the heart in the middle, holding hands with each other left and right, and the verticality that goes all the way up to the highest heaven planes and all the way down into the heart of Mother Earth. We are grounded. We are centered that verticality is our central channel and that highest of the highest is the ineffable and everything in between is all those who are with us and support us, and guide us Welcome to the Ground of Love. I'm your host, Olivia Frazao. This is a podcast for people who are deeply dedicated to the spiritual journey. You are here for self-growth care, for others, and being of service to the world. This podcast is in service to you to help you remember who you are and why you are here, you will receive inspiration, clarity, and no BS Love. We are walking each other home. Let's begin. This is part two of a four episode series. That Brings us home to the acknowledgement and hopefully the embodiment of our spiritual power. Not only for ourselves, but for the collective, for sociopolitical change in the world. In this series, we remind ourselves and each other to come out of the illusion of separation of self and the illusion of physicality being the world where things actually happen in. So we're gonna pick up now where we left off. Here we go. aloneness actually does come as a result of not understanding, of not fully living within or not fully surrendering to esoteric levels of reality. The antidote to the aloneness that we fell for as the limiting belief that our culture fed us and that the forgetting of this world fed us is togetherness the antidote is togetherness across dimensions. So consider an image where the way that we are living is a multi-dimensional way of understanding our every move where we are respecting, multidimensional nature. By putting the physical realm in its place in our own mental understanding of it. It's already in its place, obviously. I mean, in terms of how we are perceiving things within our own cosmology, we now are actually better situated within the map. We're respecting the map of multidimensionality. As my teacher Ron likes to say. The physical body is the last place the healing arrives to when we do physical healing on someone, he says that a lot. What does that mean? The physical healing does not start with the cells changing within the physical body, within an organ or whatever. It starts all the way in, in the absolute in non form in formless. That comes in, comes in, comes in, comes in, comes in, comes in form, right? And in that process there is a new becoming, a new radiance of beingness that births itself into manifestation as, for example, in this case, a change in the physical body of greater health or total health, right? This is actually how any manifestation happens, any creation, a song that you make up, whatever. So what we're doing right now is simply acknowledging that this is where we see the outcome of the birth, but we don't see the pregnancy. Within the unseen, we only see, it's like if you use a baby's birth as an example, you see the baby come out of the womb. But unless you have an ultrasound, you're not seeing the baby inside of the womb, right? So meditation is like an ultrasound. You get a glimpse of what's in the usually unseen realms, so here we are respecting that the physical world is a manifestation. A a moment by moment blip. Blip blip, a moment by moment constantly. Second by millisecond incarnating itself from something previous to it, something beyond it, something an aspect of itself that is, that is not form. Okay, why am I talking about this? And what does this have to do with political change? We are undoing aloneness. The origination of aloneness is the split. People love talking about the split between heaven and earth. What's the split between heaven and earth? It's not. In some book about Eden, we are doing it all the time. It's our personal belief that physicality either is the only thing that exists for people who aren't into, you know, esoteric stuff. Or even for people who are, is taking up way more of our attention and focus than it actually deserves. In terms of legitimacy, in terms of what we're valuing, in terms of what we're trusting. This is not an invitation for spiritual bypass to just forget about all the conflicts of the world and go to your cushion and be like, I get to meditate.'cause that's more important. That's not what I just said. I'm saying in our value system, we are highly overvaluing what we see and feel and sense with our five senses as the input of what we trust to be reality rather than remembering that it is not the source of what we should be understanding, but the result of a greater reality that we should be paying way more attention to and understanding. Okay, we're going back to the pencil. So look how cool, I'm really loving this metaphor. The pencil is held by a hand that is then drawing. So we can say that's the hand of God. So the hand of God is holding all of these beings across all dimensions in this perfect verticality, this perfect line where one supports the other in a line that goes, okay, now we're going forward, forward, forward, forward, forward, forward, forward, forward. We got to the tip of the pencil. That's you. You're in physical form, you're manifesting, you have now made a mark on the paper, and then, that means whatever, like you, you sang a new song. I'm just, make it really simple. Whatever it is that you're doing, you, you created an event for a discussion about blah, blah, blah. Okay? Whatever your thing is that you're putting on the paper, you got my point. So, so here's the cute part. Then we make a mark and we're like, that was me. Look what I did. Right? So the reason I'm saying this, it's not just, it's could be funny, but it's also a huge problem. Because when we actually think that was me, look what I did. What that means is we are now making ourselves responsible for reality to happen. That is a lot of weight on our shoulders. This is why people get stuck in over efforting constantly because they don't trust that there's a greater river actually pushing them forward. They think they are the thing that creates the action rather than the tiny little cell of the one great body. So forget the pencil for a second and now turn it into a river.'cause I love the image of river. It's so much, it's so much smoother and more open, than the concept of the pencil. I liked where the metaphor of the pencil could take us, with the hand and the paper and the mark and whatever. But in terms of the lead, I'm kind of like, eh, I would rather a, a river of light that feels a lot more realistic. So we were in this one great river of