63: Zodiac Deep Dive (ft. Sara Trach)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Our group chat energy goes live when we bring in our bestie Sara, aka our Zodiac Queen, and let the conversation take the scenic route through astrology, personality, and the weird little clues that make people make sense. We start with friendship history and a quick Enneagram detour, then jump into zodiac “this or that” questions that sound playful until they turn into real talk about vulnerability, privacy, and going hard for the people you love.
From there, we get honest about the body and the brain. Pregnancy symptoms, baby kicks, brain fog, and the way ADHD-style spirals can look like “Libra traits” if you squint. Sara shares why she’s drawn to the stars while still holding the skeptical truth that astrology is a tool, not a rule. We also talk spirituality, intuition, Reiki, psychic readings, and why some of us are curious while others are terrified of a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Then we pivot into true crime and Psychology: hypervigilance in everyday places, The Yogurt Shop Murders, wrongful convictions, and the nature vs nurture question behind serial killers and violent behavior. To cleanse the palate, we end where we always end up anyway: reality TV. We break down The Traitors like it’s a social experiment, then Sarah tells the BravoCon story and how she actually met Lisa Vanderpump in the wild.
If you love astrology, Enneagram, Psychology, true crime podcasts, reality TV, and messy-but-meaningful friendship conversations, hit subscribe, share this with a friend, and leave us a review with your zodiac sign and your hottest take.

Meet The Hosts And Sarah
SPEAKER_02We talk about it all. So grab your favorite drink, put the kids to bed, lace up your sneak, or whatever you need to do, and join us. We can't wait to connect with you. Hi guys, welcome to Turn the Page Podcast. This is co-host Tawana Page.
SPEAKER_04This is your other co-host, Sheree Page Barber. And Shri, why don't you introduce our special guest today? I was just gonna say, can I do the honors? We have a very special guest. My bestie, my Sarah.
SPEAKER_00Yes. Hi everybody, I'm Sarah. As Shri said, her bestie for I was trying to think of how long it's been. I mean, since like freshman year. I don't know how many years that is at this point.
SPEAKER_01Jesus. That's crazy.
SPEAKER_00I know.
SPEAKER_01That's crazy.
SPEAKER_00Maybe we shouldn't have we shouldn't have shared that and how people will know.
SPEAKER_04Well guys, I'm eight years older than you, so I know, but I yeah, and somebody was just talking about going on like a college reunion. I was like, for what? Like it's only been five years. It's like their 15-year college re I'm we're right behind them. It's crazy.
SPEAKER_03It is crazy. So but Sharon, let everybody know that your name was without the H. You've dropped truly, Shree.
SPEAKER_00I don't know why you didn't add that when you're trying to have some important piece. Yeah, I'm very obviously strict about that, and I'm gonna get a lot of hate from Sarah's with the H's, but the correct way is without. And if you think about it in case Sarah, there's no H. So why even include it, right?
SPEAKER_04No huh sound, yeah.
SPEAKER_00That's right. Fair. So it's the correct spelling.
SPEAKER_04Do you guys want to shout out where you went to school? I mean, we can. Yeah. It's like a loaded I went to school.
SPEAKER_00I know what it is, girl. I know. Now we're gonna get deep into the trauma of okay.
SPEAKER_03No, we can't where you guys met. We can talk about where you guys met.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. We met at Towson, yes. Towson Tigers. Yes.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Amazing. And then I obviously met Sarah through my sister.
SPEAKER_00Yes. As always.
SPEAKER_03We do.
SPEAKER_00I know. Friends. It's really nice though, you know. Like I don't know a lot of people. You know, like I don't do that with my sister. It's different. She doesn't live by me, but yeah, she's so far.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00We're closer in age, you know, so that would be like but also we have different personalities. So yeah, I don't know. Anyway, it's really nice you guys do that. No, I like that.
SPEAKER_03And it was just cool whenever we like hang out. And I can't remember if we've ever all gone out to eat, but I just remember like Cherie's bachelorette party, and I was like, like obviously I've hung out. It was so bad. But I was just like, oh my gosh. I was like, Sarah literally like flew on like this tiny jet to get to you. She was like, I'm going to be there.
SPEAKER_00I've never have you guys ever done that? Where like so I was in Charlottesville at the time. I was living there during my postdoc. And so St.
SPEAKER_03Thomas.
SPEAKER_00Okay, yeah. And it was bizarre. Like it was literally a two-seater plane on the rose. And you like walk outside and go up the stairs to get into the yeah, it was very sketched, to be honest. Yeah, I didn't love that experience, but I made it, and that's what matters. And I'm living, so that's great. Yeah, and you had a blast. And it was amazing. And when are we doing that again?
SPEAKER_04I know. Well, I was gonna say too, we did the winery together. That might be not have a part two marriage. I but like a girls' trip. A girls' trip, Tawana. Or like a winery visit again. Please. Oh my god.
SPEAKER_00I think that's when we've been to dinner at Tawana's. Like we all met at the winery at one point. I don't remember if it was for your birthday, Cherie, but it was. Yeah.
SPEAKER_01We were looking all together.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that was fun. And then I had one at the winery for my birthday, but Sarah was, I think, out of town or something that weekend. Yeah. The most great one. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Yeah. Sarah's always out of town.
Enneagram Types And Wings
SPEAKER_00Stop. Don't say that. I'm trying to be better. This year I don't have a jet trips. I know. It's cool.
SPEAKER_03Okay, let's do the this or that, but yes, I'm ready. Special edition because Sarah is our zodiac expert. I'm like a short. Wait, Sarah, are you an Enneagram?
SPEAKER_00Oh, is that the numbers, Sheree? We've done that right. I have yours saved. I think I'm a two, right?
SPEAKER_04No, I think it's a nine.
SPEAKER_00Shit. I'm whatever what is. You're a nine. I'm like the people pleaser one, I think.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, you're a nine. Yeah. That's funny because I'm a one, which is right next to the nine on the wheel. So I'm like partially a nine.
SPEAKER_00See, I don't know. So wait, what are you then? So I don't know as much about that. The one is a perfectionist and like reformer. So that means I'm partly perfectionist too, because I'm a nine close to the one, right? Or yes. Yes.
SPEAKER_04I think your wing because Brandon's an eight.
SPEAKER_00Plus, I'm so alike, Tawana and Brandon. Sure, am I like you or no?
SPEAKER_04I feel like we're like I think two and nines are very similar because I for sure was like you're a two, and then you took it and you were a nine. So what's a two?
SPEAKER_03And then there's also like other subcategories. It's like you can break it down like even more. It's weird because it's like well, like you said, like you can like you're partly like Cherie. It's like your wing is like whatever's on the left and the right, but like some people don't always align with that. So it's because I sometimes it depends, because it's like the other side of me is a two. Like I'm not as much of a helper as Cherie, but it's like I have some qualities from a two. And then there's like sub wings. It's really if you get really into it, it's really weird. We haven't had we've been trying to find a guest to go and explain like the depth of Enneagram to us.
SPEAKER_00Wait, and we had a co-guest. I just want to hear what they say. Like that's what I want to know.
SPEAKER_04Do we think that I'm more wing one, like you or wing three? Because I think another I wing cousin of the pod. I'm pretty sure Blair is two wing three. So I'm like, am I a little more like that or am I more like you? I don't know.
SPEAKER_00Um I thought you were like both, but you're only like one wing. You're only like I'd be only like an eight. What's an eight? What's Brandon?
SPEAKER_04It's I'm pretty I swear to god, it's like the manager. I feel like that it is. It is not me.
SPEAKER_00I'm definitely the perfectionistic side with my exact.
SPEAKER_04That is even more fitting, Mike.
SPEAKER_00That is not me at all. Zero percent. I'm definitely nine wing one, whatever. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Definitely a really good segue. Shri, why don't you throw out there to this or that? This is really exciting.
Zodiac This Or That Starts
SPEAKER_04Yeah, so they're personalized for our Zodiac Queen. I will go in order. The cancer this or that is would you rather cry on cam or keep it classy?
SPEAKER_00What is keep? I don't know what that means. What do you mean keep it classy? Like are you cry?
SPEAKER_04Like being vulnerable and just letting like would you cry on the pot or would you keep it together and unleash later?
SPEAKER_00Oh, this is this is tough. I feel like I'm trying to think of what a cancer in general and then me specifically, but I feel like listen, you know I'm a crier. Like I will cry. I won't cry watching literally when people get engaged, I cry. Like I just like literally am a mess. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Wait, let's specify your July cancer. Yes.
SPEAKER_00Yes, that is important to specify. July cancer is the superior cancer, obviously. Literally, I'm gonna get so much hate. It's fine.
SPEAKER_01It's fine.
SPEAKER_00I feel like to be honest, though, yeah, it's one for us. We always say I'm gonna start using that. Don't come for me. Okay. I feel like I cry a lot about anything, and I'm very like vulnerable to doing it, but I do feel like it depends. But I'd say most times I probably try to keep it together, especially if it's like public. I'm not trying to be a hot fucking mess in front of randos, but you know, it depends on what it is. I'd say most times though, like probably trying to keep it more private. And that's kind of if you think of a crab, right, which is the sign of cancer. True. They have that like hard exterior but soft meal. And that's like what a cancer is, right? Like we're a little bit rough around the edges, and like we like sometimes like we're very particular about the people we let in our circle and the people that we like let know us truly, right? So I think that kind of relates to the like crying more privately if possible, depending on the situation, obviously.
