Just curious. Welcome to Just Curious Media. This is Good Thinking, and I'm Jason Connell. So I'm back for another midweek reset. And I'm super happy to be in the midst of this week in which the theme on the positive affirmation episodes is starting and following through. Such a big thing. And I know I didn't mention it on the weekly reflection, but it doesn't have to be something big in your life either. It could be cleaning out the refrigerator. It's just avoiding procrastination and letting that fester and build. And you might not even realize that you're spending mental energy or fatigue thinking about what you're not doing, and that's not good for you. It's not good for anybody. And we're all guilty of it. And not to say that every idea that pops in your head you have to act on. And if you don't, you're procrastinating. No, it's those things that linger and you really want to tackle, but you just don't get started. Or you do start and realize it's a huge undertaking and you just can't do it right now. And that happens to all of us as well. So it's just making a plan and finishing that plan. It doesn't have to be in five minutes, even in one afternoon, but taking obvious steps towards the goal. It will be a huge win for you, trust me. And so I am taking this week to tackle some things that I have not done. And it feels great. So I hope other listeners are doing the same.
