Today’s guest embodies that spirit in every way. Dr. Diana Londoño is a trailblazer — one of just 10% of urologists in the United States who are women, and among only 0.5% who are both Latinx and women. Originally from Mexico City, she trained at UCLA and completed a six-year residency in Urology at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles.
Dr. Londoño has walked through the fire of burnout — not once, but twice — and turned her healing into service. She’s written widely on wellness and humanity in medicine, been featured in leading medical platforms and books, and founded PhysicianCoachSupport.com, a lifeline of peer support for her colleagues. She is also a Reiki Master, Pranic Healer, international speaker, and mother of two radiant daughters.
In this conversation, we’ll explore the wisdom she carries on healing, resilience, and what it truly means to care for both patients and ourselves.
