But simply knowing, Hey, this is simply my duty. People need help, and I'm here. I'm alive. Good enough. Are you alive? Are you here on this planet going through God knows what? Yes, you are. We need you. We need you in all of your imperfection. We need you in all of your doubts. We need you in all of your incapacities. The more that you can step aside and simply be a servant to the Divine for it to come through you for people to receive what they need, which is that light that heals. You are always being of service, and it's never about you so you don't have to worry about if you're good enough at it because you're not the one doing it. It's not your job. It's God's job. Your job is to be a vessel for God, to be able to do God's job through you. That's your loyalty. Welcome to the Ground of Love. I'm your host, Olivia Frazao. This is a podcast for people who are deeply dedicated to the spiritual journey. You are here for self-growth care, for others, and being of service to the world. This podcast is in service to you to help you remember who you are and why you are here, you will receive inspiration, clarity, and no BS Love. We are walking each other home. Let's begin. this is a motivational episode for people dedicated to sharing goodness with the world, sharing love, sharing healing, this is motivation for you to feel stronger in coming forth with everything that you have to offer. What you are here to do is simply to be a vessel. The work that you are here to do when you are here to spread love and goodness, healing, awakening- it's not about you. You are a vessel of God. What is God in my book? It's a catchall phrase for source, universe, absolute beingness, the truth of unconditional love, the unity of what we all are. So you can translate that word however you wish for yourself. I just use God because it's fast and easy. Okay. So when you know and you just know, you just feel the call. Nobody tells you there's nothing you need to earn. It's simply a deep, authentic call that you know that you are here for the purpose. Of spreading and sharing goodness of being that goodness. And when I mean goodness, I mean God, nature, I mean unity rather than separation truth rather than illusion love rather than whatever we think love is. But it's actually just attachments and personal needs. We're talking about unconditional love. We're talking about that which has no name because it's ineffable. We're talking about the magical unknown that we all come from and go home to after we're done with this lifetime. And so if we want to have a framework. Very briefly, that can help us simply in this conversation to understand or see for this moment that we are in a world that has a lot of hardship, a lot of pain, a lot of ignorance, and we can see it as feeling caught underneath something, feeling caught within a collective consciousness that hurts within a collective consciousness that's made of a lot of illusion, a lot of limiting beliefs, and a lot of painful emotion. We're living within a collective consciousness with an influence from the cultural field that. Tells us that we are the opposite of what we actually are. Tells us that we're small, tells us that we are a localized, separate self. If you wanna get really spiritual metaphysical about this, you don't even have to. You can get more cultural level, more social level about this. They tell you, you're a girl. This is how you should act. You're a man. This is how you should feel. You're from this family. This is the profession you should have. This is the relationship that you're in. This is how you should feel about it. Right. We are told who to be, how to feel and how to act on all of the levels, all the way from the highest metaphysical understanding of what self and reality is all the way to the day-to-day expectations of cultural norms and family expectations in a way that stifles us. So we're gonna zoom all the way out. We're zooming all the way out. Who am I really? And I don't even mean, who am I in the Ramina Maharshi version of asking who am I? And then deconstructing the understanding of localized self completely until you're an absolute beingness self with a capital S. In this conversation, we're actually keeping the localized eye a little bit, okay? And we're looking at the egoic self as a servant of the divine. So the egoic self still exists. Right. Here we are. We're not enlightened yet. Eventually we're gonna understand that the ego, egoic self doesn't exist, but right now we're in one. So let's make the most of it and hold it in a way that serves us and divine beingness and our purpose in the world the best. Right? Let's take our identity where it is right now, and. Hold it in a way, reframe it potentially in a way that actually serves us and everybody else the best. So yes, I still experience myself as a localized self. Let's own that. But what is, what does this exactly mean? Who is this being? What is their purpose? What is most important? What is most important to you? What do you truly here for? And so right now, this episode is for you if. Otherwise, you're not just, you're not gonna be interested in it. Anybody can listen to this. It's for everybody, but I mean, I think it'll touch your heart if you feel that your role is to truly be a vessel of the divine for the pain of this planet. What does this mean? We're talking all levels. We're talking you being in greatest loyalty to that which is most healing to you personally. That you are loyal to your own