Behaviour Besties
Welcome to Behaviour Besties! You are officially part of the BBz club. AKA The staffroom you WANT to be a part of. I'm Jen Foster, best selling author of Behaviour: The Lost Modules, founder of TGMC: the online behaviour encylopedia and overall behaviour enthusiast. I am here with my besties and TGMC family Soph (Early Years Expert), Tan (Our TGMC SENCO) and Evie (TGMC rep and Merch Queen). It’s giving unhinged energy and we are here for it. One thing that I have noticed about behaviour? Whenever we are struggling with it. We suddenly feel and overwhelming sense that we are completely alone in this struggle. You are not alone. Expect REAL talk on all things behaviour. Real nitty gritty teacher experiences plus solutions that work. Expect rants, giggles and everything in between. So press play whilst you’re setting up your classroom in the morning, on your way to work, printing those TGMC resources or pouring your coffee. Either way, let’s hang BBZ.

Behaviour Besties Season 2 Episode 3: Orlene Badu
Welcome to Behaviour Besties SEASON 2! You are officially part of the BBz club. AKA The staffroom you WANT to be a part of. I'm Jen Foster, best selling author of Behaviour: The Lost Modules, founder of TGMC: the online behaviour encylopedia and overall behaviour enthusiast. In this episode I get the amazing opportunity to interview Best Selling Author of How To Build Your Anti-Racist Classroom.
We are so excited to welcome Orlene Badu to the Behaviour Besties podcast. Orlene is an ex headteacer, an anti-racist consultant and author of ‘how to build your anti-racist classroom’. Orlene also started her career as a teaching assistant, which highlights her passion and experience with working in education.
Orlene is also the collaborator behind ‘behaviour and bias’ from Jen’s book: Behaviour, the lost modules
In this interview, we are going to learn more about the link between behaviour and racism. We will also be learning how we can make a difference in the classroom.
