#3 Genghis Khan - A Love Story Worthy of a Hallmark Movie... but with Violence!!!
This is part 3 in our Series on the Life of Genghis Khan. In this episode, we cover Temujin's "Coming of Age" where, as a teen, he is reluctantly dragged into a life of warfare. He is a young man whose wife is captured by the Merkid clan. At this point, Temujin is faced with a monumental life decision: Should he accept his situation and build a new life, or should he fight the Merkid with hopes of rescuing his bride? We get some insight into the religious beliefs of Temujin that was the foundation of all that he did. We're also treated to a love story that has potential to be a Hallmark Movie, albeit with much violence!