SPEAKER_03And I will say with July cancers or Sarah specifically.
SPEAKER_00Our J like, yeah, yes, since being If I say this to Shri all the time. Okay, yeah, go ahead.
SPEAKER_03Since being at the Bachelorette party with you, I was like, wow, like she goes hard. Like they go hard for the people. Yeah. Definitely matches up with my child as well. Yes. I love it.
SPEAKER_00We love hard.
SPEAKER_03We like when you're in our circle, you're like you're like the pincher, like the crab and the pencher if you will pinch if told to pinch. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_01And then like don't cross me.
SPEAKER_03Yes. Or like don't cross my people. And it's like, wow. Like, damn, Sarah is like down.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, that's me, Titi. And I take a lot of like, not pride. I mean, it's like a good quality in general, right? Yeah. It is very important to me, right? It's like a big value of mine that, like, yeah, I'm there for my people, I support them, I protect them. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Very well.
SPEAKER_04Very good. I like that. Our resident Libra. Would you rather play Peacemaker or stir drama for laughs?
SPEAKER_03It depends on the situation. Like, if I know the group of people, then I'll just like stir up drama because it's funny. But if it's with people that I don't really vibe with, then I'll definitely like try to keep the peace and like try to like stay in line. I can't.
SPEAKER_00And you have to clarify you're an October Libra. I'm sure everybody knows this listening to the pod.
SPEAKER_03October Libra.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Yeah. Very important distinction.
SPEAKER_03Very important, and they're the best, obviously.
SPEAKER_00I agree with that. So I support that.
SPEAKER_04I don't think I know a September Libra.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, they're the 22nd to the 30th.
SPEAKER_04Sage's friend is a September Libra, but I don't think we've seen the full crux of her personality yet.
SPEAKER_00Not yet. She's still developing. She's still cooking. It's interesting, Tawana, because like hearing that question for a Libra, what I think of is like Libras are very like diplomatic people, right? They're the scales. So they try to be very like diplomat, balanced, right? So, but I could see like the stirring up for drama. Like, I'm here for it.
SPEAKER_03Well, the diplomat like shows up in me internally because I'll weigh like every option and I'll and that'll show up in me spiraling like internally.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And I'm like, and also just like a like a procrastinator. And what's the other one? It's like analysis paralysis.
SPEAKER_00Oh, I like that term.
SPEAKER_03Like I will research something to death.
SPEAKER_00Like maybe which is good and bad, right? Like it's good, but then do it, girl. Yeah. But then it takes time, it's anxiety provoking.
SPEAKER_01Yep. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I hear you. Okay, Gemini. Please share your questi. I need to add a little caveat here. And I say this to Shri all the time, and she knows this. Do you know what I'm gonna say? Yes, she hates Geminis, apparently.
SPEAKER_04Oh no, no, no, no, I wasn't gonna outfront say that, okay? I'm the exception. She doesn't hate Geminis, guys. And then my other child prize.
SPEAKER_00Well, yeah, but Gemini is my third least favorite. Just putting that out there. But what I will say, this is what I was actually gonna share with the fam. Sharia's a cuspy Gemini. I think that's a very important distinction to make. Okay. She has a lot of Taurus in her. And I say that a lot. Like, yeah, you are a Gemini, but like, because you're on that cusp with like the anagram, right? Like the wings, right? Because you're right on that cusp, like you get a lot of that flavor of like Taurus energy too.
SPEAKER_04I asked Chat GPT once, like, why am I I don't align with like any I align with a lot of Gemini traits, but I feel like I align with a lot of Tarsh traits too. Like it's not straightforward. Yeah. And I was literally born like when the sun just switched to Gemini. Like the time.
SPEAKER_00The most cuspy.
SPEAKER_04Zero, dot dot zero zero. Like, yeah.
SPEAKER_00So wait, and time. We have to tell the pod because I just remembered because you just said your birth. This is a really important thing to say. Sheree and I, not joking, Twan. I don't know if you know this. We were born at the same time. Literally, at the same time. Who told you that? Isn't that crazy? 438.
SPEAKER_03Um, yeah, you're born at fourth and one. Literally.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. And one day, Shree and I will get a tattoo that's 438. I've been saying that for years.
SPEAKER_03So Sheree was almost two months old when you were born. Not quite two months.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, she's older than me. Yep. Love it. That's fascinating. Okay, sorry. I digress. Go ahead. You can't.
SPEAKER_04No, it's okay. Mine is tough. It's spill the tea or keep the mystery. And like honestly, I do both. You do. Yeah. I feel like it depends on who I'm with. Yeah. If I'm with my people, I'll spill the tea. But even with you guys, like I'll keep the mystery a little bit. I don't know. Excuse me? I just I just I'm not like vulnerability. But I think I spill the team more. I'm working on spilling like the important team more, but in general, like I just love to drop like a guest. You do.
SPEAKER_03You do. Yeah, a casual thing. Well, I would feel like this don't take this as judgment because I feel like currently now it's just because you forget because you're pregnant, like you forget to tell us.
SPEAKER_04Like I feel like I've been telling things a little bit like too much.
SPEAKER_03Not like on purpose, like, oh, I meant to tell you. It's like, oh, I literally forgot to tell you because I can't remember anything right now.
SPEAKER_04I was holding myself back from texting you both before this, like that I was just in the foulest mood. Like I just was like in such a shitty mood. So I thought that that's what I was gonna be bringing, but I mean, I think this is helping, but yeah, nothing was going my way this evening. So sorry, but that's okay.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. And I what I want to add, and you've already said this, but we've had this conversation, right? Where like we've talked about, and viewers don't know this about me. I'm like very chatty, as you'll probably find out by the end of this pod. I just like word vomit everything, like limited filter. Again, because I'm with my people, right? Yeah, yeah. But Sharina have talked about this of like I tend to be the more like conversational, chatty. And you're a little bit more of like the listener, right? And you've been trying to be more of the like, not that you share a lot with me, but like you've been trying to like oh that yeah step forward in that way. Do you know what I'm saying?
SPEAKER_03I won't get into specifics because I don't want to like share your business. But sometimes you will text me about advice about certain things that you're like that you think that you're not good at, that you think I like that I excel better in in terms of like initiating like conversation or something. You'll be like, How would you do this? And you're like, so I just like think that's like I don't know, I think it's so sweet that you're that you like trust my advice to be like, how do I start this conversation with this person to be front to them? And I I don't know. I just think it's cute. I'm like, oh I was like, you are so s but yeah, I just think I just want to put that out there.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, no, that's just where I'm at right now.
SPEAKER_03Like I've tried to figure this out on my own. Like being a human is so weird and so awkward and so hard.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, always a learning process for sure.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I yeah, but I think even like when we do catch-up calls, Sarah and Sarah will be like, So what's up? Like you first, like you I do that on purpose because I'll take the whole hour and I'll just like and I always have a list.
SPEAKER_00I'm like, these are all the things I have to tell you.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, well, Sarah, that means you're very self-aware, and that's yeah, phenomenal.
SPEAKER_00Yes. I've I'm trying. So that's good. Okay, guys, we are talking what's the normal this or that? I'm sorry. Sorry, I don't need to divert. No, it's okay. Oh, okay, okay, cool. Cool, cool, cool, cool.
SPEAKER_01Love it.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Okay, sorry, go ahead. No, we're fine. We're talking about zodiac science and Sarah's the expert. Also talking about reality TV, which I'm not into anymore. I haven't kind of signed out a bit, but I'd love to hear it. And psychology, which I am always down for dissecting the human brain because people are cray cray. Yeah, very interesting.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And I'm a very deep feeler, just not externally.
SPEAKER_04Quick question, just like a moment of silence. Can you hear Napoleon purring? Wait, I think I can. I keep trying to move him and he keeps coming. Literally right here. Like right here.
SPEAKER_00I see him. He's sitting literally like basically on the side.
SPEAKER_04Well, he's he's been climbing on you then. No, he's all over me always. Right. It's like he knows he can hear the heart.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, no, Chella used to do that to me. Yeah, yep.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Also, aside. And you can cut, you'll cut stuff out, but like Cherie, let me feel her stomach. Because I was like, I want to feel him kick because I've never I've literally never felt that before. And so the last time I saw her, he kicked and I felt it, and it was so crazy. It was so cool. Tintends.
SPEAKER_03And it can't get to the point where you have the baby kicking and you therapy. Yeah, that'd probably annoy me.
SPEAKER_04No, you like it, but I think comforting yeah. And then you have to like pretend it's not happening. Like, I'll just be working sometimes and like full of sun results, and I'm like, mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
SPEAKER_00Well, that's hard as a therapist. That's hard.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Yeah. Because also when they're younger, like at a certain week, that's like before they're like like before you can fully feel it. And when they first feel it, it feels like like you get butterflies in your stomach, but it's really them like kicking, but you can't feel it yet because like their limbs aren't big enough yet. So when they start doing it, you can do like uh just like do little tricks and like rub your belly, and you can like see their foot move, and like sometimes women have to like move them because they're like under their rib.
SPEAKER_00So like a blessing and also very uncomfortable at times.
