Now it's through the heart, not the mind. It's through the one shared heart Of everybody who's meditating together and everybody who holds them, and everybody who holds them, and everybody who holds them, and we're in this great family of belonging. And that feeling of pertaining to each other comes back. That feeling of mutual support reveals itself. That feeling of belonging reminds us of what has always been, but what our culture has numbed us so terribly out of most of the time So we get to feel that belonging again. Not a belonging that excludes others, but a belonging that includes everything and everyone Welcome to the Ground of Love. I'm your host, Olivia Frazao. This is a podcast for people who are deeply dedicated to the spiritual journey. You are here for self-growth care, for others, and being of service to the world. This podcast is in service to you to help you remember who you are and why you are here, you will receive inspiration, clarity, and no BS Love. We are walking each other home. Let's begin. This is part two of a two-episode series where I'm giving an overview on how I see things with regards to what we're really doing here in these incarnations on the spiritual path and working together on a spiritual level to create a better world. In the last episode, which is episode 47, we talked about levels of self, We looked at egoic self, soul self, and oneness. Now we're gonna talk about how we actually live this out through meditation and mutual support and service to the world. I just want to mention that part of why I'm releasing this episode right now is because I lead a spiritual group online that is for dedicated spiritual practitioners across all lineages who feel this deep call to be of service to the world by being an emanation of love, and who come together to do exactly the work that I'm talking about in these episodes people who feel the call to partake in a space of shared devotion to divinity in all of its names and mutual support on the path and reflection of who we truly are to each other. I offer meditation, healing work, and other forms of working towards our healing and awakening multidimensionally in community. This is about oneness in all of its names, and this is about devotion to that which is most true, which is unconditional love. This is a place for people who are very serious about their spiritual path. What your life is dedicated to. So if this is the case for you, take a look at thegroundoflove.com/team, and if you'd like to get in touch with me, you can go to the show notes of this episode, and at the way bottom, there's gonna be a link that lets you write a comment to me directly. And we can have a conversation to see if this group might be a good fit for you. So let's begin now where we left off Some might have different intent or different mission. Maybe it's more self-focused, maybe it's more focused on different types of learning or different experience. There is no value judgment at this level What I'm pointing to specifically is those who have incarnated feeling intuitively that their life purpose is about remembering the truth of love We are supported and supporting each other in that. This is not a do it yourself, DIY by yourself thing This is an us thing. And the importance of that is because we are countering a culture that is very heavily pointing in another direction. It's pointing towards ignorance very strongly. It's pointing towards separation very strongly. It's pointing towards objectification, commodification, exclusion, False power, And it is so lost that even its definitions of God have been co-opted so powerfully that they have created more ignorance and more violence rather than less So it is empowering for ourselves and all those we can support when those of us who are here to remember love as our top priority can come together and support each other in doing so This is not an easy task. It's easy to say that we want to be love. It is easy to say that we want to emanate love, that we want to feel and give love and receive love and love everyone. But the actual work in doing it for real is a whole other thing It requires absolute self-honesty. It requires a level of trust and faith that is beyond most people's imagination And it requires sacrifice. The sacrifice of all of the attachments that our fears and desires bring. And so we have each other to go through all of this. We have our teachers, our spiritual teachers, our gurus, our masters, our guides, our mentors, our elders We have sangha, spiritual community, brothers and sisters, and I'm wanting a gender-neutral term, so I'll say siblings walking together Supporting each other in partnership, in teamwork. Doesn't matter if you're older or younger, doesn't matter if this stuff is more new to you or if you're more seasoned in it. It's one team, one wave, all beings in shared intent carrying each other forward, sending the transmissions through generations, through lineage, so that remembrance can stay and continue and grow in this world and in all worlds and our shared intent ultimately is the remembrance of oneness that goes beyond the we Simply oneness. That third category I was talking about before. Where there's no definition at all so when we come together in meditation We give ourselves through the strength of group field, through the strength of amplifying the emanation of truth and love Through the strength of mirroring each other in our shared intent and thus making it one-pointed as we are all one-pointed in focus together We create an open doorway together. We become one open portal together. We become the pathway of remembrance so that oneness can reveal itself in our conscious awareness once again And meditation can nurture and regenerate