I know you’re faced with a lot of decisions on the daily, but the one I want you to focus on is the one that takes up the most of your mental capacity. This is the one you think about day in and day out. You play scenarios on repeat like they’re a movie, but each one has a different ending. You go from scared to angry, to worried, to silent.
Girl, the amount of time and energy it’s taken to think and feel all of this – for days or weeks or months even – you are allowing precious energy to fly out the window. What could that energy have been used for? What could you have accomplished with that energy? How much further could you be?