SPEAKER_03But it's just also like if your baby's active at night, that's all you feel is them doing flips in your stomach when you're trying to sleep.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's that's what I mean.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's a give and take a kind of flashlight on your belly, and it like like it makes the move. I've done it with both.
SPEAKER_00Cherie, we need to do this at the shower. This should be a game we do.
SPEAKER_04Oh gosh, yeah.
SPEAKER_00I know you're like, no. I'm doing the bare minimum. You're like, I want to sit down and just eat.
SPEAKER_03But also some women can't feel the kick because of where their placenta is. It's in the front, so they can't feel the baby kicking.
SPEAKER_00Is that normal to have placenta in the front or I mean I wouldn't say normal.
SPEAKER_03I have been for both.
SPEAKER_04And I can still feel it, just I can feel it.
SPEAKER_03I mean, I felt his kick, so yeah. Some women like I think I forget what it's called, Shri, but like if it's like right in the front where like they usually kick, you can't feel it because they're just like they're kicking, but you can't feel it. But there's some times where it's in the front and it's not so much in the front that you can't feel it.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_03I think mine is like on the side or something for both because I felt both of those.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03But you also like it just wherever it decides to plant itself.
SPEAKER_00That makes sense, kind of. As much as you can make sense about how we grow humans in our body. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04It was the biggest undiagnosed ADHD tangent between the three of us. Love that for us.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I'm fully undiagnosed, but I'm fully.
SPEAKER_00Listen, Tawana, when you were describing some of your symptoms about being a Libra, I'm sitting here like ADHD. Like, I'm like, girl, procrastination, like the spiraling in your head, the internal like going down the rabbit hole. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And I'm like careful to like say it like publicly because I don't want to like offend the people that like have been diagnosed. Sorry. I mean, I said it. It's fine. It wasn't you. It's okay. Like, I'm pretty sure that I am. Me too.
SPEAKER_04I was one point away on the scale I did. Yeah. So yeah.
How Sarah Got Into Astrology
SPEAKER_03Me too. That's fine. We're talking about Zoyax. And Sarah, please tell us how you got into it.
SPEAKER_00Oh my god. I actually don't, to be honest.
SPEAKER_03You're not a gig. You don't get into it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, no, no, but like, really, I I honestly don't know. I feel like I mean, this is like, I don't know, this is gonna sound stupid, but like I've always really loved like the stars. Like when I was a kid, I loved just like being outside at night, actually, like just the moonlight and just like it's very peaceful and quiet. No, no. That'd be really cool though.
SPEAKER_03That would be cool.
SPEAKER_00And my mom, my mom actually would loves like the planets and the stars. So I'm sure like that was part of it too, right? Like just not that she's into zodiacs, right? And I'm gonna just give a caveat too of like for everyone listening, it's real, but it's not real, and I can accept that, right? Like I know that I'm a little crazy and like I do I believe in the world.
SPEAKER_03You're in the right.
SPEAKER_00But also like, yeah, very fair. Yeah. So yeah, I don't honestly, I don't know. And I've always been kind of like spiritual in that way and like a little bit like I don't want to call it woo-woo. I don't know. That not to be offensive, and I'm not trying to be, but like not girl. Yeah, yeah. Like I've said this to Shri before, but like I feel like this is now getting in a tangent, AHG tangent, but like I've always felt like a little bit like psychic. Like, I feel like some people have that in them, right? Like the talk about your mom.
SPEAKER_03I've seen the psychic. Oh, yeah. You have? Yes. I just saw one two months ago, and I've also I do Reiki now.
SPEAKER_00Oh my god. Wait, at some point, not we don't have to now, but I want to hear about your experience with yeah, because I'm actually terrified. I've never seen one, and I'm honestly terrified because I'm the person that will literally self-fulfilling prophecy. Like I will be like, You said all these things, and that's my life, and that's I'm gonna somehow make that happen. And like I just, yeah, that stuff I want to, but it also like scares me a little bit, you know? That's a true kind. Yeah, yeah. Also, like second lives, I do believe in that too, of like the person before me, you know what I mean? Like your anti that kind of stuff. No, no, like before I became who I am, like I was a man in my past life who was like, whatever, right? Or like I was like part of me is like, I love dancing. Like, I bet I was a dancer in a second life. I'm not good at it.
SPEAKER_03Where does the past like where did like this man live? Like, and like where is he now? Is it no? I don't know.
SPEAKER_00Right. Okay.
SPEAKER_03I think that was just an example.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, yeah, yeah. Yeah, that was just an example. Yeah, that wasn't her actual. You can go to people, I don't know what it's called, but you can like go to people that say, like, oh, in your past life, like you You like had three children and you were this and like you were I like never understood like past lives.
SPEAKER_03I'm just like, but like where are these people now? I don't dead.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, they're dead. Yeah, they're dead. It's like when we that's a good morning.
SPEAKER_03Right.
SPEAKER_00Like when we pass on, like I wonder who I will be, right? Like I will now be in a different I mean you'll be like you it'll be your soul.
SPEAKER_04Like your soul is in a different vessel.
SPEAKER_03Yes. Yeah, that's a bit that it was in before.
SPEAKER_04Or it's in Sarah. That's what I'm saying.
SPEAKER_03Some people.
SPEAKER_04That's what she's saying. Yeah. Okay.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. Okay. I'm diverting really deep. But anyway, I think all this is related though, right? Like in general, like with zodiacs, I just feel like I don't know. Like I always just believe in like a little bit of like some type of higher power, right? And like that, you know, like I partly believe like they have these things for a reason, right? You know, why would they have all this information? Why would they care about the time you're born, right? All these things if like there wasn't study it back in the day.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Honestly, maybe I was a psychic back in the day, or like some zodiac. Like, I created the zodiac signs and that's why I'm just gonna be able to do it.
SPEAKER_03Or like a palm reader.
SPEAKER_00Honestly.
SPEAKER_03Or fortune tellers what they used to call it.
SPEAKER_00Yes, that'd be great. But the carrot cards. Yeah. I haven't done those either. I'm afraid of any of this shit, to be fair, because again, I'm like too anxious.
SPEAKER_03I'm afraid of the parrot cards because people like you have to be careful like where you got them from. Oh, my acupuncturist told me that. She's like, you have to be careful where you got them from because like whoever you got it from, their energy could still be in that deck, and you don't know. If you got it from like the store or something, you don't know like what warehouse, like something like that. And she was like, You have to be careful. I was like, I this no, no, thank you. No. I'll read about it because it's fun, but like I don't want that. Right. I'm with you.
SPEAKER_00I'm with you on that.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Do you believe in like ancestral guides and like spirit guides and like ancestral work? That's part of what my psych was telling me that I'll be doing in the city. Can you say more?
SPEAKER_00I don't tell you more about it.
SPEAKER_03I'm not sure. So I'm not sure either. But I've done two Reiki sessions and they she's had like spirit guides come through and like tell her things like about me. Like when I'm on the table. But like someone's in the room with you. No, it's like I don't want to say she hears voices because like that's she's not crazy. Excuse me, she's not schizophrenic. But it's just like Reiki is about energy healing. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And yeah. We'll talk more offline because I'm like taking the time away from you, Sarah. But that's fine. I know what you're saying though. And like they'll come up to her and like she'll tell me she'd be she'll say, Oh, they want me to know this, or blah blah blah. But also part of my psychic, I asked her because she also does mediumship, which is like being a medium. And I was like, Hey, is anyone coming through? Yeah. Like for me, because I was like, Why don't I just ask her now? Like, why not? And she named two people and they said it was on our mom's side, and when I asked my mom, like I'd like to because I was like, Can you describe them? And I described them to my mom, and she's like, No, that doesn't sound familiar. So she may have sound that mixed up because how she kind of described it was like on my dad's side the way she's describing it. But interesting. Okay. Like I just took took it for what it was, like it was fun to me. Like I didn't like tone in on it, but I was like, Oh, okay, cool.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. That is really cool. I mean, I again all of it scares me, but like I find it very interesting, right? And like I love to know people's experiences and like I feel like there's like in most things, right? Some there's some truth, right, to everything, even if it's not like the full truth, right?
SPEAKER_03I feel like we all have connection to that. It's just like there's so much outside noise that like we can't hear it. So it's like anybody can be like, you know, can like hear their spirit guides, but it's like we just have so much noise that we like have a hard time like listening, like I don't know, it's like listening to ourselves.
SPEAKER_00I totally believe it. It goes back to my point of like I think everybody is a little bit psychic, but I think some people are more open to it, right? And have like hone in right on it.
Intuition, People Reading, And Boundaries
SPEAKER_03Or like your instinct could be like that's a psychic move because it's your instinct, but it's your intuition, it's like you know, yeah. Like sometimes butterflies can be a sign of like your intuition, or it's like you're around certain people or certain situations, like your stomach might start to hurt, but it's like all that get lives in your gut, and you're like, oh, that's what that was.
SPEAKER_04I like it. My intuition too is just like I feel like I can read people so well that I know I'm like, I know this is gonna happen, and then like their energy or like their vibes or how they just how they're gonna react or behave.
SPEAKER_03Okay. Yeah. Is that based on like their personality or like inner past interactions you'd have with them?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, and I guess I just like take in all the information of like how I see them handle other situations or smaller things, and I'm like, I yeah, something just tells me this is like not gonna go well, or like this is something that I shouldn't feel scared to like bring up to them. It yeah, yeah. So that's right.