and fulfill us on all levels of self and being It can be a healing space through which the incoherences of limited and distorted thought emotion bundles, elementals, thought forms AKA our traumas can meet the light of day again, can meet the light of divine coherence and embrace. And in that alchemy of incoherence meeting coherence, it can find itself again. It can melt into what it truly is. It can dissolve itself back into creation beyond definition and we can experience healing So the egoic self heals in meditation through this alchemy of feeling and remembering our soul nature, feeling and remembering our unity, feeling and remembering oneness. As this happens, this alchemy is possible because these frequencies, these fields, these emanations of truth beyond what incarnated self within limited time-space mindset has allowed for, allowed for us to remember now there's more, and the more is meeting that which had lost itself inside its confinement, and now they're touching, and so a doorway has happened, and the flow between them is happening, contact is happening, and a new entrainment is happening And so now there's no separation between the one that had forgotten and the remembrance, and so remembrance just spreads and healing happens and awakening happens So that's the level of the egoic self experiencing healing in a very deep meditation. It's a I would say three-part situation. There's the incoherent energy, there's the coherent energy, and then there's the contact between them that allows for an alchemy where the incoherent energy becomes coherent. The other way I could say that, which I already have, is the incoherent energy is aspects, it's, it's parts of our psyche. It's aspects of the egoic self, and the coherent energy is self beyond that And the contact between them is awareness of self meeting illusion of self and melting it So that's one thing that naturally happens in meditation. Now we do this together because in group field everything is stronger. And we do this together also in order to remember and feel this unity, this feeling of shared togetherness on the soul level that I've been talking about a lot. And one of the most important things about this, to experience this, is because it counters the most insidious lie that our culture has told us, which is that we're separate and alone. And thus we have to effort, and thus we have to compete, and thus we have to need each other and lose each other and all the things, rather than realizing that we're all together no matter what across lives, across life and death. There's a greater life beyond incarnation and disincarnation. There's a belonging, a shared belonging that nothing can take you out of. Nothing can exclude you from it. You can't die out of it. You can't be born out of it. It's inevitable. It's inextricable. So in meditation, when we feel our group consciousness, not as a collective consciousness level, not as just the amalgamation of egoic selves, sharing thought forms, of egoic selves in additive form as a plural, but the we The we where consciousness feels different. Not a belonging that excludes others, but a belonging that includes everything and everyone Anyone who wishes to know and remember love is automatically in this group of shared intent and shared mission. Any spiritual group that says, "We are the chosen ones and we're better because of this and that," that's total BS. That's not what I'm talking about Your only ticket in to what apparently might sound like the in crowd is a desire to remember love. Is that okay? Those who desire to remember love can come together and support each other. That's all I'm saying And of course, to desire to remember love is to desire to remember loving everyone, including what people call the enemy. This is ultimately all about non-duality. There's no separating out. There's no exclusion here And in a world where separation and exclusion unfortunately is the norm in so many cases, very important to have these sacred places, these places of shared intent to find each other and to feel a reflection within, to and from each other. Say yes, we are here. We are here with a shared dream of goodness for everyone. We are here doing our highest and best to bring ourselves and everybody else to their highest and best so what's our shared mission? To remember love, to remember unity, to know ourselves as oneness. And in that, through our incarnated form across worlds and worlds, all we can do is be good to each other We're seeing each other through the eyes of love, of the heart of truth. And knowing who we are Our bodies are simply vessels of this oneness. And here's the good news. Even when we have trouble remembering, even when we feel so trapped inside of the egoic self, it doesn't matter Because we can offer our body mind, we can offer the egoic self exactly as we are and say, "Let me be a vessel Let me be a vessel of divine love. What is divine love? Unconditional love. Human love has conditions. I'll love you if you're good to me. I'll love you if you meet my needs. I'll love you if you are in the definition of what I consider to be good I'm talking about unconditional love, something that has no parameters and that we can't even understand with the mind at all. We simply offer ourselves as vessels And it doesn't even matter how we do it. We can simply say, "I offer myself to be a vessel of my own soul. I offer myself to be a vessel of true nature. I offer myself to be a vessel of God." Everyone has different language for it, but ultimately we're opening the door between dimensional realities. It's like imagining dimensional realities like Matryoshka dolls for a moment, bubbles within bubbles within bubbles This small, confined, circumscribed locus point of