Minute to Heal It Podcast
Healing Now; Hope For Your Body
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
What if the pain you’ve carried for years isn’t yours to keep? We share a moment that starts with a quiet “I’m fine” and turns into a vivid encounter with healing—first a stubborn hip, then shooting sciatica pain recognized, named, and released. The shift happens when a simple, specific question opens a door: How are your hips? That clarity breaks through habit, pride, and resignation, and invites something new to move through the body.
As the story unfolds, we explore the power of naming pain and why vague prayers often lead to vague outcomes. You’ll hear how the act of standing up, taking a few steps, and paying attention to what changes can transform both expectation and experience. We speak plainly about language—how saying my sciatica or my bad hip ties identity to injury—and offer a different posture: refuse ownership of what harms you, ask boldly, and test what’s possible. Within a Christian frame, we connect healing to the work of Jesus for both body and soul, and we address strongholds that keep people stuck: fear, shame, and the quiet lie that nothing can change.
This conversation is for anyone who has minimized their pain, spiritualized their suffering, or given up on relief. You’ll find a practical path: name the issue, ask for healing with specificity, and release what doesn’t belong to you. Whether you’re brimming with faith or carrying doubt, take one small risk—bring your pain into the light and see what shifts. If this story stirs hope or questions, share it with a friend who needs encouragement, subscribe for more grounded conversations about healing and freedom, and leave a review to tell us what you want to hear next.

Hip Pain Called Out And Addressed
Sciatica Revealed And Healed
Don’t Ignore Pain; Ask God
Declaring Healing In Jesus’ Name
Linda BuddI was leading a healing service, and there was a gentleman sitting not too far away from me, and I asked him if he needed to be healed of anything. I said he didn't think so. So I kept prodding him just a little bit. I asked him how his hips were, and he said, Well, yeah, I have a hip that bothers me. And I said, Well, stand up and walk up here toward me because God's going to give you a new hip. So he did that and when he did, the power of God came upon him, and he looked very, very drunk in the spirit, which I just love. And then suddenly I knew that the sciatica down his leg was also in pain. And so I called that out and I said, The Lord's going down your leg and is going to heal the sciatica. And he said, Oh, I feel something going down my leg. And he got healed of both items, the hip and the sciatica. And I just want to tell you, don't hold the Lord off by not recognizing the things in your body that are not functioning properly. Don't ignore the pain. Don't ignore these things. But instead turn to the Lord and say, Father, would you heal me? Because that is what he died for. He died for your sins and he died for the healing of your body and the deliverance of your very being from strongholds. And so I say to you today, in the name of Jesus, your hip is being healed. Your sciatica problem is being healed. And it is no longer yours, it's from the devil, and we give it right back in the name of Jesus.