SPEAKER_03I do that too, but I do that because I do that under the people pleaser umbrella because I try to like gauge the response that they would want me to tell them and not like what I really feel.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_03And then also just based on like previous interactions, it's like, oh, I know this is not gonna go well. But like if I say this, like it might not be like that. But that's very like I rehearse a lot of things in my head before I say it out loud.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I was gonna add too with in general, right? And I think with Cherie, maybe more specifically, I don't know, but right, it's a little bit psychology, right? Like we're home and trained to like look at patterns and behavior and like identifying. Yes. Like I do that automatically with everyone I meet. And it's like I can't turn it off, right? It's just like immediately I get like I know, like, oh, this is some anxiety, or like, oh, this feels like a personality disorder, or like nurses, whatever, right? Like with every anyone I meet.
SPEAKER_04You know what's so annoying though is that I feel like when I first started school, people were like, uh, are you psychoanalyzing me?
SPEAKER_00I'm like, people do that to me still this to this day.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, but I've like I heard it more than now. It's kind of just like I just don't tell people what I do, if I'm being honest, because I've seen how that goes.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I don't blame you. I don't blame you.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I just yeah.
SPEAKER_00People have an automatic, like, yeah, they exactly they have that response of like, oh, you're analyzing me, or like you know, or like we are you or oh yeah, you're in the therapist role immediately. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Well, guys, I will say some people who aren't in your industry just have that personality and they still just be standing a line at the grocery store, just like checking out, and somebody will turn around and just tell them their whole life story. And it's like, what on me gave you that impression that I wanted to hear your whole life story?
SPEAKER_04That is yes, but like what's funny is that happens for me, and I just assumed that it because my nature and my role I'm like with you, I'm like, I don't understand, and this is not a judgment, like I don't see because I you you can be very like so. I don't know, I don't know what it is about right that people talk to Tawana. I don't get it, not you per like, yeah.
SPEAKER_03I know I've asked this at work and I'm always shocked by like the answer. Everyone's like, you or you just make everyone felt feel so welcome. And I'm like, Do I? And they were like, Yes. It's like I ask a lot of questions and like I do it to the point where like people aren't annoyed by me, but I'm very like one-sided. Like, I will ask you every question in the book, but the minute you ask me a question, like we're shutting this down. Yeah, I know your games, but like puts the wall up, yeah. Right. I just I don't know, people are just like, You make it feel so awful. I was like, thank you.
SPEAKER_00So I was gonna add that, like, I was gonna say to you guys, have you heard of resting bitch face? Because like that's what you guys need to put. Like I have that people actually don't approach me out in public typically because I like I have that bitch face, and people are just like, What's my love? I'm like, please leave me alone, you know.
SPEAKER_04I just like I thought I had it. I don't know. Girl, you know.
SPEAKER_00Sharia, I was gonna say, like, literally, when we're together, people will come up to you or ask you, like, right? Like, because you are, you're so nice. You have like a very friendly aura and like some people might like that aura, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and that energy.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah. I I think I've just grown to resent it because people like really love to take advantage of it with a certain kind of people.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, oh yeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, so it is annoying.
SPEAKER_00No, it it's it's fucked up. I'm allowed to cough on this. I don't know. Sorry. Yeah, it's messy.
SPEAKER_04You just have every other customer, you're fine.
SPEAKER_03Fuck yeah, hell yeah. Okay, great. It's our podcast. Okay, great. I will say that we all three have like very good reads on people. Like, I have very good reads on people. Like, I'm human, so like I will miss a few things, and I've missed a few things with like some people, and I'm like, like, you almost had me fooled. Like, almost. And then it's like I start putting stuff together, like going back in time. I'm like, yeah, like maybe can't do this, it's not gonna work anymore for me.
SPEAKER_00And most people do, they show you, right? At some point in time, they do show you their true selves, right? And but it is sometimes it's hard.
SPEAKER_03For like me, another coworker, it happened with like another coworker, and we were like three, and then we were just like, Oh, oh, so that's what that okay, okay, cool. And then like we started like sitting back and igniting patterns like, yeah, this is not gonna work for us.
SPEAKER_04I feel like that's something that we all also have in common. Cause I remember years ago when you just had your podcast, we were like, we need to get on and talk about like serial killers of like psychology. Yeah, we're all like very interested in that.
SPEAKER_00That can be the second time I come on if we can talk about serial killers.
SPEAKER_03So this might be mean, but like sometimes we'll look at people and be like, he's a serial killer. Or like that's not mean. 100%. And I'm like, sometimes they do blend in, and I'm like, just don't speak to me.
SPEAKER_00Fair. Yeah. Yeah. You know people are off. Like, you get it.
SPEAKER_03I'm very much very judgy with like if people are acting weird, I will like stare at them.
SPEAKER_04I so I won't do that.
SPEAKER_00I also don't do that. I don't want to be like a wait, and here's the thing, and I wonder if you feel this, Sharice. Sorry, I'm gonna just add, like, I don't do that either. And I think with me, like, it's because again, I'm in the psychology world where like I'm so used to seeing patients that like have like physical symptoms and like people stare at them all the time that like I'm very like I'm aware when things are happening around me like that, but I don't put attention because I know this is something that bothers them, right? Or like they talk about like the stigma or the anxiety around it. So I like try to be, and again, it's just from like what I do, but exactly. So I try to like, yeah.
True Crime Vigilance In Real Life
SPEAKER_03Okay, I will take that back, I will change that. So like if I'm but you don't have to. No, no, listen, that's what I was trying to say. If I'm out TV by myself and like I will like be on alert, like I will watch, like I will look at everyone like in the around the room, and like, you know, if somebody was sitting at a table and they decided to get up and go to the bar, I'm like, okay, what is this guy doing? Or he'll be like, Oh, how like how long have you been working here? And I'm just like, okay, people do this when they want to like figure out what's going on with people around them and so they can like do stuff. So like I've watched enough shirt crime to know what know certain things that are gonna happen.
SPEAKER_00That's fair. So you have that anxiety, like hyper-vigilant lens. And that's fair if you watch a lot of it.
SPEAKER_03But also kind of like this is maybe not banana, like let get me out of here. But like I will just like listen to people come listen to their conversation, like you know, just in the backgrounds. I'm like, hmm. Or it's like, oh, you look kind of weird. That's mean, but I'm just like, I watched enough true crime and I've listened to enough true crime podcast to always be on a learn about things.
SPEAKER_04Well, so today in Wawa, I went in to get like a bar so I could have do this too from people. I'm like, When I have I had a hair appointment today, so I was like, I need to get like a protein bar or something in case I'm in there forever. So I'm in there and I'm like in the aisle. I'm on the phone with Brandon, I pick it up, and this guy's standing there waiting for God knows what. I have no idea. And he's like, hi, how are you? I'm like, hi, like, fine. So I go to break today. I know every time, and he's just standing there. I really I was looking around to see like what is he in line waiting for? Nothing.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, because you're like, why are you talking to me?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, but he's just standing like at the front of the aisle, like he's being sauced, he's being a good one. So then I left, and then he like followed me out. No, and then I like I held the door for him, and I was like, Thank you for mistaking. But I no, no, no, because I was like, this way I can see where he's going. So I clocked where it's car-wise. Then I waited in my car to see if he was gonna pull off. He didn't, so it's like if I pull off and he follows me. I drove by and I was like, I'm gonna remember the first like four things of his license plate and like the kind of car that he has. He didn't follow me, but I was like, that's weird. Like he was just standing there until I was leaving. Like, that's weird.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I don't love that to be honest.
SPEAKER_04Weird, yeah.
SPEAKER_03It's weird, and then also just like gas stations. This is gonna be really morbid, but gas stations and banks give me anxiety just because it's like their targets for like money. And like I just don't want to be in there when that happens. So I'm always like I've never thought about that. I gotta be in and out, in and out, in and out.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Right now, new new fear, new fear unlocked.
The Yogurt Shop Murders Story
SPEAKER_03I mean, that's just like I've watched I probably started watching true crime a little bit too young, but Do you remember the book that you read, The Ice Cream Murders?
SPEAKER_04I did the ice cream murders the yogurt shop murders.
SPEAKER_03I just did a podcast about that, and I was like, This is my first story about true crime that I read. So okay.
SPEAKER_04I remember the book as like black and red, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Austin, Texas. They it was the 80s? Yes.
SPEAKER_04Something.
SPEAKER_03The night early 90s.
SPEAKER_04Like a T C B UI back in the day.
SPEAKER_03But it wasn't really that the local shop in Austin.
SPEAKER_04Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Three employees worked there, and maybe it was two. And then there's another employee who was off that night, but she went to the mall with her friend, and they were all gonna meet up and have a sleepover or whatever. So they're supposed to be home by a certain time, they weren't home. And then they got the fire department got a call, or police officer got a call that there was a fire at like the store or whatever. So they roll up there and they're putting out the fire, and one of the this is not funny. All the fire one of the firefighters tripped over a body. They were like, Oh, okay. Like they died in the fire. They were like, Oh shit. So like they keep putting the fire out obviously and then they found three more and they were like, Wait a second, what's going on? So they were able to tell, like, from I guess like the charred remains that they had some of them had been sexually assaulted and they've been like executed. Whoever did it had them take their clothes off and tie each other up with their stuff.