limited solid separate self inside of time-space is just opening the door from that tiny little bubble to what's greater than it and saying, "Yes, you can pour through. Yes, soul, you can pour through. Yes, great unity consciousness, interbeing of all things, you can pour through Yes, oneness you can pour through, God you can pour through. Right, we're just choosing different levels of the fractal, each with greater and greater awareness of unlimited interconnection and being to pour through what we are still experiencing ourselves as, which is a limited being. We don't need to cognitively understand any of this Only the great enlightened ones truly understand it. I'm doing my best from my vantage point We don't need to be better. We don't need to be more developed. We don't need to be more worthy in order to do our true work What we do need is to truly offer ourselves in trust and in humility, to be open, permeable to love, available in the heart, trusting to soften the mind and find the breathing chest and the soft belly and the illuminated central channel and the deep, safe roots In the open breathing field of ourselves and allowing that bright sun in the center of our being, in the center of our chest to shine and shine and shine. Our God nature, our true nature, our divinity, whatever you wanna call it Then we can drop all the maps and just let ourselves be like the source of a wellspring, a portal, a living, walking portal where the center of ourselves is a doorway where the egoic self has said, "Yes, I will allow for my greater being to seep through here." It's like opening the blinds and the sun shines through the window. I let the center of myself be an open portal, a shining sun. You wanna hear a crazy metaphor? Imagine outer space for a moment. Shining sun, what is that? It's a star, right? So outer space is just dark space with stars and planets, but just think about the stars for a moment, the ones that are emitting light Imagine for a moment that you have a black piece of paper and you've taken a pencil and you've just pierced holes through it. And You hold it up to the sun, and the sun is shining through those holes So imagine that that's outer space. Imagine for a moment that there is, quote unquote, another side that's bursting through little holes in the fabric, in the dark fabric, as beams of light that we call stars shining spherically in all directions Imagine that that is a hole that is poked dimensionally from one dimensional reality into another, into the one that we call time-space, with very wonky parameters apparently in outer space beyond what we understand in our Newtonian view of the world, very quantum already in what we understand as the observable universe, let alone what we don't understand or see. That's what people call dark matter or other dimensions of what people would call the multiverse. But anyway, we're just talking about portals right now for a moment. So imagining each star is a portal, like the opposite of a black hole. In a black hole, everything goes into it, and you can't see where it goes. Let's say that's an exit portal. A star would be like a, an entering portal. What do you call that? Enter and exit points, let's say I don't care if this is, uh, scientifically, uh, accurate or not. I'm just trying to make a point, which is, what if the center of our heart is a shining star or shining sun, where the center of our chest is an open portal to the ultimate dimension of oneness, which is all dimensions. But unbound reality is what I'm pointing to Unbound reality, only love, no separation, no ignorance. Only love and ultimate being, only light, no shadow, nothing turned away from it, nothing hiding within itself. Unbound reality, true power, not false power. The power of pure being And that's what we've opened the door to in our chest. Just like in my metaphor or my image of stars in space, just like the center of them, imagining this just open portal, light just pouring through as fire. And here we are with the fire of our own hearts. Each of us a walking portal of divinity, wearing this clothing that we call whatever my name is and whatever your name is. So we get together to sit in meditation to be open portals together, to be all bodies one body, to be one great open portal together, to be one great recipient, one great vessel of divine beingness just pouring through and landing in every cell, landing in every aspect of our emotional body and our mental body, our physical body, just bathing ourselves in light and goodness and healing and regeneration. And then we just get to be beacons of light for the whole world. We get to just sit there and emanate, emanate, emanate So that the whole world gets to sunbathe in the light that we are sunbathing in as we get together and open to it and receive it and say yes. We get to receive the healing blessings, and then we get to be a walking beacon of light offering healing blessings to others. And we get to be the messy human that we are. We get to have our parts and our pains and our ignorances. We get to be everything that we are. We don't have to pretend to be perfect. We're not perfect. We're not enlightened. We're not pretending to be. We're humble. We're natural. We're clumsy. We know that we're gonna have all of our pains and ignorances and mistakes and what we call failures, but we're trusting. We're trusting that we're a part of this great wave, we're a part of this great oneness, and it has its own intelligence. It has its own natural order. It has its own natural movements. It has its mysterious karmic flows, and it takes us forward however it takes us forward, and we offer ourselves to the true movement of life. We say yes to the highest and best movement of life taking us