Welcome to the Ministering Angel Podcast, where you'll deepen your connection with Jesus Christ. Whether new or returning this podcast is your guide to unlocking potential and overcoming challenges. Ronald, along with various hosts, shares divine messages that inspire strength, wisdom, and resilience.

More than a podcast, it's a sanctuary of faith and miracles. Get ready to be inspired and empowered.

I’ve seen it with my own eyes, people sitting in church for 20, 30, even 40 years, yet not a trace of transformation. Week after week, sermon after sermon, worship song after worship song, and still… no fruit. No change. No deeper hunger. Just routine. Just familiarity with a system. And I have to wonder, how many of us are around the things of God but not truly in Him?

I’ve heard believers quote scripture front to back, fluently, confidently. They know the Word inside and out. They can tell you what Paul said, what Jesus meant, and what Moses did. But when you look past the surface, there’s no softness in their heart. No conviction. No brokenness. No evidence that the Word has taken root in them and produced any lasting change.

I’ve watched people say they believe, but their lives tell another story. Their relationships, their choices, their habits, their language, it all speaks louder than their church attendance. They say “God knows my heart,” but never stop to ask what’s really in it.

Questioning True Salvation

So, I have to ask you, as I ask myself: Are you really saved?

Not just did you go to the altar once. Not just did you repeat a prayer. But are you walking in repentance? Are you hearing what Jesus said and actually doing it?

Because Jesus was crystal clear—many will think they’re in, only to find out they’re not. Many will say, “But I served! I preached! I quoted You!” And Jesus will respond with the most terrifying words ever recorded:

“I never knew you. Depart from me, you who practice lawlessness.”

 (Matthew 7:23)

That’s not a verse to skip past. That’s a soul-check. That’s a wake-up call. Not a scare tactic, a sobering reality.

The Reality of Following Jesus

Are you truly following Jesus, or just performing religion?

This is where the line is drawn. These are the days we stop playing church and start asking the real questions. Have I truly repented? Am I walking in the Spirit or just coasting on a memory? Do I really know Him, or do I just know about Him?

Are you comfortable in a world you were called to stand out from? Have you blended in? Are you more concerned with approval than obedience?

Have you conformed to culture, or are you bold for the Kingdom? Do you actually live as a disciple, one who dies to self, who follows Jesus even when it’s hard, who stands for truth even when it costs something?

Because there are far too many people honoring God with their lips, but denying Him with their lifestyle. Too many claiming to be Christians, but living with no power. No authority. No conviction. Just a title and a routine.

Self-Examination and True Repentance

And if you’re hanging your salvation on a prayer you whispered at 12 years old, with no evidence of change, no hunger for God, no growth, no fruit, then it’s time to get real.

Jesus didn’t say signs and wonders might follow those who believe. He said they will.

“And these signs will follow those who believe: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues, they will pick up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

 —Mark 16:17–18

That’s not just for pastors. That’s not just for the “super spiritual.” That’s the normal Christian life. So if none of those signs are following you, it begs the question, Are you truly a believer, or just a churchgoer?

Where’s the fruit? Where’s the evidence? Where’s the power?

This is your moment. Don’t assume you're safe just because you’ve been around it. Don’t think because you’ve served in church, or because your grandmother prayed, or because you were baptized once that you're automatically right with God.

The Evidence of True Belief

Make sure your name is written, not just in your Bible, but in the Book of Life.

Because in the end, it won’t matter how many scriptures you memorized. It won’t matter how many Sundays you showed up. It won’t matter if you sang in the choir or wore the right clothes or got emotional during a worship song.

What will matter is this: Did you know Him?

 Did He know you?

 Were you obedient?

 Did you follow?

 Did you surrender, fully?

The Call to Full Surrender

God still transforms. That’s the good news. But you have to stop pretending. You have to stop just being around the fire and actually get in the fire. Let Him burn away your pride, your fear, your compromise, and your religion.

Surrender is not partial. It’s not lip service. It’s not occasional obedience when it’s convenient. Surrender is full. It’s complete. It’s daily. It’s costly. And it’s the only way to life.

Conclusion: A Call to Action

So today, right now, don’t wait.

Examine yourself. Cry out to God. Ask Him to search your heart and reveal the truth.

Because the worst thing you can hear isn’t, “You messed up.”

The worst thing you can hear is…

 “Depart from Me.”
