I'm Andrzej Sarafowicz, a master baker with over four decades of experience, and I've been lucky enough to live my passion every day. Baking has given me everything, not just great steak brides, but also wonderful friends, a thriving business, and even a wife.

And I'm Talia Baylis, Andrzej's youngest daughter and co-host of Bake with Passion. I only have a meagre decade of experience. However, my love for the industry and everyone in it has been the cornerstone of my career and I'm always keen to talk about our great craft. We work together in our family bakery in Scotland called Stephen's, but you can hear more about that in future episodes.
