I open up about my struggles with depression and therapy during this time, sharing an honest perspective on mental health in the workplace. I also talk about how I built my network, landed jobs, and continually worked on improving my skills to stand out.

Finally, I reflect on my time at Roc Nation, meeting Jay-Z and J. Cole, and the challenges I faced with office politics and the pressure of the industry and how I landed the job at The Shade Room and some of the wild stuff I saw in the DMs from celebrities.
