sounds that sounds ridiculous, and but you know, if we can get one person, uh, one job from from one interview, then, you know, we're we're supporting indie wrestling in our best way. And you've met us, man. You know, we're not full of shit. We are what we are. We're we're we're about indie wrestling and we love every second of it. And I would rather go to an indie show than a than uh than a main card show any day. Like I prefer indie wrestling to WWE seven days out of the week.

SPEAKER_01

When when I first started wrestling, I um I had the mentality of, you know, well, this guy wasn't on WWE or or you know, like there's not a WWE guy at this show. How's this show gonna be good? And because like all I knew for so long was WWE, AEW, TNA. Um, and so to go out to these indie shows and to watch it, man, the and the work that these these people put in, it's freaking insane.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

And and the matches that they put together, like it's great.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, and and I mean driving uh and driving across the country, like the ones that really, really, really travel and and go everywhere and wrestle is insane to me. Like just wrapping my wrapping my head around driving that many miles, you know, that many miles to go to show. I'm very sure my cat's gonna knock the camera over. Uh but driving that many miles and that many shows, yeah, it is, it is, uh, is is insane to me. And and you're you're young and you're young in your career. Um, but I mean, I I seriously legitimately, I I legitim Milo. He just about he just about done it. Uh I legitimately think um, you know, you're gonna do big things, bro, and you're gonna go places and we're gonna follow you. Right? So I mean we're we're here for it. Thank you, man.

SPEAKER_01

I really appreciate that.

SPEAKER_04

And having you on the podcast early in your wrestling career was our goal. That way you know you can remember us when you make it. Uh yeah, man, absolutely.

SPEAKER_01

That that way, if I if I'm at WrestleMania, hey man, you remember that time you had me on the podcast? Can I get some WrestleMania tickets?

Gear, Logos, And Building A Look

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yo, so let me ask you this, and and and this we'll we'll let you go after this, okay? Um, we'll go over a couple things. Uh just um, man. We talked about you know working other places and and where you've worked. Outside of innovate, what's the favorite? We we seen you at NWA, right? That's one of the is it the first time we seen him?

SPEAKER_06

That caught my joke.

SPEAKER_04

The first time I seen you wrestle against uh Ryan Austin. Against Ryan Austin. I I don't really know who was the baby in that. I think it was supposed to be Ryan, but um, but you know it was a pre-match, so there wasn't a there wasn't a bunch of.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it definitely wasn't me.

SPEAKER_04

No, but but the the thing is though, you you were wearing like your your gimmick felt I don't know, it felt more baby than than your innovate character. I guess maybe it was the gear and a couple other things. I love that purple gear though, by the way. And that's when I really started calling you New Balance. And I apologize for that.

SPEAKER_01

Well, that was you, that was you in the girl. I was like, who the fuck is saying New Balance?

SPEAKER_04

Your logo, your logo looked just like the New Balance logo, but I couldn't get it off my mind.

SPEAKER_01

So when I when I made the audit, I didn't have a logo. Um I was I was still trying to find a way to get a logo. And I was looking at gear and everything, and there's so many people you can get gear off of. And I was thinking of ideas. I was like, man, I really want this gear to stand out. Because I was wearing some fucking red leather pants before that.

SPEAKER_04

It's kind of cool.

SPEAKER_01

And dude, that fucking that gear did not help me one bit. It made me look so fucking fat.

SPEAKER_03

I don't think you looked bad.

SPEAKER_01

I hate. I mean, I was grateful. Um, I and don't get me wrong, I was grateful that I had the gear, but I was like, there were certain matches, I was like, okay, it's time to fucking get out of this gear.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Um, so what's what's your but when I was putting the gear together, uh, I was I had the idea like, well, how can I stand out? And I was like, man, what colors are people using? And I always liked how like Edge done his gear. AJ Styles does his gear. There's so many people, but I think like those two are like top-notch. Seth Rollins. Yeah. Um and so I was sitting there like, man, how can I stand out? Who in like a runner's area wears purple? So I was like, I'm gonna wear purple, black, and like the gear that AJ wore against Cody at Backlash.

SPEAKER_07

Yes. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I was like, if I could get a black and purple like that and get designs like I want on it, and like if I could get the logo in time, which I got the logo right when I got the gear order, like right when the gear was printed. So I was like, well, shit, I'm gonna have to get it. But it was cool because then I got to do the black and red gear I have now, and that gear is sick. I love it.

SPEAKER_03

That has to be one of the best parts about being a wrestler.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, man, dude, gear is yeah, dude. Like so, like, I don't feel like I'm very creative. And it was, I was like, man, how can I how can I get my gear to look and all that? And I'm like, man, you know, I talked to somebody, but I'm like, oh my god, I'm just gonna come out there with black pants because I can't think of shit. Uh but no, I but I was thinking of it and I was just picking ideas, and when I first got it, dude, it was when I saw it, I was blown away at how good it looked. And that was the first time like I had gear with the sewed logo.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So like I I put that um, I put the gear on, and I don't know if you've if any of you have ever watched a show friends, Ross, when he puts like the the leather pants on. Yeah, put those pants on, I was like, oh my god, I just paid for this gear. It's gonna rip when I take it off. I texted the guy and I said, uh, I was like, dude, I don't know if you got the right size. He was like, brother, the it's got so logos. He was like, put it on again, start moving around like you're in a ring line, dude. Start doing some leapfrogs or some shit like that. And I start feeling okay, man, I can work with this. This is good. I feel I feel good.

SPEAKER_04

You're super worried. You're gonna rip your pants. You just gotta leave, right? If your pants rip in the middle of the match, you just gotta bail. Like, I'm I'm out. It's an it's an injury, throw up.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, that's I man then. I was about, all right, let's get to the finish and let's get out of here before the rest of my gear falls off.

SPEAKER_04

Uh, so what with that where this was going anyway? I got I got way off track. Uh, where this was going was we seen you wrestling NWA. What's the best non-innovate promotion you've wrestled for?

SPEAKER_01

Oh man. Um it was definitely cool going up there uh to NWA. Yeah um because I you know I got to see guys like the NWA champion Silas and how he works, and Carrie Morton was up there, and I I work with Carrie and Carrie dude, Carrie Morton can work, man. He's awesome, yeah. He's awesome. A lot of people say like if he's he he's dude he is. Like I I've learned so much from him, and it's just like I said with Ricky, it's the little things.