light and we are a little cell in it. And all those who are with us, if we look to our left and right, those are our friends. That's our sangha. Those are our family members. Those are the other humans that we walk with, that we mutually support, not that we compete with because we're billiard balls in a Darwinian, Newtonian world, in all of this physicalism and materialism and scientific materialism. And please look up any of these terms if they're new to you.'cause I'm doing a quick fly by here. All of those mentalities, all of that whole paradigm that I just named and all those words, that is what entraps us into. The competition, and eventually as a result, violence that we're all stuck in within the polarity of that horrible war scene in the, in the Wakanda Forever movie, right? Instead, we get out of the Newtonian and we go into the quantum for those who like that word, which is the togetherness. So once again, we have the vertical and the horizontal think sign of the cross, right? Vertical verticality your inner connection with the one with God, with all beingness, that vertical I am. And we got the horizontal. We got the we, the we is who, it's those, the humans around you. But then when you look up through the vertical, I'm making this a little confusing with regards to the cross, but the we is also our relationship with those who hold us, who guide us. So what is our role in that relationship?'cause they're doing a whole bunch of cool stuff with us. They're guiding us, they're protecting us, they're holding us, right? What are we doing? What? What are we doing? What are we doing? Are we listening? Are we trusting? Are we, are we listening? Are we prioritizing listening? Oh, I know. A lot of times I don't. I know a lot of times I watch Netflix instead of meditate. This isn't me, pointing fingers at anybody else. I'm, everything that I say in this entire podcast series always includes me pointing fingers at myself too. Just to be very clear for anybody who cares about that, so this is where we are acknowledging what I had said before, relationship on two levels, okay? Our relationship with our deities, angels, guides, gurus, masters, et cetera. You could call that the vertical relationship. One aspect of it, if you want, you go all the way, even past them, like all the way up, and then you're at the Godhead, then you're at the absolute, okay. If you wanna keep using the concept of a cross to, to guide you in what I'm naming here. And then we got the horizontal. Personal relationship with other humans. Now we're here. So this is our togetherness, this is our brotherhood, sisterhood, whatever the non-gendered term of familial bond and comradery and mutual support can be. This is where we show up for each other and with each other for what? In loyalty to what, what is bonding us? What is binding us together? What do we have shared loyalty to? Because check this out, communities come together, first of all to relieve aloneness and experience, belonging. Experience our place within the great order of things by experiencing our place within a community. Fractal, fractal happening. And because a community has cohesion, because the people in it have shared purpose. Now, there are two ways to have shared purpose. You can have shared purpose within the polarity, and I'll explain this in a second. Or you can have shared purpose, because together you are holding that, which is beyond polarity itself. So let's look at those two things. Uh, I'll give an example so that what I'm saying is, is clear in terms of the language shared purpose within the polarity would be something like, I am coming together with my friends of this political group in order to fight that political group. So my community has a shared loyalty to the political ideals of my political group, right? People die over this stuff. People have, you know, there's world wars over this stuff, right? That's the Wakanda forever situation. Then we have a group that comes together with the shared loyalty, being loyalty to unity, loyalty to oneness itself, Now, I've been using the sign of the cross, as a metaphor for the vertical types of connection and the horizontal types of connection. So I'm gonna do that again here. The first example that I gave of a community having shared purpose as something within, let's say, the worlds of form, is the horizontal. Type of relating with the world where this community, it's the political community that's like my, my team versus your team. Right? You're within the polarity and you've taken one pole of the polarity and whoever has taken your pole of the polarity with you is your crew. And you mutually support each other and you basically wanna take out the other side. It's, it's sports, right? But IRL within the arena of life and, social dynamics, politics, whatever the vertical relationship is a group of people whose shared purpose is to hold the God field together in the world. And how do you do that? It is simply acknowledging our place in the great river. So we can come together in community with shared purpose, where all of us as individuals share the same view and the same understanding, which is humility, placing ourselves, our individual selves in humility in relation to that which is greater. It is sangha, it is spiritual community. It's people who understand that the egoic self is, this might be a triggering word, but subservient to the all surrender. That's really what I'm pointing to here. I'm pointing to humility and surrender. Ironically, we all know that it feels ironic, but it's true. The more humble we are and the more we actually surrender, the more spiritual power actually reveals itself because all of a sudden we're not the tiny little person wielding the sword. We are the tiny little cell that is the tip of the great sword. And I'm not using sword as a of a tool of violence in this metaphor. That's the difference is I am the tiny little cell that is one actor, not even actor, because it's like the hand of life itself is moving us. We are one vessel. We are one part of the great body, of the great river of movement that is going forward. And so we can come together. This is where it gets a little more tangible, okay? For those who are like, oh my God, this is so much theory. What's the practical, um, we're getting there. How can we come together in our social life, in our political life to support what is going on in the physical world? What is going on socially? What's going on environmentally? What's going on politically? When we have this lens that I've just been talking about for this whole time, when we have this understanding that what we see is not a result