SPEAKER_04Oh, I did not remember any of the details. I just remember you reading it on like the casual drive to North Jersey, like just for someone. Did they find the killer?
SPEAKER_03So that's what the podcast was about. They got I think they arrested they charged like three two or three guys like back then originally. And then maybe a couple years ago, like they realized that they had the wrong people that they had been in jail since like the eighties. So I think it was like eighty-nine or something. And they had been in jail that long that they actually didn't do it. So I think it was I really n because they like DNA was just like in its infancy, so it wasn't the best. But I forget the name of the guy, but he was a serial killer. I forget his name, but he had he had recently just like passed away, so they couldn't even like bring charges against him. But now they can like close the case or close in the sense where it's like they released the three guys that they said they did it, and they like sponge their record or whatever, you know, and like say I don't know if you say sorry about that, but it's like, you know. Maybe give him reparations for like them being in jail for that long and then like put the serial killer's name like on the file that he was the one that did it and he actually passed away. So how they found it was he there were two guns that were used on one girl and they felt that they don't know why they used both. So they thought it was two people, but it was actually just one. And some I believe something from the gun was like caught in like a drain or something, like in the store, and they were able to like match it and like DNA and everything. It was just like that's crazy.
SPEAKER_00That's crazy. It's so interesting. Also, I went so young.
SPEAKER_03It was so sad.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, they were teenagers, you said.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, the youngest was 13 and she was like the sister of one of the girls, but she didn't like hang out with them and everything. I think the oldest may have been like 16, 17. They were like in high school or whatever, and they were all like really close on. It's really sad.
Serial Killers Through A Zodiac Lens
SPEAKER_00Yeah. I want to add something here. Just we don't have to talk about zodiacs, but I do want to say there is like theories about like zodiac signs and who's like what zodiac sign tends to be like serial killers or like murderers.
SPEAKER_04Tell us you didn't know this?
SPEAKER_00Okay, I'm not a let me let me just say I'm not an expert with this specific niche of zodiacs, of like with serial killers, but I have done a little research on it, and I am gonna Google so that we have AI to tell us what they are. What I do want to start with, because it's unfortunate, is Jackie Dahmer.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, correct. I know. Girl, sorry.
SPEAKER_00So for the fun to know BMA Gemini, he has Cherie's birthday. Yeah. May 21st.
SPEAKER_04Do you know what's bonus biggie small? So or did he die on my birthday?
SPEAKER_00Girl? I'm gonna look it up.
SPEAKER_03Actually, he was born on Peyton's birthday and died on your birthday.
SPEAKER_04Okay, all right. No, no, no, no.
SPEAKER_00He was born on no, he was born on Cherie's birthday and died on March 9th.
SPEAKER_04Is that died on Peyton's birthday?
SPEAKER_00See, so you get that win. We'll give you that win. Thank you. Okay. What I want to say is that a lot of times serial killers tend to be, and again, this is not, this is me like doing a quick Google, but Gemini is one of them. Obviously, Jeffrey Dahmer, so like, and you know, Geminis are a little bit like, you know, they're just they kind of go with the win, right? They're a little bit like wishy-washy and kind of like I can think of a few, but I'm unpredictable on here because they're public figure.
SPEAKER_03Would you say? Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Well, Kanye has significant psychiatric. I don't care if he's looking.
SPEAKER_04I just don't want to say one in yeah. I mean, I feel like he fits that bit. Like he's also he's May, right? No, he's June.
SPEAKER_03Very Harry's birthday? Yes.
SPEAKER_00Girl, that's really unfortunate. That's really unfortunate. That man needs a lot of help. Yeah. Okay, yeah. I will say Pisces is up there too for serial killers. Oh, the water side. Yeah, and you know why it is? I know. I've it's February and March. Yeah. Yep. So it's like the end of February and March. It's actually a weird cutoff because February's short. So I think it's like February 19th to like March. So random. It's a weird I never, but okay. Yeah, yeah. It's the only month that does it because February's shorter. But I think the reason is that Pisces is like, because I always think of all the signs on like a spectrum in their own element, right? So, like, for example, the water signs, right? Pisces is like the most emotional of the water signs, right? If it's on a spectrum, Cancers is like the middle, right? We have the hard exterior, but we're also like a softies. And then Scorpio, which you can imagine, right, has like that really mysterious hard exterior, like they're still emotional, but they're like the least emotional of the water signs, right? So with Pisces, I think, and this is just my own theory, I don't know, but I think they tend to be more of killers because they get so emotionally attached and they're like daydreamers and they're like they're in like fantasy world, right? Like they just want like the most perfect, beautiful world. Like, and so I think that leads them to kill because when things don't work out, right? Or like if somebody breaks up with them or whatever the case is, yeah, it's like a complete like, how could this happen? I'm like so in love with you, like I've thought of our whole future together, and then right, it turns into like then I kill you, right?
SPEAKER_03So quite caveat. So the water side, you said it's cancer, Pisces, and Scorpio. Is that because all of them live in the water?
SPEAKER_00You know what's funny? I don't know. It's weird. I don't know how they're grouped.
SPEAKER_04Right, because Scorpios, but they're I think it's yeah, crap. Isn't there something about scor no, Libra's the only like inanimate? I feel like there's something about Scorpios in their I don't know, now that I'm saying it, maybe not. Because do scorpions live in the water?
SPEAKER_03I don't know, but I just thought about that because it's like fire signs. It's like what lives in the fire.
SPEAKER_04And none of the I don't think it applies.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and an archer though, maybe the heat. I don't know. You know, this is a great I should do research into this.
SPEAKER_03And like true air signs, like what lived in the air. It's like a bird. Yeah, I don't know how they're grouped.
SPEAKER_00Okay, this is what it says about a scorpio. Oh, I hate I'm getting pictures, and I actually really hate this. It says true scorpions do not live in water and cannot swim, but they can survive underwater for up to 48 hours holding their breath. I don't really know if that's helpful. I don't know why. That's the thing. People always don't think Scorpios are water signs because they assume they're fire, right? Because they have that fiery energy to them. And because they live in the duckboard. Right, exactly. So it's like very odd. Yeah, I don't know. Well, yeah. I'll I'll talk about the other ones too, just of like my own little like the most fire to not fire. Please go. Oh, and this is yeah. So wow, we're getting deep now. So like when I think about the signs, right? I think about the spectrum within their own element, right? But then I also think about compatibility and I think about all the elements, and like all the elements are on their own spectrum together, right? So like water is like on one end, fire's on the other, because water and fire don't mix, right? So they're like the least because the water puts the fire out. Exactly. So they're the least compatible, right? Okay. And then next to water is earth, right? Because like water feeds the ground and the earth, and like they're like kind of compatible, right? So they're next to each other, and then air and fire are next to each other because like air and fire go together. The air like builds the fire, right? Like, wait, I'm sorry.
SPEAKER_03I'm out.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Remember how early in the episode I said, Oh, I don't know if we've ever gone out to like a meal before. Do you remember when? When we went to the winery, the three of us, and we sat outside. It was before Sarah's wedding.
SPEAKER_00Tawano, this is what we're talking we said that before. Oh, this is true, ADHD. So here I'm putting I'm checking off the criteria for you.
SPEAKER_03I just think of things after the fact in a little delayed.
SPEAKER_04No, it's I do want to say though, I air and fire. Air and fire are they're complements. They're not next to each other.
SPEAKER_00Well, they're next to each other like when I think of my own spectrum. Like the signs that are next to each other are like compatible. Yeah, this is my own crazy, yeah. Right.
SPEAKER_04This is just how I was like, oh, yeah, I love an air sign though. No, you do. If I love a fire sign, thank you.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, girl, I know. I know.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_00I struggle with them a lot. And actually, I think about this because again, I'm a crazy person. Um, like I look at my friends and I'm like, majority of my friends and people I'm around are like water signs. Wait, you're a lot of them. Scorpio. He is. We're very compatible according to the fake zodiacs. Thank God. Right. But yeah, it's interesting, right? And and I say this too with all the signs, right? Even though there are some that are more compatible with others, I truly believe that every person can get along, right? You just have to find a balance. You have to find like a middle ground between the signs and what they need, right? And then you find like peace. So, like, I give a good example of like, and again, because I know most about cancers because I am one, cancers and aquariuses, like, do and aquariuses on air sign, right? They're like the most incompatible. Like, do not get along at all. Like, and the reason for that is because aquariuses are very detached. They're like very emotionally detached, they're very independent. They could like fall off the face of the earth from everyone for like weeks and be like, everyone's fine. Yeah, they'd be like, it's fine, everything's fine, right? And like they just don't, yeah, they're just so emotionally opposite of what a cancer is. And so it's really hard, right? So like I have one of my like very close friends is an Aquarius, and I joke with her, like, Sheree, I'm like, we're the one percent that actually like work out. And it's because, but it's because I we've like, we found a balance where like I give her space where like I know that she needs it. And then there are times where like I have to push her and be like, I need some emotional like connection here. Like we have a joke where I'll be like, Yes, we have a joke of like, I'm like, I'll send her hearts because like I, you know, Shri knows that like I send, like I'm very emotional, right? So I like express myself a lot. And she like doesn't respond or like doesn't respond with hearts. I'm like, hey, where's my heart? I'm literally like, hello. Hey, where's my heart? Where's my love? There literally, there was one time, this is actually a recent story. I was on the phone with her and it was I hadn't talked to her in a while, and I was like, Hey, I miss you, dead silence. And I'm like, I was like, hey, I said I miss you. And she was like, Oh, I didn't hear you, like I miss you too.
