Welcome to Closer to Venus. I'm Johnny Burke, and today's guest is Christy Clemens Hoffman. She's an intuitive Reiki Master, channel, and level three QHHT practitioner, which stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. In this episode, we'll discuss the role of QHHT in using energy and emotion for healing. Christy, welcome back to the program.
Christi Clemons HoffmanThank you for having me back, Johnny. We had such a great discussion. I thought, okay, there's too much to talk about just for one hour.
Johnny BurkeHence the part two. You're right. In the first episode, we talked about your journey in becoming a medium. We talked about angel readings, intergalactic guides, and how you eventually chose the QHHT modality. And so we're going to dive a little bit deeper today and talk about the role of energy and emotion in the healing, which is one of the best benefits of that modality, correct?
Christi Clemons HoffmanYes, I agree.
Johnny BurkeSpeaking of which, what role do emotion and trauma play in creating disease in the first place?
Christi Clemons HoffmanIf you've ever heard of the book The Body Keeps the Score, and I don't remember the author, but he talks about how emotions and trauma that we bury in our bodies eventually over time will manifest into illness or dis-ease. And we've all got these emotions and trauma that we just stuff down. I don't know, especially in the Midwest, though I know it's everywhere, we tend to deny our emotions, we brush things off. Oh, it's okay, don't worry about it, it didn't bother me. But we really hide our true feelings, and eventually that's going to come out in the body.
Johnny BurkeSpeaking of disease and trauma, if it's not corrected or healed, it can translate on to further generations.
Christi Clemons HoffmanOh, absolutely. If we don't deal with it now, we can pass it on to deal with. And that's how we get so many familial diseases, things that we think are quote genetic, but the genes are really just a blueprint of all the stuff that we've not processed and that we pass down. So if we're looking at a family that has a long history of diabetes, say, what they really have is a long history of denying that there's sweetness in life. And if we have a family that has a long history of heart disease, what we're seeing is a family whose pattern is to not share love, not to practice self-love, to close ourselves off to love. And really, it's all of the stuff that we just haven't dealt with in that we pass on to future generations. We can also pass that on to future lifetimes too, but that's another question.
Johnny BurkeBut an interesting one because we hear a lot about future lifetimes.
Christi Clemons HoffmanMm-hmm.
Johnny BurkeYou also think that the body is a message system, sending you messages about things that you need to heal, or is it something different?
Christi Clemons HoffmanBear in mind healing can be not only physical, but also mental and emotional, also spiritual relationship healing. Yeah, the body is a message system. It's kind of like your higher self is looking at your life, and your higher self is the part of you that is eternal. We might call it the soul or the inner being, but it's the part of us that is eternal and knows why you came here, knows what you decided were going to be some of your challenges, knows what you're about and what your goals are ultimately. And then when we're in a situation, we're thinking maybe in a way that's not in our highest good, that's not really aligned with us, then the higher self can say, Hey, Christy, you know what, you're being a bonehead. Why don't you change your view about this? And we have free will, right? So we can either say, Oh yeah, I'm being kind of dumb when I'm looking at this situation, or we can choose not to. And if we choose not to, then it gets stuffed down, and the higher self is wanting to remind us again, tapping louder, Christy, seriously, baby, you need to look at this. And we can still, you know, deny it, not address it. But then finally we get the spiritual tuberfore up your head. I've got a really good illustration here, Johnny. One time I was doing an event at a local venue, a local church, and I know this location. It was built prior to the ADA. It's all stairs, there's no elevators and tons of stairs throughout. And I needed to load in bins full of materials for this event. And I had somebody lined up to help me with that. And we were going to meet at a certain time in the garage. And they didn't show, and I knew I gotta get this set up if this is gonna happen. Darn it, I have to do it myself. So I'm carrying all this stuff in and I'm mad the whole time. Why does it always come down to me? Why do I always have to take care of everything? Why can't I depend on anybody? And then my shoulder froze. That was like instant, right? I'm like thinking, I can't depend on anybody. I'm shouldering the responsibility.
Johnny BurkeAnd your shoulder actually started to hurt.
Christi Clemons HoffmanYeah, and it froze. I had frozen shoulder for over a year.
Johnny BurkeSo the body does speak to you in certain ways.