self-healing, that you are here to know that there is something greater than the pains of what your mind takes you through and loopy loops of limiting beliefs and what your emotions take you through, and all the loopy loops and all the ups and downs, especially the downs that takes you totally off course. And you know that this is conditioning, that this is trauma, and you are dedicated to finding out what is true beyond all of that pain. And to being able to replace those lenses, those perspectives that don't serve you with something that is truly empowering for you with something that truly helps you know and be in your goodness and the unconditional love that you are. That's you with you. That's you allowing God nature to take the helm rather than egoic conditioning. And then we have you with. All of your loved ones, those around you, your family, your friends, your community, the people that you're relating with, the people that you work with, the people that you get to touch, have conversations with, be in sacred space with, be in difficult spaces with, and this is where you know that you actually have a duty. You have a duty because that's what you signed up for. Because that's what you chose in this incarnation, because that's what you truly feel in your heart is your purpose. It's not anything that anyone is telling you to do or be. It's your duty because you deeply feel inside that it's your duty and what is your duty to be a beacon of light, to be a beacon of love and of truth. And yes, sometimes you fall and you mess up and you act in ways that hurt other people. And because this is your duty, because this is your highest value, what do you do? You get up, you clean yourself up, you apologize. You make amends, you heal, you reconcile. You show up in the ways that you need to to make things better for other people and for yourself and for everybody, right? It doesn't mean that we're perfect. It doesn't mean that we already know what we're doing. We already know how to do everything that we wish we knew how to, but it means that we are more loyal to what we are truly driven to do from the heart than anything stopping us. Than anything that anybody else says to us. Whatever the limiting belief is coming from other people, or whatever you've internalized as those voices inside of yourself. It doesn't mean that that limiting belief or that that voice is not there, we're not actually waiting for that. We're not waiting for the open road. All we need. Is our loyalty? Where does our loyalty stand? Does our loyalty stand with falling for whatever the limiting beliefs are? Oh, I'm not good enough. I'm not ready. I don't know if anybody's gonna like it. I dunno if anybody's gonna understand me. Maybe people are gonna reject me. Are we falling for that? Are we loyal to that? Are we loyal to our trauma conditioning? Are we loyal to the voices, the systemic voices of the multi-generational trauma that we're inside of? Or the cultural traumas that we live inside of? Is that what we're loyal to? Or are we loyal to that which is trying to come through us and are we offering ourselves to that river of light that's trying to come through us to God nature? I'm just calling it that right now to God. Nature that's knocking on our door saying, Hey, can you be a vessel? Hey, I'm trying to get in. Can you open up and let this flow through you so that it can get to yourself and others? Hey, can you be a vessel not only for yourself, not only for the, for those that you actually touch and are, are close with and relate with directly, but can you be a vessel for the collective consciousness fields as a whole of this entire planet? And this isn't a specialness thing. This isn't like, oh my God, I'm the savior. This isn't, I'm the chosen one. It's not weird. We all have the opportunity to offer ourselves in this way every single. One of us. What does it take? It takes you simply noticing, deciding, allowing, and choosing over and over again where your loyalty lies. Because those systemic voices are gonna be very loud and they're gonna show up for 99.999999999% of us. I have, I kind of wanna say a hundred, but I'll just say 99 to be safe. They're gonna show up in two places. Those limitations, those blocks, they're gonna show up inside of us and they're gonna show up outside of us. And when they show up outside of us, they're gonna feel very strong and very real. Why? Because we have a mirror of whatever those outside voices were or outside actions were of people trying to stop us, trying to bring us down, trying to deflect or distract us, trying to say that we're not this or not that. We have a mirror of all of that inside of us. That's why it feels real. So in order to be able to handle whatever the external circumstances are, we gotta work on the inner blocks first. And the external circumstances might not be literally someone saying to you, you can't do it. Maybe you feel like you don't have the time, you don't have the money. You need certain circumstances, the circumstances aren't aligning, or the timing isn't aligning right. All of those are examples of blocks revealing themselves in the physical world. Why? Because they're mirroring the inner blocks. So what do we do about these inner blocks? Here is the awesome FYI, this is what I consider to be a really great solution. You don't actually need them to not be there. You don't have to have the ultimate meta block, which is, oh, I'm not ready because I have all these blocks. That's the meta