SPEAKER_07

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Did you get to see our boys? Um, and I think who's your boys? The Gazanas? Yeah. Oh, yeah, dude. I listen, I got to wrestle KC at Innovate last year.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, I bet that was. That rocks. KC's awesome.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, man. It was, I mean, I got my ass kicked, but yeah, KC was cool, man. And like every time uh I see KC, it was uh it's it's always pretty good. And and that was the first time I actually met AJ, and AJ was super nice.

SPEAKER_04

He's a freaking monster.

SPEAKER_06

AJ's the shit. I mean, let's be real.

SPEAKER_04

He's awesome.

Best Non‑Innovate Shows And Opponents

SPEAKER_01

Yes. Yeah, no, yeah, no, it was it was cool being up there, and I've also been to uh Pro Wrestling Symphony. It's it's a newer one. Uh I think they just like debuted it last summer. Oh no, that one was that one was pretty good. Where's that at? Uh, you know, I I got to wrestle on the pre-show, Nashville.

SPEAKER_07

Oh, sweet. Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Um but they but they they got they brought in like they had die jack up there. Oh shit. And it was cool, like, like the guy he wrestled, the guy he wrestled, like the advice he was giving, and I was like, man, this is top-notch, man. Um so the the I'd say those were probably the best promotions that I you know I've been to. I also got to Yeah, I you know, I think those were probably the best ones. Yeah, and I'll I would hope to I hope I get to do some more work with JCP, NWA JCP later on this year.

SPEAKER_05

Oh yeah, yeah, that would be awesome.

SPEAKER_01

And I like uh I've watched Crossfire. I've watched Crossfire. That that's a show at some point I would like to get on.

SPEAKER_06

Me and Wes went to the Locked and Loaded back in January. Yep. And dude, JCP and Crossfire, like those shows are straight fire. I mean, start to finish. So good. Locked and loaded. Uh actually, Toby Farley was on that card. Uh got to see him work as a heel.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, Toby, Toby Farley's great, man.

SPEAKER_06

Got to see him work as a heel. But dude, like that show was solid. The the JCP show at the at the Joe, great. So it definitely would like to see you with Crossfire or JCP again. We want to see you in Kentucky, too.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, um I've I've wrestled in Kentucky. I was actually just at AMW last week. I did the uh Jay Leafle seminar. Uh so we we talked with the promoter, try to set up some dates. Hopefully, I'll uh I'll be able to get up there soon. I gotta get that damn picture. Ricky in Kentucky. Yeah, so I I I did get it signed, but uh I had to get a fan. I said, hey buddy, uh you know get this and signed for I wasn't going up to it. No, bro.

SPEAKER_06

I know that's I know that's off the yeah, that's why I told you I was like, get somebody else to do it. You're a real one for that. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, man, absolutely, man. No, I no, it was cool because I mean I kind of like what's I to go to conventions and you and you want an autograph and stuff or if you can't make it and stuff.

SPEAKER_04

Listen, we want to get you at we um we go to a lot of those Kentucky Championship Wrestling shows, and man, we I'd like to get you in that arena because that like the feel of that place is old school, like old school NWA, WCW.

SPEAKER_01

I don't wanna I don't I don't wanna spoil anything, but you might be able you might see me on there this summer.

SPEAKER_04

Let's go dude. You're gonna love that show. You're gonna love that.

SPEAKER_01

I've been I've been talking to um dude, it's it's crazy because you you you mentioned uh it's like an old school venue and how they run. And one of my buddies, he was talking to me. This was a couple months ago, and like I I I never noticed this. Uh he was like, man, I wrestled this guy. He and he was like, he wrestled as old school as you, and I was like, what? It's like I don't wrestle old school, do I? And then I had to sit back. I even asked my mom, I was like, Do I wrestle old school? I'm like, I was like, oh shit, I do. I'm not I like I don't flip and do all that shit.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, you you wrestle kind of technical, bro.

SPEAKER_01

I'll I'll leave that to them athletic guys.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, you you wrestle pretty technical though. It's not a bad thing. No, it's a good thing we're technically.

SPEAKER_01

I'm looking at adding some stuff to my arsenal. You gonna win? Absolutely. There's so many, and that's one thing I learned from Ricky. There's so many, no, uh I will not be moon so no, I I I I've got a something what to do from the top rope. I just gotta work on it. But like like I said, it's things like Ricky Morton will teach you. It's like so many things you do in a match and just tell three different stories doing it, man.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, dude. And that's what the storytelling is the the best part.

SPEAKER_01

Uh I mean I t I'll tell you another show that I want to get on um uh is at CCW in Nashville, Coastal Championship Wrestling.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, that looks awesome.

SPEAKER_01

I think like they have one in Florida too, uh like Gangrell. Yeah, I think he runs that one. But uh, but that that's a show I would I would really like to get on this year. And I forgot to mention um you were because I've probably been on the show, you were talking about the promotions, one of the coolest atmospheres I've been at. I don't know if you know NGW in Knoxville.

SPEAKER_06

No, sure. No, I've I've is it new is it new ground or something, something like that?

SPEAKER_01

No, I think it's a maybe next generation.

SPEAKER_06

No, that's right. That's it. I've I've seen some stuff on Facebook, but that's all.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, so I got to work a pre-show match up there, and that crowd was hot. Like, uh, that would be a crowd you guys would definitely would love to be in.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, absolutely.

SPEAKER_01

I uh the Morgan Wallin chants were heavy.

SPEAKER_04

Oh my god. I don't even think about I don't even think about that.

SPEAKER_01

No, I can't unsee it.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, yeah.

Chants, Babyface Moments, And Local Pop

SPEAKER_01

Oh my god, I was like as soon as we got out there. You could you could be so baby. I I tell you another cool atmosphere that I wrestled in uh where I got like crazy Morgan Wallen chants was when Pile Driver Pro ran at the Smokies in Knoxville. Yeah, and like I mean it was huge, it was packed. And I'm sitting there and I was babyfaced that night, and I've got everybody calling me Morgan Wallin. I'm like, man, how do I dive into this? Like you didn't really start to go. And then you just somebody says, go lucky top. Dude, I I can't tell you how many people I've had come to and ask me, like, hey, when are you gonna do the Morgan Walling gimmick? And I'm just like, I don't know, man. I'm like, I really like what we're doing right now.

