A Spiritual Gift History Lesson

In the Old Testament, we learn about God as the great creator of the earth, Adam and Eve, and the journey of the Israelites; then, there are 400 silent years, which are anything but quiet. Rome takes over the world, and pious Jewish temple leaders rule under the watchful eyes of Rome. Then Jesus enters the world to change everything. He unfairly dies a brutal death on the cross at the hands of Temple leaders. But he returns to life for 40 days, proving he is the Savior of the World. On the 40th and last day of Jesus' return, He introduces the POWERFUL Holy Spirit that places His Spirit in the Disciples and every person who trusts Him as Lord of their lives. That act opens the door to Spiritual Gifts. Jewish righteous enforcer Saul of Tarsus attempts to shut down the new church movement but joins it, is named Paul, and educates the church on how Spiritual Gifts work.
