Introduction: The Distortion of the Gospel
Welcome to the Ministering Angel Podcast, where you'll deepen your connection with Jesus Christ. Whether new or returning this podcast is your guide to unlocking potential and overcoming challenges. Ronald, along with various hosts, shares divine messages that inspire strength, wisdom, and resilience.
More than a podcast, it's a sanctuary of faith and miracles. Get ready to be inspired and empowered.
What have we done? We've distorted, watered down and over complicated the gospel, the most powerful prayer to defeat this fire, prayers to defeat that it's nonsense. There's nowhere in the Bible that speaks of fire prayers. Nowhere does it declare any scripture more powerful than another. All scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness that the man of God may be complete equipped for every good work.
The Overcomplication of Faith
Two Timothy three 16 to 17, we hear all these fancy sermons telling us, do this and God will move. Do that and watch what God will do Week after week. You hear something that makes you feel good, but where's the evidence of results? You're frustrated. You do what you hear. You try what others say works. You mimic what you see others do, but nothing changes.
You want things to shift in your life, but you're stuck. Can God move just because of his goodness? Absolutely, but the overcomplicating of the gospel has polluted things.
The Modern Church's Struggles
The early church grew because of its sincerity, purity, and hunger. For God, they weren't perfect, but they desired to know him above everything else.
Today we've become saturated with scrolling, doctrines of demons and compromise, preaching option after option, choice after choice. We've been misinformed through all the noise.
The Importance of Seeking God's Presence
You've been told to be still to go into your prayer closet, but do you know how to seek the presence of God? Because unless you know how to do that, everything else is pointless.
Do you understand that most of what's preached from pulpits today is not from divine revelation. You're told to use discernment, but do you know how to exercise it? The equipping you need to live the God filled life you're not getting. So I'll make it plain. Here's the truth. When you accepted Jesus' gift of salvation, your faith was at its highest, but watered down sermons, misinformation, words without revelation and social media noise haven't fed your spirit.
It's on you to know how to properly do that. So here's a helping hand.
The Role of the Holy Spirit
You have the Holy Spirit. One of his roles is to lead you into all truth. John 1613, but you must first engage with truth by filling yourself with the word of God. The more truth you know, the more you become equipped through the spirit's leading.
But that's not all. The posture of your heart is the key. Your intentions, your motives, your hunger for truth. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you, Matthew 6 33.
The Path to Transformation
As you do this, and as long as you submit and surrender to the Holy Spirit.
Transformation takes place. The renewing of your mind begins, and that's when your life starts to shift. It takes work, commitment, persistence, dedication, and determination.
Conclusion: Endurance and Fulfillment
But if you endure to the end, the fulfillment of what God has for you will be accomplished.