SPEAKER_04

You should just do it in Knoxville, though, just when you go to Knoxville, you should honestly Morgan Wallins.

SPEAKER_06

A baby face in Knoxville when you're getting Morgan Wallen chance and you look like the guy. I don't know, like I don't know how more over you can get in a place.

SPEAKER_04

I would just tell people you're Morgan Wallen.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

Dude, there was one show uh I had a wrestle, I can't I can't remember where it was, but I didn't bring a drive with me, and they had like music demoed and there was no Wi-Fi. I didn't happen to come out with Morgan Wallen that night.

SPEAKER_07

Let's go.

SPEAKER_01

And I was babyface, but I had like I didn't have the mole or anything like that.

SPEAKER_06

It was just the buzzcut, so like nobody thought to even chant Morgan Wallen. It was it was chasing you, Morgan Wallen, at that time.

SPEAKER_04

You're already a better you're already a better Morgan Wallen than Morgan Wallen is.

SPEAKER_01

Hey, I I wrestled Crazo last year in uh October, I think. Yeah, it was October because we did a trick-or-treat match at Innovate. But that was and Crazo, they're supposed to play my theme song, and that time I was coming out to I put on by Young Jeezy. And it go out there, my music's playing. Okay, I'm getting booed. And the music just cuts, and it starts playing last night by Morgan Mallard. I was so fucking mad. I was so fucking mad. I got in a ring, and I was like, You I was like, you wait till I get my hands on you, Chris. I'm gonna hit you with this little fucking thing so hard.

SPEAKER_04

Hey, we gotta have crazo.

SPEAKER_01

I was ready to grab any weapon.

SPEAKER_04

You get you gotta tell Crazo to come on this show. And uh, but we gotta have crazo.

SPEAKER_01

Well, you I'm not talking to Crazo until uh we get until I get that championship, man. Like until he wants to put that championship on the line and gets me again. I'm not talking to him.

SPEAKER_04

Well, we're gonna be there for that. Whenever that happens, we're there for that, bro.

SPEAKER_01

Um we'll see, man, dude. It was like the it was that was like the back end of 2025 right there. It was a lot of mean crazo.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, you guys, I mean, there's you know, there's a reason you you put your you put two of your best workers together. Crazo's look, man, crazo's insanely over. Any match you have, any match you have with him is gonna be you're gonna have the real heat. Because Jesus, he's too much.

SPEAKER_01

Dude, I've had a I'm at a show, I was at the the Net Pro show a few nights ago, and Krazo wasn't there. He was on another show up in Knoxville, and this girl, this little girl was there, and she's a crazo fan, and I I just flew out of the ring and she's flipping me off. I'm like I'm like real mature, real mature. And she was like, Crazo's better, crazo's better. I was like, oh dear god.

SPEAKER_05

So I just flipped her the bird. Flipped off a little kid. That's what you gotta do.

SPEAKER_01

That's right, dude.

SPEAKER_05

Teach teaching.

SPEAKER_01

That's right, everybody in there hated me. Yeah, man. That's what I said. I was like, you teach your you teach your kids better than that. I was like, my merch table's over there.

SPEAKER_04

Uh so this has been awesome, dude. This has been awesome uh and you know, lived up to the hype. We I'm sorry it took so long to have you on. Uh this has been a blast. Uh I don't know if there's anything, you know, we usually give the floor to our guests uh at the end of an interview and let you, you know, plug anything you got going on. Uh plug anything you got, you know, coming up or anywhere, you know, we can get your merch or any anything you got going on, you know, or anything that you want to anything you want to say or any questions you have for us. So, you know, go ahead with anything.

SPEAKER_01

Um Yeah, I have a question for Noah.

unknown

Oh shit.

SPEAKER_06

Present.

SPEAKER_01

Well what may what makes you doubt that I'm the face of Net Pro? Besides the championship bullshit. I mean it seems like you don't gotta have the championship to be the man.

SPEAKER_06

No, you're right, you're right. I ain't gonna you're not wrong on that, but it seems like whether it's you know, your button heads with Dan or or it's Crazo, you're always getting put on your ass. And and they're getting three count on you.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, it's a numbers game. You saw that, right? There was three of them in the cage. There's 64 members of Illuminati.

SPEAKER_06

What what do you say?

SPEAKER_01

Hey They were out there, they had weapons against my guys, bro. And they had me three-on-one in the cage.

SPEAKER_06

But y'all also had Steve three-on-one in the cage.

SPEAKER_01

Yeah, but that's not the question that was asked.

SPEAKER_06

You you threw but see that now you're just contradicting yourself, all right?

SPEAKER_04

Don't get yourself don't paint yourself into a corner here, alright? You ain't you ain't we ain't got you through training yet. Listen, what you don't know about Noah's Noah's Noah's our our goal is to get him wrestling by by the end of 2027. All right. So if if if that boy ends up.

SPEAKER_01

How old are you?

SPEAKER_06

22.

SPEAKER_01

Okay, yeah.

SPEAKER_06

So if that boy ends up in a ring.

SPEAKER_01

I started wrestling at 21, I feel like I got in it way too late.

SPEAKER_06

See, that's that's how I felt for the longest time. And then honestly, hell, getting with the worker shoot crew, and it just really just relit that flame, and I'm like, fuck no, it ain't too late. We're going, baby.

SPEAKER_01

No, fuck no. No, dude, we got somebody in there that is is uh uh 50 and dude is fucking in damn good shape.

SPEAKER_04

Um yeah. We talked to Don um at Extravaganza about me wanting to wrestle and get a little bit of training and um yeah, so Clay's gonna Klay's gonna start at NetPro pretty soon. Yeah. So Klaybo will be Claybo will be at Net Pro.

SPEAKER_01

I'll be there, I'll be there your first day.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, you put it, put him on the mat for me.

SPEAKER_01

Hey, listen, we're still taking enrollment at School of Illuminati.

Goals, Future Bookings, And Old‑School Style

SPEAKER_04

That's right. I promise, I promise he's full heel all the time. That's that's that's what that's what.

