Finally, the secret to Moriah and Scott's mouthwatering sourdough loaves (gluten-free version included). Find out how they apply those principles to life.

Check out the recipe! 

  • 500 g flour or GF flour (Caputo is preferred)
  • 360 ml of water 
  • 1- 1/2 packet of yeast 
  • 1 Tablespoon of sugar (optional)
  • 13 g of salt 
  1. Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in the water.  Adjust to taste
  2. Combine with flour and mix with a fork*
  3. Allow dough to sit in a closed container for 18-24 hours or 6 hours on the counter and the remaining time in the fridge
  4. Remove from fridge and let sit for an hour or until room temperature
  5. Sprinkle flour over the dough and onto the counter and gently fold into a ball
  6. Put a dutch oven in an oven and bring to 475 F
  7. Gently place dough in dutch oven and cover.  Bake for 30 minutes
  8. Uncover for 15 more minutes until golden brown.  Bread should have a hollow sound when you tap it when done!
  9. Enjoy!