Christi Clemons HoffmanIt does. And in pretty stereotypical ways. I mean, that's the shoulder responsibility, right? And Louise Hay writes about this in You Can Heal Your Life. The eyes are about what do we want to see or not see. The neck is about being flexible, also about turning in the do we want to see this, do we want to see that? Our feet are about moving forward, the hips are about moving forward, the low back is about stability. Julia Cannon writes about this as well in her book SoulSpeak, based on Dolores Cannon's work, her mom's work, right? Decades of work in the quantum realm. But also there's messages from the body, there's psychological meaning by Dr. Michael J. Lincoln. I use that resource every day, I tell you. It's so useful. He breaks it down to which vertebrae in your back and what messages they hold, and which tooth in your mouth and what messages they hold, the knuckles, your eyes left, right, your nostrils, like all the things and what trauma or emotion they're carrying. And that's really helpful.
Johnny BurkeAnd the way that QHHT leans heavily on the higher self. Oh, very. So let's talk for a moment about QHHT versus past life regression. They are similar, correct?
Christi Clemons HoffmanYeah, they're adjacent.
Johnny BurkeThey're adjacent. Okay, good. So the role of the higher self is much more prominent in QHHT. Can you describe that for people that didn't hear the first episode?
Christi Clemons HoffmanAbsolutely. Well, in QHHT, we actually speak directly to the higher self. The first portion of the session is about regression, and it's not necessarily past, and I typically use the air quotes with that because all time is really present, all time is now. But we may visit what we would consider a past life, one or more. We may visit what we would think of as the future. We may actually go to a concurrent lifetime, one that we're living like in the same timeline, but a different life. We may go to the current life, but the higher self is always in charge of selecting what we need to see. What do you need to understand for the biggest bang up for your buck? Like, where do we need to go? Let's go where we're gonna have insight, let's go where we're gonna have healing. We might go to the origin of any situation that you're having in your body or in your life. So it's important to pay attention to that. So the higher self is directing that. It's like our tour guide through our timelines. And then in the second portion of the session, we actually talk to the higher self. I pull the higher self in and invite it to have a conversation with me. And that's where we can ask questions. Clients bring a list of 10 to 15 questions to ask of their higher self. So I'll ask those questions and any related questions that come up because they might come in with a bunch of questions, and the higher self's like, well, that's really cute, honey, but that's not what we need to talk to you about, and may offer their own insight. Dolores Cannon calls it the SC or the subconscious, not quite the most accurate term. We interchangeably call it the SC, the higher self, the higher consciousness, the inner being. We use all of these terms. And then during the session itself, the second part when we're talking to the higher self, I always ask for a body scan. That's part of any standard QHHT session. Everybody's got something that needs to be healed. It could be a chronic itch that you have, it could be cancer, it could be diverticulitis. We all have something that's part of the interview that we do. Is what is your health landscape like? What's your health picture? So during the QHT session, I'm talking with the higher self and say, would it be an appropriate time to do a body scan for Johnny?
Johnny BurkeSo the body scan, is that the energy component or is it different?
Christi Clemons HoffmanIt is. It's a quantum component because the body, of course, is physical, but what runs it is energy on the quantum level. Because we are connected to everything else. We are connected to our emotions, which is an energy. We're actually made of energy because we all do stuff stuff down, and you know, it can take a while before things manifest into a physical problem. So even if we don't directly address a physical problem in the body scan, we're addressing the energies that could create one. So I'll ask, you know, is it appropriate at this time for us to conduct a body scan? And they usually say yes. And then we'll look through their body from head to toe or from toe to head, and I'll just say, tell me of anything that needs to be discussed, that needs to be resolved, that needs to be addressed. It can be anything. You know what's funny is that we'll do this interview, this lengthy interview at the beginning of the day, and I'll ask about health concerns and write a whole list of what are our health concerns. And often the higher self will address something that's not on that list, and I'm thinking, they didn't tell me about that, but that seems significant. And they'll find blocked energy, trapped energy, residual energy, anything that's problematic within the body that either is causing problems or could be causing problems. And it's so interesting. Because people talk about it in all kinds of different terms. The very first session I ever conducted during my level one training class in Eureka Springs in 2016 was this woman who had several C-section births and some gut issues, and her higher self said, Lord, that looks like a mess of snakes down there. And it was a bunch of scar tissue. And so they'll describe it in different ways like that, which is really funny. I've heard it described as my sister, hers was described as a mess of dots. It's just all these black dots, just all kinds of different ways. Or sometimes they won't even describe it. They'll just say it's there.