SPEAKER_03You know what's really funny? Now that I'm thinking about that, there'll be like times where I'll be like, like, do people like love you, or because it's like I don't I have like a hard time saying it or whatever, but it's like I'll text them and they'll just like skim over that part and be like, oh thanks, have a great day. And I'm like, Yeah, see, I don't play with that shit. And then like I won't repeat it because I'm like, well, that's just awkward. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Well see, then I'm awkward and I'm like, hey, I said I love you. I'd like put it in caps, like, hey, did you see this?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, and now I'm thinking if they were Aquarius, and I have to focus on that more now when that happens. You should like to be like they don't love me if they don't say it back.
SPEAKER_00Tawana. Most times because I'm crazy. Most times it's because people are you know, they don't read things fully or they're busier and they're just like that's the extreme.
Nature Versus Nurture In Crime
SPEAKER_03I'm also very in a very extreme thinker. A very extreme thinker. Yeah. Yeah. That's fair. That's fair. Can we get more into psychology? Because it's fascinating. Yeah. Wait, didn't we talk about psychology? Didn't they study some serial killers' brains after they died? Yeah. What do you think about that? Oh, serial killers?
SPEAKER_00I think they studied Jesse Dahmer's brain after he died. Do you know you probably do know the findings? I actually don't know this. I'd be so curious to know.
SPEAKER_04I don't know the findings. I don't know either, but I was also thinking because the movie was on the other day just randomly. Or no, not the movie, like following the trial. In college, you and I, Sarah, we watched Monster, the Eileen Warnos. Yes. Like Netflix. Love Charlie. Yes, yeah. So I was watching this, it was like real, I guess, footage from her trial. And is this the recent one on Netflix? I don't think so because I don't have Netflix. I it was on like Roku TV randomly. We watched it because it was a British guy. Yeah, the movie Monster, it was like a fictionalized one, but this one was like real footage from throughout the trial and like interviewing people that were like almost victims or people that dated her, and yeah, it was intense. So then it made me think the like nature versus nurture argument. And I had someone say to me recently they're like interested in going into psych because they want to know like what makes people tick, and is it because they had a trauma in their childhood or just because like they want to do bad things? And I was like, that's exactly what led me into psych. Yeah, so I think about that a lot. I remember telling daddy, like, not that I feel bad for them, but like I was like, I don't know that they should get the like the death penalty or something. Like they just need someone who understands them, like they just need someone who they went through so much in their childhood, and he was probably looking at me like I was fucking crazy.
SPEAKER_03You know what really tripped me out when I've seen the serial killer ones are just like not not even serial killers, just like vicious murderers, like when they're interviewing them and how they have zero emotion when they're like if they choose to talk about what they did. He says that's like they ordered it, so you're talking about their pizza order. And I've heard detectives say, like, they've gotten chills where they're just like, This guy just like describes how he just like, you know, killed his friend or his mom or whatever, and like his face didn't change, and he was like, And it's like these detectives have been in the job for like 20 plus years. They've interviewed so many people, like so evil of people, and sometimes they'll be like, That was like the weirdest interview I've ever had. And they're like, We've been doing this for decades, and they were like, I got chill.
SPEAKER_04I feel like that's also like I have to look at the difference, but like psycho versus sociopath. Yeah, scroll. I literally just they say too that like Ted Bundy though, like in all his pictures, he had a di like he looked like a different person. Yeah, yeah. Like his facial exp, he was able to that he was a charmer.
SPEAKER_03He was able to get yeah, he was a charmer. Like, and he had a family and like kids. And I'm just like, that's why anyone wants a mistake. Yeah. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Oh, I knew you didn't know this. He had a wife and kids. I knew he had a wife and kids. I'm pretty sure he did. I've actually had this, and this comes back to the nature of research, right? Like, I'm someone that believes it's a little bit of both, right? But I've had this conversation where, like, essentially, if you think of the human in general, right? Like, there must be some type of moral compass, right? Like, naturally in humans, because if there wasn't, people who could like not follow the law, people would just stab and kill other people, right?
SPEAKER_03There wasn't something they ignore their own. I mean, yes.
SPEAKER_00But that's I think my right, I agree with you. But I think like, and what I've learned in psychology in general too, is I think it's a little bit of both, but I think nurture plays like a huge role.
SPEAKER_03I was just gonna say that. So I'm like, if your nature is to do certain things and you're in an environment that nurtures that behavior, it's going to happen. But if you're in an environment that's the opposite, you know, kind of like grows it out of you or whatever, it's like you go down a different path.
SPEAKER_04Or yeah, or if you're not nurtured. True.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that too. I've seen not being nurtured could turn into like that bad behavior. Right.
SPEAKER_00Right. And like I hate to bring this up, but for like when I had to study for my licensure, gotta help me. I know. Yeah, horrible, horrible times. But I remember there was like a lot of things I had to study and research about, like intelligence with kids and like intelligence when like they were with like their biological parents versus intelligence with like adopted parents versus like with like resources without resources, right? All these things and everything was saying like the most the best thing wasn't like biological versus adopted parent. It was like the resources and just having that nurturing environment to like boost, right? That's like the most important thing. It's just very interesting, right?
SPEAKER_04I yeah, I think that a lot of I think a lot of it is nurture. I think the nature maybe comes in uh like use of environment and even I feel like trauma can play into that too. But for sure. It makes me think of I know there's Ed Gain, but I feel like there was another one who also just like aided his mom and just like killed women because it was maybe it was Ed Cain.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, he hated his mom as well. She wasn't like she neglected she wasn't affectionate, she ignored him, just neglected him. And I believe that's true. And then like he from then on out, like I don't call it a complex, but he like got in his head that like because of that, like he hates he's taking out on like all women, but it's like actually his mom.
SPEAKER_00Edmund Kemper was the other one I think to mind.
SPEAKER_04Yes. Yeah. That's who I was thinking of because Ed Gain was the one who like he had issues with this mom, but I feel like he like he like idolized was obsessed with her, yeah, because then he would take the skin and like dress up like her like Psycho.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, literally.
SPEAKER_04Not calling him Psycho, but the movie Psycho.
SPEAKER_00And Edmund Kemper, I think, was the guy he like, and maybe I'm mixing him up, but he like buried his mom's head looking up at the house. Okay, yeah. And like he put her tongue in the blender because she like he didn't want to hear her. I that might have been, or like in the garbage disposal in the sink. Yeah, that might have been something else, but definitely the like Yeah, I think it was too. Yeah, he's yeah. And it's because he hated her, exactly that. It's because there was like a lot of hatred. Yeah. Okay, it's scary to think about like kids killing, yeah. Not to like make that really morbid, but that like that to me is like very concerning. He wasn't like a kid, uh he was a kid.
SPEAKER_01Who he was?
SPEAKER_04Yes, because he was also the one who killed his grandparents. I was trying to think. Yes. Okay, yeah. Edmund Kemper. Edmund Kemper killer. He's a Sagittarius. Interesting.
SPEAKER_00I was actually gonna say, I think Sag is, when I did my little AI Google search, Sagges came up as like one of them too. Wow, there's a lot of sericular energy in your that asshole there. Yeah. I'm kidding. It's fine. No, it's fine.
SPEAKER_03It's facts. All of it's so fascinating.
SPEAKER_00I agree. It's so interesting.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. I forgot what I was gonna say. It was nature versus nurture, like understanding why people do the things they do. I can't remember what I was gonna say. It'll come back to you in like an hour.
SPEAKER_00It was something I hate when that happens.
Why Small Talk Feels Painful
SPEAKER_03I don't know. This is just a caveat. Like, I'm not a surface level person. Like I am. But like when you're on the elevator with somebody, like, I don't care that it's raining outside. I know it's raining, I just hate them outside as well. No, I'm not saying a caveat. So I said, like, I'm interested in like your childhood trauma. I don't care about the weather.
SPEAKER_00Yes. I'm the same as you. And I think we all are. I would agree with everybody here. Like I'm not a surface level, I hate small talk. Yeah. Like icebreakers are the literal, like, my worst nightmare. Literally, I loathe icebreakers. I fucking hate them. Like, I would rather do anything else.
SPEAKER_03It's like, okay, great.
SPEAKER_00Right. Like, I don't give a fuck. I actually don't care about half these people in this room. Like, I don't care.
SPEAKER_03I don't care that you like ice cream.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, exactly. So yeah, I definitely like I'm someone that makes very deep connections with people. I'm like, and I'd rather have, and I think we all agree, right? Of like, I'd rather have a small group of friends that I'm very close to versus like hundreds of friends, right?
SPEAKER_03Like, I don't care about that. It also just takes more energy. For sure. For sure. Like having to be here for all a hundred people. My God. Right.
SPEAKER_04I don't I don't even know. I don't know how you know a hundred people. Like, I don't know. I don't know.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. I literally this involved every small way with our home.
Reality TV As A Social Experiment
SPEAKER_04Well, throw it in in this because I feel like that the one thing that's left that we haven't talked about, maybe we end on like a lighter note than people trying to stare colors and seconds. Reality TV. Because I was thinking earlier, I guess this is a segue, because I don't know how else to jump into it. When we were talking about the tarot cards, I was watching Southern Hospitality is back. And what's her face, what's the girl with Grace Lily? My god. She fucking hates her.
