Dr. Gail is a New Zealand-trained specialist doctor with nearly 30 years of experience as an anaesthetist in Auckland, retiring from practice in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout her career, she observed more and more patients struggling with chronic conditions that modern medicine could only manage with medications, often without addressing the root causes. This led her to explore natural approaches to health.
In 2019, Dr. Gail discovered Nutrigenomics, which she believes is the future of medicine. It focuses on how nutrition impacts gene expression, providing a science-backed way to support the body’s natural healing abilities and promote wellness from the inside out.
Now, she lives on a 40-acre property in the Far North with her partner Andrew, two dogs, and 15 cattle. Her passion for natural health continues to drive her work in educating and guiding others toward life-changing health solutions.
In this episode, she will discuss The Science of Nutrigenomics - how to nutritionally support the body to function optimally.