Johnny BurkeNow, is it true that chronic illnesses they can actually be part of the life plan? In other words, in that in-between space when we make the soul agreements and so forth, we plan on things that are not always like happy outcomes, happy endings, right? How would you approach that in one of your sessions?
Christi Clemons HoffmanWell, remember, each lifetime is just a drop in the ocean. In the grand scheme of things, each life is very, very short. So while we're in it, something chronic like rheumatoid arthritis might seem like our focal point, but over the scope of our soul, it's just a drop in the ocean. So it's just a learning experience. And so, yeah, we might set up something for ourselves that we want to learn from. You know, I had a speaking of rheumatoid arthritis, I had a woman who came in and she had horrible rheumatoid arthritis, her hands were deformed, she had, you know, some difficulty walking, and she was having difficulty conceiving, and the medication they were giving her made it dangerous to conceive, so it was a delicate balance there. But in her session, she went to a lifetime where she was a rock in a forest, and she really enjoyed being a rock in a forest. A pretty large rock.
Johnny BurkeThat's enjoyable.
Christi Clemons HoffmanIt was peaceful, it was restful, and she just got to observe and just enjoy the being in the forest.
Johnny BurkeShe didn't feel trapped. I've heard this before about people that experience past lives as a rock or a tree or something. I think that's not something I would choose, but you said that she enjoyed it.
Christi Clemons HoffmanVery much. Oh, yeah, I've seen people as trees, as water, grass, leaves, gosh, what else? Clouds? Oh, absolutely. Absolutely. And while we with our physical minds might think that's really limiting and confining, I think we're not looking at the bigger picture. What freedom we do have with it. And so in this client's case, I mean she really enjoyed being just peaceful and tranquil in this rock that she chose to have a similar experience again. Because she's like, nothing can confine me. I can have joy wherever I am. But she also chose this uh disease because uh she had this theme in the current life of being unkind to herself. She chose it for a couple of different reasons. One, she had the peace that she had and she wanted to rediscover that peace, but and now that I'm thinking about about it, that may have been a shortcut. It's like you can't just like go right to peace. You've got to have some sort of challenge. But she also chose to have a lifetime, the current life, where she was very unkind to herself. When I got to her subconscious and asking, she got really quiet. When I was talking to her when she was the rock, she was, oh my gosh, look, there's these squirrels and everything's green and it's really cool out and it's just so pleasant, and I can hear everything. And when you get to the subconscious, nothing. And I thought, well, that's weird. And finally she squeaked out, we want to talk, but she won't let us. Because and they later said, She's so mean to herself. She does not speak kindly to herself. And so it was an interesting juxtaposition. But to get back to your point, yeah, we might make this choice for many different reasons. This may be that we just have never had a big challenge before. What would it be like to be in a wheelchair? What would I learn about myself? This can also be a choice where I need to learn to let somebody take care of me. Maybe in another lifetime you denied help, you denied assistance, and it was not a good thing for you. And you need to learn to let others take care of you. You may have a lifetime in which you are cruel to somebody who's got some sort of disability or chronic illness. You deny them care, you deny them support. So now you've got to see what it's like on the other foot. Because with karma, that just means balance. You've got to balance that out.
Johnny BurkeWhen you do the healing work, do you often find that person chose that kind of pain, or was that not always the case?
Christi Clemons HoffmanWell, it's a mixed bag. It's hard to say with every time. So often they will choose that level of pain, and sometimes it does get out of hand more than they had really bargained for or anticipated. Sometimes they sign up for these chronic illnesses, but it's like, whoa, I didn't think it was going to be this bad. And then sometimes we get to the higher self, and I always want to ask when we discover something or when we're addressing something, would it be in this client's best and highest good to have this resolved? Because we always want healing to be in the client's best interest. And we all think, oh my God, of course it's in my best interest to be healed. But sometimes the higher self will say, you know what, they're not finished with the lesson yet.
Johnny BurkeNot finished with the lesson. Really interesting. So once you find out why they signed up for whatever their journey is, does that make it easier for you to commence to healing if it's appropriate?