SPEAKER_01

I wouldn't see it. I think he's a baby face.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, I promise.

SPEAKER_01

I don't know what's a heel.

SPEAKER_04

Listen, he's a he's a he's he's a he's a real life, he's a he's a babyface and he's a uh he's a shoot baby face, but but his work is his work is uh evil.

SPEAKER_01

I I'm growing I I did a show up in Knoxville, and my best friend was with me, and I'm signing an autograph, and somebody's like, dude, I love the gimmick, you know. And my best friend's just like don't let him fool you. He's a fucking asshole.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that's that's the way it works. And like you said though, not peeling back the curtain and just being able to, you know, play that all the time. Uh we appreciate you, we appreciate you coming on, you know, we appreciate uh you know talking to Nick and talking to Nick Blackwell, the face of the face of Net Pro Studios.

SPEAKER_01

So we appreciate Net Pro.

SPEAKER_04

We appreciate both of y'all showing up.

SPEAKER_01

Before you close it, before you close it, uh, you know, for if for anybody watching, just keep your eyes out. We got we got some cool stuff coming up this year. You think you see something you ain't seen nothing yet?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, and you stick with the work or shoot podcast, and you're gonna see all that shit because we don't we're we're gonna do our best not to miss anything innovate or net pro if we can help it. Uh and we'll be there for all of it.

SPEAKER_01

Hell yeah, man.

SPEAKER_04

Uh Nick, man, we we appreciate you.

SPEAKER_01

Maybe you'll cheer me.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, you never know.

SPEAKER_06

By the end, bro, we might be we might be cheering you. You know what? I'll I'll I'll give you it ain't about the strap, but when you get the strap, I'll give you credit when it's due.

SPEAKER_01

Hey, when I get the strap, I'm gonna make that title mean so much.

SPEAKER_06

Well, believe that.

SPEAKER_05

I'll I'll sit back and wait and see you do it. When he gets the strap, first thing he's gonna do is hit you.

SPEAKER_01

And whether whether that is a net whether that's a net pro strap, whether that's a net pro strap or that's a a championship on innovate.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, either way.

SPEAKER_01

I'm gonna make it mean everything I can.

SPEAKER_06

Either either one. I'll give you credit.

SPEAKER_01

You're so mean.

SPEAKER_06

I'm telling you.

SPEAKER_01

Until then, it's like fuck you, fuck Nick Blackball, right?

SPEAKER_04

Pretty much. Hey, we keep them new balance chants going the whole time you're there, baby. I think Noah's gold.

SPEAKER_01

And I'll just I'll just step back Nike.

SPEAKER_04

Hey, I actually new balance is not an insult because it's actually like it's the that's they're like$200 shoes now. Hell, they're comfortable as hell. And they feel great. Oh my god, I love them. They all they all went up. It's insane, actually. All right, Nick, man. Appreciate you so much, dude. We're gonna uh we're gonna talk, we're gonna do the second half of the show here. We got some stuff. We're gonna cover some uh we're gonna cover some elimination chamber and talk about a few things, bro. But we appreciate you so much. Cover how Cody got robbed. Cody got robbed. Cody got robbed.

SPEAKER_01

I think they're actually gonna put a spin on it.

SPEAKER_04

No, me too. Tell okay, tell us what you think before we go into it. What do you think's gonna happen?

SPEAKER_01

Okay, hear me out. What if, you know, they've been talking about ticket sales, all that. What if they do Cody goes up for the championship Friday, and it ends up being Cody Randy for the main event draw. Dude. And Aldous McIntyre.

SPEAKER_05

Yep. Ooh. Yep. I like that.

SPEAKER_04

I'm here for it.

SPEAKER_01

Now we're cooking with the sauce.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. I'm here for it, and we're all waiting on Heel Cody, and I don't think we're gonna get him. Oh no, we're gonna get him. Me too. I'm a patron. Me too. You're gonna have to come to our house. Come to our house and watch some wrestling with us, man, because we watch all the all the big events. We have food and people over, and we treat every every PLE like the Super Bowl.

SPEAKER_01

So and we we do we do the same thing.

SPEAKER_04

If you want to get out for WrestleMania, man, if you want to come to Kentucky for WrestleMania, we have a whole we have a whole hoop and holla over WrestleMania. We we we have all the food, all the people. Like it's it's a blast, man. It's a blast. But Nick, dude, we we appreciate you so much. Um and we'll we'll absolutely see you soon, okay?

SPEAKER_01

Sounds good, appreciate you guys.

Training Plans And “School Of Illuminati”

SPEAKER_04

Like it, bro. Amen. All right, boys. Yeah, you got it. You got it. We're back. I'll cut that part. Um all right, guys, welcome back. It was Nick Blackwell. Uh Nick was awesome. That was an incredible interview. Uh had a blast with him. We we got a few things to cover. Just just with us because it is Elimination Chamber and we do need to talk a little bit about WWE. WW And if you've made it this far. If you've made it this far, yeah. If you've made it this far. I do want to say a few things about Indie Show. Went to um Southern States Wrestling 30 35th anniversary. Bo James and family uh ran programs. Awesome. Seen a seen a bunch of good wrestlers. The faction was there. Bunch of dudes was there. Yeah, uh shout out, shout out our boys, the faction. I have a couple things about that show. Show was fine. Uh it was good for what it was. I mean, it was good, it was good for it was it was good. The events, the that um venue is one of my favorite venues to watch a show at. Um ticket prices are awesome. Ticket prices are cheap to watch wrestling, 10 bucks. You can watch wrestling. Uh and it was good workers, good workers all over the card. Uh this had a Hall of Fame induction thing, and I'm just not a huge fan of sitting through those, so I went to Target and bought bought a Pinta figure. Uh yeah, during the yeah, absolutely. I absolutely went to Target during that during the interview. Which figure did you buy? The blue pinta, because I got a tip that there was a blue pinta at Target. Smart man. Yeah, that's a smart man. Okay, but a couple things about that show. Um, shout out to Frank. This guy's more of a wrestling fan than any of us, and you guys don't know who Frank is because you guys think Frank, you guys, the this guy named Frank, you guys think that's Chase Emery's dad. You know the guy that we think is Chase Emery's dad? Not his dad. Are you serious? Promise. Not his dad. Not his dad. So sorry, uh Chase Emery, sorry, Frank. Shout out Frank. Dude travels thousands of miles to watch wrestling and follows Chase Emery around and watches him wrestling.