SPEAKER_03I'm that's wait, do you use your background to like study the people on reality TV?
SPEAKER_00Oh, 100. Listen, I do this all the time, and this is actually a side note. Like every I was saying this to somebody the other day, and then we'll go back to reality TV, I promise. Every like quarter, this so random, but like my family and I will like sit down at the table for dinner, and like I literally analyze everybody. I like go through each person and I'm like, and this is what you had, and this is why I think this is this. No, like literally this happen and it's like light. I'm not gonna lie, like we like laugh about it. Like we can, I can be open and it's like chill. Yeah, like obviously I couldn't do this like most places, but yeah, it's as I said, it's like a light switch, right? Like I can't turn it off. It's like immediately I pick up on things and I'm like, oh yeah, I got your whole life story. Like I got it. Yeah. Yeah. Reality TV. Reality TV, yes. Southern hospitality. What'd you think of the first season? And you can say about or the first episode in Grace Lilly. Did I finish? I think I got it all the way. Grace Lilly.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, she was doing the tarot cards and it made me think. I don't know, she gets on my nerves. Right now, Maddie gets on my nerves.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, something's up with Maddie.
SPEAKER_04Truly everybody is getting on my nerves.
SPEAKER_00So I don't know if I'm gonna- That girl needs psychological help.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah, she is on one. And then so the other, I guess, way that it's relevant was with traders. I was like trying to watch.
SPEAKER_03Did you watch that?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, Sarah put me on. And I went through a week or two.
SPEAKER_01Girl.
SPEAKER_04And I was trying, I mean, I wish though that it was more that we were more in the dark. Like at the very beginning we were, but we found out right away. Like I wanted to figure it out with them, kind of. Like who the secret trader was? Yeah. Well, but like also just who the traders were in general. Like I wanted to like watch for the live.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Still very entertaining.
SPEAKER_00Maybe they'll do that in an upcoming season, you know.
SPEAKER_04Well, if they don't figure it out right the fuck away, then yeah, hopefully. But they figured it out like in the first episode, or they were able to no, because they showed us who the traitors were. Then maybe I'm thinking of the secret trader. I don't know. But something was like, oh, well, that just gives it away, and now we know.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. To be honest, I feel like the secret trader twist in this season, because that's new. So that's all new to this current season. They haven't done that in other seasons. And so I think the reason why they gave up who the secret trader was is because she was under fire. So because they wanted to have this reveal, they were like, well, we gotta reveal her because people already suspect it's her. You know what I'm saying? Like, that's my hunch. I don't know. And I feel like for context for viewers, I don't know if anybody watches like traitors or knows what it is, but it's nice because it's a reality show, but it's also a competition show. So it's like not even like if you want to ease your way into a reality show, like that's a good one. Because like there's some drama, but like a lot of it larges because they're in a game, right? And they're like there are people that are chosen that are quote traders, and then there are people that are like the faithfuls, and the faithfuls, their goal is to get out the traders and then make it to the end and win like money. And then at the end, if traders are left in the game, the traders take all the money from like the faithfuls that are left. So, right, the goal is to like get these traders out. I know it's too much. It's like the game Mafia. Did you guys play that game?
SPEAKER_04Was that anything like the game Assassin?
SPEAKER_00Because that's who maybe it's like with the card game where like one person is the mafia and they have to kill other people that are like not mafia. No, but you like wink at them. Yeah, it's a great game.
SPEAKER_04Okay, but it's not a card game, but it's assassin, like a real life game. You like go around and you like wink at people and then they're like, damn them out, but they can't play.
SPEAKER_00Well, yeah, it's like barely a card game. I thought, but yeah, it is. It's like you wink at them, you're in a circle, and like or whatever. Yeah, okay, okay, okay. Yeah, anyway, Traders is perfection. It's a wonderful reality show. I think you should watch all the seasons. I think you should watch the UK. UK does random people. Wait, you watched with Rob, right? Yeah, it's not UK. They're in Scotland. That's US. They're in Scotland, but it's the US version.
SPEAKER_01Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_00Correct. Then there's a UK version with like a different host. Like Alan isn't the host. She's wonderful. I love her. Claudia, same energy as Alan. We love her. But it's interesting because they do random. I know, I'm a psychopath, like literally. Yeah, Traders is great. I love it. It's gold, reality TV gold. And yeah, it's just, and it's it's fun because like you I've seen everything, right? With traders, like you see seasons where traders win, and it's like shocking when they reveal themselves. And it's it's shocking and heartbreaking. And I have a comment about that, but I don't know if I'm gonna give away anything about this season. So I don't know if I should talk about it.
SPEAKER_04Five seconds, if you haven't watched the finale yet, turn Yeah, like south forward.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah, turn this off. Okay, great. So it's interesting, right? Because Rob wins. So for Tawana to know, Rob is see someone from Love Island. We love Rob, he's amazing. I loved Rob at least. Yeah, he was great. He and he deserved to win. Like he did a great job as a trader. And he brings Maura Higgins, who's also from Love Island, to the end. And she is a faithful of all faithfuls. She's so funny and stylish. We love her too. She's amazing. And they're like buddies, they're like besties, right? So they make it to the end together. He reveals he's a traitor. She's shook, like she's unwell, as she should be. She trusted him the whole time.
SPEAKER_04She's like, I know it's not because like I don't trust people easily, and I trust him so much. Like, yeah, that kind of messed her up psychologically.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_04Literally, do you remember?
SPEAKER_00Yes. And do you remember before they revealed who it was? Mora Higgins was doing like in the show, she was doing like a little whatever it's called. I can't even think of the word right now, but like where she's talking to the viewers.
SPEAKER_01Confessional confessional.
SPEAKER_00And she literally goes, Men have screwed me over so many times. I've learned not to trust men. No, literally. And then Rob blindsides her. Yeah. And it was heartbreaking. But what I didn't love about that is that, like, again, because I've seen a lot of the traitor seasons. Most times when a trader wins, they break. Like they are emotional. They cry. They're like, I'm a horrible person. I'm so sorry. Like, yeah. No, and he was literally he said, I'm sorry. So he did like have some acknowledgement, but like emotionally, he just was kind of like, sorry. Like, it is what it is.
SPEAKER_04He was like trying to like laugh or smile. Yeah. Yeah. He alluded, like it was, we did it, except like I'm a ch like, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Literally, I know girls. I know. It's so it's it's heartbreaking watching her reaction. It's hardbreaking.
SPEAKER_03That is so on Brenda, where she literally was like, Men have like, you know, messed me up in the past, and like I don't try. And then bam, she's like that literally, yeah.
SPEAKER_04It's just I would be kicking myself watching it back because she's like, What could I be missing? Like, I can't be missing anything. I'm like, Well, it's probably the thing that you think you're like, yeah, that you couldn't possibly be missing. Literally. Like when you read a mystery, it's always like the person you never suspect. Yeah. Yep. It's always that. Yes.
SPEAKER_00And like, I was gonna add too, something else she said that was also heartbreaking is like she kept saying to the viewers in the her commercials, like, I've never won anything. Yeah, Mom, I've never won anything. Yeah, and she didn't win. So also an aside, just this is what I think about because I watch a lot of reality TV. I'm like, if I was ever on, especially like this, like traders, for example, if I was ever on one of these shows, I would be out immediately. I would not be able to hold it together. I would do some sus things, I would laugh. Like, I would just laugh at the fucking show with a card at the beginning. Literally. Literally, I would be so uncomfortable. I'd be laughing.
SPEAKER_03I'm another one.
SPEAKER_00And I'd be so anxious.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00I'd be so right. I'd be so anxious that people would be like, she's definitely a traitor. And it'd be like, you're right. I mean, I'm not, but like, I just can't. I'd be out first. I couldn't do it.
SPEAKER_04Well, you can travel for it. No.
BravoCon And Meeting Lisa Vanderpump
SPEAKER_00So they are taking like American, like normal people. Should we go on it together? They like to have people come in pairs to like reveal it. No, but see, I couldn't, because then I'd be like, that's my girl.
SPEAKER_04Like, yeah, we'd be like, What's their faces? Tara. Clara Lipinski was on this one, Twine.
SPEAKER_00Yes, you should watch it. You would like it, Tawana. It's not like a true reality.
SPEAKER_03She was like taking her daughter out for like ice skating, but her daughter is like super young. She's like two.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Yeah. I think she had some fertility like IVF. It took over.
SPEAKER_03I was just like, oh, because I like haven't heard about her in forever. I was like, I didn't even know she is. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04I was looking that up too. Because I don't I think I confused her with what's her face? Sean. Sean Johnson. Thank you. Sean West. Two different sports girls. Is Sean West from A Walk to Remember? No, that's Shane. Shane. Sorry. Who is Sean West? I don't know if that's a real person.
SPEAKER_03Sean Johnson is gymnastics. Terry Kennedy is figure skating. I yes, I was confusing. Tanya Harding is figure skating.
SPEAKER_04Yes, those two because Sean has the three kids, and I was like, oh wait, I thought that she like, yeah. So Sean West football? I truly could be it. Like I think it's a made-up million Sean Wests in the world.
SPEAKER_03Such a There's also a million ways to spell it to the winter.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, there's no Sean West.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, see, it's made up. Yeah, that's what I thought.