Christi Clemons HoffmanOh, we need to get to the origin of it before we can do any healing or even think about it. We've got to find out how it was created. Now I had a client who came in because of allergies, very severe allergies, and it was really disruptive to her life. And so she wanted relief from that. And it turned out that it was something that was just signaling to her. So for example, allergies are a throat chakra issue. Okay? The throat chakra is about communication, it's about hearing and being heard. It's feeling like you have a voice, it's feeling like your voice is being valued. So in her session, the higher self said, you know, she has allergies because she felt that she was never heard by her family. See, this client was the youngest child in a family of five. They were all brothers above her, and she thought she was lost in the shuffle. But her higher self showed her a scene from her life where no, her brothers adored her and gave her a hard time because she was a little sister, but they all just couldn't do without her, and just cherished her. And that cleared a big portion of her allergies when really she just was needing to be heard and be needing to be seen, and so these allergies, in a way, set her apart, gave the other people something to focus on. It's like, well, see, I'm special because I have these allergies.
Johnny BurkeI can see why your job as a QHHT practitioner is interesting because I would guess that no one session is identical to the other. When you discover one of your clients that had a sudden death, car accident, murder, whatever, once you discover the origin, does that change your approach or not really?
Christi Clemons HoffmanNo, it doesn't change the approach. The approach is the same. Now, the role of emotion is like I've indicated before, it's to show us that there's a problem, right? That there's something we're not looking at correctly, something we may need to interpret or see in a different way. So we need to understand it first, then we need to work on releasing that emotion and work through that emotion, and then we can clear it from ourselves. But in a sudden death, we'll often have, especially if it's traumatic and you're aware of it, we may have emotions that we really don't have time to process, much less acknowledge. So those types of things will stick around often, not always, but often, to be resolved in the next life. Migraines are one of the big examples of that. Now, I developed migraines and after a stroke, God, what, eleven years ago? And I was shown in a past life that I was a Jewish man in Madrid or some big city in like Spain or in that area, and very much in love with my wife. But this was the time of the Inquisition, and my wife had died, and I was distraught. And the neighbor turned me in as a Jew. And the end of that life was I was running down the street full of rage at the neighbor who would turn me in, full of grief with my wife being gone, and full of fear and anger being chased by these inquisitors who were throwing maces and all types of weapons at my head. And that's how I died. I didn't have time to resolve all of those issues. And I tell you what, Johnny, themes of grief and abandonment and loss have been with me all my life. Themes of fear and forgiveness all my life. It was in that moment when I saw all of that that I could start to address it. But interestingly enough, it was around that time that I saw it, then the migraines started happening. That's not always the case. I had a woman come in because of near daily migraines, and she was really struggling. She came in and she went to a lifetime where she was this paper boy in a big city, and she would ride her bike, or he would ride his bike, to stand on the corner and hawk papers, big bag of papers and a paper boy cap. And we come down in the first life, in the past life, the very first thing she saw was a broken bicycle on the sidewalk. And I couldn't understand why she wasn't giving much information about the broken bicycle. So we just moved on from there. Every scene I moved her to, there were people who didn't see her and didn't recognize her, didn't interact with her at all. And finally, I started putting two and two together. Here was this paper boy, the oldest child in a family of four, only one bringing home any income from this paperboy job. The parents, neither one had work because there was no work. Everybody's depressed, everybody's poor. It was a depression. And okay, so difficult times. And I started to put two and two together about how people at church, all dressed in black and grieving and mourning, did not see him or recognize him or talk to him. How he went to the sand lot to play baseball, and none of the boys would even acknowledge him. So I said, Let's go to the last day, and we were back at the broken bicycle. That's how this boy died. I finally realized, okay, so where's your oh? It's next to the bicycle. I said, Where are you? I'm looking down at it. So she was already out of the body. So we discovered depression era, family of four. They were struggling. This was the only person bringing any income. So this kid died with fear and worry about his family, and that lingered as the migraines. When I brought her out, We discussed it and we talked about the broken bicycle and how she died. She said, I saw the whole thing. I fell and the car hit me right here in my head. I said, Where do your migraines start? She goes, Oh, right here.
Johnny BurkeSame place.
Christi Clemons HoffmanYeah. So when she realized that she understood the connection, we could talk to that little boy and tell him everybody made it out okay. Everybody's safe. Everybody's fine. You don't have to worry anymore. The migraine stopped. And if she ever after that started to feel like an aura come on, or just the twinges of a migraine, she would talk to this kid, say, You're safe. Everybody's safe. Everybody's okay. You don't have to worry. And then it would fade away.
Johnny BurkeSo when you instructed her to tell that kid when she thought a migraine was emerging, is she pretty much talking to herself, or is she able to actually connect with a spirit of some sort or not really?