of simply what's happening right here, but instead a result of something way beyond that then manifests as the arrival station that the train arrives at, and when we are aware of that we have one hand on the ground and we have one hand up to the sky, and each hand is, is holding hands with the ground and with the sky centered in the heart. So together we do this together, we realize that there are, that we can place each of us based on where we're called to a different level. I'm gonna do one more metaphor in this great ladder. So you could, you know, the pencil, the sword, uh, the river. Now it's a ladder. The all the ways that it's the same is that there's some kind of a, it's long and then there's an, there's some kind of a point. So we're going up that length. And the more you go up that length, the more you get out of the illusion of separateness, because the higher up you go in this ladder, imagine a ladder. Every level is a different dimension. Okay? So we're at, let's say, the bottom of the ladder, which is what we're gonna call the physical, this world. Okay? This is just a metaphor you can envision. We could switch around the visuals, but we're not going to, we're just doing this right now. Then a level above, wherever your consciousness currently is. Is a level of consciousness that's more open than what you're currently experiencing. Whatever is above that is a level of consciousness that's even more open and then even more open and then even more open, et cetera, until you get to the absolute What does open mean? It means understanding, self understanding identity as everything rather than as whatever you're encased within body-wise and your name and your self concept, right? The higher up you go in this ladder, the more space there is to be more. Now you're like, but I don't know how to do that. Or, but I don't do that, or whatever. You don't have to because there are beings whose place it is to embody and radiate that all the time. And these beings who are not in form get to enjoy the ease of whatever position they're in without having to pay the electrical bill or get stuck in the elevator and have to figure out how to call the, firemen or whatever your current issue is. So. All we need to do. We don't need to magically climb the ladder of beingness, although that is eventual path to enlightenment. And that's why we meditate and why we have spiritual practice. But yay, there's a hack of getting to experience life right now in whatever,, difficulty and alienation. We currently feel whatever veiled consciousness we're currently in, because we don't have to be perfect. We don't have to be fully enlightened. We don't have to totally get what's going on. We have our teachers, we have our gurus, we have our angels, we have our guides, and we have each other. We have, that guy, your neighbor who's a car mechanic and knows how to figure out what's going on with your car'cause you have no idea what's going on with your car. And then you have your other friend who's like, she has five kids and you're on your first kid and you have no idea what's happening with the, I don't know, how your, whatever it is. And, and so we reach out and we support each other, right? All the time. What would it be like? This is radical. You wanna know what, you wanna know what radical politics is. Forget whatever people are doing that. They're calling it that. This is the radical thing. This is a subversive thing. Why? Because this is the most empowering thing and the most powerful thing that anyone could possibly do, which is what happens when we consider our friendships with each other, our mutual support with each other, the ways that we know we rely on each other. And when we feel each other, not only like, Hey, could you spare 20 bucks? I'll pay you back tomorrow. That type of mutual support, or I'm crying, I need a hug. All of this is fantastic and necessary, by the way, but what I'm saying is what happens when we look at each other and we're like, yep, river of light, right? Aha, got it. Let's remember this together. Let's sit together in this remembrance. Let's sit. Let's sit. Not only two people, now we're calling five, now we're calling 30. Now we're sitting together as a hundred. Now we know that we're connected through our hearts, that we see each other, that we have this shared understanding of what matters. That we have this shared goal of unity. Not only as a concept, not only as something that we know exists and we know is literally everything that is, but as something that we allow ourselves to be our leader. Unity is our leader. Oneness is our leader, not a human. Not even a, an esoteric being. Unity itself. God itself. Life itself is our leader, is our value system, is what we stand for, is what we are loyal to. We are loyal to life itself. Capital L, life itself. We come together. Holding this together, holding this fire in our hearts that is spiritual power. And when we do it together, we now have the vertical and the horizontal centered in the heart. Now the sign of the cross is not a crucifix that an enlightened master died on. Now, the sign of the cross is the sign of the heart in the middle, holding hands with each other left and right, and the verticality that goes all the way up to the highest heaven planes and all the way down into the heart of Mother Earth. We are grounded. We are centered that verticality is our central channel and that highest of the highest is the ineffable and everything in between is all those who are with us and support us, and guide us and lead us and give us everything we need. Life itself is giving us everything we need so we hold hands with each other to remind each other of this, to give each other this. Because if I'm holding it and you fall down, I spread it to you. You remember it, you feel it. You embody it once again, you get up,. Or today, I forgot. Today I'm having difficulty feeling who I really am, feeling our interconnection. But that's okay because I'm holding your hand. And today you can easily feel it. You can easily transmit it. And then I receive that remembrance from you and I find it within myself again. And I'm recentered and I get back up and we are stronger together. Stronger together. So what's the secret? What is the great secret of those who don't want to share power? What is the great secret on any level? Could be an abusive a husband, could be a dictator. What is the secret of those who don't want to lose their own power over everybody? What is the secret that they don't want everybody else to know? That when everyone comes together, they don't stand a chance. thank you for being with me in The Ground of Love.
