were"},{"startTime":260.253,"endTime":264.628,"body":"able to gain access to Gun violence"},{"startTime":264.628,"endTime":267.378,"body":"in their community, crime data in"},{"startTime":264.628,"endTime":267.378,"body":"their community, data that they"},{"startTime":267.378,"endTime":268.788,"body":"would not have had