SPEAKER_06

That is crazy.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Not his dad. Not kin to him at all. Just a super fan. Just a super fan. That's always a while. Yeah, that is crazy. That's awesome. Also Frank. I also want to point out uh another thing about indie shows before we before we go into WWE and AEW talk. Is boys, it smells a whole lot like we're getting the territories back again. I know it sounds crazy, but all these all these companies are getting TV deals and and like they're all crossing over. They're all crossing over, and there's so many wrestling, there's so many wrestling promotions right now that are big and up and coming and and doing huge things and getting big names. And there's some I mean, we're engulfed in the wrestling world, in the indie wrestling world, and I'm gonna tell you, there's heat between some of the promoters. Okay, we know from the people we talk to and the people we hang out with, there's heat. Some promoters don't like the other promoters. And boys, I'm so excited for the future of it because I hope that heat turns into real heat. And I would love for the worker shoot podcast to be right in the middle of it. God, yes. That's that's that's what I'm hoping for. And honestly, it's it's awesome. All these TV deals, is that you can watch if you have all the local cable channels and YouTube, you can watch most of the stuff on too. You can watch all these indie shows. They're all they're all on TV. It's crazy. There's literally a show. KC dub, KC dub, KC dub, KC dub show. Yeah, shout out our boys, KC Dub. There's that's it's unmatched for me, unparalleled. Their their events are. Okay, that's that's all I got about that. Uh that's all I got was like about that. But WB Talk Elimination Chamber uh as a whole, pretty good show. Uh I I was entertained. I'm doing my best to have unbiased opinions on wrestling and watch wrestling for enjoying it. Um and I enjoyed that show. I thought it was really fun, Wes.

SPEAKER_05

I thought it was really fun. Um I mean, I went into it the same way that you were talking about. Just uh I want to be, I want to have fun again. I want it to be entertaining. I don't want to have to break down everything and be like, well, this spot wasn't that great. For sure. They didn't pop that well on this person. I get it, but the whole reason we go to wrestling is entertainment.

SPEAKER_00

Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

That's it. You want to be entertained, you want to have fun. Are you not entertained? And that that I feel like that's some areas of that, yeah. They get it. Some they they're still working on it. But that's the goal is to everybody needs to have fun. No matter what.

SPEAKER_04

Well, and from the beginning of the show, first match, what was the first match, Clay? Uh Women's Chamber. Women's Chamber. Awesome. Yeah. As good as the men's chamber. It was. Women's Chamber was really good. I really enjoyed it. Uh I the the result was kind of expected because of the night before.

SPEAKER_05

Oh, yeah. Uh I said that as soon as they lost, I said only reason she lost is because she's gonna win chamber.

SPEAKER_04

Well, I and I changed my pick on on our wrestling pick em because I had originally picked Alexa to win. And and then when I seen that Rhea lost the titles, I was like, oh, let's go change that.

SPEAKER_05

Yep.

SPEAKER_04

It's just Rhea. Wes, you um I know I'm getting a little bit ahead of myself right now, but you mentioned spots not being great. Um, can we go ahead and take LA Knight off TV? Okay, so I'm I'm gonna give him I'm gonna give him some credit, okay? Finn Balor slipped in the exact same spot. So I'm gonna call it Rope Gate. I'm gonna give LA Knight the benefit of the doubt. I don't necessarily disagree with Clay. LA Knight's kind of losing me, and I'm a big LA Knight fan. Yeah. And he's and he's losing me. Like I'm I'm like, let's let's either do something with him or let's not. Because it's it's just feeling like he's just uh a spot filler jobber at this point. I I unfortunately, I think he's in a really bad spot, and I don't think I don't think it's gonna he's gonna get the push.

SPEAKER_05

I call it like I see it, man. Yeah, I think he's a job.

SPEAKER_04

Shout out Rhino. Uh you called it pretty early on LA Knight, been trash.

SPEAKER_06

Is LA falling down the carrying hole?

Closing With Nick And Tease For WWE Talk

SPEAKER_04

It feels like LA's falling down the carrying hole a little bit. Um I just think LA Knight's got more of a name for him in WWE because of the Dupree stuff. Yeah. And so I don't think he's I don't think they're he's just gonna get released.

SPEAKER_06

I won't say he's getting released, but like, you know, just getting lost.

SPEAKER_04

I don't think they'll renew his contract next time. I don't think they will either. At his age, I don't think they'll renew his contract. Especially with all the all the up-and-comers, and like you're eventually gonna have to call up a bunch of dudes like Miles Bourne just won the won the North American title. Yeah. And like Miles, you're gonna have to call him up eventually because he's awesome. Probably not until Randy leaves because it's confusing they're the same person.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah. But I don't know, maybe we need a storyline before.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, you could, but I just think that like everybody that put on a show in that match, LA Knight was the most lackluster of the of the whole men's match. Yeah, like everybody else was a superstar. And like the women's, I think everybody performed in the women's match. Tiffy, bro, I'm so happy she's back because she's awesome. And her new gear, when she first came out, I was like, eh. And then like the more I watched the match, I was like, all right. She broke her nose. She definitely broke her nose, bro.

SPEAKER_06

She broke it up once before.

Elimination Chamber Reactions

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, but she broke it on a moon, she broke it on herself. Like she done a moonsaw and hit uh Raquel's shoulder. Raquel's shoulder.

SPEAKER_06

She has broke so much shit in the last year.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, she'd be breaking her nose, whatever, and she looks hot with blood on her face.

SPEAKER_06

Yep.

SPEAKER_04

I'm gonna cut what I just said. Yeah, calm down then.

SPEAKER_06

Whoa. Um I will say, it seems like at least for the last three years, and I didn't get to catch all the women's chamber this year yet. But it seems like for the last three years that the women's chamber has been banger.

SPEAKER_03

Oh, yeah, women's chamber slaps.

SPEAKER_06

I would maybe I could I couldn't tell you who was like four years ago, but maybe even farther. But at least in the last three years, they have been they've been awesome.

