In this episode, you’ll learn how to create a meal plan for your family that will save you money, work with your schedule, and improve your food choices.
When you’re responsible for making meal decisions for yourself and everyone else, decision fatigue and overwhelm can occur if you don’t plan ahead.
As a mom of three small children, I had to devise a framework and routine to make this daunting task MAGIC. I use the EATS framework whenever I make a meal for my family (I talk about this in the book!)
EATS is entree, appetizer, treat, and sustenance. Use this framework for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also works for *any* dietary preference.
Meal planning isn’t just about cooking - even if you know you’re going to have takeout, planning to do so helps with your schedule and budget.
