Did you know that 90% of entrepreneurs create offers that nobody actually wants? And before you think that won't be me, I need you to know. I was actually part of that 90% for over five years. I was creating programs, memberships, courses, offers, all the things, thinking it was exactly what was needed, but it was actually silence. I thought they were brilliant, but people didn't see the brilliance and I knew that something had to change.
Speaker 1:So I'm going to teach you in this video today what the 10% actually do to create offers and get out of that rut of creating when you think it's brilliant, but really it just needs to be translated into your people's language, and I don't mean translating into their language, like from English to Chinese. It just doesn't quite work that way. We actually need to use the very English words that these people are using and put them in the context of what we are offering. I'm going to give you a couple of tips about this in today's video. Okay, so if you have ever created something that you thought was beautiful, something that you put a lot of effort, energy, time, blood, sweat and tears into, but nobody wanted it, you are actually spending your time on the 80% of activities that only produce 20% of results instead of gleaning the 20% of information that's actually going to guarantee that your offer succeeds. I see this constantly in entrepreneurs and the people that I work with. They say I have something to offer. I have an idea notebook filled to the brim with ideas that can change people's lives. I don't understand why people don't see what I'm offering, and I know I can help people, but it just doesn't seem to make sense to them. Does this sound familiar to you? Okay, so here's the real problem. It has nothing to do with your offer or you not being good enough. It has everything to do, because there's a disconnect between what you are saying and what people actually want.
Speaker 1:Let me tell you a story. There's one client. She worked with me in February and March. She's now in my long-term program. She actually didn't create content for seven years, but after starting to work together and starting to glean this 20% of information from her audience, that really made a difference. She started posting 400% more in just four weeks than the previous seven years combined Pretty incredible. And now she's on a path of momentum where, literally today, I was helping her with a conversation. We were role-playing, we were brainstorming how to respond to this one person and she was actually able to put what she sells in the context of what the person wants. She finally started asking the right questions. Instead of asking what should I post, she started asking what are my people actually struggling with? And the result was 400% growth in how much content she was making and it was high quality because it was speaking to what people actually needed to hear.
Speaker 1:It was the rocket fuel to the rocket she was building. Let's say it needs gasoline. She was adding gasoline to the fire instead of diesel. It's the same amount of energy but it all of a sudden makes it work. Or, for instance, julia, another client who worked with me march and april. She couldn't figure out what to start or focus on. When she learned this framework, she actually had an idea that is now bringing consistent.
Speaker 1:Or take Julia, who was completely overwhelmed. She had so many ideas. She had filled an entire notebook with them. It was literally titled great ideas, start here, or something along those lines. She went from idea overwhelm to launching a full YouTube channel in just two days. That is what happens when we add the right fuel to the rocket you already want to build. Most people know what they want to create. Most people have the ideas. They don't believe in it enough. They don't see the vision. And that's what I'm here for. I am here to put the right rocket fuel in your rocket so that you can launch and you can see results and momentum and actually cross the stratosphere, get out of the atmosphere of where you are right now and reach the next level.
Speaker 1:So I actually had to figure this out the hard way. I was spending five years in this pit of frustration, thinking my offer is just not good enough. People just simply don't want what I'm selling. Until I started asking different questions, it started to be more about translating my offer into their language. It's not necessarily always about changing your offer. It was for me. I had to change my offer and really expand and lean into my zone of genius. But, honestly, the people that I was communicating to, the message that I was communicating and the payoff that we were receiving was very similar. In fact, my previous offer that I was trying to sell it revolved around creativity, feeling empowered, confidence, all the things. Now I still am selling creativity, empowerment, confidence, all of those sorts of things. It's just about the difference between how they were viewing the offer and the way that I was communicating it. So when I applied this framework, everything changed in just 22 days.
Speaker 1:I went from completely stuck and frustrated for the last couple of years like two and a half years of selling this offer, five years of figuring it out, and then I created an offer that has generated over $10,000 in a very short period of time and actually grew my business by 383% in one quarter. The momentum was started. But, more importantly than that initial bit of success, I had something that I could repeat. I had a process that actually created offers people wanted and finally, I was seeing interest in my programs. I was seeing momentum and I was filling spots. This started to create freedom for my family.
Speaker 1:So here's the thing you actually already have everything it takes to create successful offers. You don't need more skills, you don't need more certifications, you don't need more experience, you don't need a degree. You just need the right information, gathered in the right way the 20% of information that will create an offer automatically. In fact, I was chatting with my friends in my mastermind group just this morning and we were talking about how the niche you serve, the offer you create, it, almost reveals itself If you do the groundwork and you start to become the kind of person who can translate your genius zone into the pain points other people are feeling. It's pretty cool what happens.
Speaker 1:So when you know how to gather the right information, people will start wanting to buy because you're not guessing anymore. People will start wanting to buy because you're not guessing anymore. You're actually responding to exactly what they've told you they want.