Christi Clemons HoffmanThat boy is part of her. That boy is still connected to her. That boy is still within her s her greater soul. Remember, all time is now. It's a weird concept to wrap your mind around.
Johnny BurkeI've heard that again and again because you mentioned concurrent lives. They might all be concurrent because they exist at once.
Christi Clemons HoffmanRight. You know, and I asked my guides about this because I was having a hard time understanding it. And at first they said it's like in your car, you've got the radio, and there's the oldie station, there's the new age station, there's the news, there's a religion station, and you turn your dial, and wherever you're focused is what you're listening to. So later, I still was having a hard time wrapping my mind around this. And so I said, okay, can you explain it to me further? And they said, Okay, imagine this multiplex theater, biggest one you I could ever imagine, and every movie ever made is playing in this theater. So one movie might be ending and you leave that and you d duck into the middle of another movie. That movie might be ending and you could go into the beginning of the next movie. So all of these things are playing at the same time, but they're all, you know, in various stages and locations and times and everything else, stories, everything.
Johnny BurkeThey're all playing at once, just in different locations. Yeah. Right. Yeah. Okay. In your work as a practitioner, you rely on the higher self quite a bit for guidance, but you also rely on spirit guides as well. So what's the difference?
Christi Clemons HoffmanThat's a great question. Really, it's a hierarchy. And Julia Cannon breaks this down in her SoulSpeak work, but it's a hierarchy. So here we are at the very, very bottom, and then way up at the top is source or God, whatever you want to call it. And then we've got our guides around us, we've got our loved ones, we've got the archangels, we've got the ascended masters, we've got the cherubim, the seraphim, etc., all the way up. And really, our subconscious is a collection of so many things that are connected to us. But it shares that energy with everything. But it's kind of like our little bubble of who we are, comprised of what's connected to us, including our guides, including the angels that are connected to us. But for that reason, when I'm talking to the subconscious, the higher self, it's often a conglomeration of all of the above. So I can ask questions, different questions, and there may be different voices or different aspects coming in. The very first session that I did, I told you about with the higher self saying, Oh, it looks like a mess of snakes down there. I mean, it sounded like an old Appalachian grandma. And this was coming from a woman who's a prim and proper librarian in Canada. Not the way she talks at all. So we'll often hear a voice shift when I get to the subconscious, but then within that asking different questions, sometimes there will be different aspects chiming in because we're all part of this conglomerate soul.
Johnny BurkeThe voice shift in your client or your voice shift?
Christi Clemons HoffmanOh no, the client.
Johnny BurkeThe client, that's what I thought. Okay, interesting. That brings to mind a form of transmedium shift. Can't that be dangerous for someone that's not using protection spells or at least has training to know how to approach that?
Christi Clemons HoffmanYes, no, you're absolutely right. And I do teach spirit connection, and I always have the two pillars so important. One is protection, because when the light's on, all the bugs come, and intention that we need to know our intention in who we want to connect and what we'd like to ask. And we have those pillars in a QHHT session. We open the session with protection. It's very important. So we call in white light for protection, and that white light stays with the client the whole time, and our intention is set with the induction, with the questions that we ask, etc. etc. Now I take an extra step and I call in Dolores Cannon for help. I call in Archangel Michael for help just to oversee and protect and hold a space for the session.
Johnny BurkeOkay. You call in Dolores too, huh?
Christi Clemons HoffmanOh yeah.
Johnny BurkeDid you ever meet her while she was with us here on the planet?
Christi Clemons HoffmanNo, unfortunately not. No, but she's with me every session, and I saw her during our training classes, and she comes into sessions. And it's not just me, she comes into sessions around the world.
Johnny BurkeWhen you say you saw her, is that more of a clairvoyant thing, or is it more in your mind's eye? How does that work?
Christi Clemons HoffmanWhen you see things clairvoyantly, you see it in your mind's eye. Now, that projection might be outside of you, but still it's coming from your mind's eye.
Johnny BurkeOkay. What are the main differences between past life regression and QHHT? Is it more of a reliance on the higher self or is it something different?
