queer,"},{"startTime":189.7,"endTime":194.54999999999998,"body":"technical professional existing in its"},{"startTime":189.7,"endTime":194.54999999999998,"body":"full light and authenticity in these"},{"startTime":194.55999999999997,"endTime":198.83999999999997,"body":"spaces there's a connotation that by"},{"startTime":194.55999999999997,"endTime":198.83999999999997,"body":"advocating for the communities that"},{"startTime":198.83999999999997,"endTime":201.23,"body":"I come from We are causing trouble."},{"startTime":201.25,"endTime":202.91,"body":"We're going against the year's"},{"startTime":272.78000000000003,"endTime":277.24,"body":"Homecoming event due to the work"},{"startTime":277.26,"endTime":281.44,"body":"that we're doing in creating Black"},{"startTime":277.26,"endTime":281.44,"body":"and Brown troublemakers across the"},{"startTime":281.44,"endTime":283.47,"body":"nation that are equipped with GIS."},{"startTime":283.67,"endTime":287.34000000000003,"body":"And so the idea that we need to tap"},{"startTime":283.67,"endTime":287.34000000000003,"body":"into the strength of the African"},{"startTime":287.34000000000003,"endTime":291.38,"body":"diaspora, as well as the geospatial"},{"startTime":287.34000000000003,"endTime":291.38,"body":"power that exists in these tools,"},{"startTime":291.67,"endTime":293.74,"body":"has really been a motivating factor."},{"startTime":293.79,"endTime":297.94,"body":"And so within the Homecoming event,"},{"startTime":293.79,"endTime":297.94,"body":"we had an opportunity to spotlight"},{"startTime":297.98,"endTime":300.09000000000003,"body":"our very own young troublemakers."},{"startTime":300.09000000000003,"endTime":301.5,"body":"And so we jumped at that chance."},{"startTime":301.7,"endTime":306.8,"body":"We want to be a platform for all of their"},{"startTime":319.17,"endTime":323.27000000000004,"body":"own visions for liberation at scale."},{"startTime":323.47,"endTime":325.17,"body":"Well, I definitely appreciate as"},{"startTime":348.12,"endTime":352.75,"body":"familiar with these terms, so you talk"},{"startTime":348.12,"endTime":352.75,"body":"about liberatory innovation you've"},{"startTime":352.76,"endTime":356.46000000000004,"body":"spoken about disruptors, mitigating harm."},{"startTime":356.48,"endTime":360.43,"body":"Can we, like, break those three"},{"startTime":356.48,"endTime":360.43,"body":"terms down just a little bit so"},{"startTime":360.43,"endTime":364.93,"body":"people can take away just ways"},{"startTime":373.21000000000004,"endTime":376.54,"body":"they were talking about other ways"},{"startTime":376.57,"endTime":378.69,"body":"of creative problem solving for good."},{"startTime":378.89000000000004,"endTime":382.81,"body":"There's social innovation, there's"},{"startTime":378.89000000000004,"endTime":382.81,"body":"responsible tech, there's