block. No, it's simply I know who I am. I am someone who is loyal to my purpose, which is prioritizing being a vessel of the divine over anything else. Period. Wow. I'm feeling so much discomfort. Yep. But that's not my loyalty. My loyalty is not to my discomfort. My loyalty is to the light that is. Knocking on my door of me saying, Hey, will you be the vessel? Can I stream through you? And so I say yes. I say yes because that's my loyalty. My loyalty is to be a beacon through which unconditional love, the light of God, ultimate true beingness, ultimate reality, awakened reality, unity, consciousness, however you call that can come through you as a vessel. Why we are all little individual portals, our open heart. Is an open portal. It's an open doorway of absolutely everything. That's God being this divinity, spirit, soul. Otherwise, we wouldn't be alive. We would be dead. Our body would fall on the floor. There'd be nobody inside of it. Why are we standing up or sitting or whatever we're able to do physically? Why are we here breathing, experiencing physical reality? Because there's something in what we call me right now, this local me that one day is gonna die and then the real me is gonna continue. What is this real me? This real me is God. Nature in what the little me is called, which is human. So the human and the real me have a have a pact. We have a pact, right? I as the human self, I'm like, you know what, I'm gonna have a pact with the real. I, the ego, egoic self, that still exists. I'm owning that. I'm just repurposing myself, who I think I am. I'm repurposing myself, not as the one who's in all of this dialogue with the world around me. With all the voices, all the systemic voices, all the cultural trauma voices that I'm pinging off of 24 7, right? Reacting to 24 7. Oh, I have to be this. I have to be that. Oh, I have to hide because things are too scary, or I have to pretend that I'm not who I am because I'm afraid of getting attacked or rejected. Obviously, we need to be careful with, depending on the situation that we're in, maybe there's very real violences and stuff like that. But a lot of people who I'm speaking to right now, it's past life trauma of persecution, trauma. It's the crucifixion trauma that's not actually happening for most of us right now. So I'm speaking to those who are actually in a place of physical safety. Okay? Not everybody is, but I'm speaking to those for whom this fear of attack, it's not actually physically real, right? It's like someone wants to get on stage and sing a song for a, a nice, kind audience, and they're so, so, so scared and nervous with like, sweating, anxiety. What's that about? It's not really about the stage, it's about everything that comes with revealing ourselves, right? And all the times where it wasn't safe. So we need to have a real litmus test of is it actually okay to move forward? Are my fears of the massive calamity of what might happen if I simply offer myself to be who I am? Are those fears actually real in this moment, in this context, in this lifetime? Usually the answer is gonna be no. Those fears are from something else. They're, they're vestiges. We can listen to them. We can love them. We can hold their hand, we can give'em a place in our heart, but we don't have to listen to them as the big boss, right? Who's the big boss? Really? That's a really important question. What do we most trust? What are our highest values? What is most important to us? So if the big boss is the divine right, that which is all knowing and all love. Then we are the servant to that. We offer ourselves that. We give ourselves to that. And so at that point, it's your duty to be in your place to do what you're here to do. It's your duty, it's your job. Why? Because you incarnated with this purpose. You incarnated with the purpose of being who you really are and being a vessel of goodness. I'm just calling it goodness. Very simple. Divine energy. Divine reality. Awakened consciousness, healing energy, right? For our localized self, our local community, and the collective consciousness of the entire world simply by existing. Oh, but how do I do that? That's the next question. How do I do that? How do I do my purpose? I wanna offer that. Step one, the most important one is to have the courage to turn towards this loyalty. To say, yes to this duty, to just consider it a job and to allow ourselves to say, yes, to focusing on, to prioritizing, allowing ourselves to be in that emanation, to be filled with that emanation of the highest consciousness that we can. Of the highest truth. Coherence, groundedness, centeredness, beauty, love, acceptance, compassion. That is a big enough job. And then we think about all of the logistics. Oh, I shouldn't create an NGO. I have to do this type of activism. You know, what about my job? What about, yes, to the action in the world? Yes, to showing up in physical form. A hundred percent. And what I'm advocating for here is how we are carrying ourselves, how we are holding ourselves in our own consciousness, in our own focus of what it is that we will truly listen to. The voice of all the BS inside of us? Or the voice of that, which is constantly knocking on our door 24 7 saying, Hey, are you listening or are you just gonna keep scrolling on Instagram? We have the opportunity and it is so close at hand, it is so ours to make that sometimes we don't even want to accept that it's simply our choice. It's easy to say, oh, but there are obstacles. Oh, but