SPEAKER_04

Well, because last year was the Bianca Jade Naomi thing. Yes, yeah, which was awesome. And we were like all waiting for that build-up and it happened, and we were like, all right. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, no, it was that was that was awesome. And this one was great. Hey, like for real though, let's shout out Keanu James.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, yeah, Keanu James, yeah.

SPEAKER_05

And I mean, no, it's not, I'm not I'm talking about just her performance, man. Like, seriously, like when she came back with that gimmick, I you know, I always made fun of that gimmick, but she can generally wrestle.

SPEAKER_04

She yeah, she's awesome, man. I mean, I'll tell you what, man. Bless you, Clay. She really, she really popped out as a as a as a character and and really like I can't do it. I can't do it. I bet it does. I can't do it. There was there's the wardrobe malfunction of the night. You're getting a divorce. I know. Listen, I swear to God, Clay did not, like, we were watching it, I was like, her boob's coming out. Yeah. Like as soon as as soon as she started wrestling, I was like, you just can't. There's there's just a their clothes get smaller and smaller. It's like we're going back to attitude area. I was like, what we doing? But Keanu James can wrestle. Um, I think she's great. And I'm glad they gave her a chance, too, actually.

SPEAKER_05

I think they're gonna push her as another powerhouse.

SPEAKER_04

I do too. I think because she is a powerhouse, she's awesome.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Um, she's really good. That match was great. Uh next match was answered today's Daily Double. Boom. Do you think Keanu James is supposed to be in it? Or was it supposed to be Chelsea Green? Chelsea Green. That's a good call.

SPEAKER_05

Good call, Clay. Um, it could have been Chelsea until she broke her foot. That's a good call. Yeah. I would say it was probably gonna supposed to be Chelsea.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, that makes that makes sense. But Kiana was fine and they're right. Yeah, yeah. Yeah, I was I was happy with Keanu being in. As long as it's not Julia. Bro, you got so much hate on her, but I get it. It's okay. It's okay. You need to you need to watch some of her matches, though. No, they're good. I just don't know why they're pushing her so hard right now. Because she's great.

SPEAKER_05

Why is your voice breaking so hard right now?

SPEAKER_04

Next match. It was AJ Lee versus Becky Lynch. Take her leave this match, be real with you. Like this match was really good, but I don't care. I completely missed it. I get to watch it.

SPEAKER_06

Well, we got a new champ, so. There you go. Spoiler. Um, I know I know the I know the ending.

SPEAKER_04

I really was surprised, actually, that she just won her first singles match in 10 years and just won it and won the title.

SPEAKER_05

Um, I think there's a storyline that I've been talking about for a while coming from that, and that's the whole ref versus Becky.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, yeah. We said the same thing. Yeah, you had to take the had to take the belt off of her because you can't offer Jessica the belt.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. And because she's I think Jessica's just gonna come out as that character and wrestle her as her whatever her character is.

SPEAKER_05

I'd like to see that duality.

SPEAKER_04

She's awesome, by the way. I love her. Oh Jessica Carr. She's great.

SPEAKER_05

I would like to see that duality where she comes out as that and they're trying to pin it off as two different characters.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, yeah, I would too. Yeah, I think it'd be really good. And then, you know, she gets a mask. Why don't we write for them? What are we doing? We booked the whole Elimination Chamber, by the way. Yeah, we did. Booked it. Um Hey, I booked last year's Elimination Chamber when John Cena turned hill. Yeah, you have so many, you have so many takes, though, that really if you throw 150 darts to the wall, one of them is gonna hit. Shout out Waino. Shout out Waino for a different take every day. Remember Waino? He's dead. Rip. Um, he's not. I'm just kidding. Don't die, Wayne. We love you. EC Dub. EC Dub. Uh, shout out Conley for sending me that. Sorry, everything's off the rails right now. Next match Conley's a G was one of the best matches I've seen. I mean, definitely so far this year is the best match of the year, but it's the best match I've seen in a long time, and you got to catch up and see the rest of it. I need to. You caught the ending though, right? You just didn't see the beginning of it. Before that match, we had Dan Housen. Shut up. I know, I'm just kidding. Dan Housen was awesome. Uh who thought it was Dan Housen in the box. Uh just to point out, your worker shoot crew. That was beautiful. Look at us. We're awesome. Uh the worker shoot crew knew it was Dan Housen, and so did everybody else on the internet, I think.

SPEAKER_05

Uh so I got another theory we to piggyback with, like, follow the figs. Is it Austin? No, follow we follow the figs, right?

SPEAKER_03

Yep.

SPEAKER_05

Follow Van Vliet.

SPEAKER_04

Follow Van Vliet. No, no, no. I don't I don't think that's so far off. I don't think Van Vliet either gets people who just now popped over or like uh got over or getting ready to debut. Yeah, that's yeah, because he debuted Danhausen, but he didn't maybe he didn't interview Danhausen, he interviewed uh what's his real name? That's who he interviewed. Dan. Dan, I know it's not Housen, though. I I don't I don't know I don't know his name, but anyway, Daniel. That's who they interviewed. Yeah. Because he was he was not he was not in gimmick. Um yeah, I thought the Dan Housen thing was cool. He didn't get the pop, but I think it's gonna take people a few minutes to know him.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

And and I love the takes on the internet where like, call me old, but I don't get his gimmick. I was like, that's what's awesome about it. You're gonna be able to do it. It don't make any sense.

SPEAKER_06

I've never gotten it. Nobody doesn't know, he doesn't get it. He handed Michael Cole a cup of teeth. He's a weird little vampire. I mean, all he's gotta do is and then we're and we're cheering.

SPEAKER_04

It's great. I don't know. I mean, he and Michael Cole was like, what are these? He's like, I think they're teeth. He's like, Wow, all right. Cool. You could tell he definitely wasn't expecting to get those teeth. No, he didn't know what was going on.

SPEAKER_05

He pulled him out of his butt. I don't think it's true. Did you not see him do it? Did he pull them out of his butt? Yeah, he pulled him out of the back of his pants.

SPEAKER_04

And then he told White Barrett to go FSelf.

SPEAKER_05

Oh.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

He did?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

Oh, wow.

