Join the Trudge Trio this week as we discuss our favorite Christmas movies and take a trip down Nostalgia Ave. We have a few grab bag topics and Corey tells a good story about an $18 Christmas gift from his dad. We also have a few current event topics that we touch on along with our typical NFL rant and this week, college football conference championships. A special shout out in the beginning to Corey's friend Dave who is going through some health concerns.
The recovery segment is a third extension of what we have been discussing the past few weeks. It centers around how we show up for our families during the holiday season compared to what we used to be like in our active addictions.
