How the Faeries Led Me Back to Myself

In this deeply personal solo episode, I’m sharing the story of my lifelong connection to faeries and how that connection shaped my inner world, my spirituality, and ultimately the path that led to Big Crystal Energy.

From childhood summers at my grandparents’ cabin in Minnesota and my obsession with the Gnomes book, to becoming “the faery girl” in college, discovering Brian Froud, and later finding my way back to enchantment through crystals after years of life, loss, motherhood, and responsibility — this is my faery origin story.

This episode is not about convincing you to believe in faeries. It’s about following your fascination, trusting your weirdness, and paying attention to the things that enchanted you earliest. Because those things may be clues to who you really are.
