مؤسسة أتاسي
انطلقت مؤسسة أتاسي للفنون والثقافة سنة ٢٠١٦ كامتداد لإرث غاليري أتاسي الذي تأسس في سوريا عام ١٩٨٦. مهمة المؤسسة هي الحفاظ على الفن والأرشيف السوري الحديث والمعاصِر والترويج لهما، ودعم الفنانين والفنانات، وتشجيع الفكر النقدي والبحثي من خلال إنتاج المعرفة.

Hiwar is a podcast by the Atassi Foundation for Arts and Culture. It’s a series of interviews in Arabic with Syrian artists, curators, and researchers interested in Syrian modern and contemporary art.
Launched in 2016, The Atassi Foundation for Arts and Culture is an extension of the legacy of the Atassi Gallery, founded in Syria in 1986. The Foundation's mission is to preserve and promote modern and contemporary Syrian art and archives, support artists, and encourage research and critical thought through knowledge production.

حوار مع القيّمة الفنيّة السورية آلما سالم
في الحلقة الثالثة من الموسم الثاني من مدونة حوار الصوتية نستضيف القيّمة الفنيّة السورية آلما سالم التي حدثتنا عن محطات مختلفة في مسارها المهني المتنوع، وناقشت تطلعاتها المستقبلية وأولويات العمل الثقافي والفني في سوريا اليوم.

نبذة عن الضيفة:
آلما سالم خبيرة ثقافية وقيمة فنيّة، ذات تجربة غنية متعددة الأنواع الفنية تمتمد على أكثر من ثلاثين عاماً، وهي مساهمة في العلاقات الثقافية الدولية، وحماية التراث بالإضافة إلى العمل السياسي والنسوي.
عملت مع المعهد الفرنسي للشرق الادنى، ثم أشرفت على برامج الفنون في المنطقة في المجلس الثقافي البريطاني. نظّمت معارض تبحث في تقاطع المساحات الفنية والسياسية عُرضت بالتوازي مع ملتقياتٍ دولية. شغلت منصب المديرة التنفيذية للحركة السياسية النسوية السورية منذ عام ٢٠١٩، وتعمل كمستشارة لمؤسسات ثقافية حكومية وغير حكومية، وتدير محترفها الخاص (Atelier Alma) للاستشارات الثقافية ولتنظيم المعارض الفنية، بين مونتريال ودمشق.

Episode Title: A Conversation with Syrian Art Curator Alma Salem
In the third episode of Hiwar's second season, we host Syrian art curator Alma Salem. She discusses the key stages of her career, shares her future goals, and outlines the priorities for cultural and artistic work in Syria.

About the guest:
Alma Salem is a cultural expert and art curator with over thirty years of multidisciplinary experience. She is actively involved in international cultural relations, heritage preservation, and political and feminist activism. She worked with the Institut Français du Proche-Orient, then oversaw regional arts programs at the British Council. She has curated exhibitions exploring the intersection of art and politics, presented alongside international forums. Since 2019, she has served as Executive Director of the Syrian Women’s Political Movement. She consults for governmental and non-governmental cultural institutions and runs her practice, Atelier Alma, a cultural consultancy and art curation firm, in Montreal and Damascus.
