52: Being the Most Confident Woman in Any Room with Jen Brown
Show Notes

“She thinks she’s all that.”
“Well, someone has a power trip.”
“Look at her, out there, AGAIN.”

Confidence is often associated with arrogance. When you’re at peace with yourself, people often think that you’re either faking it or have some weirdo potion that you drank to make you happy. Truth be told, confidence is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself and the people around you.

Founder of The Engaging Entrepreneur, speaker, and all-around confidence Rockstar Jen Brown joins me this week to dig into the depths of being the most confident woman in the room. If you find yourself apologizing a lot, wishing you would have said more, not being assertive enough, or just find yourself constantly running uphill both ways in your business, this week’s episode is all yours.

We also talk about getting back to yourself. We’re often diluted by other people’s opinions, external circumstances, internal dialogue, have-to’s, to do’s, and so much more. When was the last time you stopped and asked yourself, WHAT DO I WANT AND WHY? She dropped the mic when she said, “You need to know yourself to be yourself…”

I was writing on every side of my paper during the episode, so I recommend grabbing that notebook that you write down only special things in using that particular pen (yeah, I see you cause I do it too).
