Anthony Ormsbee-Hale, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Anthony Ormsbee-Hale is an accomplished senior living executive and educator with more than a decade of leadership experience spanning operations, human resources, and strategic development.
Anthony co-founded the Texas Assisted Living Association’s Young Professionals Network and teaches the Texas Assisted Living Manager’s Course, where he blends practical insight with research-based learning. A frequent keynote speaker and podcast host, he is recognized for his ability to connect policy, practice, and purpose in the senior living profession.
He holds an MBA from Western Governors University and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Southern Methodist University. His professional honors include the Texas Assisted Living Association HERO Award, Senior Housing News Future Leader Award, and HR Executive Magazine Rising Star Award.
