Thank You For Listening.
“Some people walk away from God because they never really knew Him in the first place.
Not the God of culture, not the God of assumptions, but the God of the Bible.
You can't trust who you don’t understand,
and you won’t follow who you don’t truly know.
This series is all about one thing, Understanding God’s Character.Let’s break the lies, clear the noise, and get to the truth. Let’s start with this: God is holy.
God Is Holy
“Let me say this plainly. God isn’t like us.
He’s not just a better version of you, He’s altogether different.
That’s what holy means.”
“We love to talk about God’s love, His grace, His blessings, but skip over this: God is holy.
That means He is completely pure, completely set apart, and absolutely perfect.
He hates sin, not because He’s harsh, but because He’s holy.
His holiness is the reason the angels cry ‘Holy, holy, holy’, not loving, not kind, but holy.
Everything about God flows from this.
And if we don’t start here, we won’t understand who He really is.
You don’t approach a holy God casually, you approach Him with reverence.”
“If you’ve only seen God as a helper, a blesser, or a friend,
stick around.
In this series, we’re getting back to the truth of who God is,
starting with His holiness.” Follow for Part 2: God Is Love
God Is Love
“God doesn’t just feel love.
He is love. And that love is nothing like the world’s version.”
“The world tells you love is a feeling.
But God’s love is action. Sacrifice. Commitment.
It’s the kind of love that sent Jesus to the cross when we didn’t deserve it.
God’s love doesn’t change with your performance.
It’s not soft or passive, it’s powerful, holy, and always pursuing you.”
“If you’ve ever doubted God’s love for you,
go back to the cross.
That’s where real love is defined.
Follow for Part 3: God Is Just and Righteous.”
God Is Just and Righteous
“God doesn’t overlook evil.
He judges it. Why? Because He’s righteous.”
“We love the idea of God’s love,
but ignore His justice.
You can’t have one without the other.
His righteousness means He always does what’s right.
His justice means sin has consequences.
But the cross shows both, He judged sin and extended mercy.”
“If you’ve ever thought God was unfair,
look again.
His justice is what makes His love trustworthy.
Follow for Part 4: God Is Merciful and Gracious.”
God Is Merciful and Gracious
“You’re still here not because you earned it,
but because God’s mercy held you.”
“Mercy means God withholds what you do deserve.
Grace means He gives what you never could earn.
He’s not slow, He’s patient.
And His kindness isn’t weakness, it’s a call to repentance.
If you’re breathing, there’s still time.”
“Don’t mistake God’s patience for permission.
He’s calling you deeper.
Follow for Part 5: God Is Faithful and True.”
God Is Faithful and True
“People will fail you. God never will.”
“God doesn’t break promises.
He doesn’t change His mind based on your mood swings.
When He speaks, it stands.
Even when you feel forgotten—He’s still working.
He’s not just faithful to you, He’s faithful to His name.”
“Your feelings aren’t the measure, His Word is.
He’s faithful. Period.
Follow for Part 6: God Is All-Knowing, All-Present, and All-Powerful.”
God Is All-Knowing, Present, and Powerful
“You’re not alone. You’ve never been.
God is everywhere, and He sees everything.”
“God knows your thoughts before you speak them.
He’s not limited by time, space, or strength.
He’s in the room when you cry.
He’s in control when life feels chaotic.
And nothing is too hard for Him.”
“You don’t have to figure it all out, just trust the One who already has. Follow for Part 7: God Is a Father.”
God Is a Father
“Don’t confuse God with the people who failed you.
He’s not them.”
“God isn’t just a King, He’s a Father.
He doesn’t just want obedience, He wants relationship.
He disciplines because He loves.
He corrects because you’re His child.
He’s not distant. He’s deeply involved.”
“Whatever you lacked from your earthly father,
God makes up for it and more.
Follow for Part 8: God Is a Consuming Fire.”
God Is a Consuming Fire
“God is not casual about your idols.
He consumes what competes with Him.”
“He’s not just a comforting presence.
He’s a holy fire.
And everything that’s impure? He burns it away.
He wants all of you, not a piece.
That fire refines, but it also judges.”
“Don’t run from the fire, run into it.
It will purify you. Follow for Part 9: God Is a Covenant Keeper.”
God Is a Covenant Keeper
“God doesn’t make promises He can’t keep.
His Word is law.”
“He doesn’t forget what He spoke.
Even when it looks like nothing is happening,
God is faithful to His covenant.
He keeps it for generations.
You can rest in what He said, even when you don’t see it yet.”
“His covenant is your covering.
Walk in it with confidence.
Follow for Part 10: God Revealed in Jesus Christ.”
God Revealed in Jesus Christ
“You want to know what God is like?
Look at Jesus.”
“Jesus is the image of the invisible God.
His compassion, His truth, His power, it’s all God on display.
He didn’t just come to save us, He came to reveal the Father.
If your view of God doesn’t match Jesus,
you’ve got the wrong image.”
“Let Christ reshape how you see God.
Because when you know Jesus, you know the Father.
That’s the foundation of everything.”
The Response
“You’ve heard the truth.
Now the question is, what are you going to do with it?”
“Learning about God isn’t just about getting more knowledge.
It’s about transformation.
You can’t encounter the holiness of God and stay casual.
You can’t receive His love and keep walking in shame.
You can’t know His justice and still live like sin doesn’t matter.
The point of this series wasn’t to just teach you facts,
it was to help you see the One who is the truth.”
“If what you’ve heard stirred something in your heart,
don’t just scroll, respond.
Seek Him. Surrender to Him.
Let who God is reshape who you are.
Because when you truly know Him,
everything changes.”
