Leah LaHue is a birth doula, speaker, educator and mom of 2. She is a life-long learner and actively challenges the status quo surrounding the "business" of maternal health care in the United States. The Liberating Motherhood podcast features raw, unfiltered personal stories of motherhood and childbirth as well as conversations with experts, wellness practitioners, and heart-to-hearts with women whose stories represent us all. She aims to help women cultivate true embodiment and peace in their birth and motherhood transition through critical thinking and asking questions. This podcast includes evidence based research and also thoughtful opinions. We will laugh, cry, but most importantly we will support each other through the most important journey in the evolution of mankind; birth and parenthood.
