And so what I realised"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":359.57,"endTime":362.63,"body":"was that if I'm going to play in"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":359.57,"endTime":362.63,"body":"this league, I have to up my"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":362.63,"endTime":365.63,"body":"game. I didn't need a boss to"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":362.63,"endTime":365.63,"body":"tell me that. Same"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":387.98999999999995,"endTime":391.16999999999996,"body":"holds true from when I've been"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":387.98999999999995,"endTime":391.16999999999996,"body":"on teams or groups or things"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":391.16999999999996,"endTime":395.25,"body":"like that, where everyone really"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":391.16999999999996,"endTime":395.25,"body":"has the capacity to lift each"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":395.25,"endTime":398.31,"body":"other up, and if people accept"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":395.25,"endTime":398.31,"body":"personal responsibility for"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":398.31,"endTime":401.78999999999996,"body":"that, if people believe that the"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":398.31,"endTime":401.78999999999996,"body":"power of we begins with me and"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":401.78999999999996,"endTime":406.04999999999995,"body":"the example I set, and we have"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":401.78999999999996,"endTime":406.04999999999995,"body":"clarity about what we expect of"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":406.04999999999995,"endTime":410.21,"body":"ourselves and others that makes"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":406.04999999999995,"endTime":410.21,"body":"a big difference. And we talked"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":421.25,"endTime":425.45,"body":"about this prior to getting on"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":421.25,"endTime":425.45,"body":"the air. They don't see asking"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":425.45,"endTime":428.04999999999995,"body":"for help as a sign of weakness,"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":425.45,"endTime":428.04999999999995,"body":"they've regarded as an act of"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":428.04999999999995,"endTime":432.19,"body":"resourcefulness, and because of"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":428.04999999999995,"endTime":432.19,"body":"that, it puts them in a"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":432.19,"endTime":435.42999999999995,"body":"position, I think, to be well"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":432.19,"endTime":435.42999999999995,"body":"equipped to access the resources"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":435.42999999999995,"endTime":437.46999999999997,"body":"around them and meet the"},{"speaker":"Leo Bottary","startTime":435.42999999999995,"endTime":437.46999999999997,"body":"challenges that are ahead.
