She got promoted into roles she didn't even want, kept pushing harder, and kept saying yes... until her body finally forced her to stop. What she found on the other side completely changed how she works and how she teaches others to work.
Louise believes that the goal of productivity isn’t to get more done in less time. Instead, she reframes it: What if productivity is actually about doing what's important, as efficiently as you can, to create space for what you love?
We're rushing and filling every nook and cranny of our time because we think it's the thing that gets us to calm, to freedom, and to finally being ahead. But the irony is that it's completely counterproductive.
