Hello everyone and welcome to another episode of Trudge Report. Join us this week as we recap our weekends and do a little favorite and least favorite Christmas movie around the horn. Greg has a new house guest and let us not forget that Corey almost became a national hero at a Christmas parade.
The recovery segment surrounds the idea of what can or cannot define our Higher Powers? We share some of our personal experiences and anecdotes as we were new in recovery and were given counsel by those who came before us. Does a person have to believe in a traditional deity or type of theology? Can nature or the Recovery Group itself be an adequate Higher Power? We discuss how our ideas of what we believe has been influenced by our upbringing and both negative and positive experiences. We finished the show with a personal segment of how each of us came to believe.