SPEAKER_04Sure, sure.
SPEAKER_03Watch there be a Sean West and they're like listening. They're like, wait, like there is one.
SPEAKER_00I'm Sean West. Yeah. Please, we'd love to meet you. Please come forward.
SPEAKER_03We definitely have to do a part two. The part two. I wanted to be more about serial killers and also Sarah. Are you an avid reader?
SPEAKER_00Unfortunately, I'm not. I watch too much reality TV. This is the one position.
SPEAKER_03Perfectly fine. We're gonna convert you on the next episode. We'll convert you. Um we'll talk about some books, and you'll leave being like, damn, I should read that book.
SPEAKER_00I should. Sure's been trying this on me for years.
SPEAKER_04But you have there have been some like the stay sexy don't get murdered. Yes and the brain on fire.
SPEAKER_00Yes, oh my god, brain on fire is one of my favorites.
SPEAKER_03Do audiobooks, Sarah. I mean, like, that's the next episode is us trying to convert you. And at the end, she's on a canoe.
SPEAKER_00And at the end, I'm like, and so reality TV. So this I watched this week.
SPEAKER_04And what if we find a real well, yeah, we could. What if we found a reality TV based book?
SPEAKER_00I'm about it. I also feel like what if we did a switch where like you guys give me a book and I commit, but then we all have to commit to a reality show.
SPEAKER_04It's gonna be Vanderpump. It will be Vanderpump. I already know.
SPEAKER_01Did you guys Vanderpump Tawana? At the news Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Okay.
SPEAKER_03I haven't watched TV in probably like over a year.
SPEAKER_04I know. That's I meant like back in the day, because that's from like Circuit.
SPEAKER_03No, back in the day. I only watched her on um Beverly Hills Health Live.
SPEAKER_00Oh love Beverly, love Lisa Vanderpump, love Beverly Hills. I heard you went to Canada Bruce, I met Lisa Vanderpump. I didn't just go to her restaurant. For viewers, I went to BravoCon, okay? Because again, I'm a crazy person. You went to Bravo Con? It's because I'm a crazy person. So we have to come back, I have to do another reality talk. But yeah, I went to BravoCon. I met like the public, of course, girl. It's a convention. That's who it's for.
SPEAKER_03It's just like the people from the reality TV shows.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, but who will they be? For fans to meet them. Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Oh, I didn't know that's Robin and Giselle talk about because they go all because they're the only reason why I didn't meet any of them.
SPEAKER_00I didn't meet any of the Potomac girls, which is sad because you there's three days of BravoCon, and so I only went the last day. And the Potomac people are on the first day. Okay. Which is sad. I would have loved to have met them. I did meet from afar. I met Kyle from Beverly Hills.
SPEAKER_01What do you mean from afar?
SPEAKER_00Like she was on the stage. Like she was on a stage that was like close to me. She was with her sister Kathy. So I met Kathy Hilton from afar and not personally.
SPEAKER_01And I like I saw so I met Lisa in her restaurant.
SPEAKER_00So Lisa was also at Bravo Con. She came the second day because she had like a talk and like whatever. And then my cousin and I went together and we didn't meet her and we were like devastated. But this is again because I'm psycho. When I go to Vegas, I always go to her restaurant, like one of Lisa Vanderpump's restaurants, because I'm like, maybe one day I'll meet her and like she'll be here and it'll be fantastic. Right. So we go to her restaurant and I ask the server when I come in because I'm a crazy person. I do this every time I go. I'm like, hey, is Lisa Vanderpump here? And of course they're gonna lie to me. Like, why would they be like, yeah, she's here? They don't, you know what I mean? I'm like, anyway, so I was like, is Lisa Vanderpump here? And they were like, she was like scrolling on her iPad, like looking at the schedule, and she was like, Lisa is scheduled to come in today at 7:30. And I was like, I'm sorry. And she's like, Yeah, she's coming in with her whole family, with Ken, with Pandora, with Pandora's husband. So I literally met the whole family.
SPEAKER_03Wait, were you there? Did you have to camp out for long or was it close to seven?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I think our reservation was at five, and I was like, I'm not leaving this table until I've met Lisa Vanderpop.
SPEAKER_03So you can carry me out of this restaurant.
SPEAKER_00Like, honestly. So it was amazing. She was what you would expect. She's like so British and like friendly and like funny. Constantly. Also, our waiter knew. So he was like, he's he was like, for people that watch Random Brawls, he was like the Jax Taylor or like the Tom Sanival, just like how close this waiter was to Lisa. Like he was like one of her top waiters of this restaurant we were in. So he was like keeping his eye out. And when she walked in, I mean, people were standing, people were clapping. Like you knew when she walked in. Did you run up? It was no. So here's the thing. I was with my cousin, as I said, and my cousin is a Virgo, bringing it back to astrology. And she was like very apprehensive. She's like, I don't want to crowd her. Like, she's gonna get so much attention. No, but I'm like, I'm like, we're never gonna meet her. We have to go up there. Like, I'm we gotta do this. We gotta go.
SPEAKER_03And you're already halfway to Lisa. Literally.
SPEAKER_00So eventually, after like 30 minutes of us just like staring at her, literally, I'm like taking pictures of her. Because her table was two tables away from ours. Like, literally, she was so close to us.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, she's there with her family.
SPEAKER_00Yes. They were celebrating Pandora's husband's birthday. Anyway.
SPEAKER_03Sorry that you like when I'm sure and said, Oh my god, hi.
SPEAKER_00And then you like vomited or like pretty much. I mean, I like literally, there's a video I'll have to show you when I see you next weekend. There's a video of a picture. The picture looks fake because Lisa's like glowing. She looks like not real. Claire and I look like a fucking mess. Yeah. Anyway, it was funny because when we finally went up to Lisa, because I basically, at one point with Claire, my cousin, I was like, we gotta go up. Like, I'm going with or without you. Like, see ya, you know? Like the doubt. So then she came, right? And then we were talking to her, and she was so nice. And like she literally, because again, she's British and she's jokey. She was like, You were the girl that was taking a video of me while I was stuffing food in my mouth. And I was like, Oh my god, I'm so I was like, Yeah, I'm sorry. Just I'm so obsessed with you. Uh yeah, it's good. Anyway, we love her. She's great. Love this manager.
SPEAKER_03Ken in person.
SPEAKER_00Ken. I love that man. Ken is exactly what you would expect. Like, just like very stoic, like bodyguard-esque, you know, and like doesn't really engage unless like you I didn't talk to him. Like, I was I was just with one of the things.
SPEAKER_03Were some puppies with her?
SPEAKER_00No. I wish they were. I know. I know.
SPEAKER_03She carries everywhere.
SPEAKER_00She does. They when you go to her restaurants, there's like a big portrait of her, and she's always holding one of her dogs in the portrait.
SPEAKER_03She literally carries them in her purse.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, the waiter told me backstage backstage in the back area. There's like a spot for her dogs. They have like bling for the dogs to wear. There's a bed.
SPEAKER_03Yeah. She treats them like they're her children.
SPEAKER_00No, literally. Literally. She's amazing. And Vanderburg Brul's Just a Plug is the best reality show of all time. So just gonna put it out there. It like is an OG classic. It's amazing.
SPEAKER_03So next time you're on, Sarah, we need to dissect BravoCon because I'm literally starstruck. And I almost flew through my computer screen because you're starstruck. I only hear about it like on Robin and Giselle's podcast, reasonably shady. So for you and someone that I know to have experienced this, I'm like, I know what BravoCon is.
SPEAKER_00No, like next time we'll talk about it. And I will say it's an amazing experience, and they have talks, right? So you go to there's like they're far away from you. But what we learned, because again, this was our first time going, there's like a central area of BravoCon where like people have all their shops where they sell things, right? So like I don't know, like for example, like Sutton on Beverly Hills like sells clothing and like Kathy Hilton sells like clothing and like all these people, right, have their little shops, and so they'll come out, like they'll just walk out when you're there and they'll like come to their little stand and you can like take pictures with them. Yeah. I was shocked. We didn't know that. We thought there were like other ways you could get like personal pictures where like you there's a blank screen. So we thought that was like the only way we'd see them is if you like signed up for pictures, and so we just that's how we we like stayed in that central area for like the majority of the time, just like literally circling, like looking for the people we wanted. It was amazing.
SPEAKER_03I could imagine you I'd be like, Sarah, you are crazy.
Closing Thoughts And Subscribe
SPEAKER_00No, I am crazy, it's fine. I look crazy in all the pictures because I'm like grinning so hard, like it looks psychotic. So it's fine. I'll show you the pictures when I see you next weekend.
SPEAKER_03Please do. But this has been fun. I hope this has settled your nerves.
SPEAKER_00It did. This was actually like, yeah, this time went by so fast. I talked so much. I'm sorry. Oh no, this was so fun. You're again. I want to do this again.
SPEAKER_03Yes, come back. We will do it.
SPEAKER_00We frequently have returned guests, which means we are amazing. Okay, great. Perfect. I'm about it. Thank you for having me.
SPEAKER_03Of course. And I'll see you next weekend. I'll see both of you next weekend. I'm guessed, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yes. Cherie.
SPEAKER_04I'm waiting for my dress and just pray that it fits everybody. Pray for me. It will. I'm sending good vibes. It will.