forward, to the divine hand taking us forward. Forget about all of our grasping onto our little opinions and our little expectations and forcing ourselves and efforting ourselves to try to be and do certain things, including to try to meet all the expectations of everybody around us and of our culture. Ignorance trying to match ignorance. For- we forget about all that, and we just offer ourselves to the great divine hand wherever it's truly meant to take us. And so we're at its mercy in the best way possible. We, the egoic self, in humility, not trying to create the world in our own image, but allowing ourselves to dissolve into what we've always been anyway and trusting that, trusting the great hand, the great order of things that most of which we can't see from here at all, but that takes us forward, and we trust that So when we come together in this shared portal of beingness, in this shared opening, in this shared body, in this shared trust, in this natural humility, being exactly as we are, not faking it, pretending, trying to be spiritual, creating a spiritual ego, all that BS. We are the regular human sitting and offering ourselves, offering, giving our whole mind to God, to whatever you call that, opening our whole heart saying, "I'm here Let me be what I am. We're allowing our rigid, controlling mind to just relax just for a little bit We're offering ourselves to receive and naturally overflow that which is freely given in every moment because it's who we are. This great river of light that just flows and flows and flows out of us in all directions like a sun shining, and we are the first ones to receive it. It lands first in our own body-mind And then we get to be a gift for everybody else. Not through trying to be smart or trying to achieve or trying to look good. Not through the egoic self flaunting the mask of itself here and there But just through being the humble vessel of God's love moving through of oneness moving through. I'm using different language all for the same thing. Depending on your lineage, you might have a preference, but it's all the same thing. So that's why we come together across lineages We find that which is the same across all languages and cultures. We're here for the direct experience, not for the dogma, not for the made-up stuff that the mind is trying to perceive in order to grasp and feel in control, but for the direct experience of love, the direct experience of the great belonging of all things and one great interbeing, the direct experience that allows us to directly become wisdom, compassion And then we forget, and then we do stupid things, and then we come together and we remember again. And we heal, and we learn, and we grow, and we awaken So to me, what's our life purpose? Doing all of these things. Finding that intent and joining with others with that shared intent and mirroring and strengthening and amplifying Our courageous surrender to release out of the mind, out of expectation, out of control, out of efforting, out of fear, and into the availability, the faith that allows for the availability of Opening that portal in the heart. Opening out of the known from the mind back into the unknown, the mind's unknown but ultimately into that which is most known, which is most home, which is most self, which is self. So we open the door And we let the river run. We don't create any of it. It's, it creates us. We just let it waft through and fill us. We surrender to it. The egoic self surrenders to great beingness and basks in it, and then we are a great beingness. Being, nothing to do, fulfilled unto itself. This isn't spiritual bypass. This isn't spiritual ego. This is being of service to the world This is just like the bodhisattvas who incarnate over and over again to be coherent beacons of light for others, to be of support to others So we offer ourselves to become clean like a, like a clean mirror without all of the projections on top, without all that dust that the mind collects, all that enculturation that the mind repeats But instead we're open and available. To know ourselves as togetherness, to know ourselves as unity, to know ourselves as oneness, and thus, of course, to know everybody else as this The great family of being. Great being itself through the concept and embodiment of the great family of being And so then in our human form, as we go through the ups and downs of life, we're more gentle We're less attached. We have more compassion for ourselves and other people. We have more capacity to forgive, to empathize, to understand, to help others, to react with maturity and care, to be generous, to be of service To tell the truth. To help and guide others. To embrace And to be someone who those who need embrace so badly can come to for that embrace. Like Amma, who is one of my gurus, who embraces the whole world. She has literally hugged millions of people She's one of the great enlightened beings who is on our planet right now of this great array of enlightened beings who are always here, some known, some not ever known, but through all generations hold us in incarnated form here on this planet, let alone all those in not incarnated form who are holding us too So we remember too how held we are. When we know how held we are, that's when we can hold others. When we know and feel our togetherness and our oneness, that's when we can offer it to others. This is why I love meditating together This is why I am deeply blessed and I bow deeply to those who have taught me and guided me in this lifetime. This is why I do my best to help others and teach and guide and mentor others It's one great web of light that we receive and pass on, that we are, that we reflect to each other thank you for being with me in The Ground of Love.