I'm not ready. Oh, but I'm waiting for some magical whatever to show up at my door and whisk me away into the perfection of who I know I will one day be. What if it's as simple as the fact that all this is available to you right now? Because your limiting beliefs don't have to go away. But what does need to change is where your focus is and what you're most loyal to. That's the only question. What are you most loyal to? Because the obstacles, they will be there. They will be there, and if you fully believe them, and if the me, me, me, is so strong that you still think that your God purpose is about you, you, you, the egoic self, you're gonna get caught. And you're not gonna be able to move forward because it's gonna be too personal. It's gonna be all about, oh, well, how will people see me? Oh, I might get rejected. Oh, I'm not good enough. I'm not good enough. I'm not good enough. I'm not good enough. God doesn't care if you're good enough. We don't have time for that. In full honesty, we don't have time for you to be good enough. Right? If a, if a, there's a fire. And you have a cup of water rather than a a, a big fire hose, just throw the cup of water, not, oh, I'm not good enough.'cause I don't have the fire hose. Right? If somebody fell down and they, need help getting up, you're gonna extend a hand. You're not gonna think first. Oh, I'm not, I'm not good enough to pick them up. Maybe I'm not strong enough. I should have lifted more weight to the gym before offering my hand. Right? We offer what we can, period. We offer what we can. We offer what we can in a world that has absolute dire need. I'm not saying kind of needs, I'm saying dire need. And remember, it's not personal. They don't actually need you, but they do need what comes through you. It's not personal. The more that you can step aside and simply be a servant to the divine for it to come through you for people to receive what they need, which is God beingness, true absolute beingness, that light that heals. You are always being of service, and it's never about you. So you don't have to worry about if you're good enough at it because you're not the one doing it. You're not the one being rated at the end of the day, whether you did a good job or not. It's not your job. It's God's job. Your job is to be a vessel for God, to be able to do God's job through you. That's your loyalty, not having to be good enough, not having to feel like everything's perfect for you, not having to feel like you don't have any doubts or fears anymore. But simply knowing, Hey, this is simply my duty. People need help, and I'm here. I'm alive. Good enough. Are you alive? Are you here on this planet? Going through God knows what? Yes, you are. We need you. We need you in all of your imperfection. We need you in all of your doubts. We need you in all of your incapacities. We need you with all of the mistakes that you've made, and we need you to know that you are ready right now. To simply trust more, to give yourself more to your duty that you signed up for. I'm not telling you what your duty is. I'm only calling it your duty. If you know and you have resonance in your own heart that that feels true for you. I'm not trying to push this into anybody, but if this resonates for you, then you know that it's for you because this is why you came here, because this is your purpose. And people get very con, confused and lost thinking their purpose. It has to have a certain physical manifestation. You're jumping the gun, your physical manifestation, even if you do have one, it can be perfect and beautiful, but if you don't keep coming back to the invisible part of what this really is, it's only gonna go so far. So whether you've already manifested, quote, unquote, your dream of whatever your offering is or not in physical form, it's not actually the point because regardless of whether that exists. Or is, or has already been created or is in creation or whatever. We are always the wellspring. We're always that point where the water comes forth from underground, from under the earth and becomes a river on the surface. We are that portal. We are that entry point of the flows of, of God beingness, of divinity, of healing to come through us as the portal and up into physical reality. And so it's always important for us to be at that source point within ourselves to allow ourselves to be updated like a software update every second, to be an even smoother portal, to be regenerated. What does a smoother portal mean? It means somebody who knows, actually this has nothing to do with me. I've stepped aside. And the more we step aside and the more comes through us, the more that that which comes through us helps us continue to step aside even further. And then you're like, oh, I don't know how to step aside. It's simply what is your loyalty? That's it. I am loyal to God, coming through me, versus I am loyal to all of the obstructions, the limiting beliefs, the fears, whatever. It's as simple as that. Every time we fall for a fear, every time we fall for a judgment, we've just been loyal to that. But every time we can say. You know what? Things are tough, and I know what's most important to me. I'm going in my heart. I'm saying yes to God, and I'm saying yes to what truly, truly is the highest and best for myself and everybody else. I give myself fully for being available as a vessel of that, as a portal of that. I'm here. I'm here. I'm here. God come through me. Divinity come through me. True self. I'm here.
