For this Washington County man one man's garbage is the beginning of a work of art.

 In episode of The Arts Page, host Sandy Maxx and team takes us to the rolling hills of Colgate, Wisconsin, to explore a hidden treasure of the local art scene: Spectacular Sculpture.

Meet Paul Bobrowitz, a former carpenter turned metal sculptor. Paul, is a visionary artist and has spent over three decades transforming industrial scrap, farm machinery, and found objects into a whimsical six-acre outdoor gallery. 

Open daily from 9 - 5, Spectacular Sculpture is open to the public. Paul encourages you to come as you are, wander at your leisure, enjoy nature, lose yourself in the whimsy and wonder of his creations.

From towering abstract structures to life-sized metal creatures and kinetic "wind-driven" art, Paul’s work proves that there is beauty and value in the things we throw away and importance of upcycling.