Women’s Chamber, Injuries, And Standouts

SPEAKER_04

I love that actually. Yeah, that's great. I I thought it was awesome. I'm excited for him. I'm excited for Truth Housing. We've already been over this. I'm pretty sure that's what's gonna happen, but you know, whatever. Okay. Punk Valor lived up to the hype. Uh Best in the World versus the Prince. All day. Best in the world. It's I'm all the time like, is Punk the best in the world? I can't remember. Why is he so great? And then I watched CM Punk versus Finn Balor. And CM Punk's entrance, the beginning. Did you see CM Punk's entrance?

SPEAKER_06

I still gotta go back. I've heard about it, but I need to watch it.

SPEAKER_04

Boys, when that that music started playing the bull stuff, and like and he was standing back there looking all badass and like looking down at the ground, and he didn't, he didn't like say a he didn't he didn't make a motion at all, rubbing just rubbing his wrists until and then he woke up. Bro, I can't even and his gear, all time gear. Cannot wait for that figure. Dad was marking out the whole match. Dude, I swear to God, I was marking out the as soon as he came out, I was like, bro, that jacket is the sickest jacket I was. Dad was marking out about uh Dom coming out and costing Finn the match.

SPEAKER_02

I was oh I missed that. No, that didn't happen. That didn't happen. No, that didn't happen. No, that didn't happen. That's what I wanted to happen.

SPEAKER_05

No, it's this is the turning point. This is the turning point for Finn. I'm telling you right now. Oh, yeah, it's it's been coming.

SPEAKER_02

Well, he's a baby.

SPEAKER_05

He was a baby in that match. That's what I'm saying. He's the turning point. Them shaking hands and everything at the end.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, it was baby on baby. By the way, I think Finn beats Notting for that title.

SPEAKER_06

Oh, for sure.

unknown

Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

That's that's where Finn's getting getting it started at, I would say.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I think he's gonna have the title, the tit the other title. I think he'll have Punk's title at some point.

SPEAKER_06

Oh yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I don't I don't know what the I don't know how the how you get there, but he'll have Punk's title at some point.

SPEAKER_06

Yeah, I've been calling that. It's gonna happen.

SPEAKER_04

Um so that's that match was awesome. The they got me they got me once. What was the false finish in that match that got me so hard? Wasn't it that match? It was the Finn falling off the ropes. Um no, but uh there was a I mean the PN, look, I thought Finn was gonna win. Oh no, it was yeah. Yeah, I thought Finn was gonna win at one point, and I know that's the point of it, but I really thought he was gonna win. They got us with AJ the uh AJ Lee, too. They definitely did get us with AJ Lee.

SPEAKER_05

They did.

SPEAKER_04

I got got I'm a mark. Surprise. I'm a mark. Um but then the men's chamber was really good. Uh I think Logan Paul should be in every chamber ever.

SPEAKER_05

Hey, didn't you guys love it when all three black guys ganged up on Logan Paul?

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Was that planned? Like I don't had to be. I I just think I think Logan Paul's awesome, bro. Like I really do. I I want to hate him. I want to I want to not like Logan Paul, but I think he's incredible. I think his heel work is good. I think his wrestling is incredible, actually. Like, I I think he's I mean, maybe I'm wrong, but I I think he's really good. I'm entertained by him.

SPEAKER_06

I've always thought the same.

SPEAKER_04

I'm entertained by him. Javon Evans is a god of wrestling. He's gonna be fantastic. I'm nervous.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, yeah, I'm nervous. He said he's so funny.

SPEAKER_05

That was hilarious. Another thing I'd like to point out is why'd the why'd they have all three of the black guys dressed in gold?

SPEAKER_04

I don't know, man, but I think you're maybe focusing too much on the race.

SPEAKER_06

I don't know. Could it spend a and this is a genuine statement? I mean, but it seems like a good because it was the last day of February, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean a good way to like, you know, it could be, you know, end black history.

SPEAKER_05

I mean, we had Javon, we had Trick, and we had Raheem. I mean, it makes sense to me. I like it.

SPEAKER_06

I like it.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Welcome back, Seth. Raheem. Welcome back, Seth. I mean, uh, we knew when when he came out, I was like, oh, that's just Seth.

SPEAKER_06

Oh, yeah. He did the super kick and stuff. And I was like, I was so on, I was like, it's Seth. No, it's not. It's Seth. Well, it's it's Seth.

SPEAKER_04

So all the other all the other curb stomps, I'm sorry, we don't call it that anymore. All the other stomps looked like somebody else was doing them. You know what I mean? Yeah. And that one, the setup, I was like, oh, that's just fucking Seth. That's uh, that's what the actual finisher looks like.

SPEAKER_05

It's just, it's just Seth. As soon as I seen like the shoulders and the big ass neck, I was like, oh, that's Seth.

SPEAKER_04

That was awesome. Uh yeah, but that was that was that was a lot of fun. I was entertained by that. I thought that was awesome. Randy was wearing, when Randy came out, I went, oh, he's winning. You don't wear those red tights and not win. Oh, God, yeah.

SPEAKER_06

God I love when he comes out with like different gear, you know what I mean? Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_00

So I told this take to dad after Chamber last night.

SPEAKER_04

And I said, Do you think Cody's gonna turn heel because all the baby faces have been costing him a match? I think it's a good call. And if you think about it, Jacob cost him the title, and on Saturday, Randy like told him to crossroads him and then cost him the match because he turned around and got RKO. Yeah.

SPEAKER_06

All this is true. All this is true. That makes sense. It's true, it's true. It's coming. I know it is.

SPEAKER_05

I still think Randy's gonna turn heel.

SPEAKER_04

I don't think Randy can be a heel.

SPEAKER_05

Well, I'm so good at it though.

SPEAKER_04

I was just kind of asking that you're gonna be like, nobody's gonna boo him, though.

SPEAKER_05

No, they're not gonna boo him. I'm just talking about like the emphasis with Alistair Black saying it's all according to plan.

SPEAKER_04

We're gonna boo Cody, though. Cody will get booed out of the arena when he turns. And then we're gonna love him again. I don't know. Wrestling's weird right now because I'm not like when Gunther comes back, he's gonna explode. Also, Seth, instant baby. What I always say about wrestling, yeah. The only ways, the only ways you can become a baby is if uh your faction turns on you, um, like you're another person, you know, another person turns on you.

