because"},{"startTime":538.659,"endTime":544.079,"body":"I wanted to ensure that when I was"},{"startTime":538.659,"endTime":544.079,"body":"in a space, I was fully present, and"},{"startTime":544.079,"endTime":548.509,"body":"I was really grasping the knowledge"},{"startTime":544.079,"endTime":548.509,"body":"that I was like spending that time there's"},{"startTime":550.409,"endTime":554.299,"body":"a lot of stimulus around us when you"},{"startTime":554.299,"endTime":559.8689999999999,"body":"go to a conference, and from a practice"},{"startTime":554.299,"endTime":559.8689999999999,"body":"perspective, I really wanted to ensure"},{"startTime":559.8689999999999,"endTime":564.929,"body":"that people that were in my
