She has taught internationally weaving the benefits of walking and writing (reflectively and creatively), together with other types of creative expression, to deepen belonging and biophilia and to support the wellbeing of people and planet. She previously lived in the Delaware Valley area for many years and loved hiking segments of the AT as well as The Rockies.