SPEAKER_06

Come back from injury.

SPEAKER_04

You come back from injury, yeah, or you just come back from a long hiatus. Yeah. And the fact that he like he has uh all three of those that he he got an injury, has been out, and his and his faction turned on him. Yeah. Like he he's he would when he pulled that mask off, I was like, oh shit. It's it's like it's it's Seth Freakin' Rollins. Like, um It's not the visionary, it's not the visionary, it's Seth Freakin' Rollins. Yeah.

SPEAKER_05

Paul Heyman's face made that. Yes. Yes. His face always does.

Punk vs Balor And Men’s Chamber Beats

SPEAKER_04

Do I I want to point out the Paul Heyman talking for Brock Lesnar last week was so weird. Like, why is he with Brock Lesnar again? I was so confused. I was like, when he came out, I was like, is Brock Lesnar in the vision?

SPEAKER_05

Well, he had to do that because you know someone got their bicep ripped off the bone.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, I know. I just don't understand why he was. I don't know.

SPEAKER_06

I just cra I don't get why he was with I don't like I get it just because he's been with Brock his whole damn career. But but but yeah, but but making sense in today's time, no.

SPEAKER_04

Look, why was he when he came out with him? I know I wasn't the only person confused. Everybody in the arena was like, Well, he was Brock.

SPEAKER_05

It's because they pay Brock to give bumps. They don't pay him to give him a big thing.

SPEAKER_04

I know, I know that, but like, I mean, we let we let nothing. I'm just there's people, there's tons of people who cut promos that are worse than Brock. Yeah. Listen. Am I gonna win the chamber? You how about how about that just been the biggest swerve and then picking him out? They were like, hey, you know how we can fix this? Injured. Got it. Just haul him off in an ambulance and we'll put somebody else in it.

SPEAKER_05

Who you want to put in there? Logan Paul. Sounds good. Let's go. Also, that that was the biggest crime of Friday night for Colt.

SPEAKER_04

What?

SPEAKER_05

Dim Uso? Writing him off.

SPEAKER_04

Oh, bro. Yeah, I bet he was dead. He probably thought Jay was gonna win too if he was in it.

SPEAKER_05

He came he came to that show wearing the Jay Uso shirt, bought the Jay Uso shades at the merch table, ready to go.

SPEAKER_04

He was so mad. Well, you think um that's that's ridiculous, yeah. Well, what do you think? Who pitched? Somebody was like, maybe we should let Jay win.

SPEAKER_05

Like oh, that would be um road dog.

SPEAKER_04

Road dog probably was like, let's just let Jay win. That'd be really bad. If Jay won, it'd be like everybody completely turned.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_04

Um, yeah, event was good, had a good time. Hey, um, was Bronson Reed supposed to win? Bronson Reed was gonna win. Well, this is I'm not sure now because of what happened with Seth. Oh, right. Okay. That I I I still think Bronson was gonna win.

SPEAKER_05

Yeah, uh, I actually read an article where the plan was what Logan Paul did. Logan Paul took out three. Oh, that makes sense. That would have been Bronson. It was supposed to be Bronson to take out three instead of him.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah, because making Logan Paul seem strong didn't make any sense. Yeah. Yeah, that that checks out too, which is cool. I'm I'm good with it. I mean, you had to swerve somewhere. Yeah. And that was the thing to do. Man, sucks for Bronson. He was he was hot as hell, and they were definitely gonna they were definitely gonna uh put targets on him, shout out Bronson over there. Um But yeah, that's not Bronson. That's not Bron. This is Bronson. Don't literally a hundred dollar figure. Damn it, Wes. He landed on carpet. You landed on carpet. All right, your mom landed on carpet I got one more thing to end off WWE talk, I guess. Work or shoot, WWE Unreal. Oh, work.

SPEAKER_00

Work.

SPEAKER_04

I know we've had this multiple times.

SPEAKER_00

Work, but I just work, work, all day work. Work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work, work.

SPEAKER_04

Dad, you said on the interview. You said on the interview with Nick Blackwell. That Chelsea stuff. Yeah. Yeah. What what's the dude's name?

SPEAKER_06

Michael Hayes.

SPEAKER_04

Yeah. Yeah. It's a work. It's a work. The whole show's a work. I think after the first season and the success of the first season, I think the Seth thing for the second season, I'm removing I think from this sentence, the the set thing from the from season two of Unreal, I think the reason they wrote that storyline in the first place was for a season of Unreal. I I I I legitimately figure out facts. Everything that we're doing now in wrestling, we have to relate. We have to think, are they doing this just because Unreal?

SPEAKER_06

Because Yeah, because the the injury happened right after they dropped the first season. Dude, it's a work. That's what I that's what I was I was telling talking to uh Chase a while back. Shout out, Chase. But uh shout out Chase. Shout out Chase. But um I was like, dude, like they're only they're showing us what they want us to see. Like, you know, I would say it is work and shoot, but mostly work, but and they're only showing us what they want us to see. And they're showing us, you know what I mean? It's just it's a work. I think it is.

SPEAKER_04

Bro, the show is the they show us the war room, right, with them writing stuff. What they don't see you say has been like, hey, maybe we shouldn't put her in this match since she sucks really bad. Yeah. You know, they're like saying that. You know they be saying that. Hey, why why are we not what you never hear them bring up why they don't put Jade Cargill in matches? You never hear them say, because she actually is a trash wrestler. Yeah, yeah. Like you don't hear them say that. They actually had a worker shoot episode on Unreal season two. Um remember it was Sandman Work Blind. Oh, yeah. That I told you all about. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Did the Sandman was he actually blind? No, it was a work. I know. Yeah, it's a whole work. Hey, news flash, everything's a work, and we're all marks. Life's a work. Life's a work.

SPEAKER_05

All documentaries are a work.

SPEAKER_04

No ma no matter how much of a work uh wrestling is, wrestling is real. People are people are fake.

SPEAKER_06

Boys, y'all got anything else?

SPEAKER_00

I got nothing.

SPEAKER_06

As always, my god, wrestling's good. I love it. Noah? What?

SPEAKER_04

Wes Claybo. Ring the bell. I missed.