Christi Clemons HoffmanWell, QHHT is very comprehensive. We start with an intensive interview about the client's life. We start from when they were born, what their family structure was like, what were some major life events growing up, how their relationships work with all of the different family members, how the relationships between family members work, what were some of their health concerns. You know, we do a comprehensive interview. And that does a couple of different things. One, in case they go to the current life instead of another one, it helps me to understand what's going on because I know how their family structure was growing up and had changed. But also it just helps them to relax, gain rapport with me, and feel relaxed enough and ready to do the session. So it's very helpful to do that interview. And then it includes, I can't even say just past life, because it could be between, it could be concurrent, it could be the current life, it could be future, really anything and everything. It can be interdimensional, and then we talk to the higher self. So there's really three important parts the interview, the regression section of it, and then the higher self part of it. So it's very comprehensive. Now, I also do simple, just straightforward past life only. And that would be for someone who's not ready for something that comprehensive, but also for someone who's not ready to really explore. So I guess that's the same thing where we just look at one past life. Now, the higher self's always going to be selecting which lifetime. So there's that. Now, in my past life regressions, we will talk afterward about what happened in that lifetime, how that relates to the current lifetime. And I also offer a service where we only do one past, one future life. So we look at the arc of the soul. So not just a life purpose, one life purpose. We'll look at past life purpose, current life purpose, future life purpose, and see if there's a connection there, a correlation to show what our soul purpose is. That's where things can get interesting.
Johnny BurkeOkay, soul purpose. Great. So, in sum, what else do we need to know about QHT, at least for today?
Christi Clemons HoffmanI'd like to dive a little bit more into the healing part of it because once we discover what the cause is, how we created it, and we understand that, and I'll always ask, well, does Johnny understand now what created this illness? Okay. Is Johnny ready to release it? Okay. Would it be in Johnny's best and highest good to have this removed or have this resolved? And they sometimes they'll say no, but that's only maybe a handful of times out of 800 sessions. But most of the time they'll say either yes or we'll try. And when they say we'll try, they're doing it. And this can be in a variety of ways. I've seen it where the black dots get scrubbed away, and that resolves it. Oh, one time the higher self said, We're sending wild horses to trample it. Then it'll blow away. Okay, great. That's awesome. Sometimes we're just cutting it out, we're moving it, we're applying white light, we're applying pink light. They'll address it, but it can be in really strange ways. And then people will come in, they might have a swelling or a rash, and after the session, they don't have that anymore. They walk in with a limp, they walk out without a limp, they'll walk in with eyesight problems, they walk in and their eyesight's so much better. I've had four people come in with cancer, and when they follow up with their doctor, the cancer is not there. Just all kinds of different things.
Johnny BurkeSo it sounds to me this is a type of modality that might heal things that traditional therapy could not. And also a bit quicker.
Christi Clemons HoffmanAnd and quicker. And I have to say that it's up to the client to accept it and believe it. Sometimes we have very strong beliefs about oh, this can't be healed. My whole family has this. So we need to get past that. We need to get over ourselves and we need to save ourselves from ourselves. We need to accept that it's being done. We need to remember that this is done. We need to keep listening to our recording because we make a recording, every practitioner does. And it's important to listen to it because it reinforces the healing that you've received and it puts you back in the energy of the healing, and you gain additional insights. Just like every time you reread your favorite book, you get something more out of it. So it's important to follow up. It's not just like, oh, I walk in, I walk out, and then it's done. It can be, and sometimes it is. But many times we need to go back and just reinforce it and keep rehealing it over and over.
Johnny BurkeYou might need more than one session.
Christi Clemons HoffmanNo, you don't need more than one session. But you need to listen to your recording. That's what this is. You need to keep listening to it. You don't have to sit down and listen to the whole thing all at once. It's like an hour and a half. Who's got time for that? But just bookmark your favorite portions of it, skip ahead to that, listen a little bit at every day, every other day. If somebody wants to do another session, absolutely. There's nothing to say, don't do any more sessions. Sometimes people just have so much fun. I just want to see what else is there. Or they'll think, now that I know what I'm doing and how to do it, I want to see if I can go even deeper this time. Or sometimes they'll come out of it and a year later think, I've got even more questions. I wish I would have asked this or that.
Johnny BurkeI've been told it's usually one session.
Christi Clemons HoffmanOh, one and done, yeah.
Johnny BurkeYeah, that's what I thought. Okay. There you go. All you need. Christy, great stuff. In the meantime, how can our listeners find you online?
Christi Clemons HoffmanYeah, I'm at radiatewellnesscommunity.com. That's radiatewellnesscommunity.com and radiate wellness KC on the socials.
