Hayden is leading a powerful, community-driven effort to reduce food waste while increasing access to fresh, healthy food across Boulder County. Through a unique model that relies on volunteers and bike-powered food recovery, Boulder Food Rescue is rethinking how we address food insecurity at the local level. Hayden brings a thoughtful, systems-based approach to the work, focusing not just on access—but on equity, dignity, and long-term impact.
